Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan organized a campaign of public addresses in public places over the last few days, in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi and Lahore, addressing thousands of people. The speakers presented the major highlights of the Khilafah Declaration that was issued at the 17 April 2011 Rallies. The members of Hizb ut Tahrir announced to the people that the traitor rulers and the kufr capitalist system they implement are the cause of their miserable situation. The traitor rulers were exposed as opening the doors for American private military organizations, who perpetrate killings and bombings in the public places, the places of worship, the schools, the security and army installations and the markets to create an atmosphere of Fitna. The traitor rulers were condemned for denying tens of millions of Muslims their basic economic needs due to the implementation of the exploitative capitalist economic system, despite the immense resources of Pakistan, including coal, gold and copper. The members explained that the traitor rulers are able to perpetrate their treason and collaboration with the enemy America in both democracy and dictatorship because both systems implement the whims and desires of an elite corrupt group, backed by the colonialist masters so real change will only occur through the establishment of the Islamic state, the Khilafah, in which each and every law must be based on divine evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah. They announced that the Khaleefah will work to unify all the Muslim countries as the single most resourceful state in the world, liberating the occupied lands of Kashmir, Palestine, Chechnya amongst others. The speakers said that Islam and its state the Khilafah will never come through elections to install a democratic assembly or coups to install a dictator. They will come through the appointment of a Khaleefah by the Bay’ah of Contracting (Bayat ul-Iniqad) from the People of Power. Hereby the speakers call upon the armed forces of Pakistan to perform their duty, the sincere amongst them must uproot the traitor rulers and establish the Khilafah by giving the Nussrah (Material Support) to Hizb ut Tahrir. They asked the assembled people to demand from the Ansar of today, the sincere officers within Pakistan’s armed forces, to deliver the Khilafah. The speakers pledged that the Hizb ut Tahrir will continue its struggle, despite the arrests and persecution of the rulers until Allah ta’ala bestows His Help and the believers emerge victorious.

حزب التحریرولایہ پاکستان نے گزشتہ چند دنوں کے دوران راولپنڈی اسلام آباد، لاہور اور کراچی کے پبلک مقامات پر بیانات دئے۔ مقررین نے 17 اپریل کو ہونے والی ریلیوں کے موقع پر جاری کردہ حزب کے اعلامیے کے اہم نقات عوام تک پہنچائے۔ ان بیانات میں ہزاروں افراد سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے حزب کے ممبران نے کہا کہ آج امت مسلمہ کے زوال کی سب سے بڑی وجہ یہی غدار مسلم حکمران اور سرمایہ دارانہ نظام ہے۔ یہ غدار حکمران ہی ہیں جنہوں نے امریکہ کی پرائیویٹ عسکری تنظیموں کے لیے پاکستان کے دروازے کھولے اور ان تنظیموں نے پورے ملک میں دھماکوں اورقتل کا بازار گرم کر دیا۔ جگہ جگہ دھماکے کروا کر ہماری فوج کو امریکی جنگ میں استعمال کرنے کے لئے رائے عامہ ہموار کی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ غدار حکمران ہی ہیں جن کے سامنے غریب عوام خودکشیاں کر رہے ہیں اور یہ پاکستان کے بیش بہا سونے ، کوئلے اور تانبے کے وسائل ملٹی نیشنل کمپنیوں کے حوالے کر رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ غداری محض اس لئے ممکن ہو سکی کیونکہ آمرانہ اور جمہوری نظام ان حکمرانوں کو استعمار کی مرضی کے مطابق قانون سازی کرنے کی اجازت دیتا ہے۔ یوں امریکہ اور دیگر استعماری ممالک کی لوٹ کھسوٹ کو قانونی تحفظ حاصل ہو جاتا ہے۔ چنانچہ ہمیں ان غداروں کے ساتھ اس نظام کو بھی اکھاڑنا ہوگا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ خلیفہ ہی ہوگا جونہ صرف امریکہ کے فوجی سٹاف بلکہ سفارتی عملے کو بھی اسلامی علاقوں سے بیدخل کر یگا۔ یہ خلیفہ ہی ہوگا جو پاکستان سے بزدل صلیبیوں کے لیے گزرنے والی سپلائی لائن کو فوراً کاٹ دے گا تاکہ امریکہ افغانستان میں اپنی موت آپ مر جائے۔ یہ خلیفہ ہی ہوگا جو تمام مسلم ممالک کو واحد ریاست میں تبدیل کرنے کے لیے دن رات ایک کرے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ریاستِ خلافت بے شمار وسائل کی حامل ہونے کی بنا پر دنیا کی عظیم ترین ریاست ہو گی، جو کشمیر ، فلسطین اور افغانستان سمیت تمام مقبوضہ علاقوں کو قابض کفار کے ظلم و تسلط سے نجات دلائے گی ۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ خلافت نہ الیکشن کے ذریعے قائم ہوگی اور نہ ہتھیار اٹھانے سے۔ اس کا قیام عوام کو نئے نظام کے لئے تیار کر کے فوج سے نصرت حاصل کرنے کے ذریعے ہی ممکن ہے۔ اہلِ قوت یعنی افواج میں سے مخلص مسلمانوں کو اٹھنا ہوگا اور غداروں کواکھاڑ کر حزب التحریر کو نصرت دینا ہوگی تاکہ اللہ کا نظام یعنی نظامِ خلافت نافذ ہو اور ظلم سے نجات حاصل ہو سکے۔ انہوں نے حاضرین سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ اہل طاقت میں موجود مخلص لوگوں تک حزب کا پیغام پہنچائیں۔ انہوں نے عوام کو باور کرایا کہ آج بھی ہمارے ممبران جیل کی سلاخوں کے پیچھے ہیں لیکن ہم کلمہ حق بلند کرنے اور خلافت کے قیام کی جدوجہد کرنے سے ایک اینچ بھی پیچھے نہیں ہٹیں گے۔
