Traitor Rulers have lost their senses due to the successful rallies by Hizb ut-Tahrir!!

A ridiculous accusation, of planting explosives outside the home of a member of Jamaat-e-Islami, made against arrested Hizb members

It’s a ploy to grant license to torture the members of Hizb and to cause discord between Islamic parties

By accusing the arrested members of Hizb of planting explosives outside the home of Shabbir Ahmed Khan, Provincial Secretary of Jamaat-e-Islami and ex-Member of National Assembly, the government has found a ruse to send them for two days of physical remand. This lowly ploy is to grant license for police brutality against the members of Hizb and create discord between Islamic parties. Hizb ut-Tahrir condemns this devious ploy and calls upon the leadership of Jamaat-e-Islamic to reject this ploy, ripping it to shreds by making a public statement denouncing it. The entire country knows that Jamaat-e-Islami has already held Blackwater and American agencies responsible for this act and held rallies and gatherings for this purpose. The five members of Hizb, upon whom these baseless charges are made, were actually arrested in the full glare of the media at the 17 April Rallies, after which they were sent for judicial remand. Yet, whilst keeping the lawyer of the accused completely in the dark in a dubious manner, the police of Faqirabaad Station secretly extracted physical remand from a judge. The rulers should know that such accusations are like spitting in the sky. Media, journals, think tanks, human rights organizations, higher and supreme courts around the world have declared that the Hizb has no involvement in militant actions, and even those who disagree with the Hizb’s struggle have not dared to accuse the Hizb of such actions, as these agent rulers have stooped to accused them of. Even those who have pursued a ruse to accuse the Hizb, hide behind vague and veiled accusations such as “anti-Semitism,” in the knowledge that accusing the Hizb of militancy would destroy their credibility entirely. Moreover, having no proof for their accusations is the reason that the government has left the challenge to the ban of Hizb in Pakistan hanging for four years in the High Court. Hizb ut-Tahrir does not merely hold “militant methodology” as a “wrong strategy,” but Haram (Forbidden in Islam) and this is the reason that despite suffering brutal persecution at the hands of the Arab and Non-Arab agent rulers, Hizb never has and never will abandon its political and intellectual work. Hizb announces to the agent rulers that until Allah SWT grants victory, Hizb will continue its struggle against the agent rulers and the capitalist kufr system, using the methodology that emulates the methodology of RasulAllah SAW exactly, without ever resorting to militant tactics. And the day is not far, inshaAllah, that the Hizb will bring the good news of the establishment of the Khilafah to this noble Ummah.

Spokesman of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Jamaat-e-Islami has neither accused Hizb ut Tahrir nor named any of its members of involvement in planting explosive materials outside of the home of Shabbir Ahmed Khan, ex- Member of National Assembly and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Secretary. The police, federal and provincial governments have completely failed to provide public order and security for the citizens and in order to hide their failure they have without reason blamed groups such as Hizb ut Tahrir. The spokesman rejected the government’s efforts to create discord between groups that are trying to establish Islamic government and said that differences over the government’s pro-American policies is the Islamic right of every party, moreover the government is exposing itself by establishing false cases against those who peacefully protest.

غدار حکمران حزب التحریر کی کامیاب ریلیوں سے بوکھلا گئے!!

حزب کے گرفتار ممبران پر جماعت اسلامی کے رکن کے گھر کے باہر بارود رکھنے کا مضحکہ خیز الزام لگا دیا گیا

