Eject America, remove the treacherous rulers – bring back the Khilafah

A huge wave of change has spread throughout the Ummah.  Muslim youth have taken to the streets against the tyrant and treacherous Muslim rulers. The palaces of these traitor rulers are trembling with through the marching feet of the people. People have decided to throw away the shackles of slavery. The whole of the Muslim world is echoing with the slogan: الشعب يريد اسقاط النظام “People want to overthrow the system” causing sleepless nights to these treacherous rulers. Colonialists know very well that if this call takes a right direction then no one will be able to stop the end of the colonialist hegemony within the Muslim world.

Western colonialist countries either enslaved Muslims with tyrant dictators or exploited them with democratic rulers.  Muslims of Pakistan have tasted both these ruling systems. They know that in this game of ‘political-gamble,’ both horses are owned by the colonialists, and betting on either of them will only benefit the colonialist. That is why the Muslims of Pakistan want a comprehensive change. A change, which will not be a mere change of face, but a change of system.  This very change will signal the defeat of the colonialist.

O Muslims!

You are part of a great Ummah, which faced every difficulty with bravery and steadfastness. An Ummah which inflected humiliating defeated to the Tatars and the invading Crusaders.  An Ummah which has been declared by Allah (SWT) as the best nation ever raised for mankind and Allah (SWT) made you witness over all other nations. The way you responded after the earthquake and during the recent floods by helping your brothers in need, proves that you are still blessed with the wealth of Khair and good-deeds. Even your biggest enemies admire you.

O Muslim Brothers!

These traitor rulers always degrade you to shatter your self-respect and confidence. They falsely claim that the masses are bad; therefore, they deserve corrupt rulers like them. They do this in order to protect themselves from criticism.  O Brothers! No way, had you been corrupt like these traitor rulers you would have also supported America in Afghanistan, just like them.  Had you been corrupt you would have also slept peacefully after selling Afia Siddiqui to the Americans.  Had you been bad you would have also been keen to handover Raymond Davis to the Americans.  O Dear Muslim Brothers! On the contrary you are committed to protect the honor of your Prophet (s.a.w), whilst these treacherous rulers feel honored to embrace the blasphemers. You want to liberate Kashmir through Jihad to end the oppression whilst the rulers want to spread Hindu-culture throughout Pakistan. You consider America as your enemy whilst these rulers openly declare them to be their allies.  You long for the implementation of Islam whilst these rulers take pride in implementing Kufr.  What’s similar between you and them?! Absolutely nothing!!  They are the protectorate of American and European interests and you are the devotees of Allah and his Messenger (s.a.w). This is the very reason you don’t deserve these rulers. You want a ruler who would cut NATO supply line and implement the Sharia of Allah over you. You want one who loves the Messenger (saaw) who would silence the blasphemers and would teach them a lesson through Jihad.  You want a just ruler who would punish these treacherous rulers according to what they deserve.  You long for a ruler who by following the footsteps of Umar (r.a) would patrol the streets by night and who would consider his primary duty to serve his people. The inhabitants of the land of Sindh once again need a “Mohammad Bin Qasim” who would liberate them from the Raja Dahirs of today.

O Muslims!

Indeed, you are in search of a Khaleefa-e-Rashid, whose arrival has been prophesized by none other than the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) himself and the time of his establishment has come very near. Prophet Mohammad (s.a.w) said:

(ثم تكون خلافة على منهاج النبوة)

“Then there will be the Khilaafah on the way of Prophethood.”

O Muslims!

It would be the Khilafah, which would fulfill the basic needs of every citizen by implementing economic system of Islam. It would be the Khilafah which will liberate Masjid ul-Aqsa, Palestine, Kashmir, Afghanistan, Chechnya, Iraq and many other occupied lands through organized Jihad. It would be the Khilafah, which will eradicate obscenity and lewdness from the society. It would be the Khilafah which will provide free and speedy justice to the people by implementing Islamic judicial system. It would be the Khilafah which will cut the American supply line and expel her from the region. It would be the Khilafah which will kick out American agencies and private armies from the region. It would only be the Khilafah which would erase all artificial borders which separate Muslims and will make the Muslim Ummah the strongest nation of the world again.  And indeed, it would only be the Khilafah which would convey Islam to the whole world through Da’wa and Jihad.  O Muslims! Rise and be a part of this struggle.

O Muslims!

