Answer to the Question:

Regarding the Reality of Institutions working to serve the Nation State

(Translated)

Question:

We often speak about the centres of “Power and Authority” as being represented by the Nation State, citing the example of the American interest in its capacity today as the leading Nation and the most influential in the global politics. But some believe that the real base of “Power and Authority” transcends the borders of the Nation State. This is headlined by secret global organizations from a united force with “Power and Authority”, we mention from them for example:  the Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg Group, and the Council of Foreign Relations, all of these powers may unite sometimes under a general name like Illuminate, the global bankers, and the giant financial and trading institutions.

Some say that these centres of powers do not hold any loyalties to any Nation State, not even to the United States of America, but contrary to that, they are ready to move outside the United States of America into new structures of power following “The New World Order Theory”. As a result, there could be astonishing changes including abandoning the dollar and to stop trading in oil by the dollar for the benefit of a new currency that relies on a basket of goods or a unification of currencies.

The question is: How accurate is this? If it is true, what is the view of the Hizb regarding the Centres of “Power and Authority” that transcends borders of Nation States to a global authority?

Answer:

1. The Capitalist Ideology does not work to abolish the idea of Nationalism, instead, it has recognised it and recognised the borders established between the states. This is the reason why the Capitalist nations consented to people’s independence in separate states within borders drawn during international agreements including the Treaty of Vienna in 1815; war broke out between these nations due to the nationalistic drive. The Capitalist nations undertook the Nationalistic and Patriotic identity and preserved them based on the Capitalistic ideology and fought each other for the Nationalistic and Patriotic sovereignty and colonial interests, even though they are all built on the Capitalist thought and they propagate it to others. They even defined the state with an incorrect definition which says that it constitutes the Authority, the people and the regional borders. Since the inception of this Ideology, the bloody wars continued between these states. As for the European Union, it passes through periods of adverse crisis that almost brings it to its demise. Many of its states are at risk of breaking up; there are calls for separation in many of them like in Belgium, Spain, Britain, and Italy. The Capitalists States has adopted a Federal ruling system, which is a helping factor that aids separation to occur especially in the state that is made up of multiple nationalities.  Also Federal America carries the same factors that aid separation, this scenario occurred in America in 1860 in the war between the Northern States and the Southern States that lasted for 5 years. From all this, it is not possible for the Capitalist Ideology holders to abolish the Nation State. The Capitalistic Ideology fails to smelt people and nations into one pot. It fails to smelt different nationalities that live in one state. From this, the talk of abolishing the Nation State by the Champions of Capitalism thought is far away from reality.

The owners of big capital in every state who are part of its people work to support the Nation State and strengthen it and they lead it directly or indirectly. This is why we observe that many of those who take higher positions in the state are either the owners of capital or those who have ties with them, or have worked in the administrations of big corporations.

2. As for what came in the question regarding the power and the idea that it transcends the Nation State to a global authority, the issue is not so, instead they are institutions that work to serve the Nation States especially America. The issue is as follows:

a. As for the Bilderberg Group, it was founded on 29/5/1954 in the Hotel De Bilderberg in Oosterbeek in the Netherlands taking its name from this place. It was established by a few American owners of capital like David Rockefeller and some Europeans in support of the American policy to aid Western Europe. Amongst them was Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands who was appointed as the first president of the Group; with him in the administration of the Group was John Coleman who was the president of the Chamber of US Commerce. He mentioned that the reason for its establishment is to address the rising trend of detestation towards the United States in Europe due to its Martial plan which imposes Washington’s hegemony and superiority over Europe after the Second World War by exploiting its aid to Europe policy; the Communist and the followers of De Gaulle played an important role in the incitement of these feelings. He also mentioned that the goal behind establishing the group is: “to adopt a plan to decrease the hostile trend towards the United States in order to strengthen the ties between it and Europe and to strengthen the Western block in the face of the Eastern Communist block and to preserve the Western Civilization upon the free Capitalist Economy Model”. Many of the Western leaders used to attend the meetings of the group, including kings, media personnel, policy makers, politicians from the Conservative Right and the Democratic Left. This group held its meeting once a year; it was founded by Americans, with American goals, direction and instruction. But there are those who stretched their imagination in a cinematic fashion and presented the group as a global secret government that controls the world as one Russian author did, his book sold millions of copies! But the political thinker who is politically aware will understand the nature of the group, like what this French thinker who wrote: “This Bilderberg Group which is comprised of many influential personalities is nothing but an effective pressure tool used by NATO to propagate its interests and to extend the interests of the United States of America”. The power of America became apparent in the group during its meeting that was held in the Palace of Versailles in France between the 15th and 18th of May 2003, through the dispute between America and France, when it was attended by the French President Jacques Chirac. The Americans disagreed with him because he objected the invasion of Iraq; they planned to humiliate him during the conference which had many important personalities attending from the American Administration during Bush’s Era, that included the Defence Secretary, Donald Rumsfeld and his vice, Paul Wolfowitz; and the member of the American Defence Policy Committee, Richard Perle. Also the former American Secretary of State, Henry Kissinger, while the American Secretary of State, Colin Powell was in a European tour to gather support for his country’s policy. A heated debate took place regarding the major deals that were conducted by American companies in Iraq, like Bechtel and Halliburton; a European Member of Parliament questioned cynically, “Which European companies will be able to strike precious deals like these?”  The subject of establishing the European Army and its importance was raised in the debate to which the Americans objected to and dropped the idea. From this it is clear that Bilderberg Group is one of the tools that America uses to defend its policies in order to dominate Europe and to propagate the American projects; through convincing Europe that its policies do not conflict with theirs, but they are for their interest and that of the West at large; while it has its interest only as the priority which is the benefit of America and its project in the highest order.”