امریکی ایجنٹ حکمرانوں نے حزب التحریر کے پشاور میں ریلی سے گرفتار کارکنان پر جماعت اسلامی کے صوبائی سیکرٹری جنرل اور سابق رکن اسمبلی، جناب شبیر احمد خان کے گھر کے باہر بارودی مواد رکھنے کا مقدمہ درج کر کے دو دن کا جسمانی ریمانڈ حاصل کر لیا۔ اس مذموم سازش کا مقصد حزب کے ممبران کو پولیس گردی کے ذریعے تشدد کا نشانہ بنانا اور دو اسلامی پارٹیوں کو آپس میں لڑانا ہے۔ حزب التحریر اس حکومتی سازش کی پر زور مذمت کرتی ہے اور جماعت اسلامی کی لیڈرشپ سے بھی مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ وہ اس حکومتی سازش کو مسترد کر دیں اور پبلک بیان کے ذریعے حکومتی سازش کا بھانڈا پھوڑ دیں۔ یہ حقیقت پورا پاکستان جانتا ہے کہ جماعت اسلامی پہلے ہی اس واقع کی ذمہ دار بلیک واٹر اور امریکی ایجنسیوں کو ٹھہرا چکی ہے اور اس ضمن میں انہوں نے ملک بھر میں عوامی مظاہرے اور اجتماعات بھی منعقد کئے تھے۔ حزب کے جن پانچ ممبران پر یہ بے بنیاد الزام لگایا گیا ہے انہیں پولیس نے 17 اپریل کو ریلی کے دوران میڈیا کی موجودگی میں گرفتار کیا تھا جنہیں بعدازاں جوڈیشل ریمانڈپر جیل منتقل کر دیا گیا تھا۔ آج فقیر آباد تھانے کی پولیس نے انتہائی پراسرار انداز میں حزب کے کارکنان کے وکیل کو مکمل اندھیرے میں رکھتے ہوئے جج سے خفیہ طور پردو روزہ جسمانی ریمانڈ حاصل کر لیا۔ حکمران شائد نہیں جانتے کہ حزب التحریر کے کارکنان پر عسکریت پسندی کا الزام لگا کر انھوں نے آسمان پر تھوکا ہے۔ دنیا بھر کے میڈیا ادارے، میگزین، تھنک ٹینک، انسانی حقوق کے ادارے، مختلف ممالک کی ہائیر اور سپریم کورٹ اور حکومتیں اس بات کی گواہی دے چکی ہیں کہ حزب کی جدوجہد عسکریت پسندی سے مکمل پاک ہے گو کہ یہ ادارے حزب کی جدوجہد کے خلاف ہیں لیکن پھر بھی وہ یہ تہمت لگانے کی ہمت نہیں کر سکے جو اس ایجنٹ حکومت نے لگائی ہے۔ یہاں تک کہ حزب پر پابندی لگانے والی حکومتیں بھی اپنی ساکھ بچانے کیلئے حزب پر عسکریت پسندی کا الزام نہیں لگاتی بلکہ “یہودیت کے خلاف ہونا” جیسے الزامات کا سہارا لیتی ہیں۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ ثبوت نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے حکومت حزب کی طرف سے پابندی کے خلاف دائر شدہ کیس کی پیروی نہیں کر رہی اور کیس گزشتہ چار سال سے ہائی کورٹ میں لٹکا ہوا ہے۔ حزب التحریر خلافت کے قیام کیلئے “عسکری طریقہ کار” کو صرف “غلط لائحہ عمل” ہی نہیں بلکہ “حرام” قرار دیتی ہے یہی وجہ ہے کہ عرب و عجم کے ایجنٹ حکمرانوں کے شدید ظلم و تشدد کے باوجود حزب اپنے سیاسی و فکری طریقہ کار سے سر مو نہ ہلی، اور نہ کبھی ہلے گی۔ حزب التحریر ایک بار پھر اعلان کرتی ہے کہ وہ ان ایجنٹ حکمرانوں اور کفر سرمایہ دارانہ نظام کے خلاف منہج نبوی ﷺ سے اخذ کردہ غیر عسکری جدوجہد جاری رکھے گی یہاں تک کہ اللہ اسے کامیابی سے ہمکنار کر دے۔ اور بے شک وہ دن دور نہیں جب حزب امت کو خلافت کے قیام کی خوش خبری سنائے گی۔