You have been searching a sincere leadership for years that would liberate you from the slavery of America and its system.  All praise be to Allah (SWT), in the shape of  Hizb ut Tahrir, this sincere leadership is working in the whole Muslim world. Today Hizb ut Tahrir  is the largest Islamic political party which is operating in more than 40 countries under a single Ameer, Shaikh Atta bin Khaleel abu Rashta.  Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir are writing a new history of sacrifices in the whole Muslim world. Even today more than ten thousand members of Hizb are languishing in various prisons of Central Asia and the Arab world.  Hizb ut Tahrir works according to the manhaj of Prophet (saaw) to establish the Khilafah which constitutes preparing the Ummah to live under Islam as well convincing the people-of-power to grant material support (nusrah) for the implementation of Islam. Alhamdu Lillah, today the Ummah is eager to live under Islam. The need of the hour is that these sincere elements in Pakistan’s Armed Forces should mobilize to grant nusrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the implementation of Islam.

O Pakistan’s Armed Forces!

Rise and uproot these treacherous rulers who are killing Muslims by sitting comfortably under the protection of your guns.  Rise and attain the honor of being the Ansar-e-Sani.

Hizb ut Tahrir is holding countrywide rallies on Sunday, April 17, 2011 under the title “Eject US, Eject the traitor rulers – Establish the Khilafah”. The purpose of these rallies is to remind Pakistan’s Armed Forces of its duty and to convince her to establish the Khilafah by uprooting this system.  It is the responsibility of every Muslim that not only should he participate in these rallies, but he should also convey this message to all his relatives and friends in the Armed Forces. The day is not far when this rotten system will come tumbling down by a single powerful shock and the kufr will vanish and the world would be enlightened with the light (Noor) of Islam.

{وَقُلْ جَاءَ الحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ البَاطِلُ إِنَّ البَاطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًا}

And say:“The truth has now come [to light], and falsehood has withered away: for, behold, all falsehood is bound to wither away!” al-Isra:81

امریکہ کو بھگاؤ، غداروں کو ہٹاؤ ۔ خلافت کو لاؤ

امتِ مسلمہ میں تبدیلی کی لہر مغرب سے مشرق تک پھیل چکی ہے۔ مسلمان نوجوان جابر اور غدار حکمرانوں کے خلاف سر سے کفن باندھ کر گلیوں اور بازاروں میں امڈ آئے ہیں۔ عوام کے قدموں کی چاپ سے غدار مسلم حکمرانوں کے ایوان لرزرہے ہیں۔ مسلمانوں نے غلامی کا طوق گلے سے اتار پھینکنے کا تہیہ کر لیا ہے۔ پوری مسلم دنیا میں ”الشعب یرید اسقاط النظام‘‘ ”عوام نظام کا انہدام چاہتے ہیں‘‘ کا نعرہ گونج رہا ہے جس نے غدار حکمرانوں کی نیندیں حرام کرکے رکھ دی ہیں۔ استعمار جانتا ہے کہ تبدیلی کی اس پکار نے اگر درست سمت اختیار کر لی تو پھر مسلم دنیا میں اس کی بساط کو لپٹنے سے کوئی نہ روک سکے گا۔

مغربی استعماری ممالک نے مسلمانوں کو کہیں جابر ڈکٹیٹروں کے ذریعے غلام بنایا اور کہیں ان کا استحصال جمہوری حکمرانوں کے ذریعے کیا۔ پاکستان کے مسلمان ان دونوں طرز کے حکمرانی کا مزا لوٹ چکے ہیں۔ وہ جان چکے ہیں کہ سیاسی جوئے کے اس کھیل میں دونوں گھوڑے استعمار کے ہیں۔ ان میں سے کسی پر بھی پیسے لگانے کا مطلب استعمار کو فائدہ پہنچانا ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ پاکستان کے مسلمان اب یکسر اور مکمل تبدیلی چاہتے ہیں۔ یہ تبدیلی چہروں کی تبدیلی نہ ہو بلکہ نظام کی تبدیلی ہو۔ یہی تبدیلی استعمار کی اصل شکست ہوگی۔

