Hizb ut-Tahrir ban case adjourned yet again, as is the case for five years!

The unprecedented “justice” for Raymond Davis delivered in a matter of hours and

abstention from merely issuing a mere stay order in Hizb ut-Tahrir’s ban case exposes the myth of  “independent judiciary”

The Hizb ut-Tahrir ban case is as clear as two plus two four.  Hizb ut-Tahrir is a political party with no link whatsoever with militancy. This fact has been testified to by the world’s leading human right organizations, media agencies, newspapers, magazines, various governments, higher courts and supreme courts of several countries, government intelligence reports, renowned think tanks and the general masses, several times, openly and on record. Yet, the American agent government has put a ban on Hizb ut-Tahrir under American diktats, a ban which is completely unconstitutional, illegal and un-Islamic. Until now, several hundred terrorism cases have been registered against the shabaab of Hizb ut-Tahrir by the government, even though not a single one has yet been proved in court. But despite this, Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench has been dilly-dallying over the case, letting the government off the hook repeatedly over the last five years, adjourning the case from one date to the next, as was the case in court, yesterday. Even the government lawyers did not dare to accuse Hizb ut-Tahrir of terrorism and instead resorted to buying time through delay tactics, raising technical objections. As a result, the case was adjourned until the second week of April. The unprecedented “justice” for Raymond Davis, delivered in a matter of hours, and abstention from merely issuing a stay-order in Hizb ut-Tahrir’s ban case for five years has exposed the myth of “independent Judiciary”. It is apparent that the courts do not have the courage to deliver a judgment against the colonialist master America. They are hand in glove with the government in this game. People know that only through uprooting this entire system and replacing it with the Khilafah can the Ummah rid itself of this humiliation and succeed in the akhira. All the institutions within this system are rigged in such a fashion that they only serve the colonial master. The people have no hope in them any more. Hizb ut-Tahrir depends only in Allah (swt), ban or no ban. The work for the re-establishment of Khilafah will continue as before. The colonialists have lost hope in holding the Ummah back and the time for Khilafah is near. So agent rulers, use all your might and stop this Khilafah, if you can!
