3rd March 1924: The Day the Khilafah was Demolished

انَّمَاالاِمَامُ جُنَّة یُقَاتَلُ مِن وَّرَائہِ وَیُتَّقٰی بِہ

“Indeed the Imam is a Shield, from whose behind (one) would Fight, and by whom one would Protect Oneself” (Muslim)

In the history of Islam and Muslims the day of 3rd March 1924 is the most catastrophic and agonizing day when traitor Mustafa Kamal Pasha announced the abolishment of Khilafah to please his British masters. After the death of the Messenger of Allah (saaw), Khilafah remained the symbol of Muslim unity for more than thirteen hundred years. For over thirteen hundred years Khilafah took the message of Islam through Dawah and Jihad to the whole world and was the protector of oppressed in the world. Khilafah introduced the highest standards in the fields of knowledge and arts and its development, implemented Islam and protected the honor of the Messenger of Allah (saaw). And when Khilafah was abolished then the implementation of Islam, its propagation and Jihad seized to exist, Muslim unity fragmented, Muslims and the oppressed of the world no longer had any guardian and attacks from the enemies of Islam on the honor of our beloved Prophet (saaw) became a norm.

Islam and Muslims have never been as helpless in their entire history as they have been for the last ninety four years after the destruction of Khilafah. Today the blood of Muslims in Kashmir, Palestine, Burma, Afghanistan, Iraq, Central African Republic and now in Syria is flowing like the blood of slaughtered sacrificial animals. Is all this happening today because Muslims don’t have wealth and resources or that we don’t have brave armed forces or our armed forces don’t have weapons, missiles, tanks, fighter Jets? Indeed we do have all of these things rather we are a nuclear power but we don’t have a Khilafah which will bring together all Muslims under a single state and protect Islam and Muslims form their enemies. RasulAllah (saaw) truthfully said that,

اِنَّمَاالاِمَامُ جُنَّة یُقَاتَلُ مِن وَّرَائہِ وَیُتَّقٰی بِہ

“Indeed the Imam is a Shield, from whose behind (one) would Fight, and by whom one would Protect Oneself”(Muslim).

Today the Ummah is deprived of her shield and Kuffar are attacking the Muslims as vultures attack dead corpses.

   O Muslims of Pakistan! As long we remain without our shield, the Khilafah, we will be like a hoard of cattle without a guardian that can be attacked by wild animals easily. Islam obligated on Muslims that they must have a single state which implements Islam and protects the Muslims and the oppressed of the whole world. And the history of the last ninety four years has proved that nation states, United Nations, international community, none of them can protect Islam and Muslims. So you must move forward along with the shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir to erase these borders between Muslims and work for establishing the Khilafah once again on the method of Prophethood and revive your magnificent and glorious past.

وَعَدَ اللّٰهُ الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا مِنۡكُمۡ وَ عَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَـيَسۡتَخۡلِفَـنَّهُمۡ فِىۡ الۡاَرۡضِ كَمَا اسۡتَخۡلَفَ الَّذِيۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِهِمۡ

“Allah has promised those among you who believe, and do righteous good deeds, that He will certainly grant them succession to (the present rulers) in the earth, as He granted it to those before them”(Al-Noor:55)

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم

3 مارچ 1924 یوم سقوط خلافت:

انَّمَاالاِمَامُ جُنَّة یُقَاتَلُ مِن وَّرَائہِ وَیُتَّقٰی بِہ

“بے شک خلیفہ ہی ڈھال ہے جس کے پیچھے رہ کر لڑا جاتاہے اور اسی کے ذریعے تحفظ حاصل ہو تاہے”(مسلم)