b. As for the Trilateral Commission, it was founded in1973 by David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Berzezinski and a group of American thinkers, politicians, and academics. When the Commission was established, the heads of the three regions: America, Western Europe, and Japan were members, and its goal: “To strengthen the cooperation between these states to that which benefits their economics, political, and sovereignty interests in the rest of the regions of the world. And to put down solutions to unsolved and growing problems between these states; to exchange expertise and view points; to monitor the development of relationships between the East and the West.” It is observed that America has established this club to guarantee the American domination over Europe and Japan too.

c. As for the giant private Western financial and trade institutions including those owned by families like Rockefeller family or Rothschild or Bloomberg, they work to realise their interests through the policies of these states by coordination with the state in every detail as we have seen from the activity by Rockefeller in establishing the Bilderberg Group and the Trilateral Commission for the service of the domination of the United States of America over Europe and Japan and the other countries of the world. These organisations realised fully that the State gives them protection and stands behind them and guarantees that they achieve their interests and profits. The Capitalist states view companies as the providers of money from outside and employs people internally and carry out projects, it is considered as a government institution that can carry out an important service for its citizens and works for the interest of the country and is a tool that achieves it colonial goals externally.

In the past Britain entered India via Eastern India Company, then it started it direct occupation. The giant private American financial institutions and companies have played a special part against the European Union for the Interest of America. It has falsified the reality of the economic situation in Greece in 2001 in order to enter the Euro Zone, to start a financial and economic problem in the region with the aim of weakening Europe and to bring it to its downfall.

The New York Times reported: “That one deal that was concluded by Goldman Sachs Bank in 2001, worth 15 billion dollars has aided the cover up of billions of dollars of the debt of Greece from the Budget Monitor in the European Union Headquarters.” [Aljazeera Documentary: “Wall Street is involved in the European Financial Crisis”, 14/2/2010]

Considering that the money was part of a trade transaction and not a loan showed that the debt level does not exceed the National income and the GDP and that the inflation does not exceed the accepted European level. The American plan is to weaken the European Union and hasten its disintegration and to hit the Euro to stop it competing against the dollar. This is to guarantee the domination of America over the economy of Europe and the world over. The giant private American companies and financial institutions in their part carried out a specific role for the interest of their country and in coordination with the American nation. Germany showed its malaise from this, and accused Greece of lying and fraud when the financial crisis erupted in Greece in 2010. This affected the cohesion of the Euro Zone region and Germany; and the effects of the crisis are still ongoing.

d. The World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the World Trade Organisation were established international institutions, but they never became independent institutions that impose their will upon states as a global government, instead, America became more influential and it is the decision maker; it uses these institutions to dictate its policies to other states. These institutions have imposed American privatization and globalisation laws and also market economic policy upon other states. Through these institutions America imposed its currency the dollar upon the world and made it the measure for the price f oil, gas, and gold and other metals and goods; the dollar currency became the global price for currency exchange to dominate the world. The dollar became the main currency of the world to which many currencies are linked; the dollar became the financial reserve for so many countries, it is one of the styles of dominations of the world by the United State of America. Therefore the idea of a global government that dominates the world and will abolish Nation States is a pure fantasy; who controls the world are the major countries especially the leading Nations.

