Current Politicians conduct is as is expected in corrupt Democratic system:

Change is establishment of Khilafah on the method of Prophethood

for which selection of correct political course is necessary

Pakistan’s youth and educated people have become very worried and dejected because a political party in which they had placed their hope for change since 2010 is inducting opportunist, power hungry and greedy politicians within its ranks. Pakistan’s youth want to make this country according to the dreams of their forefathers which envisages that Islam should be comprehensively implemented within this land of the pure. An evidence of this desire is that the party which claims to be the torch bearer of change frequently attempts to inspire the youth with examples of the state of Madinah. But Pakistan’s seventy years of political history and specially the last eight years of political history has only proved that democracy is a corrupt system and we won’t get real change by becoming part of a corrupt system rather always we will be fooled by power hungry politicians.

Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan advises the youth of Pakistan that they should not be dejected rather they should ponder on the situation asking themselves why we don’t get real change by becoming part of the current corrupt democratic system? Why in a corrupt system always corrupt people are elevated? Why one has to rely on corrupt people to reach the seat of power? The answer to all these questions is actually quite simple. Democracy is a system which is not from Islam where instead of Allah swt humans are granted the status of legislator and by doing so Islam is abandoned. That is why every move to bring real change through democracy is destined to fail and will continue to do so. So what is then the right way to bring real change?

We have to follow the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah saaw to bring real change. The method of RasulAllah saaw to bring change is to carry out a political and intellectual struggle through a political party and demand Nussrah (material help) from the people of power. RasulAllah saaw only accepted those people in his party who accepted Islam comprehensively. Messenger of Allah saaw carefully educated and trained his companions so they became a complete Islamic personality. RasulAllah saaw along with his companions, through a political struggle severely attacked Kufr system and thoughts, presented Islam as an alternative system, which was revealed to Him (saaw) by Allah swt, in front of people boldly without concealing anything and developed public opinion for this system in masses and amongst the people of power. Messenger of Allah saaw did not make any compromise with the rulers of his (saaw) time and their allies. RasulAllah saaw asked for material help (Nussrah) from the powerful Arab tribes for the establishment of a state and he (saaw) succeeded in establishing this state when leaders from two tribes of Madinah agreed to make him (saaw) the ruler of Madinah. So this is the method of the Prophet (saw) for change: work with a political party through political and intellectual struggle and demand Nussrah from the armed forces of Pakistan for the establishment of Khilafah.

Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan asks the youth not to be disappointed and dismayed rather learn from this bitter and harsh experience. With the permission of Allah swt the time for the establishment of second Khilafah on the method of Prophethood is not far away which is the real change we all seek. Allah swt said,

وَلَا تَهِنُوۡا وَ لَا تَحۡزَنُوۡا وَاَنۡتُمُ الۡاَعۡلَوۡنَ اِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِيۡنَ

“So do not become weak, nor be sad, and you will be superior (in victory) if you are indeed (true) believers.” (Ale Imran: 139).

Therefore we invite the youth and masses of Pakistan to join Hizb ut Tahrir’s struggle and contribute in bringing real change in Pakistan.

موجودہ سیاست دانوں کا طرز عمل کرپٹ جمہوری نظام کے عین مطابق ہے:

 تبدیلی نبوت کے منہج پر خلافت کا قیام ہے جس کے لیے درست سیاسی راستے کا چناؤ بھی ضروری ہے

پاکستان کے نوجوان اورپڑھے لکھے طبقے نے 2010 سے جس سیاسی جماعت کو نجات دہندہ اور تبدیلی کا محرک سمجھا تھا آج کل اس میں ابن الاوقت، طوطا چشم اور مفاد پرست لوگوں کی شمولیت پر یہ طبقہ شدید پریشان اور مایوسی کا شکار ہے۔  پاکستان کا نوجوان طبقہ اس ملک کو اپنے آباؤ اجداد کے خوابوں کی حقیقت بنانا چاہتا ہے کہ یہاں پر اسلام کا مکمل نفاذ ہو اوراسی وجہ سے نام نہاد تبدیلی کا نعرہ لگانے والی جماعت اور اس کے رہنما انہیں مدینے کی ریاست کی مثالیں دیتے رہتے ہیں۔  لیکن پاکستان کی ستر سال کی سیاسی تاریخ اور خصوصاً  پچھلے تقریباً آٹھ سال کی سیاسی تاریخ نے بھی اس حقیقت کو مسلسل سچ  ثابت کیا ہے کہ جمہوریت ایک کرپٹ نظام ہے اور کرپٹ نظام کا حصہ بن کر حقیقی تبدیلی نہیں ملتی  بلکہ صرف دھوکہ ہی ملتا ہے۔ 