اسلام اور مسلمانوں کی تاریخ میں سب سے  المناک اور کربناک دن 3 مارچ 1924 کا دن گزرا ہے جب غدار ملت کمال پاشا نے اپنے برطانوی آقاوں کی خوشنودی کے لیے مسلمانوں کی خلافت کے خاتمے کا اعلان کیا ۔ خلافت رسول اللہﷺ کے وصال کے بعد 13 سو سال سے زائد عرصے تک مسلمانوں کی یکجہتی کامظہر تھی۔خلافت 13سو سال سے زائد عرصے تک اسلام کے پیغام کو دعوت و جہاد کے ذریعے پوری دنیا تک لے کر گئی اور پوری دنیا میں مسلمانوں سمیت تمام مظلوموں کی محافظ تھی۔خلافت نے پوری دنیا کو علم و فنون اور  ہر شعبہ زندگی میں ترقی کے اعلیٰ معیار و  پیمانوں سے روشناس کرایا، اسلام کونافذ کیا اور رسول اللہﷺ کی ناموس کی حفاظت کی۔  اور جب خلافت ختم کردی گئی تو پھر اسلام کا نفاذ اور  اس کی دعوت اور جہاد  معطل ہوگیا، مسلمانوں کا اتحاد پارہ پارہ ہوگیا اورمسلمان اور دنیا کے دیگر مظلوموں کا کوئی والی وارث نہ رہا اور رسول اللہﷺ کی شان میں توہین کرنا اسلام کے دشمنوں کا ایک  معمول بن گیا۔

اسلام اور مسلمانوں کی پوری تاریخ میں مسلمان کبھی اتنے بے کس و لاچار نہیں رہے جس قدر خلافت کے خاتمے کے بعد پچھلے 94 سال سے ہیں۔ آج کشمیر، فلسطین، برما، افغانستان، عراق، وسطی افریقی ریپبلک اور اب شام میں خونِ مسلم اس طرح بہہ رہا ہے جیسے قربانی کے جانوروں کا خون بہتا ہے۔ کیا آج مسلمانوں کے پاس دولت اور وسائل نہیں، کیا ہمارے پاس بہادر  افواج  نہیں  اور کیا ان افواج کے پاس اسلح گولہ بارود، میزائل، ٹینک، جنگی طیارے نہیں ہیں؟ یقیناً ہمارے پاس سب کچھ ہے بلکہ ایٹمی ہتھیار بھی ہیں لیکن وہ خلافت نہیں ہے جو مسلمانوں کی شیرازہ بندی کرتی ہے اور اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے دشمنوں سے ان کا تحفظ کرتی ہے۔

سچ فرمایا رسول اللہﷺ نے کہ،

((انَّمَاالاِمَامُ جُنَّة یُقَاتَلُ مِن وَّرَائہِ وَیُتَّقٰی بِہ))

“بے شک خلیفہ ہی ڈھال ہے جس کے پیچھے رہ کر لڑا جاتاہے اور اسی کے ذریعے تحفظ حاصل ہو تاہے ”(مسلم)۔

آج امت اس ڈھال سے محروم ہے اور کفار مسلمانوں پر ایسے ٹوٹے پڑے ہیں جیسے گدھ لاش پر ٹوٹ پڑتے ہیں۔

اے پاکستان کے مسلمانوں! جب تک ہم اپنی ڈھال  خلافت سے محروم رہیں گے ہم اس ریوڑ کی طرح رہیں گے جس کی نگرانی اور حفاظت کے لیے کوئی چرواہا نہ ہو اور جنگلی درندے  ان پر باآسانی حملہ آور ہوتے رہیں۔ اسلام نے مسلمانوں پر فرض کیا ہے کہ ان کی ایک ہی اسلامی ریاست ہو جو اسلام کو نافذ کرے اور مسلمانوں اور پوری دنیا کے مظلوموں کی ڈھال بنے۔ اور پچھلے 94 سال کی تاریخ نے ثابت کردیا ہے کہ قومی ریاستیں، اقوام متحدہ، بین الاقوامی برادری، ان میں سے کوئی بھی اسلام اور مسلمانوں کا تحفظ نہیں کرسکتیں ۔ تو  آگے بڑھیں اور حزب التحریر کے شباب کے ساتھ مسلمانوں کے درمیان سرحدوں کے خاتمے اور ایک بار پھر نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کی جدوجہد میں شامل ہو جائیں اور اپنے شاندار اور تابناک ماضی کا احیاء کریں۔

وَعَدَ اللّٰهُ الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا مِنۡكُمۡ وَ عَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَـيَسۡتَخۡلِفَـنَّهُمۡ فِىۡ الۡاَرۡضِ كَمَا اسۡتَخۡلَفَ الَّذِيۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِهِمۡ

“جو لوگ تم میں سے ایمان لائے اور نیک کام کرتے رہے ان سے اللہ کا وعدہ ہے کہ ان کو حاکم بنادے گا جیسا ان سے پہلے لوگوں کو حاکم بنایا تھا”(النور:55)
