Kayani, Musharraf and Raheel – Servants of Washington

Raheel Sharif’s Tenure is one of Sacrificing the Interests of the Muslims of Pakistan to Ensure American Interests

On Monday, 25th January 2016, Lieutenant General Asim Bajwa, head of the public relations department of Pakistan’s armed forces, announced via Twitter that General Raheel Sharif will not take extend his tenure, beyond the scheduled end of his tenure on November 2016. After this announcement for several days, mouthpieces and sycophants of the regime engaged in loud clamor and desk-thumping, appreciating Raheel’s decision.

It is strange that Raheel Sharif has been praised for a decision which should be a routine matter, retirement at the end of a career. He should have been praised or criticized with regards his responsibilities. Judgment should have been over whether he protected the interests of the Muslims of Pakistan or followed the path of his predecessors, Kayani and Musharraf, who guarded the interests of America. General Raheel Sharif himself highlighted the most prominent aspect of his tenure as the so-called “war on terrorism,” which is in fact war against those who are fighting against the American occupation in Afghanistan. Raheel Sharif exploited the Pakistani armed forces to accomplish tasks which America itself had not been able to do for the last fifteen years, despite having hundreds of thousands troops of American and NATO forces on its disposal. On 30 January 2016, the nominated commander of American and Nato forces in Afghanistan, Lt. General Nicholson, acknowledged Raheel Sharif’s services in front of the US senate Armed Services Committee. He stated that Pakistan’s military operations in FATA (Federally Administered Tribal Areas) were “critical to defeating insurgency.” He further said that he acknowledged Pakistan’s ongoing counter-terrorism operation in FATA had reduced the militants’ ability to use Pakistan territory as a safe haven for terrorism and a base of support for the insurgency in Afghanistan.

When traitors in the political and military leadership themselves accept that America allowed Pakistan’s enemy, India, to establish her presence in Afghanistan, then why did Raheel Sharif fight those who are fighting against America? When traitors in the political and military leadership themselves accept that American policies have damaged Pakistan, then why did Raheel Sharif use the Pakistan army to facilitate the American presence at our door step, Afghanistan, even though America is an open enemy of Pakistan’s nuclear capabilities? In fact, Raheel Sharif in his tenure followed in the footsteps of Washington’s servants, Kayani and Mushrraf. He secured American interests and sacrificed the interests of the Muslims of Pakistan and the region. During Raheel’s tenure, the National Action Plan campaign to suppress the voice of Islam was launched, in which thousands have been put behind bars and hundreds been abducted, disappearing without a trace. During Raheel’s tenure, a special committee comprising of military intelligence, inter-services intelligence, the intelligence bureau and police was established in the aftermath of the Pathankot attack, to formulate proposals to ensure the security of India. During Raheel’s tenure, the policy of preventing Muslims waging Jihad against India in Kashmir was consolidated. And Raheel did not even dare to raise the issue of Afia Siddiqui, daughter of the Ummah, during his two official visits of America.

The army commanders of the coming Khilafah, inshaaAllah, will not be remembered upon retirement for tenures in service of the open enemies of Muslims. Instead, they will be remembered as Khalid Bin Waleed (ra), Tariq Bin Ziyad and Muhammad Bin Qasim, over how many lands they opened to raise the word of Allah swt as the highest and their role in spreading the light of Islam, as a mercy for humankind.

وَلِلَّهِ ٱلْعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱلْمُنَافِقِينَ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ

“But honour, power and glory belong to Allah, His Messenger (Muhammad ), and to the believers, but the hypocrites know not” (Al-Munafiqoon:08).

کیانی، مشرف اور راحیل- امریکہ کے وفادار غلام

راحیل شریف کے دور میں امریکی مفادات کے لئے پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کے مفادات کو قربان کیا گیا

25 جنوری 2016 بروز پیر افواج پاکستان کے شعبہ تعلقات عامہ کے سربراہ لیفٹیننٹ جنرل عاصم باجوہ نے چیف آرمی اسٹاف جنرل راحیل شریف کی جانب سے ایک ٹویٹر پیغام کے ذریعے یہ اعلان کیا کہ وہ نومبر 2016 کو ختم ہونے والی مدت ملازمت میں کوئی توسیع نہیں لیں گے۔ اس اعلان کے ساتھ ہی حکومت کے چمچوں اور چاپلوسوں نے جنرل راحیل شریف کے فیصلے کی تعریف میں زمین و آسمان ایک کر دیے۔