اے مسلمانو! تم مسلم امت کا حصہ ہو، اس عظیم امت کا، جس نے ہر مشکل کا نہایت جواں مردی سے سامنا کیا ہے۔ اس امت کا جس نے تاتاریوں کو مار بھگایا؛ جس نے صلیبیوں کو ناکوں چنے چبوا دئے۔ اس امت کا حصہ جسے خود اللہ سبحانہُ و تعالیٰ نے پوری انسانیت میں بہترین امت قرار دیا اور اسے دیگر تمام اقوام پر شہید (گواہ) بنایا۔ کشمیر کے زلزلے اور حال ہی میں آنے والے سیلاب میں جس طرح تم نے بڑھ چڑھ کر اپنے بھائیوں کی مدد و معاونت کی اس نے ثابت کر دیا کہ تم آج بھی خیر اور نیکی کی دولت سے مالا مال ہو۔ تمہاری تعریف تمہارے سب سے بڑے دشمن تک کرتے ہیں۔

اے مسلمان بھائیو! یہ غدار حکمران تمہاری حوصلہ شکنی کرنے اور تمہاری ہمت کو پارہ پارہ کرنے کے لئے تمہیں ہمیشہ برا بھلا کہتے ہیں۔ وہ یہ کہہ کر اپنے آپ کو تنقید سے بچاتے ہیں کہ چونکہ عوام برے ہیں اس لئے اُن جیسے برے حکمران ہی عوام کا مقدر ہیں۔ اے بھائیو! ہر گز نہیں، تم برے ہوتے تو تم بھی ان غداروں کی طرح افغانستان میں امریکہ کا ساتھ دیتے ۔ تم برے ہوتے تو تم بھی عافیہ صدیقی کو بیچ کر چین کی نیندسوتے۔ تم برے ہوتے توتم بھی ریمنڈ ڈیوس کو امریکہ کے حوالے کرنے کے لئے بے قرار ہوتے۔ عزیز مسلمان بھائیو! تم ناموس رسالت پر مر مٹنے کے لئے تیار ہو جبکہ یہ غدار حکمران رسول ﷺ کی توہین کرنے والوں سے بغل گیر ہونے میں فخر محسوس کرتے ہیں۔ تم کشمیر یوں کو بذریعہ جہاد ظلم سے نجات دلانا چاہتے ہو جبکہ یہ غدار حکمران ہندو کلچر کی پورے ملک میں ترویج چاہتے ہیں۔ تم امریکہ کو دشمن سمجھتے ہواور یہ اسے اپنا حلیف گردانتے ہیں۔ تم اسلام کا نفاذ چاہتے ہو جبکہ یہ کفر نافذ کرنے میں فخر محسوس کرتے ہے۔ ایسے میں تمہاری ان غداروں سے کیا نسبت ؟! یہ امریکہ اور یورپ کے مفادات کے رکھوالے اور تم اللہ اور رسول ﷺ کے عاشق! یہی وجہ ہے کہ یہ حکمران تمہارے لائق نہیں۔ تمہیں تو وہ مؤمن چاہئے جو امریکہ کی رسد کاٹ کر اسلامی شریعت کو نافذ کرے۔ تمہیں تو وہ عاشق رسول ؐچاہئے جو توہین رسالت کرنے والوں کی زبان کھینچ لے اور جہاد کے ذریعے ان کی اینٹ سے اینٹ بجا دے۔ تمہیں تو وہ منصف چاہئے جو ان غدار حکمرانوں کو کیفر کردار تک پہنچائے۔ تم تو اس حکمران کی خواہش کرتے ہو جو سیدنا عمرؓ کے نقش قدم پر چل کر راتوں کو گشت کرے اور اپنی رعایاکی خدمت اپنا فرض سمجھے۔ اس ارض سندھ کے باسیوں کو ایک بار پھر ”محمد بن قاسم‘‘ چاہئے جو آج کے راجہ داھروں سے انہیں نجات دلائے۔ اے مسلمانو! بے شک تمہیں خلیفہ راشد کی تلاش ہے جس کی آمد کی بشارت خود رسول مقبول ﷺ نے دے رکھی ہے اور اب اس کی آمد کا وقت بہت قریب آن پہنچا ہے۔ ارشاد نبوی ﷺہے:

ثم تکون خلافۃ علی منہاج النبوۃ
”اور پھر نبوت کے نقش قدم پر خلافت دوبارہ قائم ہوگی‘‘  منسد احمد

