Rabi-ul-Awwal’s Message is for Restoring the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood,

Not Lavish Seerah Conferences

Like previous regimes, the Bajwa-Imran regime is committed to the Western colonialist powers, whilst being wary of the Ummah’s profound love for RasulAllah (saaw), the Seal of the Prophets (as). Thus, as allies of the West, the rulers practically secure the interests of the Western colonialist powers, whilst paying lip service to RasulAllah (saaw), by arranging lavish Seerah conferences at state expense. Continuing the deception of previous regimes, the Bajwa-Imran regime has arranged an ostentatious Seerah Conference in Islamabad on 10 November, entitled, “The State of Madinah and Modern Welfare State.” How can these rulers claim that they truly love RasulAllah (saaw), whilst our beloved Prophet (saaw) effectively countered two enemies simultaneously, the Quraysh of Makkah and the Jews of Khyber, after establishing the State of Madinah? He (saaw) made a temporary peace agreement with one enemy, attacking the Jews of Khyber thereafter, forcing their complete surrender and then moving on to systematically diminish the regional hegemony of the Quraysh, culminating in the Conquest of Makkah. In complete contrast, the rulers act as hired facilitators for the US to make a deal so that it can remain in Afghanistan, when it stared at humiliating withdrawal in the face, thus consolidating the foothold of the US and its ally India. RasulAllah (saaw) ended Riba (Interest), commanded the circulation of gold and silver as currency, ensured the distribution of wealth in the society and never levied tax on the poor. In complete contrast, the current rulers of Pakistan give concessions to wealthy investors, tax the poor, conduct international trade in US dollars and enforce transactions based on Riba, which amounts to war with Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw). Our beloved Prophet (saaw) took care of the people’s affairs and conducted judicial proceedings according to the Shariah of Allah (swt). In complete contrast, Pakistan’s rulers guard the interests of the ruling elite and implement the Kufr Western Democracy which grants sovereignty to the created, rather than the Creator (swt), and ensure oppression by conducting judicial matters on the basis of British law. RasulAllah (saaw) ensured that social and familial relations were according to the Shariah, whereas these rulers are bent upon spreading the corrupt Western liberal values, devoid of modesty, sanctity of honor and preservation of family life. Our beloved Prophet (saaw) established foreign policy on the basis of Dawah and Jihad, personally leading battles and launching military operations, so as to strengthen and expand the borders of the Islamic State. In complete contrast, Pakistan’s current rulers insist that war is not an option, betraying our oppressed brothers and sisters in Occupied Kashmir, rather than mobilizing for their immediate liberation. So what do these rulers have in common with the Ummah of RasulAllah (saaw), whilst they act as servants of the IMF and US State Department?

O Muslims in the Armed Forces of Pakistan! It was a great blessing upon the whole of humanity that Allah (swt) sent Muhammad (saaw) to show the correct path, illuminating the ruddy and the black with the Deen of Truth, Islam. RasulAllah (saaw) implemented Islam in every sphere of life, spreading its light to the whole world through Dawah and Jihad. Allah (swt) said, هُوَ الَّذِىۡۤ اَرۡسَلَ رَسُوۡلَهٗ بِالۡهُدٰى وَدِيۡنِ الۡحَـقِّ لِيُظۡهِرَهٗعَلَى الدِّيۡنِ كُلِّهٖۙ “It is He Who has sent His Messenger (saw) with guidance and the religion of truth (Islam), to make it dominate over all other ways of life.” (Surah at-Tauba 9:33). Thus, RasulAllah (saaw) made Dua and practically sought authority in order to implement Islam and to make it superior over all other ideologies. So who from amongst you, O officers of the armed forces, will grant Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) to resume the mission of RasulAllah (saaw) to ensure the dominance of Islam?

ماہ ربیع الاول کا  پیغام سرکاری خرچ پر مہنگی سیرت کانفرنس کا  انعقاد نہیں، بلکہ نبیﷺکے منہج کے مطابق خلافت راشدہ کی بحالی ہے

پچھلی حکومتوں کی مانند باجوہ –عمران حکومت کی وفاداری بھی مغربی استعمار کے ساتھ ہے، لیکن ساتھ ہی ساتھ یہ خاتم النبیین محمد مصطفیﷺ کی اس عاشق قوم سے بھی ڈرتے ہیں۔   یہی وجہ ہے کہ جن قوانین اور پالیسیوں سے یہ حکمران حکومت کرتےہیں وہ مغربی استعمار ی پالیسیاں ہیں ، لیکن ‘عاشقان مصطفیﷺ’  کا ڈھونگ رچانے کیلئے کیمروں اور میڈیا کی موجودگی میں سرکاری خرچے پر بڑی بڑی سیرت کانفرنسوں اور محافل نعت کا اہتمام کیا جاتا ہے ۔  پچھلے حکمرانوں کے اس سلسلے کو جاری رکھتے ہوئے  اس سال بھی  10 نومبر کو “ریاست مدینہ اور جدید فلاحی ریاست” کے نام سے  اسلام آباد میں ‘نمائشی’ سیرت کانفرنس کا انتظام کیا  گیا ہے۔   