3. The Capitalist States are dominated by the owners of capital. In every Capitalist state they elect rulers that serve their interest without abolishing the state; they preserve their state so that in turn the state preserves their interests. By dominating other countries the State will insure profits for the companies; this broadens the trade and increase profits. However it is not possible for the company and financial institutions to become a state because it goal is to make profits. People will not accept this. Companies cannot form state institutions and run them neither can they look after the affairs of the people. At the start of the Capitalist state, it sold through privatisation policy government institutions that carried out services for the benefit of the people to private companies; services like electricity, telephone, part of the railway tracks, highway roads between cities and countries and others. These private companies that bought the services need to have executive institutions, i.e. a state, because when the people fail to pay their due money or refuse to, the company will need to resort to the security institutions and the judiciary of the State. If people decide to attack the property of the company or protest against it, similar to what took place in the “Occupy Wall Street” campaign; the companies resorted to the state for protection. The companies also need legislation to be able to carry out and run projects. When the economic crisis erupted in America followed by Europe, the companies and financial institutes resorted to the state to save them by buying their struggling or perishable shares under the pretext of pumping money that it has collected from the general public through taxes. This is why companies and financial institutions do not have the executive, judicial or the legislative authority in the Capitalist state due to the fact that these authorities are separated from each other in theory. The companies and institutions work to influence these authorities for their own safeguarding and in order to realise their projects internally and externally and achieves their rights and make profits and to be saved by them when crisis strikes.

4. All the activities by the institutions do not deviate from serving the Nation state that they belong to. They do not have any qualms in undertaking any activity even if it was morally or humanly demeaning; what was discovered regarding the US spying scandal proves this. America spied on other countries including its allies from the European countries

Which topped its list and on their rulers, embassies, companies and citizens; using its private electronic devices, its companies that dominate the electronic web: Google and Yahoo who were also involved. This scandal has exposed the struggle between capitalist states for national sovereignty. Through its Secretary of State, John Kerry, there was admittance in the London based press conference when he said:” The spying by the FBI has transgressed the accepted limits in some cases.” [BBC, 1/11/2013] As he also claimed that: “The spying operations have foiled terrorist attacks.” Knowing that they were spying on European leaders like the German Chancellor  Angela Merkel, whom they have spied on her mobile phone for 10 years. America carries all of these actions to preserve its National sovereignty and its interests in the world and to monitor all activities of the European countries which in their part are pursing to get rid of the American hegemony; it also follow suit to stop the rise of any power that could have a global status that can compete with it and put its domination at risk. All of the American companies work to serve the Nation state, its culture, and its values. This became apparent when the dispute between China and the American company Google erupted 3 years ago. When the Chinese news agency Xinhua reported on 23/3/2010: “Unfortunately Google does not want to expand its trading activities only in China but also they want to propagate the American values, thoughts, and culture.” America also propagates its values, thoughts, and culture in Europe which shares its Capitalist thoughts with the objective of delivering respect and appreciation to the American citizen and state to dominate Europe.

5. From this it becomes clear that the idea of secret organizations that have a global authority that abolishes the Nation state that is established on the Capitalist thought does not exist.

The Bilderberg Group and the Trilateral Commission are nothing but tools established by the Americans to guarantee its domination over the world. The major American companies:  financial, trading, electronics, property, companies based on military manufacturing and other major manufacturing, the giant businessmen, and those in the exchange, and speculators in the stock exchange are all working for the interest of their country. They work to influence the authorities in their country to preserve their gained financial profits and to increase it and broadens it, internally and externally and to play a major role externally to serve the policy of their state against the other states and to secure the domination over theses states. Besides this America works to continue its military domination by establishing military basis in every country and to conduct strategic deals and treaties with every state and they use NATO to implement their policies and work to strengthen it under its leadership and obstruct the establishment of a European Army so that Europe cannot exist from under its leadership, it carries out spying operations on others even if they are allies and it monitors their movements. It works to continue its domination of the economy and finance by preserving the dollar as a global currency and to continue its domination over the global financial and trade institutions like the World Bank, IMF, and WTO and it works to dominate the policies by controlling the United Nations especially the International Security Council. It dominates other State through agents and linking the ruling system with its system. All of this results in preserving the US and its National identity and its global status as the leading nation. This is why it undertook this struggle with its “sisters” the other colonial Capitalist countries like Britain, France, and others, so that it takes over from them the states that they occupied and region of influence. It has succeeded to some extent and worked to bring the downfall of these states in the global arena. This is so that it remains alone the leader that is the decision maker and have the final say in the world and the leader of the Western world and the Champion of Capitalist thoughts, the bearer of the Banner of war against all who carry an opposing thought to theirs, who want to replace their thoughts or wants to establish over it a state, any form of state, big or small.  This is why it cannot bear the call for the re-establishing of the Khilafah state. Research centres and strategic institution are preparing studies and plans from this day and before the establishment of the Khilafah to halt any attempt to establish it even holding of the idea in this context… But they will realise sooner or later that the Khilafah is not like any of the current Capitalist states that enabled America to dominate over them with a few losses. When facing the Khilafah, America will lose its existence, not so little loss, by the permission of Allah the Almighty the powerful,

