Security of Muslims is impossible without the Khilafah on the method of Prophethood

Muslims of Syria Await Rescue from Our Armed Forces

Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan held demonstrations across Pakistan against brutal bombardment on the Muslims of Syria especially the Muslims of Eastern Ghouta and to demand mobilization of our armed forces to rescue them. Protestors were holding banners and placards demanding: “Send Our Troops to Seize the Tyrant of Syria as He Bombs Masajid, Hospitals, Homes and Schools” and “O Pakistan’s Armed Forces! Mobilize in Support of the Muslims of Syria for the Pleasure of Allah (swt)”.

Persecution of the Muslims of Syria and Eastern Ghouta can be ended if Turkey and Jordan are asked to open their military bases for Pakistan’s armed forces and then a joint military operation ends the rule of the butcher of Damascus, Bashar Al Assad. Similarly Pakistan can provide intelligence to the factions fighting against Bashar forces as it did against the Soviet Russia in Afghanistan. But only a sincere leadership can take these steps. The situation is that Muslims countries are being invaded one after another by Kuffar. The sanctity of Muslim blood, their honor and their wealth is being violated but rulers over Muslims are forming alliances with the Kuffar in the name of protecting the so called national interests or these shameless rulers are appealing and pleading to United Nations and the international community to play their role for establishing peace in Syria. There is no doubt left that United Nations and the international community does not want to protect oppressed Muslims therefore requesting them to help is just a waste of time. Similarly this fact has also been proven that rulers over Muslims from Indonesia to Morocco are blind to the crimes the Kuffar are committing against Muslims infact these rulers have befriended the Kuffar.

Muslims have never been as helpless in their fourteen hundred years history as they have been since the destruction of Khilafah on 3rd March 1924. Even in the weakest era of Khilafah Kuffar were reluctant to attack Muslims. But today when there is no Khilafah and the rulers over Muslims are in alliance with Kuffar and have caged our Muslim armed forces in their barracks, the Kuffar are encouraged against Muslims so much that they are spilling the blood of Muslims like water. The only way out of this dire situation is the establishment of Khilafah on the method of Prophethood which will gather all Muslims countries under the flag of a single Khilafah and the Khilafah will mobilize her mighty army and will rescue Muslims and every oppressed nation of the world from the oppression of Kafir capitalist countries. Without the Khilafah security of Muslims is not possible. Messenger of Allah (saaw) said,

اِنَّمَاالاِمَامُ جُنَّة یُقَاتَلُ مِن وَّرَائہِ وَیُتَّقٰی بِہ

“Indeed the Imam is a Shield, from whose behind (one) would Fight, and by whom one would Protect Oneself”(Muslim).

مسلمانوں کا تحفظ نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے بغیر ناممکن ہے

شامی مسلمان ہماری افواج کی مدد کے منتظر ہیں

شام باالخصوص مشرقی غوطہ  کے مسلمانوں پر ہونے والی بدترین وحشیانہ بمباری  کے خلاف اور ان کی مدد کے لیے مسلم افواج کو حرکت میں لانے کا مطالبہ کرنے کے لیے حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے ملک بھر میں مظاہرے کیے۔ مظاہرین نے بینرز اور کتبے اٹھا رکھے تھے جن پر تحریر تھا:” شام کے جابر کو گردن سے پکڑنے کے لیے  فوجی دستوں کو شام  روانہ کیا جائے جو مساجد،اسپتالوں، گھروں اور اسکولوں کو نشانہ بنا رہاہے ” اور ” اے افواج پاکستان!  شام کے مسلمانوں کی مدد کے لیے حرکت میں آؤ اور اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی خوشنودی حاصل کرو”۔

مشرقی غوطہ اور شام میں مسلمانوں پر ہونے والے مظالم کا خاتمہ کرنا کوئی مشکل نہیں اگر ترکی اور اردن سے یہ کہاجائے کہ  وہ پاکستانی افواج کے لیے فوجی اڈے فراہم کریں اور پھر ایک مشترکہ آپریشن کے ذریعے بشار کے اقتدار کا خاتمہ کیا جاسکتا ہے۔ اسی طرح پاکستان شام میں بشار کے خلاف لڑنے والے جنگجووں کو انٹیلی جنس معاونت فراہم کرسکتا ہے جیسا کہ اس نے سوویت روس کے خلاف افغانستان میں کیا تھا۔لیکن ایسے اقدامات وہ قیادت اٹھاتی ہے جو مخلص ہو۔ صورتحال یہ ہے کہ ایک کے بعد ایک مسلم علاقوں میں کفار اور ان کے اتحادی مسلمانوں کی جان و مال اور عزت و آبرو کو پامال کررہے ہیں اور مسلمانوں کے حکمران اپنے نام نہاد قومی سلامتی کے تقاضوں کے تحفظ کے نام پر کفار کا ساتھ دے رہے ہیں یا پھر اقوام متحدہ اور بین الاقوامی برادری سے  شام میں امن کے قیام کے لیےاپنا کردار ادا کرنے کی منت سماجت کررہے ہیں۔ اس بات میں اب کوئی شک و شبہہ باقی ہی نہیں رہا کہ اقوام متحدہ و بین الاقوامی برادری مظلوم مسلمانوں کا تحفظ کرنا ہی نہیں چاہتیں لہٰذا ان سے مدد کی درخواستیں کرنا وقت کی بربادی ہے۔ اسی طرح یہ بات بھی ثابت ہو چکی ہے کہ انڈونیشیا سے مراکش تک مسلمانوں کے حکمران اندھے اور بہرے ہیں جنہیں مسلمانوں پر مظالم ڈھانے والے کفار کے جرائم نظر ہی نہیں آتے اور یہ حکمران مسلمانوں کے قاتلوں کے ساتھ دوستیاں کرتے اور اتحاد بناتے ہیں۔

مسلمان اپنی چودہ سو سالہ تاریخ میں کبھی اتنے بے کس و لاچار نہیں ہوئے جتنا کہ 3 مارچ 1924 کو خلافت کے خاتمے کے بعد سے ہوگئے ہیں۔ کمزور سے کمزور ترین خلافت کے دور میں بھی کفار مسلمانوں پر ظلم کرنے سے گھبراتے تھے۔ لیکن آج جب خلافت نہیں اور مسلمانوں کے حکمران کفار کے اتحادی بنے ہوئے ہیں جنہوں نے ہماری مسلم افواج کو بیرکوں میں بند کررکھا ہے تو  کفار کی ہمت اس قدر بڑھ گئی ہے کہ مسلمانوں کا خون پانی کی طرح بہا رہے ہیں۔ اس صورتحال سے نکلنے کا واحد حل نبوت کے طریقے پر ایک بار پھر خلافت کا قیام ہے جو مسلم علاقوں کو کلمے کے جھنڈے تلے ایک لڑی میں پرو دے گئی اور ان کی عظیم افواج کو حرکت میں  لائے گی اور مسلمانوں اور دنیا بھر کی مظلوم اقوام کو کافر سرمایہ دار ممالک کے ظلم و ستم سے نجات دلائے گی۔ بغیر خلافت کے مسلمانوں کا تحفظ ممکن ہی نہیں ہے اور اسی وجہ سے رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا ،

((اِنَّمَاالاِمَامُ جُنَّة یُقَاتَلُ مِن وَّرَائہِ وَیُتَّقٰی بِہ))

“بے شک خلیفہ ہی ڈھال ہے جس کے پیچھے رہ کر لڑا جاتاہے اور اسی کے ذریعے تحفظ حاصل ہوتاہے”(مسلم)۔