یہ حکمران کیسے عاشقان مصطفیٰ ﷺہونے کا دعویٰ کرتے ہیں جبکہ ہمارے نبیﷺ نے جب مدینہ کی ریاست قائم کی تو دو دشمنوں(قریش مکہ اور یہود مدینہ)  کی موجودگی میں ایک سے عارضی جنگ بندی کا معاہدہ کرکے15 دن میں دوسرے پر حملہ کرکے اسے تہس نہس کر دیا اور دو سالوں میں پہلے دشمن کو بھی سرنگوں کر دیا، لیکن یہ حکمران 70 سالوں سے صلیبی دشمنوں کی جنگوں کے ٹھیکے لیتے ہیں، ان کے کہنے پر لڑتے اور جنگ بندی کرتے ہیں، اور ان کے مقرر ہ  مدار میں گھومتے ہیں۔ نبیﷺ نے سود کا خاتمہ کیا، سونے اور چاندی پر مبنی کرنسی کا نظام چلایا ، دولت کی معاشرے میں منصفانہ تقسیم کو یقینی بنایا اور غریب لوگوں پر کوئی محصول عائد نہیں کیا، لیکن یہ حکمران سرمایہ داروں کو مراعات، غریبوں پر ٹیکس،  امریکی ڈالر کی بنیاد پر تجارت  اور  ہر گزرتے دن کے ساتھ  اللہ اور اس کے رسولﷺ سے جنگ پر مبنی سود کو بڑھاوا دے رہے ہیں ۔ ہمارے نبی ﷺنے اللہ کی شریعت کے مطابق لوگوں کےامور کی تدبیر کی اور عدالتی فیصلے کئے، جبکہ یہ حکمران  جمہوریت اور انسانی خودمختاری  کے مغربی شرکیہ فلسفے کے مطابق اشرافیہ کے مفادات کا تحفظ کرتے ہیں اور عدالتوں میں انگریزی کامن لاء کے مطابق ظلم کو جاری رکھے ہوئے ہیں۔رسول اللہﷺ نے شریعت کے مطابق پرسکون معاشرتی زندگی کو منظم کیا، جبکہ یہ حکمران مغربی حیا سے عاری لبرل طرز زندگی کو معاشرے میں پھیلانے پر بضد ہیں۔ ہمارے نبیﷺ نے دعوت و جہاد کی آفاقی ذمہ داری کی بنیاد پر خارجہ پالیسی مرتب کی اور دس سالوں میں27 غزوات اور 70 سے زائد سریات سے اسلامی ریاست کو مضبوطی بخشی اور اسے پھیلایا، جبکہ ان حکمرانوں کے نزدیک کشمیر کی بیٹیوں، بہنوں اور مظلوم مردوں کیلئے بھی جنگ آپشن نہیں۔ تو آخر قومی ریاستوں کے پنجروں کےداروغہ اور آئی ایم ایف کے اقتصادی غارت گروں کی اس عاشقان مصطفیٰ ﷺ قوم سے کیا نسبت بنتی ہے؟

اے افواج پاکستان کے مسلمانو!

اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کا پوری انسانیت پر یہ احسان ہے کہ انہوں نے دین حق اور ہدایت کے راستے کی نشاندہی کے لیے رسول اللہﷺ کو مبعوث فرمایا  اور رسول اللہﷺ نے اسلام کو زندگی کے ہر شعبے میں نافذ کیا اور اس کا پیغام  دعوت و جہاد کے ذریعے پوری دنیا تک پہنچایا،

هُوَ الَّذِىۡۤ اَرۡسَلَ رَسُوۡلَهٗ بِالۡهُدٰى وَدِيۡنِ الۡحَـقِّ لِيُظۡهِرَهٗعَلَى الدِّيۡنِ كُلِّهٖۙ ‏

“ وہی تو ہے جس نے اپنے پیغمبر کو ہدایت اور دین حق کے ساتھ بھیجا تاکہ اس (دین) کو (دنیا کے) تمام ادیان پر غالب کر دیا جائے“(التوبہ، 9:33)۔

اور رسول اللہ ﷺ نے اس دین کو نافذ اور غالب کرنے کے لیے اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ سے دعا مانگی،

وَاجْعَل لِي مِن لَدُنكَ سُلْطَاناً نَصِيراً

“اور اپنے ہاں سے زور و قوت کو میرا مددگار بنا”(الاسراء، 17:80)۔

تو کون ہے جو نبیﷺ کی اس دعا پر پورا اترنے کیلئے آگے بڑھ کر ریاست خلافت کے قیام کیلئے حزب التحریر کو نصرہ دے گا۔