! اے مسلمانو

یہ خلافت ہی ہوگی جو اسلام کے اقتصادی نظام کے نفاذ کے ذریعے مسلمانوں کی بنیادی ضروریات کا تحفظ کریگی۔ یہ خلافتہی ہوگی جو جہاد کے ذریعے قبلۂ اول سمیت ، فلسطین، کشمیر، افغانستان، چیچنیا، عراق وغیرہ کو آزاد کرائیگی۔ یہ خلافتہی ہوگی جو فحاشی اور عریانی کا خاتمہ کریگی۔ یہ خلافتہی ہوگی جو اسلامی عدالتی نظام کے ذریعے عوام کو مفت اور فوری انصاف فراہم کریگی۔ یہ خلافتہی ہو گی جو امریکی رسد کاٹ کر امریکہ کو خطے سے بے دخل کریگی۔ یہ خلافتہی ہوگی جو امریکی خفیہ ایجنسیوں اور پرائیوٹ سیکورٹی اداروں کو خطے سے نکالے گی۔ یہ خلافتہی ہوگی جو مسلمانوں کے درمیان حائل مصنوعی سرحدوں کا خاتمہ کریگی اور امت مسلمہ کو ایک بار پھر دنیا کی سب سے طاقتور قوم بنائیگی۔ اور بے شک یہ خلافتہی ہوگی جو دعوت اور جہاد کے ذریعے اسلام کا پیغام پوری دنیا تک پھیلائیگی۔ اے مسلمانو! اٹھو اور اس جدوجہد کا حصہ بن جاؤ۔

! اے مسلمانو

تم کئی برس سے ایک مخلص لیڈرشپ کی تلاش میں تھے جو تمہیں امریکہ اور اس کے نظام کی غلامی سے نکالے۔ الحمد للہ یہ مخلص لیڈرشپ حزب التحریرکی شکل میں پوری مسلم امت میں جدوجہد کر رہی ہے۔ آج حزب التحریردنیا کی سب سے بڑی اسلامی سیاسی جماعت ہے جو شیخ عطا بن خلیل ابو رشتہ کی سرکردگی میں چالیس سے زائد ممالک میں کام کر رہی ہے۔ حزب التحریرکے شباب پوری دنیا میں قربانیوں کی تاریخ رقم کر رہے ہیں اور آج بھی دس ہزار سے زائد حزب کے ممبران وسط ایشیاء اور عرب ممالک میں پابند سلاسل ہیں۔ حزب التحریر خلافت کے قیام کے لئے منہج نبویؐ پر کاربند ہے جس میں امت کو اسلام کے تحت زندگی بسر کرنے کے لئے تیار کرنا اور اہل طاقت کو اسلام کے نفاذ کے لئے نصرت دینے پر آمادہ کرنا ہوتا ہے۔ الحمد للہ آج امت اسلام کے نفاذ کے لئے تیار ہے ضرورت صرف اس امر کی ہے کہ افواج میں موجود مخلص عناصر حرکت میں آئیں اور اسلام کے نفاذ کے لئے حزب التحریرکو مدد و نصرت فراہم کریں۔ اے افواج پاکستان! اٹھو اور ان غدار حکمرانوں کو اکھاڑ پھینکو، جو تمہاری بندوقوں کے سائے تلے بیٹھ کر مسلمانوں کا قتل عام کر رہے ہیں۔ اٹھو اور خلافت قائم کر کے انصار ثانی کا رتبہ حاصل کرلو۔

حزب التحریر17 اپریل بروز اتوار کو ملک بھر میں ”امریکہ کو بھگاؤ، غداروں کو ہٹاؤ ۔ خلافت کو لاؤ‘‘ کے عنوان سے ریلیوں کا انعقاد کر رہی ہے۔ ریلیوں کا مقصد پاک افواج کو اس کی ذمہ داری یاد دلانااور انہیں یہ نظام اکھاڑ کر خلافت کا نظام نافذ کرنے پر آمادہ کرنا ہے۔ ہر مسلمان کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ وہ نہ صرف ان ریلیوں میں شامل ہو بلکہ مسلح افواج میں اپنے عزیز و اقارب اور دوستوں تک یہ پیغام پہنچانے کے لئے متحرک ہوجائے۔ وہ دن دور نہیں جب یہ بوسیدہ نظام ایک طاقتور جھٹکے کے ذریعے زمیں بوس ہو جائیگا اور کفر مٹ جائیگا اور دنیا اسلام کے نور سے منور ہو جائیگی۔

وَقُلْ جَاءَ الحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ البَاطِلُ إِنَّ البَاطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًا
”اور کہہ دیجئے ‘سچ آگیا اور جھوٹ مٹ گیا۔ بے شک جھوٹ مٹنے والی شئے ہے‘‘  – سورۃ الاسراء: 81
