Nawaz Sharif’s speech confirms he must step down to make way for Return of the Khilafah

On 19 August 2013, in his bumbling justification as to why he had not addressed the nation since taking office, over two and a half months ago, Pakistan’s Prime Minister claimed, “Not a single day passed, when we had not put our heads together to devise a strategy to eliminate terrorism, get rid of the load-shedding and other problems.” However, the actual heads that came together are the heads of Nawaz Sharif’s American masters, the US Ambassador, the US Secretary of State and other US political and military officials. It is these heads who first instructed Nawaz Sharif about his five year term and only then allowed him to address the nation, in order to pull the wool over its eyes about the American plans over the next five years.

It was these American heads that decided that Pakistan’s energy sector was to be privatized, which is the cause of crippling costs and shortages. Private companies are demanding ever increasing electricity charges so that they can make profit and when they are not paid, they under produce such that they produce less than 10,000 MW per day when Pakistan’s installed capacity is over 20,000 MW. And they will produce at maximum when the cost of electricity is so high, it will break the backs of the people. This is why Nawaz Sharif’s speech did not address the root cause of Pakistan’s energy crisis, privatization, at all, because his head is not his own and his mouth is just a loudspeaker for American ambitions.

It was American heads that decided that Pakistan is to ignore India’s brutal atrocities in occupied Kashmir and focus instead on saving the crumbling crusade of the world’s biggest terrorists, the Americans, against the Muslims of the tribal areas, the so-called war on terror. It is this American instruction that led to the establishment of America’s Raymond Davis network which supervises bombings of the markets and mosques to justify our armed forces’ engagement in the tribal areas. This is why when the spokesman for the American Raj in Pakistan, Mr. Sharif, spoke of the 40,000 Pakistanis have been killed, he did not say a single word about eliminating the root cause of those deaths, the American intelligence, private military, bases, consulates and embassies.

As for what the Prime Minister described as “Pakistan jugular vein,” occupied Kashmir, he confirmed that he is willing to slash that jugular vein for the sake of America’s plan to dominate the region. Thus he confirmed that he will rush headlong to normalize trade and diplomatic relations with India, without putting the liberation of Kashmir as a pre-condition for such favors, in order to woo India into the American camp, so that she can counter with her China and the rise of Islam within the Ummah.

And as for the huge debt to the colonialist institutions, Nawaz Sharif mentioned that it has grown after his previous term, but he neglected to mention the reason which is interest (usury). In fact, interest ensured that the debt grew during his previous two terms and will also increase during his current term.

It is said that if you have nothing of use to say, then do not speak, so what if all that you have to say is of great harm? Indeed, Nawaz Sharif’s address to the nation is confirmation of his commitment to pursue the American plan, as the Kayani-Zardari regime before, and the Musharraf-Aziz regime before that. Having confirmed to the nation his status as the guardian of the American Raj, the only “service to the nation” he can do is to step down and make way for the return of the Khilafah.

O sincere officers of Paksitan’s armed forces! How long will you allow the people you have sworn to defend to suffer from such foolish leaders and their mischief? How long will you allow touts for America to set the course for this most powerful of Muslim countries, Pakistan the Pure, the Good? It is upon you to give the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir, under its Ameer the eminent statesman and jurist, Sheikh Ata ibn Khalil Abu Al-Rashta for the return of the Khilafah to usher in an age of prosperity and security for this Ummah.  Claps your hands firmly with Hizb ut-Tahrir now, remembering your brothers-in-arms who preceded you in establishing Islam as a state and a rule in Madinah, the nobel Ansaar (ra) by giving the material support (Nussrah) to RasulAllah (saw). Indeed when the foremost of the Ansaar, Sa’ad (ra) died, his mother wept and RasulAllah (saw) told her, «ليرقأ (لينقطع) دمعك، ويذهب حزنك، فإن ابنك أول من ضحك الله له واهتز له العرش » “Your tears would recede and your sorrow be lessened if you know that your son is the first person for whom Allah smiled and His Throne trembled.” [At-Tabarani]

