بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

﴿فَأَذَاقَهُمُ اللَّهُ الْخِزْيَ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَكْبَرُ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ﴾

“So, Allâh made them to taste the disgrace in the present life, but greater is the torment of the Hereafter if they only knew!” [Surah az-Zamar 39:26]

This is how Allah (swt) humiliated the Libyan despot and gave him an evil death, this is after the tyrant made annihilation in the land, generation after generation for forty years, seeing himself as the Fir’awn of this generation-  his end came with a degrading escape and in a dark cellar, after he had abandoned his palaces and its treasures.

{كَمْ تَرَكُوا مِنْ جَنَّاتٍ وَعُيُونٍ * وَزُرُوعٍ وَمَقَامٍ كَرِيمٍ * وَنَعْمَةٍ كَانُوا فِيهَا فَاكِهِينَ * كَذَلِكَ وَأَوْرَثْنَاهَا قَوْمًا آخَرِينَ * فَمَا بَكَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّمَاءُ وَالْأَرْضُ وَمَا كَانُوا مُنْظَرِينَ}،

How many of gardens and springs that they [Fir’aun’s (Pharaoh’s) people] left behind, And green crops (fields) and goodly places, And comforts of life wherein they used to take delight! , Thus (it was)! And We made other people inherit them (i.e. We made the Children of Israel to inherit the kingdom of Egypt), And the heavens and the earth wept not for them, nor were they given respite, [Surah Ad-Dukhaan 44:25-29]

Do the rest of tyrants still bank on their mortal followers. Do they not have hearts with which they understand, and eyes with which they see and ears with which they hear? Do the tyrants of Syria and Yemen not consider? Do they not give give to heed to what happened to those who were killed before them and were much more powerful than they are and had more wealth than they have? Or are they like the cattle that understand little, or are they even worse?

O people of Libya, O Muslims : The blood of the martyrs that was spilled during his rule in the prisons under torture brings you good news….the martyrs of Hizb ut Tahrir who were killed mercilessly because they said the word of truth in front of the tyrant ruler brings you good news …indeed all the Muslim martyrs who were killed by torture in the prison cellars bring you good news… all the martyrs whose blood was spilled in the killing fields bring you good news….they bring good news to our people in Libya and they bring good news to the Muslims in the east and the west and they bring good news for every one revolting against the oppression of the tyrants all around the world.

O people of Libya, O Muslims, crown the killing of the tyrant with the a start of an era of sincerity to Allah (swt) and RasulAllah (saw). So be grateful to Allah (swt) and establish the rule of Allah (swt) and break the back of His enemies, the disbelieving colonialists, such that they have no influence over you… and this way you will fulfill the right of the pure blood that was spilled and the sacrifices that were made. And if you do not then those whose blood was spilled will complain to the Creator of heavens and the earth and you would be like the one who undoes the thread which he has spun after it has become strong! We live in a land of mujahideen and a land of the Huffaz of the Quran, why then should we be like this ?

O people of Libya, O Muslims : Hizb ut Tahrir is from those who advice you, so side with Allah and RasulAllah (saw) and establish his state, the Khilafah Rashida and for it you will honored, praised and you will be victorious in both the worlds, this one and the hereafter and that is a great victory. Do not get betrayed by the slogans of the disbelieving colonialist or the mottos of their agents, like the idea of the rule of man instead of the rule of the lord of man, by the call towards democracy or the civilian secular state because then you would be from the losers…do not get betrayed by their shiny promises of aid and support for it is poison camouflaged behind a layer of fat, apparently it seems to be good and merciful but inside it is full of evil, this is because you are not in need of any support as your land is a land of resources and Allah has blessed it with resources from top and bottom so be on the side of Allah (swt) and fear Him and He will open His doors of mercy and blessings from the heavens and the earth.

Hizb ut Tahrir was formed from you and is a part of you, so perform the takbeer of victory for Allah who has destroyed your enemy and make them the takbeer of victory in the world under the shade of the flag of the Khilafah, the flag of “Laa ilaha ilAllah Muhammadur RasulAllah” and takbeer of victory in the akhirah under the shade of Allah (swt) on a day when there will be no shade other than His, and then Allah will look at you with honour

قَالَ عَسَى رَبُّكُمْ أَنْ يُهْلِكَ عَدُوَّكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَيَنْظُرَ كَيْفَ تَعْمَلُونَ

He said: “It may be that your Lord will destroy your enemy and make you successors on the earth, so that He may see how you act.” [Surah Al‘Araaf 7:129]

