America, traitor rulers’ and this Kufr system is responsible for the death of Shumaila Bibi

Yesterday Shumaila Bibi, the widow of Faheem who was killed by Raymond Davis, committed suicide by consuming poisonous pills. What could be more unfortunate than this, that a plaintiff ended her life after failing to get justice? Before dying, she told the media that she undertook this step as the government is hesitant in providing her justice. According to the Media reports. America in collaboration with the agent rulers were pressurizing and threatening the family of the victim, not to follow the case against Davis. In protest, dejected Shumaila Bibi committed suicide. Let the government know, masses will never accept the release of Raymond Davis. The real murderer of Shumaila Bibi is America, agent traitor rulers and this Kufr system. We ask the so-called civil society and the political parties who supported the lawyers’ movement; did the “injection” of independent judges brought this dead system to life? Is swift and free justice now available to the masses? Whose agenda did they serve by diverting the attention of the people away from US’s war of terror by bring masses on the streets for restoration of so-called independent Judiciary?  Hizb ut-Tahrir had told the masses during the movement that justice couldn’t be provided in this ‘batil’ system by mere appointment of “sincere” judges. This system does not base shariah as the source of laws and criteria of action, rather instead it grants this power to the corrupt elites sitting in the parliament. How come a system whose seed was sown by the colonial British can bear a pure fruit? This system is only designed to protect the colonialist and the corrupt ruling elites where they either enjoy presidential and diplomatic immunities or they make themselves above the law by enacting NROs. In the Khilafah state, Allah (swt) has permanently closed the doors of such corruption by withholding the legislative power from the humans. According to Islam, no diplomatic relations are allowed with a country like the US, who is in active war with the Muslims, hence there is no question of granting diplomatic immunity to their citizens. The time has come to bury the federal and provincial governments in a sump. This is the only way out to get rid of the US.  O people of power! Will you continue to be silent on killings in Lahore and at the Durand line? Don’t you see that America uses you for her objectives and then kills your soldiers whenever she wishes? You are well aware that America’s jugular vein in the shape of her supply line is in your hand. Will you still continue to be a mere spectator? Rise up and fulfill your oath of protecting the Muslims of Pakistan and give bayaa to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the re-establishment of Khilafah, lest it’s too late.