وزیر اعظم کا خطاب امریکی راج کو جاری رکھنے کا اعلان تھا

نواز شریف کے خطاب سے ثابت ہو گیا کہ اُسے اقتدار کی کرسی سے اُتر کر خلافت کی واپسی کے لیے راستہ چھوڑ دینا چاہیے

19اگست 2013 کو وزیراعظم پاکستان نے اپنے خطاب میں دو ماہ سے زائد عرصے تک قوم سے خطاب نہ کرنے کی وجوہات بیان کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ” کوئی دن ایسا نہیں گزرا جب ہم دہشت گردی ، لوڈ شیڈنگ اور دوسرے مسائل کے خاتمے کے منصوبے بنانے کے لیے سر جوڑ کر نہ بیٹھے ہوں”۔ لیکن درحقیقت جولوگ سر جوڑ کر بیٹھے تھے وہ نواز شریف کے امریکی آقا، پاکستان میں امریکی سفیر، امریکی سیکریٹری خارجہ اور دوسرے سیاسی و فوجی اہلکار تھے۔ یہی وہ لوگ تھے جنھوں نے سب سے پہلے سر جوڑ کر نواز شریف کو پانچ سالہ عرصہ اقتدار کے لیے لائحہ عمل بنا کر دیا اور پھر اُسے قوم سے خطاب کرنے کی اجازت دی۔

اِن سر جوڑے امریکیوں نے یہ فیصلہ کیا کہ پاکستان کے توانائی کے شعبے کی نجکاری کی جائے جبکہ اس شعبے کی نجکاری بذات خودمہنگی بجلی اور اور اس کی قلت کی بنیادی وجہ ہے۔ نجی کمپنیاں مسلسل بجلی مہنگی کرنے کا مطالبہ کرتیں ہیں تا کہ اپنے نفع کو بڑھا سکیں اور جب ایسا نہیں ہوتا تو وہ اپنی پیداوار کم کردیتی ہیں یہاں تک کہ بجلی کی پیداوار 10000میگاواٹ یومیہ رہ جاتی ہے جبکہ یومیہ پیداواری استعداد 20000میگاواٹ سے بھی زائد ہے۔ اور جب بجلی مہنگی کردی جاتی ہے تو وہ پوری پیداواری استعداد کے مطابق بجلی پیدا کرتے ہیں لیکن اس سے عوام کی کمر ٹوٹ جاتی ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ نواز شریف نے اپنی تقریر میں پاکستان میں توانائی کے بحران کی اس بنیادی وجہ کو بیان ہی نہیں کیا کیونکہ اس کو اپنے دماغ کو استعمال کرنے کی اجازت ہی نہیں ہے اور اُس کے لب محض امریکی احکامات کا اعلان کرنے کے لیے ہی آزاد ہیں۔

اِن سر جوڑے امریکیوں نے ہی یہ فیصلہ بھی کیا کہ پاکستان مقبوضہ کشمیر میں جاری ظلم و ستم کو نظر انداز کرے اور اس کی بجائے دنیا کے سب سے بڑے صلیبی دہشت گرد امریکہ کی قبائلی علاقے کے مسلمانوں کے خلاف نام نہاد “دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ” میں اس کی شکست کو کامیابی میں تبدیل کرنے کے لیے اپنی توجہ مرکوز رکھے۔ اسی امریکی حکم کے تحت پاکستان میں ریمنڈ ڈیوس نیٹ ورک قائم کیا گیا تھا جو مساجد اور بازاروں میں ہونے والے بم دھماکوں کی نگرانی کرتا ہے تا کہ ہماری افواج کو قبائلی علاقوں میں کاروائی کرنے کے لیے جواز فراہم کیا جاسکے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ جب پاکستان میں امریکی راج کے ترجمان جناب نواز شریف نے 40000ہزار پاکستانیوں کے قتل کا ذکر کیا تو اُس نے اِس قتل عام کے ذمہ داران امریکی انٹیلی جنس، نجی امریکی فوجی تنظیموں، امریکی اڈوں، قونصلیٹس اور سفارت خانوں کے متعلق ایک لفظ بھی بولنا گوارہ نہ کیا۔