بسم اللّٰہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

(فَاَذَاقَہُمُ اللّٰہُ الْخِزْیَ فِیْ الْحَےٰوۃِ الدُّنْیَا وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَۃِ اَکْبَرُم لَوْ کَانُوْا یَعْلَمُوْنَ)
’’پھر اللہ نے انہیں دنیا کی زندگی میں ہی ذلت کا مزہ چکھایا اور آخرت کا عذاب تو اِس سے کہیں بڑھ کرہے، اگر وہ جانتے ہوتے‘‘(الزمر:26)

اللہ نے لیبیا کے جابر حکمران کو ذلت کا مزہ چکھایا اور اسے دردناک اور عبرت ناک موت دی۔ وہ جابر جو زمین میں چالیس سال تک نسل در نسل تباہی مچاتا رہا اور اپنے آپ کو موجودہ دور کا فرعون سمجھتا رہا۔ اس کا خاتمہ اس انداز میں ہوا کہ اسے اپنے محل اور خزانوں کو چھوڑ کر ذلت کے ساتھ فرار ہونا پڑا اور ایک اندھیری کوٹھری میں چُھپنا پڑا۔

( کَمْ تَرَ کُوْا مِنْ جَنّٰتٍ وَّعُیُوْنٍ o وَّزُرُوْعٍ وَّمَقَامٍ کَرِیْمٍ o وَّنَعْمَۃٍ کَانُوْا فِیْھَا فٰکِھِیْنَ o کَذٰ لِکَ قف وَاَوْرَثْنٰھَا قَوْمًا اٰخَرِیْنَ o فَمَا بَکَتْ عَلَیْھِمُ السَّمَآءُ وَالْاَرْضُ وَمَا کَانُوْا مُنْظَرِیْنَ)
’’وہ بہت سے باغات اور چشمے چھوڑ گئے ۔ اور آرام کی وہ چیزیں جن میں وہ عیش کر رہے تھے ۔ اسی طرح ہوا اور ہم نے ان سب کا وارث دوسری قوم کو بنا دیا ۔ سو نہ تو ان پر آسمان رویا اور نہ ہی زمین ، اور نہ ہی انہیں مہلت ملی‘‘(الدخان:25تا29)

کیا باقی کے جابر حکمران ابھی بھی اپنے فانی پیروکاروں پر بھروسہ کر رہے ہیں کہ وہ انہیں بچا لیں گے؟ کیا وہ قلب نہیں رکھتے کہ وہ سمجھیں، آنکھیں نہیں رکھتے کہ وہ دیکھیں ، کان نہیں رکھتے کہ وہ سنیں؟ کیا شام اور یمن کے جابر حکمران غور کریں گے؟ کیا وہ اس بات سے عبرت نہیں پکڑیں گے کہ اُن لوگوں کے ساتھ کیا ہوا کہ جو اللہ نے اِن سے پہلے ہلاک کیے تھے جبکہ وہ لوگ موجودہ جابروں سے زیادہ طاقت ور تھے اور ان سے زیادہ دولت رکھتے تھے؟ یا پھر یہ حکمران چوپایوں کی مانند ہیں کہ جو عقل نہیں رکھتے یا ان سے بھی بد تر ہیں؟

اے لیبیا کے لوگو! اے مسلمانو! قذافی کے دورِ حکومت میں لیبیا کی جیلوں میں شہداء کا جو خون بہایا گیا وہ آپ کے لیے خوشخبری لایا ہے… حزب التحریرکے شہداء کا خون آپ کے لیے خوشخبری لے کر آیا ہے ، وہ شباب کہ جنہیں قذافی نے بے دردی سے شہید کیاکیونکہ انہوں نے جابر کے سامنے کلمۂ حق کہنے کا رستہ اختیار کیا تھا… بلکہ وہ تمام شہداء کہ جنہیں اسلام کی وجہ سے جیلوں میں تشدد کر کے موت کے گھاٹ اتارا گیا،ان کا خون آپ کے لیے خوشخبری لے کر آیا ہے…وہ تمام شہداء جن کا خون مقتل گاہوں میں بہایا گیا آ پ کو خوشی کی نوید سناتا ہے…یہ خوشی کا پیغام ہمارے لیبیا کے لوگوں کے لیے ہی نہیں بلکہ مشرق سے مغرب تک تمام مسلمانوں کے لیے ہے ، اور یہ پیغام ہر اُس شخص کے لیے ہے جو دنیا بھر میں جابر حکمرانوں کے خلاف اٹھ رہا ہے۔