﴿وَاللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ﴾

سوال کاجواب: قومی ریاست کی خدمت کرنے والے اداروں کی حقیقت

سوال:

ہم اکثر وبیشتر ‘طاقت اور اتھارٹی’ کے مراکز کے حوالے سے گفتگو کرتے ہیں کہ قومی ریاست ہی قوت کی نمائندگی کرتی ہے۔ اس ضمن میں ہم بطورمثال ان امریکی مفادات کو پیش کرتے ہیں جن کو  امریکہ دنیا کی نمبرایک اورعالمی سیاست میں بہت زیادہ موثر کرداراداکرنے والی ریاست ہونے کے ناطے  حاصل کرنے کی کوشش کرتا ہے۔  لیکن کچھ لوگ سمجھتے ہیں کہ’طاقت اور اتھارٹی’ کی حقیقی بنیاد قومی ریاست کی حدود سے بھی آگے بڑھ کرہے۔ اس سے ان کی مرادمتحدہ قوت کی حامل خفیہ عالمی تنظیمیں ہوتی ہیں جن کے پاس ‘طاقت اور اتھارٹی’ ہوتی ہے۔  جیسے سہہ فریقی کمیشن (The Trilateral Commission)،  بلڈربرگ گروپ (Bilderberg Group) اورخارجہ تعلقات کی کونسل (Council on Foreign Relations) وغیرہ۔ بسا اوقات یہ تمام قوتیں ایک عام نام کے تحت یکجاہوجاتی ہیں ،مثلاً Illuminate، گلوبل بینکرزاوربڑے مالیاتی وتجارتی ادارے۔

جبکہ بعض لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ ان طاقت کے مراکز کی کسی بھی قومی ریاست کے ساتھ کسی قسم کی دوستی نہیں ہوتی،حتی ٰ کہ امریکہ کے ساتھ بھی نہیں، بلکہ ان کے اندریہ قابلیت ہوتی ہے کہ وہ”نیوورلڈ آرڈر تھیوری ” کی بنیاد پر ریاست ہائے متحدہ امریکہ  سے باہرطاقت کے نئے ڈھانچوں کی طرف منتقل ہو جائیں جس کے نتیجے میں حیرت انگیز تبدیلیاں وقوع پذیر ہوسکتی ہیں۔   ہوسکتاہے کہ ڈالر سے جان چھڑائی جائے اور کسی نئی کرنسی کو فائدہ پہنچانے کے لئے تیل کی تجارت میں ڈالر کے استعمال کو روک دیا جائے جو مختلف قسم کی اشیاء  یا کرنسیوں کے یکجا  ہوجانے پر انحصار کرتی ہو۔

سوال یہ ہے کہ اس میں کہاں تک حقیقت ہے؟ اور اگریہ سچ ہے توحزب کانقطہ نظر ‘طاقت اور اتھارٹی’ کے ان مراکز کے حوالے سے کیاہے ، جو قومی ریاست کی حدود بے معنی کرتے ہوئے عالمی اتھارٹی کاروپ دھارلیتے ہیں۔

جواب:

