Democracy Will Always Undermine Islam, So Replace it with the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood
Democracy will always undermine Islam because it assigns assemblies of men and women as sovereign, allowing them to choose laws according to their whims and desires, even though Allah (swt) said,
وَأَنِ احْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَنْ يَفْتِنُوكَ عَنْ بَعْضِ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ
“And judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires, and beware (O Muhammad) that they might seduce you from some of what Allah has sent down to you.” [Surah Al-Maaida 5:49].
The rulers in the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood must derive every single law from the Quran and the Sunnah. As for the body of the representatives in the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood, the Council of the Ummah, its duty is to account the rulers for any deviation from the Quran and the Sunnah. As for the judiciary in the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood, its Court of Unjust Acts, has the authority to remove any ruler, including the Khaleefah, from his post for ruling by other than Islam.

جمہوریت ہمیشہ اسلام پر حملہ آور رہے گی
لہٰذا اس کی جگہ نبی ﷺ کے طریقے کے مطابق خلافت کو قائم کرو
جمہوریت ہمیشہ اسلام پر حملہ آور رہے گی کیونکہ یہ انسانوں سے بنی پارلیمان کو اقتدارِ اعلیٰ سونپ دیتی ہے اور اُنہیں اس بات کی اجازت دیتی ہے کہ وہ اپنی مرضی اور خواہشات کے مطابق قوانین بنائیں جبکہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا ہے،
وَأَنِ احْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَنْ يَفْتِنُوكَ عَنْ بَعْضِ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ
“اور یہ کہ (آپ ﷺ) ان کے درمیان اللہ تعالیٰ کے نازل کردہ (احکامات) کے مطابق فیصلہ کریں اور ان کی خواہشات کی پیروی نہ کریں۔ اور ان سے محتاط رہیں کہ کہیں یہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے نازل کردہ بعض (احکامات) کے بارے میں آپ ﷺ کو فتنے میں نہ ڈال دیں”(المائدہ:49)۔
نبی ﷺ کے طریقے پر قائم خلافت کے حکمران ہر ایک قانون صرف اور صرف قرآن و سنت سے لینے کے پابند ہوتے ہیں۔ جہاں تک نبی ﷺ کے طریقے پر قائم خلافت میں مجلس امت کا تعلق ہے ، جو کہ عوام کی نمائندگی کرتی ہے، تو اس کا کام قرآن و سنت کے نفاذ میں کوتاہی کی صورت میں حکمران کا احتساب کرنا ہوتا ہے ۔اورجہاں تک عدلیہ کا تعلق ہے تو نبی ﷺ کے طریقے پر قائم خلافت میں قاضی مظالم کے پاس یہ اختیار ہوتا ہے کہ وہ خلیفہ سمیت کسی بھی حکمران کو اسلام سے ہٹ کر حکمرانی کرنے پر برطرف کر سکے ۔