اے لیبیا کے لوگو! اے مسلمانو! لیبیا کے جابر حکمران کے قتل کے بعد اب ایسے دَور کی شروعات کرو جو اللہ اور اس کے رسول اکے ساتھ اخلاص پر مبنی ہو۔ اللہ کا شکر ادا کرو اور اللہ کے حکم کو زمین پر نافذ کر دواور اللہ کے دشمنوں یعنی استعماری کفار کی کمر توڑ دو۔ اگرتم اللہ کے حکم کو نافذ کرو گے تو تب ہی استعماری کفار کے اثرو رسوخ سے آزاد ہو سکو گے…اسی طرح تم اس خون کا حق ادا کر سکو گے ، جو جابر حکمران کے خلاف بہااور ان قربانیوں کا حق جو اِس راہ میں دی گئیں۔ اگر تم ایسا نہیں کر و گے تو جن لوگوں کا خون اس راہ میں بہا وہ روزِ قیامت خالقِ کائنات کے سامنے التجا کریں گے اور تمہاری حالت اُس عورت کی مانند ہو گی کہ جس کا قرآن نے ذکر کیا کہ جس نے سُوت کو کاتنے کے بعد خود ہی تار تار کر دیا ۔ ہم اس سرزمین کے باسی ہیں جومجاہدین اور حفاظِ قرآن کی سرزمین کہلاتی ہے، تو کیا ہمیں اس عورت کی مانند ہوناچاہیے؟

اے لیبیا کے لوگو! اے مسلمانو! حزب التحریران میں سے ہے جو آپ کو نصیحت کرنے کو اپنا فرض سمجھتی ہے۔ حزب آپ کو نصیحت کرتی ہے کہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول ا کا ساتھ دواور اللہ اور اس کے رسول ا کی ریاست یعنی خلافتِ راشدہ کو قائم کرو کہ اسی میں آپ کی عزت و سربلندی ہے اور دنیا و آخرت کی کامیابی ہے ،اور یہ واقعی ایک عظیم کامیابی ہے۔ استعماری کفار یا ان کے ایجنٹوں کے نعروں سے دھوکہ مت کھاؤ، جو انسانو ں کے رب کے قانون کی بجائے انسانوں کے قانون کی بات کر رہے ہیں، اور جمہوریت اور سیکولر سِولین ریاست کی بات کرتے ہیں ، کیونکہ اگر تم ان کی باتوں میں آ جاؤ گے تو خسارہ پانے والوں میں سے ہو جاؤ گے…اور نہ ہی ان کے امدا د اور مددو حمایت کے خوشنما وعدوں سے دھوکہ کھاؤ کیونکہ یہ شکر کی تہہ میں لپٹا ہوا زہر ہے ، کفارکی طرف سے دکھائی جانے والی بھلائی اور رحمدلی اپنے اندر شر کو سموئے ہوئے ہے۔ آپ کوکسی مدد کی ضرورت نہیں کیونکہ آپ کی سرزمین وسائل سے مالامال ہے اور اللہ نے اسے طرح طرح کے وسائل سے بھر رکھا ہے۔ پس آپ اللہ کے حواری بن جائیں اور اسی سے ڈریں، وہ آپ کے لیے زمین و آسمان کی برکتوں کے دروازے کھول دے گا۔

حزب التحریرنے آپ میں سے ہے اورآپ کے ساتھ ہے، اور آپ کو فتح کی تکبیروں کی طرف پکارتی ہے۔ اللہ نے آپ کے دشمن کو تباہ کر دیا ،اب آپ دنیا کو فتح کرنے کی تکبیروں کی طرف قدم بڑھائیں جو کہ خلافت کے لا الہ الا اللہ محمد رسول اللّٰہ کے جھنڈے تلے حاصل ہو گی ۔ ایسی تکبیریں جوآخرت میں سرخروئی کا باعث ہوں ، اور آپ کواللہ کے عرش کے سائے تلے جگہ ملے کہ جس دن اِس سائے کے سوا کوئی اور سایہ نہ ہو گا ، اور اللہ آپ کو عزت و نصر کی نگاہ سے دیکھے ۔

(عَسٰی رَبُّکُمْ اَنْ یُہْلِکَ عَدُوَّکُمْ وَیَسْتَخْلِفَکُمْ فِیْ الْاَرْضِ فَیَنْظُرَ کَیْْفَ تَعْمَلُوْنَ)
’’ اللہ جلد تمہارے دشمن کو ہلاک کردے گااور اسکی بجائے تمہیں اس سر زمین کا مالک بنا دے گا، پھر وہ دیکھے گاکہ تم کیسے اعمال کرتے ہو‘‘(الاعراف:129)