1۔سرمایہ دارانہ آئیڈیالوجی نے قومی سوچ کے خاتمے پرکوئی کام نہیں کیا، بلکہ یہ اس کااعترا ف کرتی ہے اوراس نے ریاستوں کے درمیان قائم سرحدوں کوبھی تسلیم کیا ہے۔  یہی وجہ تھی کہ سرمایہ دارانہ ریاستوں نے عالمی معاہدات میں کھینچے گئے نقشوں کے ضمن میں علیحدہ ہونے والی ریاستوں کی آزادی کوتسلیم کیا۔ انہی معاہدات میں سے ایک معاہدہ 1815میں ہونے والاویانامعاہدہ تھا۔  ان ریاستوں کے درمیان قومیت پرستی کی بنیادپر جنگیں ہوئیں ……سرمایہ دارانہ ریاستوں نے قوم پرستی اوروطن دوستی کی سوچ کواختیارکیااور سرمایہ دارانہ آئیڈیالوجی کے سہارے اس کوتحفظ فراہم کیا۔ یہ ریاستیں قومی اوروطنی اتھارٹی اوراستعماری مفادات کی خاطرایک دوسرے کے ساتھ جنگوں میں اُلجھی رہیں،باوجود اس کےکہ ان سب کی بنیاد سرمایہ دارانہ آئیڈیالوجی پر استوارہے اوریہ ریاستیں دوسروں کے پاس بھی اسی آیئڈیا لوجی کولے کرجاتی ہیں۔ انہوں نے جان بوجھ کرغلط طریقے سے ریاست کی تعریف کرتے ہوئے کہاکہ : (ریاست) اتھارٹی ،قوم اور محدودعلاقائی حدود کانام ہے۔  پس اس آئیڈیالوجی کے قیام کے آغازہی سے ان ریاستوں کے درمیان خونی لڑائیاں جاری ہیں۔  جہاں تک یورپی یونین کاتعلق ہے تویورپ کئی بحرانوں کے ادوار سے گزرا ہے جس نے یورپ کو تقریباً  زوال کا شکار کردیا ہے۔ اس کی بہت ساری ریاستیں ٹوٹنے کے قریب ہیں اور بیلجیم، اسپین ، برطانیہ اور اٹلی سمیت بہت سے ممالک میں علیحدگی کے نعرے گونج رہے ہیں ۔ سرمایہ دارانہ ممالک نے وفاقی (Federal) نظام حکومت کو اپنایا ہےجو  علیحدگی کے جراثیم پروان چڑحاتا ہے بالخصوص ان ریاستوں میں جومختلف قومیتوں پر مشتمل ہوتی ہیں۔  علیحدگی اورانقسام کا یہی عنصر امریکی وفاق میں پایا جاتا ہے، وہاں 1860میں یہی صورتحال دیکھنے میں آئی تھی،جب شمالی وجنوبی امریکہ کی ریاستوں کے درمیان پانچ سال تک لڑائی جاری رہی تھی۔  اس تمام کے ہوتے ہوئے سرمایہ دارانہ فکرکے حاملین کے لئے قومی ریاست کاخاتمہ ممکن نہیں۔  سرمایہ دارانہ آئیڈیالوجی ایک ہی ڈھانچے میں قوموں اورلوگوں کوڈھالنے میں ناکام ہوچکی ہے۔یہ نظریہ ایک ہی ریاست میں بسنے والی مختلف قومیتوں کو ایک قوم میں تبدیل کرنے میں شکست کھاچکا ہے ۔  اس بنا پر سرمایہ دارانہ آئیڈیالوجی کے حاملین کے ہاں قومی ریاست کے خاتمے کی بات حقیقت سے کلی طورپربعید ہے ۔

ہرریاست میں موجود بڑے سرمایہ دار اپنی اپنی قوم کاحصہ ہوتے ہیں، اپنی قومی ریاستوں کے ساتھ تعاون اوراس کو تقویت پہنچانے کے لئے کرتے ہیں  اور وہ اپنی قوموں کی بلاوسطہ یا بالواسطہ رہنمائی کرتے ہیں ۔  اس لئے ہم دیکھتے ہیں کہ ریاست میں اعلٰی عہدوں کو سنبھالنے والے کئی لوگ یا تو خود سرمایہ دار ہوتے ہیں یا ان کے سرمایہ داروں کے ساتھ روابط ہوتے ہیں یا وہ ایسے لوگ ہوتے ہیں جنہوں نے بڑی کمپنیوں کے اداروں میں کام کیاہوتاہے۔

2۔سوال میں جن قوتوں کاذکرکیاگیاہے اوریہ کہ یہ قومی ریاست کی حدود سے بڑھ کر ایک عالمی اتھارٹی کی طرف بڑھی ہیں  تو ایسا نہیں ہے بلکہ یہ ادارے قومی ریاست بالخصوص امریکی ریاست کی خدمت سرانجام دیتے ہیں۔  معاملہ کچھ یوں ہے۔۔۔

