Oppressors who think the Dauntless Yılmaz will be Daunted are going to be Disappointed!

Last night a large crowd of police from the Ankara Police Headquarters took Yılmaz Çelik under custody from his Iftar table and put him in jail. This oppression that is seen fit for Muslims in this holy month of Ramadan and in the eve of the Eid (Feast), will stay until eternity as a black spot on the brow of the perpetrators. Yılmaz Çelik who carried the Dawah of Islam on his shoulders for years, is just only one of the innocent victims of the jurisdictional oppression against Hizb ut Tahrir.

Yılmaz Çelik has been unjustly and unlawfully, taken under custody and jailed, countless times before this. The two separate lawsuits that are the pretence of his jailing in these holy days is both sad and ironic to say the least. In 2005, Yılmaz Çelik as the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Turkey sent a Ramadan Eid Card to numerous civilians and formal institutions and upon the ATO Chairman of the time Sinan Aygün’s complaint; he was found guilty and charged with 7.5 years of prison. Again he countered the slanders on Hizb ut Tahrir made especially by the “FETÖ” media and went before the cameras. Because he refuted these baseless slanders he was found guilty and charged with another 7.5 years of prison in 2009.

When the personal solicitation to the Constitutional Court of those who are tried with the Ergenekon lawsuit are instantly accepted and are released without delay and on top of that are rewarded with millions of lira as compensation, Yılmaz Çelik’s personal solicitation to the Constitutional Court has been waiting in their shelves for years. When Seculars and Kemalists demands for retrial are accepted instantly and are exculpated one by one, Yılmaz Çelik’s retrial petitions have been declined. This is the very jurisdictional oppression itself and hostile Criminal Law against Hizb ut Tahrir. This situation is a crushing humiliation and bad end for those who are the oppressors.

We say from this platform to those who are in power, the authorities and those responsible, to all oppressors who have a part in this oppression. You have tried and charged for thousands of years in prison while you did not have any proof of terrorism on Yılmaz Çelik or any other member of Hizb ut-Tahrir. You have oppressed Hizb ut Tahrir members who are against any and all violence or terrorism by calling them “Members of Terrorist Organisations”. There have been days when you did this with Kemalist enemies of Islam! There have been days when you did this with your old friends that you now call “FETÖ”! There have been days when you found others to commit these crimes with!

O Oppressors!

Is there no fear of Allah in you? Do you ever think of your end? If you think you will daunt the Dauntless (Yılmaz) by oppressing you are going to be disappointed! These oppressions of yours has made Dauntless (Yılmaz) like steel (Çelik) in their Dawah and it will make many more dauntless like steel in the Dawah of Islam! You will be charged with heavy oppressions in the Day of Judgement because of these crimes you committed.

﴿وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ اللّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ الظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ الأَبْصَارُ﴾

“And never think that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only delays them for a Day when eyes will stare [in horror].” [İbrahim: 42]

اُن ظالموں کو محض مایوسی ہو گی جو یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ وہ بہادر یلماز کی ہمت و حوصلے کو توڑ سکتے ہیں!

گزشتہ رات انقرہ پولیس ہیڈ کوارٹر زسے آنے والی پولیس کی بھاری نفری نے یلماز شیلک کو اس وقت حراست میں لے لیاجب وہ افطاری کی میز پر بیٹھے تھے، اور انہیں جیل میں ڈال دیا۔ رمضان کے مقدس مہینے میں ایک مسلمان پر کیا جانے والا یہ ظلم ظالموں کے ماتھے پر ہمیشہ کے لیے کلنگ کا ٹیکہ بن گیا ہے ۔ یلمازشیلک جو سال ہا سال سے اپنے کندھوں پر اسلام کی دعوت کی ذمہ داری اٹھائے ہوئے ہیں،حزب التحریر کے خلاف عدالتی ظلم کا نشانہ بننے والے بہت سے بے گناہ لوگوں میں سے ایک ہیں۔
اس سے قبل بھی یلماز شیلک کو بے شمار مرتبہ غیر قانونی حراست میں لیا جا چکا ہے اور جیل بھیجا جا چکا ہے۔ وہ دو علیحدہ علیحدہ مقدمات کہ جنہیں بنیاد بنا کر اِن بابرکت دنوں میں انہیں جیل بھیجا گیا، نہ صرف افسوس ناک بلکہ مضحکہ خیز ہیں ،جن کے مطابق یلماز شیلک نے 2005 میں ولایہ ترکی میں حزب التحریر کے ترجمان کی حیثیت سے200 رمضان کے عید کارڈ متعدد شہریوں اور سرکاری اداروں کو ارسال کیے تھے ،جس پراس وقت کے ATOکے چیئرمین سنان ایگن نے شکایت کی تھی۔ پس انہیں قصوروار ٹھہرایا گیا اور ساڑھے سات سال قید کی سزا سنائی گئی۔ رہاہونے کے بعدحسبِ سابق وہ میڈیا کے کیمروں کے سامنے آئے اور حزب التحریر پر لگائی جانے والی تہمتوں کا جواب دیا ،جو خاص طور پر FETOمیڈیا نے لگائیں تھیں۔ چونکہ انہوں نے ان بے بنیادالزامات کا جواب دیا تھا ،لہٰذا انہیں پھرقصوروار ٹھہرایا گیا اور 2009 میں مزید ساڑھے سات سال قید کی سزا سنا دی گئی۔

