Announcement of the Launch of Khilafah.net Website with its New Design

The Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir (CMO) is pleased to announce the launch of the Khilafah Rashidah website (Khilafah.net) in its new design as of Friday, 05 Dhul Qi’dah 1438 AH corresponding to 28/07/2017 CE.

The CMO, as it announces the launch of this site, supplicates to Allah Almighty to help us to establish the rightly guided Khilafah (Khilafah Rashidah), so that the Ummah is dignified and pleased with the resumption of the Islamic way of life that the Creator chose for it, and handing over leadership to the frontrunner that does not lie to its people; the honest and sincere group that came from its womb. The one that does not disappoint it during calamities, the one that does not put its hand in the hands of its enemies, and does not seek victory except from Allah (swt). Hence, the promise of Allah Almighty, and the glad tidings of the Messenger of Allah (saw) is achieved, by the establishment of the second Khilafah Rashidah on the method of the Prophethood, with its signs are looming on the horizon, and its dawn has neared. And that is for Allah not difficult.

Hizb ut Tahrir, which has been in existence for more than sixty years, is not concerned about all the obstacles, the impediments, the machinations of stalkers and the injustice of the rulers and tyrants. It has been calling people for its establishment following the way of the Prophet (saw) in establishing his state in Madinah Al-Munawarra. It has prepared and drafted a solid and unique constitution, derived from the considered Shariah evidences, and presented it to the Ummah as a great clear project which when applied will bring the Ummah out from the darkness of the man-made laws, to the light of Islam and its justice, to achieve the happiness of this world and the Hereafter… Here is Hizb ut Tahrir, in the bounty of Allah Almighty and His favor, and in the eagerness of its Ameer, the eminent scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, may Allah protect him, to use all the legitimate styles and means at its disposal, it commends a new platform and another media outlet. It announces the launch of the Khilafah Rashidah website in its new design to convey to the Islamic Ummah the pleas of glory, and the political, intellectual and jurisprudential (Fiqhi) statements to spread awareness about the Ummah’s vital issue (Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood) and to elevate it from the reality of ignorance and humiliation under the regimes of employment to the reality of progression and pride under the shade of the pure Islam, which the Prophet (saw) left us with, where he said:

«تَركتُكُم على بَيضاءَ نقية لَيلُها كنهارِها لا يَزِيغُ عنها إلاَّ هالِكٌ»

“I am leaving you upon a (path of) brightness whose night is like its day. No one will deviate from it after I am gone but one who is doomed”.

The newly redesigned Khilafah.net site describes to the Muslims how the Islamic State was established, then how it was destroyed, the obligation of its re-establishment, and the legal Shari’ way of establishing it. The site also shows the Ummah the form of the Khilafah state, its systems and institution and the constitution prepared by Hizb ut Tahrir for the second Khilafah Rashidah State (Righteous Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood when it is established soon, with Allah’s permission… It provides its visitors with everything related to the ruling system in Islam (the Khilafah) of books and intellectual, political and jurisprudence writings, in addition to the party’s publications of leaflets, magazines and flyers, reviews of its most important activities and work, and a set of news and political analysis, using the latest technologies.

We ask Allah Almighty to guide our steps, and to make it a platform of good and a beacon of light, to guide people to goodness, and to reward those managing it and the sincere workers best reward. He is the guardian of success.

خلافہ ڈاٹ نیٹ کی تزین و آرائش کے بعد افتتاح کا اعلان

حزب التحریر کامرکزی میڈیا آفس جمعہ 5 ذی القعد 1438 ہجری بمطابق 28 جولائی 2017 کو خلافت راشدہ ویب سائٹ (Khilafah.net) کی تزین و آرائش کے بعد افتتاح کا اعلان کرتا ہے۔

اس اعلان کے ساتھ مرکزی میڈیا آفس اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ سے دعا کرتا ہے کہ وہ خلافت راشدہ کے قیام میں ہماری مدد فرمائے تا کہ امت کی عزت اور شان و شوکت بلند ہو اور وہ اسلامی طرز زندگی کی بحالی سے خوش ہو جسے اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے ان کے لیے پسند فرمایا ہے، اور اللہ تعالیٰ اُس جماعت کو اِس امت کی قیادت نصیب فرمائے جو اپنے لوگوں سے جھوٹ نہیں بولتی، جو ایماندار اور مخلص ہے اور انہیں میں سے ہے۔ یہ وہ جماعت ہے جس نے امت کو مشکلات کے دوران مایوس نہیں کیا ، یہ وہ جماعت ہے جس نے اپنا ہاتھ امت کے دشمنوں کے ہاتھوں میں نہیں دیا ، اور جو سوائے اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے کسی سے کامیابی کے لیے مدد نہیں مانگتی۔ لہٰذا نبوت کے طریقے پر دوسری خلافت راشدہ کااللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کا وعدہ اور رسول اللہﷺ کی بشارت پوری ہوگی، جس کی آمد کی آثار افق پر نظر آرہے ہیں، اور جس کے طلوع کا وقت قریب آگیا ہے۔ اور اللہ کے لیے یہ سب کچھ بالکل بھی مشکل نہیں۔

