Hizb ut-Tahrir’s uncompromising political struggle has made the government lose their senses

Bail rejected for those arrested in Lahore rally, raid on the house of Hizb member Professor Qamar

In its blind crusade against Hizb ut-Tahrir, the government has lost its senses. The members of Hizb ut-Tahrir who were arrested in the successful 17 April rally in Lahore, distinguished politicians and Da’i calling for Khilafah, have not only had their bail rejected by the traitor rulers, they have been severely tortured. Moreover, the house of an arrested member, Professor Qamar, has been raided and his wife was harassed and threatened with abduction, along with her children of tender age, and it was only media intervention that forced the police to turn on their heels. Elsewhere in the country, in Peshawar, the arrested members have been accused of planting explosive materials outside the home of a Jamaat-e-Islami official. This ridiculous accusation has been rejected by Jamaat-e-Islami’s own spokesman, who condemned it as an attempt to create discord between Islamic parties. This lowly tactic is no surprise for the hizb, as the agent rulers of the Arab lands and Central Asia experimented with it to, only to have it thrown back in their faces and this inshaAllah will also be the case for Pakistan’s traitor rulers. Hizb ut-Tahrir is committed to its political struggle and such persecution only strengthens its resolve. Although the traitor rulers have sold their Aakhira for the sake of this Dunya, they should remember that the coming Khilafah will try them in an Islamic Shar’i court, where they will be accorded neither protocol nor immunity. And at that time those who care for this Ummah and the Carriers of the call for Khilafah will hold them to account for all of their oppression.

وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ اللَّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ الظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ الأَبْصَارُ (إبراهيم: 42

Consider not that Allah is unaware of that which the oppressors do, but He gives them respite up to a Day when the eyes will stare in horror. (Surah Ibrahim 14:42)

مُهْطِعِينَ مُقْنِعِي رُءُوسِهِمْ لاَ يَرْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِمْ طَرْفُهُمْ وَأَفْئِدَتُهُمْ هَوَاءٌ (إبراهيم: 43

(They will be) hastening forward with necks outstretched, their heads raised up (towards the sky), their gaze returning not towards them and their hearts empty. (Surah Ibrahim 14:43)

وَقَدْ مَكَرُوا مَكْرَهُمْ وَعِنْدَ اللَّهِ مَكْرُهُمْ وَإِنْ كَانَ مَكْرُهُمْ لِتَزُولَ مِنْهُ الْجِبَالُ (إبراهيم: 46

Indeed, they planned their plot, and their plot was with Allah, though their plot was not such as to remove the mountains from their places. (Surah Ibrahim 14:46)

حزب التحریرکی مخالفت میں اندھی ہو کر حکومت مکمل طور پر حواس باختہ ہو چکی ہے۔ 17اپریل کی ملک گیر کامیاب ریلیوں میں لاہور سے گرفتار حزب التحریرکے معزز سیاسی کارکنوں اور خلافت کے دائیوں کی درخواست ضمانت تک نہ صرف مسترد کر دی گئی بلکہ تھانے میں ان پر تشدد بھی کیا گیا۔ ایک گرفتار کارکن پروفیسر قمر کے گھر پر چھاپہ مار کر ان کے اہل خانہ کو ہراساں کیا گیا اور انھیں تھانے لے جانے کی دھمکی دی گئی۔ میڈیا کے استفسار پر پولیس وہاں سے رفو چکر ہو گئی۔ دوسری جانب پشاور میں حزب التحریر کی ریلی سے گرفتار کارکنان کوجماعت اسلامی کے عہدیدار کے گھر کے باہر بارودی مواد رکھنے کے مضحکہ خیز مقدمے میں جسمانی ریمانڈ پر لے لیا گیا۔ یہ الزام اس قدر مضحکہ خیزاور گھٹیا ہے کہ جماعت اسلامی کے ترجمان نے خود اس پر پریس ریلیز جاری کر کے اس کی مذمت کی اور اسے دو اسلامی سیاسی جماعتوں کو لڑانے کی سازش سے تعبیر کیا۔ ہمارے لئے یہ الزامات کسی حیرت اور اچھنبے کی بات نہیں، اس سے پہلے بھی عرب اور وسطی ایشیا کے حکمران یہ ٹوٹکے آزما چکے ہیں لیکن ان کو منہ کی کھانی پڑی ہے ، اور یہی ان حکمرانوں کا مقدر ہے، انشاء اللہ تعالیٰ۔ حزب التحریراپنی سیاسی جدوجہد پر قائم ہے، یہ ہتھکنڈے صرف ہمارے جذبوں کو مہمیز دیتے ہیں۔ یہ حکمران اس دنیا کی خاطر اپنی آخرت کو بیچ چکے ہیں لیکن وہ یاد رکھیں کہ خلافت جلد قائم ہونے والی ہے اور ان سب کو خلافت کی شرعی عدالت میں پیش کیا جائے گاجہاں کسی حکمران کیلئے کوئی استثنیٰ اور پروٹوکول نہیں۔ اور ظلم میں وہاں انھیں خلافت کے داعیوں اور اس امت پر روا رکھے جانے والے ہر ظلم کا حساب دینا پڑے گا۔ اور آخرت کا عذاب تو اس سے بڑھ کر ہے؛

(وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ اللّہَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا یَعْمَلُ الظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا یُؤَخِّرُہُمْ لِیَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِیْہِ الأَبْصَار* مُہْطِعِیْنَ مُقْنِعِیْ رُءُ وسِہِمْ لاَ یَرْتَدُّ إِلَیْْہِمْ طَرْفُہُمْ وَأَفْءِدَتُہُمْ ہَوَاء ۔۔۔۔وَقَدْ مَکَرُواْ مَکْرَہُمْ وَعِندَ اللّہِ مَکْرُہُمْ وَإِن کَانَ مَکْرُہُمْ لِتَزُولَ مِنْہُ الْجِبَالُ)
’’اب یہ ظالم لوگ جو کچھ کر رہے ہیں، اللہ کو اس سے غافل نہ سمجھو، اللہ تو انھیں ٹال رہا ہے اس دن کیلئے جب آنکھیں پھٹی کی پھٹی رہ جائیں گی، سر اٹھائیں بھاگیں چلے جا رہے ہیں ، نظریں اوپر جمی ہوئی ہیں اور دل اڑے جاتے ہیں ۔۔۔انھوں نے اپنی ساری چالیں چل دیکھیں، مگر ان کی ہر چال کا توڑ اللہ کے پاس تھااگرچہ ان کی چالیں اس غضب کی تھی کہ پہاڑ ان سے ٹل جائیں۔‘‘[سورۃ ابراہیم: 42-46]
