Military leadership can not conceal its treachery through addresses to sincere officers and soldiers

After the Abbotobad operation exposed both the military and political leadership, a political vacuum has opened up to such an extent that both America and India are fearful. They both know that this political vacuum could be the trigger for real change, through the establishment of the Khilafah, at a time when the sincere officers have realized the trick played by their leaders. This is the reason that whilst criticizing Pakistan severely, American officials are trying to defend their own Pakistani agent rulers by repeating that “there is no proof that the Pakistani leadership was aware.” And for the same reason, in order to “bail” out the agent rulers, India has begun exercises in Rajistan. So, in this way, the traitor rulers can distract the people from their treachery in Abottobad by preaching unity in the face of an India threat. It is similar to the mobilization of the Indian forces after September 11, that were aimed at granting Musharraf support and apply pressure on the public and the sincere officers within the armed forces. The current drama is for the rulers to scare the people that if we do not fight for America in the tribal areas, America will use India to wage war against us. As such America and India have yet again come to the aid of the agent rulers.

As for Gillani’s so called policy speech, it was a new milestone in flattering America and expressing the sentiments of the American public, in which he did not dare even criticize the operation. How can one who can not even be defiant in speech ever be a man of action? The severe reaction of the people and the sincere officers in the armed forces has shocked the military leadership too and it is under severe pressure from the soldiers and officers. And without doubt the addresses in the army garrisons of Quetta, Rawalpindi, Khaarian and Sialkot, in an unsuccessful attempt to defend the Abbotabad operation, is nothing but deceiving officers and soldiers. The time has come for the sincere officers to liberate their people from slavery to America by establishing the Khilafah and wipe out all obstacles in their way. And Hizb ut-tahrir will be with you in this effort, may Allah SWT be your Helper and Supporter.

ایبٹ آباد آپریشن کے بعد سیاسی اور فوجی قیادت کی غداری کھل کر سامنے آچکی ہے جس کے نتیجے میں ایسا خلاء پیدا ہوا ہے جس سے امریکہ کے ساتھ ساتھ خود بھارت بھی خوفزدہ ہے۔ یہ دونوں ممالک جانتے ہیں کہ یہ سیاسی خلاء حقیقی تبدیلی یعنی خلافت کا پیش خیمہ بن سکتا ہے خصوصاً جب فوج میں موجود مخلص عناصر اپنے قائدین کی غداری کو اچھی طرح بھانپ گئے ہوں۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ امریکی عہدیداراپنے ہر بیان میں پاکستان پر شدید تنقید کرنے کے باوجود اپنے ایجنٹوں کے دفاع میں’’ پاکستانی قیادت کے آگاہ ہونے کے ثبوت نہیں ملے‘‘ جیسے بیانات بھی جاری کر رہے ہیں۔ اسی طرح ان غدار حکمرانوں کو ’بیل آوٹ‘ (Bail out)کرانے کے لئے بھارت نے راجستھان میں فوجی مشقیں بھی شروع کر دی ہیں۔ یوں یہ غدار حکمران بھارت کا ڈراوا دے کر عوام کو ایبٹ آباد میں ہونے والی غداری کو بھولنے اور بھارت کے خلاف متحد ہونے کا بھاشن دیں گے۔ بھارت کی طرف سے یہ مصنوعی فوجی کشمکش 11 ستمبر کے فوراً بعد ہونے والی بھارتی فوج کشی سے چنداں مختلف نہیں جس کا مقصد مشرف کو سہارا دینا اور پاک آرمی میں موجود مخلص عناصر اور عوام کو دباؤ میں لانا تھا ۔ اس ڈرامے سے امت کو یہ باور کرایا گیاتھا کہ اگر ہم نے امریکہ کی مرضی کے مطابق قبائلی علاقوں میں فوج نہ بھیجی تو امریکہ بھارت کے ذریعے ہم پر جنگ مسلط کر دے گا۔ چنانچہ آج ایک بارپھر امریکہ اور بھارت ان غدار حکمرانوں کی مدد کے لئے امڈآئے ہیں۔ دوسری طرف ایبٹ آباد آپریشن پر وزیراعظم گیلانی کا نام نہاد پالیسی بیان امریکی عوام کے جذبات کی ترجمانی اور امریکی چاپلوسی کے اعلیٰ ترین قصیدوں کی فہرست میں ایک نیا اضافہ ہے۔ بیان میں غدار گیلانی اس آپریشن کی مذمت بھی نہ کر سکا۔ جو گفتار کے غازی تک نہ بن سکیں وہ بھلا کردار کے غازی کیا بنیں گے!!! اور بھلاامریکہ کو’ عظیم فتح‘ کی مبارک باد دینے والا کس منہ سے آپریشن پر پاکستانی جذبات کی ترجمانی کر سکتا ہے؟ تاہم عوام اور مخلص فوجی افسران کے شدید ردعمل نے ایجنٹ عسکری قیادت کے بھی ہاتھوں کے چھکے چھڑا دیئے ہیں۔ اوروہ پاکستان کے مخلص فوجی افسران اور جوانوں کی جانب سے شدید دباؤ میں ہے۔ یقیناًکھاریاں، سیالکوٹ ، راولپنڈی اور کوئٹہ کے فوجی گیریژن میں ایبٹ آباد آپریشن کے دفاع کی ناکام کوشش مخلص فوجی افسران اور جوانوں کو دھوکا نہیں دے سکتی۔ وقت آ گیا ہے کہ پاکستان کے مخلص افسران فیصلہ کر لیں کہ وہ اس قوم کو خلافت کے نظام کے ذریعے امریکی غلامی سے نکالیں گے اور اپنے راستے میں موجود ہر رکاوٹ کو ملیا میٹ کر دیں گے۔ حزب التحریر آپ کی اس کوشش میں آپ کے ساتھ ہو گی، اللہ آپ کا حامی و ناصر ہو۔
