Hillary Clinton again begs for help in Afghanistan, with threats and requests

Hillary Clinton’s tour of Pakistan provides glaring evidence of America’s defeat in Afghanistan. On the one hand she threatens American incursion operations and on the other hand she begs for talks with Haqqani, like a frail old woman. Despite having spent billions of dollars and having spilled the blood of tens of thousands of Muslims in Afghanistan over ten long years, America has been unable to establish a military victory or even a political settlement by winning the hearts of the Muslims. So, again America turns to the traitors within Pakistan’s political and military leadership to pull them out from the Afghanistan quagmire. It comes after building the tarnished reputations of Kiyani and Pasha in the eyes of the armed forces through a war of words over several weeks. Moreover it is an attempt to build trust in them within the mujahideen so that they can force through the American plan for Afghanistan and establish a permanent presence there, on Pakistan’s doorstep. And this is why these traitors are making unusually hostile comments. As for the political leadership, have they only now become aware, after ten years, that in current kufr system parliament must grant approval for military operations?!  Has Gen. Kayani come to know just recently that Pakistan is a nuclear power and it not like Afghanistan and Iraq and America will think 10 times before attacking it?!

The Ummah is well aware that these traitors are trying to save face with their staged war of words with America. And US President Obama is aware that he has no option other than Pakistan for dialogue with the mujahideen to save his sinking reputation during election year. Hizb ut Tahrir advises the Afghan mujahideen not to lay waste to their victories on the battlefields on negotiation table. And Hizb ut Tahrir asks the sincere officers within Pakistan’s armed forces, is there not now ample proof that America is weak politically and militarily whilst Pakistan is a political and military force to reckon with. Thus, Hizb calls upon the sincere officers to remove the traitors within the military and political leadership and grant the Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah. Only the Khilafah will compel America to run with its tail between its legs from the region.

ہیلری کلنٹن، ایک بار پھر دھمکیوں اور التجاؤں کے ذریعے افغانستان کے لئے مدد کی بھیک مانگ رہی ہے

ہیلری کا دورۂ پاکستان امریکہ کی افغانستان میں سیاسی و فوجی شکست کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے۔ ہیلری ایک طرف فوجی آپریشن کرنے کی دھمکی دیتی ہے تو دوسری طرف ایک ناتواں بڑھیا کی طرح پاکستان سے حقانی نیٹ ورک کے ساتھ مذاکرات کی بھیک مانگتی نظر آتی ہے۔ امریکہ دس سال تک کھربوں ڈالر خرچ کرنے اور لاکھوں افغان مسلمانوں کو قتل کرنے کے باوجود نہ تو افغانستان میں فوجی کامیابی حاصل کرسکا اور نہ ہی افغان مسلمانوں کے دل جیت کر کوئی سیاسی حل نافذ کرنے میں کامیاب ہو سکا۔ اس صورتحال میں امریکہ نے ایک بار پھر پاکستان کی سیاسی اور فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کی طرف رجوع کیا ہے تاکہ وہ امریکہ کو افغانستان کی دلدل سے نکالیں۔ گزشتہ چند ہفتوں سے امریکہ کی جانب سے ایسے تابڑ توڑ بیانات جاری کیے جارہے ہیں جن کے جوابات دے کر کیانی اور پاشا جیسے غدار افواج پاکستان میں اپنی ساکھ بہتر بنانے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں۔ مزیدبرآں افغان مجاہدین میں بھی ان کے حق میں اعتماد بحال ہو سکے جسے استعمال کر کے وہ ‘افغانستان میں مستقل امریکی موجودگی‘ کا مجوزہ حل مسلط کر سکیں۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ یہ غدار پچھلے کچھ دنوں سے نہایت ہی ”غیر تمندانہ‘‘ بیانات دے رہیں ہیں۔ کیا پاکستان کی سیاسی قیادت کو پچھلے دس سالوں سے یہ علم نہ تھا کہ پاکستان کے کفریہ جمہوری نظام کے تحت فوجی آپریشن کرنے سے قبل پارلیمنٹ سے منظوری لینا ضروری ہوتاہے؟ کیا جنرل کیانی کو اب پتہ چلا ہے کہ پاکستان ایک ایٹمی قوت ہے اور وہ افغانستان یا عراق نہیں اور اس پر حملہ کرنے سے قبل امریکہ دس بار سوچے گا؟ امت جانتی ہے کہ یہ غدار اپنے نمبر بنانے کے لئے امریکہ سے نورا کشتی کر رہے ہیں۔ دوسری طرف اوبامہ جان چکا ہے کہ الیکشن کے سال میں اپنی گرتی ہوئی مقبولیت بہتر بنانے کے لئے اس کے پاس پاکستان کے اثرو رسوخ کو استعمال کر کے مجاہدین سے مذاکرات کے سوا کوئی دوسرا راستہ نہیں۔

حزب التحریر افغان مجاہدین کو یہ نصیحت کرتی ہے کہ وہ میدان جنگ میں حاصل ہونے والی کامیابی کو نام نہاد مذاکرات کی میز پر ضائع نہ کر دیں۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ حزب التحریرافواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران سے بھی سوال کرتی ہے کہ کیا اب بھی امریکہ کا عسکری اور سیاسی طور پر کمزور ہونا اور پاکستان کا سیاسی اور عسکری لحاظ سے مضبوط ہونا ثابت نہیں ہوا؟ حزب افواج میں موجود مخلص افسران سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ وہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود بزدل اور غداروں کو ہٹائیں اور خلافت کے قیام کے لیے حزب التحریر کو مدد و نصرت فراہم کریں۔ انشاء اللہ خلافت ہی امریکہ کو اس خطے سے دم دبا کر بھاگنے پر مجبور کر دے گی۔
