Government conspiracy to falsely link Hizb ut-Tahrir with terrorism fails again!

Courts absolves members of Hizb ut-Tahrir in bomb blast case

A few months back, Peshawar police busied themselves in a ridiculous and futile exercise to falsely implicate Hizb ut-Tahrir in terrorism and began harassing its members. Police registered a case against four members of Hizb of planting a bomb outside the house of a former MNA of Jamat-i-Islami. These shebaab were arrested at a rally, which was organized to end the American Raj and called for the establishment of the Khilafah. When the police could not break the brave shebaab under torture, they fabricated a bomb blast case against them. After several hearings, the government could not present any proof and the judge absolved these brave Shabab from this case.

This is not a first incident in which false cases being fabricated in order to implicate Hizb ut-Tahrir with terrorism and to harass its members. This is the trademark of the Kuffar democratic system, where criminals are made rulers of the country but the callers to Islam are implicated in false cases. Without doubt, people know that Hizb ut-Tahrir is a not militant and is an ideological political party which is peacefully struggling to establish the Khilafah upon the Methodology of Prophethood. So, the people cannot be deceived by this false propaganda against Hizb ut-Tahrir. These traitor rulers have transgressed all limits in order to prevent Islam and to please America. Recently, in Lahore, government thugs tried to abduct a member of Hizb but with the blessing of Allah they failed to do so. These traitor rulers choose not to see that the American army of “Raymond Davis’s” who are involved in bomb blasts throughout the country, yet they are irked by and chase the sincere people who are carriers of Islam.

Gilani, Zardari, Pasha and Kiyani have reduced the Pakistani security agencies to America’s watchdog, whose role is merely restricted to persecute, arrest and torture people who love Islam and are opposed to American tyranny. We warn the security agencies’ personnel that they should not ruin their life in this world and the next for the sake of these traitors. Rather than helping the Kuffar and their agents, they should help and protect Islam and the Muslims. The recent NATO attack on Salala check post is a clear proof that America does not even care about killing you also in order to fulfill its interest. We warn Zardari, Kiyani, Pasha and Gilani that their days are numbered and the establishment of Khilafah is imminent and the day is not far away when they will be tried for treason against Islam and Muslims inshaaAllah

حزب التحریر کو دہشت گردی سے منسلک کرنے کی حکومتی سازش ایک بار پھر ناکام!
بم دھماکہ کیس میں عدالت نے حزب کے ممبران کو باعزت بری کر دیا

چند ماہ قبل پشاور پولیس نے حزب التحریر کو دہشت گردی سے منسلک کرنے اور اس کے ممبران کو حراساں کرنے کی ایک بودی اور ناکام کوشش کی۔ پولیس نے حزب کے چار ممبران پر جماعت اسلامی کے سابقہ ایم این اے کے گھر کے باہر ہونے والے بم دھماکے میں منسلک کر دیا۔ ان نوجوانوں کو 17اپریل کو امریکہ مخالف اور خلافت کے حق میں ہونے والی ریلی سے گرفتار کیا گیا اور جب تشدد کے بعد بھی پولیس ان کے عزم کو نہ توڑ سکی تو ان پر بم دھماکے کا کیس ڈال دیا گیا۔ متعدد پیشیوں کے باوجود حکومت عدالت میں کوئی ثبوت پیش نہ کر سکی جس پر جج نے بلآخر ان نڈر نوجوانوں کو باعزت بری کر دیا۔ یہ پہلا موقع نہیں جب حزب کے ممبران کو حراساں کرنے اور حزب کو دہشت گردی سے منسلک کرنے کے لئے جھوٹے مقدمے بنائے گئے ہوں۔ یہ کفریہ جمہوری نظام کا طرۂ امتیاز ہے جہاں NRO کے ذریعے مجرموں کو حکمران بنایا جاتا ہے جبکہ اسلام کے دعیوں کو جھوٹے مقدموں میں گھسیٹا جاتا ہے۔ بے شک عوا م جانتے ہیں کہ حزب التحریر ایک غیر عسکری اور نظریاتی سیاسی جماعت ہے جو خلافت کے قیام کے لئے منہج نبوی پر کاربند ہے۔ چنانچہ حزب کے خلاف اس قسم کے جھوٹے پراپیگینڈے سے عوام ہرگز دھوکے میں آنے والے نہیں۔ یہ غدار حکمران اسلام کو روکنے اور امریکہ کو خوش کرنے میں تمام حدود پھلانگ چکے ہیں۔ حال ہی میں لاہور میں حزب کے ایک ممبر کو اغوا کرنے کی کوشش کی گئی لیکن اللہ کی مدد سے حکومتی غنڈے ایسا کرنے میں ناکام رہے۔ ان غدار حکمرانوں کو بم دھماکے کرتے ’’ریمنڈ ڈیوس‘‘ نظر نہیں آتے لیکن اسلام کی دعوت دینے والے مخلص نوجوان ان کی انکھوں میں کانٹے کی طرح کھٹکتے ہیں۔ گیلانی اور کیانی نے پاکستان کی سیکورٹی اداروں کو امریکہ کے شکاری کتے بنا کر رکھ دیا ہے جن کا کام محض امریکہ مخالف اور اسلام پسند مخلص مسلمانوں کو گرفتار کرنا اور انہیں ظلم و جبر کا نشانہ بنانا ہوتا ہے۔ ہم سیکورٹی اہلکاروں کو تنبیہ کرتے ہیں کہ وہ ان غداروں کی خاطر اپنی دنیا اور آخرت تباہ نہ کریں اور کفار کی مدد کرنے کے بجائے اسلام اور مسلمانوں کی مدد اور حفاظت کریں۔ حال ہی میں ہونے والا سلالہ حملہ اس بات کی واضح دلیل ہے کہ امریکہ اپنے مفاد میں آپ کو بھی قتل کرنے سے ہر گز دریغ نہیں کرے گا ۔ ہم زرداری، کیانی اور گیلانی کو بھی متنبہہ کرنا چاہتے ہیں کہ ان کے دن گنے جاچکے ہیں اور خلافت کا قیام نوشتہ دیوار بن چکا ہے اور وہ دن دور نہیں جب غداری کے جرم میں انہیں کٹہرے میں کھڑا کیا جائیگا۔