ا ۔  جہاں تک بلڈربرگ گروپ کا تعلق ہے تو یہ 29 مئی  1954 کو ہالینڈ کے شہر اوسٹربیک (Oosterbeek) میں ڈی بلڈربرگ ہوٹل میں قائم کیاگیااوراس جگہ کی نسبت سے ہی اسے یہ نام دیاگیا۔  اس کاقیام ڈیوڈ راک فیلر (David Rockefeller) جیسے بڑے امریکی سرمایہ داروں کی طرف سے عمل میں لایاگیااور اس میں بعض یورپی لوگوں نے بھی شرکت کی جو مغربی یورپ کے ساتھ امریکی تعاون کی پالیسی کے حامی تھے۔  ان میں سے نیدرلینڈ کاپرنس برنہارڈ (Prince Bernhard)بھی تھاجسے اس گروپ کا پہلا صدر مقرر کیا گیا۔ ان کے ساتھ گروپ کی ایڈمنسٹریشن میں جان کولمین (John Coleman) بھی تھاجوامریکی چیمبرآف کامرس کاصدرتھا۔  اس نے بتایاکہ اس (گروپ)کے قیام کامقصد یورپ میں امریکہ کے ساتھ دشمنی اورعداوت کے بڑھتے ہوئے ان احساسات کی روک تھام تھا جس کی وجہ درحقیقت وہ  امریکی مارشل پلان تھا جس کی بدولت دوسری جنگ عظیم کے بعد یورپ پر واشنگٹن کا تسلط اوربالادستی قائم ہوئی اور  یہ مسئلہ امریکہ نے یورپ کی مدد کی پالیسی کے تحت حل کیا جبکہ کیمونسٹ اورڈیگالیوں نے ان احساسات کوبھڑکانے میں اہم کرداراداکیا ۔  اس نے یہ بھی بتایاکہ”اس گروپ کے قیام کے پیچھے کارفرماعوامل میں امریکہ کے ساتھ اس معاندانہ رویہ کوکم کرنا شامل  تھا، تاکہ امریکہ اوریورپ کے درمیان تعلقات کومستحکم کیاجائے ، مشرقی کیمونسٹ بلاک کے مقابلے میں مغربی بلاک کومضبوط کیاجائے اور مغربی تہذیب ،نیز سرمایہ دارانہ آزاد معیشت کے  ماڈل کوتحفظ فراہم کیاجائے  ”۔  اس گروپ کے اجلاسوں میں یورپ کے متعدد لیڈرز شریک ہوتے تھے ،جن میں کچھ شہزادے ،میڈیا نمائندگان ،پالیسی ساز اور دائیں بازوں کے کنزرویٹواورڈیموکریٹک سیاستدان ہوا کرتےتھے۔یہ گروپ سال میں ایک بار اپنا اجلاس منعقد کیا کرتا تھا؛ یہ ادارہ  امریکی اہداف ،امریکی ہدایات اور احکامات کے لئے امریکیوں  نے ہی قائم کیا ۔  لیکن کچھ لوگ فلمی انداز میں سوچ کراس کوایک خفیہ عالمی حکومت کی شکل میں پیش کرتے ہیں جو دنیا کے امور کو چلاتی ہے۔ ایک روسی مصنف نے خاص اسی موضوع پرایک کتاب لکھی ،جس کے کئی ملین نسخے فروخت ہوئے ، لیکن سیاسی مفکرین اورسیاسی شعور رکھنے والے اس گروپ کی حقیقت وماہیت سے باخبرہیں ، جیسے کہ ایک فرانسیسی نے یہ   لکھاکہ:”بلڈربرگ گروپ جوکہ بااثرشخصیات پرمشتمل ہے ، دباؤ ڈالنے کے ایک مؤثر آلے کے سواکچھ نہیں جسے نیٹو اپنے مفادات کی ترویج کیلئے استعمال کرتاہے اور وہ اس کے ذریعے امریکہ کے اثرورسوخ کوتوسیع دینے پرکام کرتاہے “۔  اس گروپ میں امریکہ کی طاقت فرانس کے ورسائلزپیلس (the Palace of Versailles) میں 15 تا 18 مئی 2003 کو اس کے منعقد کئے گئے اجلاس اور اس میں فرانسیسیوں اورامریکیوں کے درمیان پھوٹ پڑنے سے کھل کرسامنے آئی،جب فرانس کے صدرشیراک (Jacques Chirac) نے اجلاس میں شرکت کی توامریکیوں نے اسے اس بات پرتنقید کانشانہ بنایاکہ اس نے عراق جنگ میں امریکیوں کی مخالفت کی تھی۔ انہوں نے اس کانفرنس میں اس کی بے عزتی اورتحقیر کرنے کی باقاعدہ منصوبہ بندی کی گئی تھی ، جہاں بش جونیئر کے عہد کے امریکی انتظامیہ کی اہم شخصیات ،امریکن ڈیفنس سیکرٹری ڈونالڈ رمزفیلڈ،اس کانائب پاول وولفویٹز،امریکن ڈیفنس پالیسی کمیٹی کارکن ریچرڈ پرل ،اسی طرح سابق امریکی وزیرخارجہ ہنری کسنجر شریک تھے ، جبکہ انہی دنوں امریکی وزیرخارجہ کولن پاول امریکی پالیسی کے حق میں حمایت حاصل کرنے کیلئے اپنے پہلے دورہ یورپ پرتھا۔  اس کانفرنس میں ان بڑے بڑے سودوں پر گرم بحث ومباحثہ ہوا جوامریکی کمپنیاں عراق میں کرچکی تھیں، جیسے بکٹل (Bechtel)  اورہالبرٹن (Halliburton)  وغیرہ۔  ایک یورپین ممبرپارلیمنٹ نے طنزیہ انداز میں سوال کرتے ہوئے کہا: یورپ کی کونسی کمپنیاں ان جیسے مہنگے سودے کرنے کی قابل ہیں؟   اسی طرح یورپین فوج کے قیام کے موضوع پربحث کی گئی۔ امریکیوں نے اس پراعتراض کیااوراس قسم کی فوج کی ضرورت کے حوالے سے امریکیوں اوریورپین کے درمیان بہت گرم بحث ہوئی ، بالآخرامریکہ نے اس فوج کی تشکیل کی سوچ کو مٹا کردم لیا۔