یہ بات کتنی حیران کن ہے کہ ایک ایسے فیصلے پر جنرل راحیل شریف کی تعریف کی جا رہی ہے جو کہ ایک عام انتظامی معاملہ ہے یعنی ایک مقررہ تاریخ پر اپنی مدت ملازمت پوری کر کے ریٹائر ہو جانا۔ ان کی کارکردگی پر تعریف یا تنقید ان کی بحثیت فوج کے سربراہ ذمہ داریوں کے حوالے سے ہونی چاہیے کہ آیا انہوں نے پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کے مفادات کی حفاظت کی یا اپنے پیشرو فوج کے سربراہان، کیانی اور مشرف کی پیروی کرتے ہوئے امریکی مفادات کی نگہبانی کی۔ جنرل راحیل شریف نے خود جس بات کو سب سے زیادہ اپنے دور کے حوالے سے نمایاں کیا وہ نام نہاد “دہشت گردی” کے خلاف جنگ ہے جوکہ درحقیقت افغانستان پر امریکی قبضے کے خلاف جہاد کرنے والوں کے خلاف جنگ ہے۔ جو کام امریکہ پچھلے پندرہ سالوں میں لاکھوں کی تعداد میں امریکی اور نیٹو افواج کی مدد سے نہیں کر سکا وہ کام راحیل شریف نے افواج پاکستان کو استعمال کر کے انجام دیا۔ راحیل شریف کی اس خدمت گزاری کا اقرار خود افغانستان میں امریکی و نیٹو افواج کے نامزد سربراہ امریکی لیفٹیننٹ جنرل نیکولنسن نے 30 جنوری 2016 بروز جمعہ کو امریکی سینٹ کی آرمز کمیٹی کو بیان دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ فاٹا میں پاکستان کا فوجی آپریشن افغانستان میں “مزاحمت کو شکست دینے کے لئے انتہائی اہم ہے”۔ اس نے مزید کہا کہ وہ اس بات کا اعتراف کرتا ہے کہ پاکستان کا فاٹا میں “دہشت گردی” کے خلاف جاری آپریشن نے عسکریت پسندوں کی پاکستان کی حدود کو محفوظ پناہ گاہ کے طور پر استعمال کرنے اور افغانستان میں مزاحمت کی حمایت کرنے کی صلاحیت و استعداد میں کمی کی ہے۔

جب خود سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار اس بات کا اعتراف کرتے ہیں کہ امریکہ نے پاکستان کی ازلی دشمن بھارت کو افغانستان میں قدم جمانے کی اجازت دی تو پھر کس طرح راحیل شریف ان لوگوں کے خلاف فوجی آپریشن کر رہے ہیں جو امریکہ کے خلاف لڑ رہے ہیں؟ جب خود سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار اس بات کا اعتراف کرتے ہیں کہ امریکی پالیسیوں نے پاکستان کو نقصان پہنچایا ہے تو پھر کس طرح راحیل شریف پاکستان کے دروازے، افغانستان، میں امریکہ کو قدم جمانے کے لئے افواج پاکستان کو استعمال کر رہے ہیں جبکہ امریکہ پاکستان کے ایٹمی پروگرام کا کھلا دشمن ہے؟ درحقیقت راحیل شریف نے اپنی مدت ملازمت میں امریکی خدمت گزاروں، کیانی اور مشرف، ہی کی طرح صرف اور صرف امریکی مفادات کے حصول کے لئے پاکستان اور خطے کے مسلمانوں کے مفادات کو قربان کیا ہے۔ راحیل شریف کے دور میں نیشنل ایکشن پلان کے نام پر اسلام کی آواز کو کچلنے کا آغاز کیا گیا اور ہزاروں افراد کو پابند سلاسل اور سیکڑوں کو اغوا کر کے غائب کر دیا گیا۔ راحیل شریف کے دور میں ہی ملٹری انٹیلی جنس، انٹر سرورسز انٹیلی جنس، انٹیلی جنس بیورو اور پولیس کے افسران پر مشتمل کمیٹی قائم کی گئی جو پٹھان کوٹ حملے کی تحقیقات میں بھارت کی معاونت کرے گی اور اس کو محفوظ بنانے کے اقدامات تجویز کرے گی۔ راحیل شریف کے دور میں بھی کشمیر میں جہاد کرنے والوں کو روکنے کی پالیسی کو برقرار رکھا گیا اور راحیل نے امریکہ کے دو دورے کرنے کے باوجود قوم کی بیٹی عافیہ صدیقی کو واپس لانے کی بات تک نہ کی۔

انشاء اللہ جلد ہی قائم ہونے والی خلافت کے افواج کے کمانڈرز اور سربراہان جب ریٹائر ہوں گے تو ان کو اس بات پر یاد نہیں کیا جائے گا کہ انہوں نے اپنی مدت ملازمت میں توسیع نہیں لی یا یہ کہ انہوں نے امریکہ کی خدمت گزاری کی بلکہ ان کے دور کو خالد بن ولید رضی اللہ عنہ، طارق بن زیاد اور محمد بن قاسم کی طرح یاد کیا جائے گا کہ انہوں نے اللہ کے کلمے کی سربلندی اور اسلام کی ترویج کے لئے کتنی فتوحات کیں۔

وَلِلَّهِ ٱلْعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱلْمُنَافِقِينَ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ

“اور عزت اللہ، اس کے رسول ﷺ اور مؤمنوں ہی کے لئے ہے، لیکن منافقین نہیں جانتے” (المنافقوں:08)