حزب التحریر، جو ساٹھ سال سے میدان عمل میں موجود ہے، کو رکاوٹوں، مشکلات اور حکمرانوں اور جابروں کی ناانصافیوں کی کوئی پروا نہیں ہے۔ وہ لوگوں کو رسول اللہ ﷺ کے طریقے کے مطابق اسلامی ریاست کے دوبارہ قیام کی دعوت دے رہی ہےبالکل ویسے ہی جیسے رسول اللہ ﷺ نے پہلی اسلامی ریاست مدینہ المنورہ میں قائم فرمائی تھی۔ حزب التحریر نے ایک منفرد اور مضبوط آئین قرآن و سنت سے اخذ کرکے امت کے سامنے ایک منصوبے کے طور پرپیش کیا ہے کہ جسے جب نافذ کیا جائے گا تو وہ امت کو انسانوں کے بنائے ہوئے قوانین کے اندھیروں سے نکال کر اسلام کی روشنی اور انصاف سے روشناس کرائے گی تا کہ اس دنیا اور آخرت کی خوشیاں حاصل ہوں۔۔۔۔۔ یہ حزب التحریر ہے، اللہ کی مدد اور رضا کی طالب، اور اس کے متحرک امیر، مشہور فقیہ عطا بن خلیل ابو الرشتہ، اللہ ان کی حفاظت فرمائے، کہ وہ ان تمام شرعی طریقہ کار اور ان وسائل کو استعمال کریں جو انہیں میسر ہیں، اور اس نے ایک نئے پلیٹ فارم اور میڈیا کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ اس نے خلافت راشدہ ویب سائٹ کے اجرا کا علان کیا ہے جسے نئی شکل اور تزین و آرائش کے بعد دوبارہ شروع کیا گیا ہے کہ وہ اسلامی امت کو ماضی کی شان و شوکت، اور سیاسی، فکری اور فقہی بیانات کی اشاعت کر کے امت کے اہم ترین مسئلہ(نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت) سے متعلق آگاہی کو پھیلائے اور انہیں موجودہ گمراہی اور تذلیل کی صورتحال سے نکال کر انہیں اسلام کے زیر سایہ حکومت میں ترقی اور عزت کی زندگی کا تصور پیش کرے جو رسول اللہ ﷺ ہمارے لیے چھوڑ گئے تھے جب انہوں نے کہا،

تَركتُكُم على بَيضاءَ نقية لَيلُها كنهارِها لا يَزِيغُ عنها إلاَّ هالِكٌ

“میں تمھیں روشنی کی راہ پر چھوڑے جارہا ہو جس کی رات دن کی طرح ہے۔ میرے جانے کے بعد کوئی اس سے نہ ہٹے سوائے اس کے جو برباد ہوا” ۔

نئی تزین و آرائش کی حامل Khilafah.net کی سائٹ مسلمانوں کو بتاتی ہے کہ کس طرح اسلامی ریاست قائم ہوئی تھی، کس طرح وہ تباہ ہوئی، اس کے دوبارہ قیام کی فرضیت، اور اس کے قیام کا شرعی طریقہ کار کیا ہے ۔ یہ ویب سائٹ امت کو ریاست خلافت کا ڈھانچہ ، اس کے نظام اور ادارے اور وہ آئین بھی دیکھاتی ہے جو حزب التحریر نے نبوت کے طریقے پر دوسری خلافت راشدہ کے لیے تیار کیا ہے جب وہ اللہ کے حکم سے جلد ہی قائم ہو گی۔۔۔۔اس ویب سائٹ پر اسلام کے نظام حکمرانی سے متعلق کتابوں اور فکری، سیاسی اور فقہی تحریروں کا مشاہدہ کیا جاسکتا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ جماعت کی لیفلٹس، میگزینز، اہم واقعات پر تبصروں، اور خبروں اور سیاسی تجزیوں کو بھی جدید ترین ٹیکنالوجی کی مدد سے پڑھاجاسکتا ہے۔

ہم اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ سے دعا کرتے ہیں کہ وہ ہماری رہنمائی فرمائے اور اس ویب سائٹ کو خیر کی روشنی پھیلانے کاذریعہ بنائے تا کہ لوگوں کی رہنمائی ہو سکے، اور اللہ ان لوگوں کو اجر عظیم عطا فرمائے جو اس ویب سائٹ کو چلا رہے ہیں۔ اللہ ہی کامیابی دینے والے ہیں۔