پاکستان کے نوجوانوں سے حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان یہ کہتی ہے کہ وہ مایوس نہ ہوں بلکہ اس بات پر غور کریں کہ کیوں موجودہ کرپٹ جمہوری نظام کا حصہ بن کر حقیقی تبدیلی نہیں آتی؟ کیوں کرپٹ نظام میں کرپٹ لوگ ہی پروان چڑھتے ہیں؟ کیوں اقتدار حاصل کرنے کے لیے  کرپٹ لوگوں پر انحصار کرنا پڑتا ہے؟اس کا جواب سادہ سا ہے۔ جمہوریت ایک غیر اسلامی نظام ہے جس میں اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی جگہ انسانوں کو قانون ساز مانا جاتا ہے اور اس طرح اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے نظام، اسلام کو پس پشت ڈال دیا جاتا ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ جمہوریت کے ذریعے تبدیلی لانے کی ہر کوشش  یقینی ناکامی  کا  باعث بنتی ہے اور بنتی رہے گی۔ تو پھر تبدیلی کا صحیح طریقہ کار کیا ہے؟

ہمیں تبدیلی لانے کے لیے رسول اللہ  ﷺ کے طریقے کی پیروی کرنی ہے۔ تبدیلی لانے کے لیے رسول اللہ ﷺ  کا  طریقہ کار ایک سیاسی جماعت کے قیام کے ذریعے فکری اور سیاسی جدوجہد کرنا اور اہلِ قو ت سے نصرت  طلب کر نا ہے۔رسول اللہ ﷺ  نےصرف اس کو اپنی جماعت میں قبول کیا جس نے اسلام کو مکمل طور پر اختیار کیا۔آپ ﷺ نے اپنے ساتھیوں کی بھر پور تربیت کی تاکہ وہ ایک مکمل اسلامی شخصیت بن جائیں اور اپنے ساتھیوں کی مدد سے سیاسی جدوجہد کے ذریعے کفر یہ نظام و افکار کو شدید تنقید کا نشانہ بنایا، اسلام کو معاشرے کے سامنے بغیر کسی لگی لپٹی کے واضح اور دو ٹوک انداز میں پیش کیا اور عوام الناس اور حکمران طبقے میں اس نئے نظام کے لیے رائے عامہ ہموار کی جو اللہ نے آپ ﷺ کی طرف وحی کیا تھا۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ  نے وقت کے حکمرانوں اور ان کے ساتھیوں  سے کسی قسم کی کوئی مفاہمت نہیں کی ۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے  ریاست کے قیام کے لیے عرب قبائل سے نصرت طلب کی اور وہ ریاست قائم کرنے کے اپنے مشن میں اس وقت  کامیاب ہو ئے جب مدینہ کے دو قبائل کے سردار آپ کو مدینہ کا حکمران بنانے پر راضی ہو گئے۔ پس یہی تبدیلی لانے کا نبویؐ طریقہ ہے: خلافت کے قیام کے لیے ایک سیاسی جماعت کے  ساتھ مل کر سیاسی اور فکری جدوجہد کرنا اور افواجِ پاکستان سے خلافت کے قیام کے لیے نصرت طلب کرنا۔

لہٰذا حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان ، نوجوانوں سے یہ کہتی ہے کہ وہ مایوس نہ ہوں بلکہ اس   تلخ تجربے سےسبق سیکھیں ۔اللہ کے حکم سے نبوت کے منہج پر خلافت کے دوبارہ قیام کی منزل زیادہ دور نہیں جو کہ حقیقی تبدیلی ہے۔  اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا،

وَلَا تَهِنُوۡا وَ لَا تَحۡزَنُوۡا وَاَنۡتُمُ الۡاَعۡلَوۡنَ اِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِيۡنَ

“اور (دیکھو) بے دل نہ ہونا اور نہ کسی طرح کا غم کرنا اگر تم مومن (صادق) ہو تو تم ہی غالب رہو گے”(آل عمران:139) 

،ہم پاکستان کے نوجوانوں اور عوام کو دعوت دیتے ہیں کہ آپ حزب التحریر کی جدوجہد کا حصہ بن کر پاکستان میں حقیقی تبدیلی لانے کی واحد کوشش کا حصہ بن جائیں۔