جہاں تک وزیر اعظم کا کشمیر کو پاکستان کی شہہ رگ قرار دینے کا تعلق ہے تو اُس نے اس بات کی تصدیق کردی کہ وہ خطے میں امریکی بالادستی کے منصوبے کی تکمیل کے لیے اس شہہ رگ کو کچل دینے کے لیے تیار ہے۔ اسی لیے اُس نے بھارت کے ساتھ تجارتی و سفارتی تعلقات میں بہتری کے لیے کشمیر کی آزادی کو ایک شرط کے طور پر پیش نہیں کیا تا کہ بھارت کو امریکی کیمپ میں لاسکے اور امریکہ بھارت کو چین اور امت مسلمہ کے خلاف استعمال کرسکے۔

پاکستان پر بڑھتے ہوئےاستعماری اداروں کے قرضوں کے متعلق نواز شریف نے کہا کہ ان میں اضافہ پچھلے دور حکومت میں ہوا ہے لیکن جانتے بوجھتے یہ نہیں بتا یا کہ اس کی اصل وجہ سود ہے۔ درحقیقت یہ سود ہی تھا جس نے اس سے پچھلے دو دور حکومت کے دوران بھی قرضوں میں اضافہ کیا اور اس دور حکومت میں بھی اسی وجہ سے قرضوں میں مزید اضافہ ہی ہوگا۔

یہ کہا جاتا ہے کہ اگر تمھارے پاس کچھ کہنے کو نہیں تو بہتر ہے کہ خاموش رہا جائےکیونکہ پھر جو کچھ تم کہو گے اس سے نقصان پہنچنے کا اندیشہ ہے۔ یقیناً نواز شریف کا قوم سے خطاب پاکستان میں امریکی راج کو قائم رکھنے کا اعلان ہے جیسا کہ اس سے قبل کیانی و زرداری اور مشرف و عزیز حکومت کرتی رہی ہیں۔قوم کے سامنے اس بات کو ثابت کرنے کے بعد کہ وہ امریکی راج کا نگہبان ہے ، قوم کے لیے جو واحد خدمت وہ کرسکتا ہے وہ یہ ہے کہ وہ اقتدار کی کرسی سے اتر جائے اور خلافت کے واپسی کے لیے راستہ چھوڑ دے۔

اے افواج پاکستان کے مخلص افسران! کب تک ان جیسے بےوقوف حکمرانوں کے ہاتھوں اپنی قوم کو تکلیف میں مبتلا رہنے کے اجازت دیتے رہیں گے جبکہ آپ نے اپنی قوم کے دفاع کی قسم کھائی ہے؟ کب تک تم امریکی ٹاؤٹوں کو مسلم دنیا کے سب سے طاقتور ملک کی قسمت سے کھیلنے کا موقع فراہم کرتے رہو گے؟ اب یہ آپ پر لازم ہے کہ خلافت کے قیام کے لیے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کریں جو مشہور فقہہ اور رہنما شیخ عطا بن خلیل ابو الرَشتہ کی قیادت میں خلافت کی قیام کی شدید جدوجہد کررہی ہے تا کہ امت کو ایک بار پھر خوشحالی اور امن کے دور میں لے جایا جائے۔ حزب التحریر کے ہاتھ تم مضبوطی سے تھام لو اور اپنے اُن بھائیوں، انصار کو یاد کرو جنھوں نے مدینہ میں پہلی اسلامی ریاست کے قیام کے لیے رسول اللہ ﷺکو مدد فراہم کی تھی۔ انصار کا یہ عمل اس قدر عظیم تھا کہ جب ان میں سے سعد رضی اللہ عنہ کا انتقال ہوا اور ان کی والدہ رونے لگیں تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ مت رو اور انھیں بتایا کہ ليرقأ (لينقطع) دمعك، ويذهب حزنك، فإن ابنك أول من ضحك الله له واهتز له العرش ” تمھارے آنسو تھم جائیں اور تمھارا غم کم ہو جائے اگر تم یہ جان لو کہ تمھارا بیٹا وہ پہلا شخص کہ جس کے لیے اللہ سبحانہ و تعالی مسکرایا اور اس کا عرش ہل گیا ہے”(الطبرانی)