ایک طرف ہم دیکھتے ہیں کہ دستوری عدالت کی طرف سے نہ صرف ان لوگوں کی ذاتی اپیل کو فی الفورقبول کرکے رہا کردیا جاتا ہےبلکہ کئی لاکھ لیرا تلافی کے طور پر دیے گئے کہ جن پر ارجینی کان (Ergenekon)گروپ کا مقدمہ چلایا گیا تھا، جبکہ دوسری طرف یلماز شیلک کی ذاتی اپیل کی درخواست کئی سالوں سے دستوری عدالت کے سرد خانے میں شنوائی کی منتظر ہے۔ اسی طرح سیکولر ازم اور کمال ازم کے ماننے والوں کے مقدمے کی دوبارہ سماعت کا مطالبہ تو فوراً قبول کر لیا جاتا ہے اور انہیں بے گناہ قرار دے کر ایک ایک کر کے بری کر دیا جاتا ہے جبکہ یلماز شیلک کی دوبارہ سماعت کی عدالتی درخواست کو مسترد کر دیا جاتا ہے۔ یہ ہے ان ظالموں کی ذلت کی انتہاء اور بے شک ان کا انجام برا ہے۔
ہم اس پلیٹ فارم کے ذریعے اہلِ اقتدار اور حکومتی عہدیداروں اور ذمہ داروں پر اور اُن تمام ظالموں پر جو یلماز پر ڈھائے جانے والے ظلم میں شریک ہیں،یہ واضح کر دینا چاہتے ہیں کہ تم ہزاروں سال تک مقدمات چلاتے رہو اور جیلیں بھرتے رہو تم یلماز شیلک یا حزب التحریر کے کسی رکن کے خلاف دہشت گردی کا کوئی ثبوت پیش نہیں کر سکتے۔ تم نے حزب التحریر کے اراکین کو ”دہشت گرد تنظیم کے رکن“کہہ کر ظلم کیا ہے حالانکہ وہ ہر طرح کے تشدد اور دہشت گردی کے خلاف ہیں۔ ایک وہ وقت تھا جب تم نےاسلام کے دشمن کمال ازم کے پیروکاروں کے ساتھ یہ کیا تھا ! تم نے اپنے پرانے دوستوں کے ساتھ بھی ایسا ہی کیا جنہیں اب تم FETO (فتح اللہ گولن کی تحریک) کہہ کر پکارتے ہو! اور ایک وہ وقت تھا جب تم نے اپنے کچھ اور ساتھی بنا رکھے تھے کہ جن کے ساتھ تم یہ جرائم سرانجام دیا کرتے تھے۔

اے ظالمو! کیا تمہارے دل میں اللہ کا ذرہ برابر بھی ڈر باقی نہیں رہا؟  کیا تم نے کبھی سوچا کہ تمہارا انجام کیا ہو گا؟ اگر تم یہ سمجھتے ہو کہ تم استقامت کے پہاڑ یلماز کی ہمت و حوصلے کو توڑ دو گے تو تمہیں مایوسی ہو گی!  تمہارے ظلم در ظلم نے یلماز کو مردِ آہن (شیلک )بنا دیا ہے اور تمہارا یہ اقدام مزید کئی لوگوں کو بے باک مردِ آہن بنائے گا! اور قیامت کے دن تمہیں اپنے ظلم و جبر کا کڑا حساب دینا پڑۓ گا۔

”اور یہ مت خیال کرناکہ اللہ ظالموں کے اعمال سے غافل ہے۔ وہ انہیں اس دن تک مہلت دے رہا ہے کہ جس دن آنکھیں پھٹی کی پھٹی رہ جائیں گی“(ابراہیم:42)