تو اس سے یہ واضح ہوتاہے کہ بلڈربرگ گروپ یورپ پرامریکی تسلط کی پالیسی کے دفاع کاایک ذریعہ ہے ،اوراسی کے ذریعے امریکہ یورپ میں اپنے منصوبوں کی مارکیٹنگ اس طورپرکرتاہے کہ یورپ والوں کواس بات پرمطمئن کرلیاجائے کہ امریکی پالیسی ان کی پالیسی کے ساتھ متصادم نہیں ،بلکہ یہ ان کے اورپورے مغرب کے مفاد میں ہے ، جبکہ سب سے پہلے یہ امریکی مفادات اوراس کے منصوبوں کی تکمیل کاایک ایجنڈاہے۔

ب ۔ جہاں تک سہ فریقی کمیشن کاتعلق ہے ،یہ 1973 میں ڈیوڈ راک  فیلر (David Rockefeller) اور زبگنیو برزنسکی (Zbigniew Brzezinski) کی جانب سے قائم کی گئی، جبکہ ان کے ساتھ امریکی مفکروں، سیاستدانوں اوردانشوروں کاایک گروپ بھی شامل تھا۔  جب کمیشن قائم کیا گیا تو امریکہ ،مغربی یورپ اور جاپان تینوں خطوں کے نمائندے اس کے ممبران ہوا کرتے تھے۔ اس کے اہداف یہ ہیں: ان ممالک کے باقی دنیامیں معاشی سیاسی اورخودمختاری جیسے مفادات کیلئے ان کے درمیان تعاون کااستحکام ، ان ممالک کے درمیان پیدا ہونے والے مسائل کاحل نکالنا، ان کے درمیان تجربات اورنقطہ نظرکاتبادلہ اورمشرق ومغرب کے درمیان بدلتے تعلقات کی نگرانی۔  لہٰذا یہ دیکھاجاسکتاہے کہ امریکیوں نے ہی یورپ اورجاپان پرامریکی تسلط کوقائم رکھنے کیلئے اس کلب کوقائم کیا۔

ج۔ جہاں تک بڑے پرائیویٹ مغربی مالیاتی اورتجارتی اداروں کاتعلق ہے ،جن میں  وہ بھی ہیں جو خاندانوں کی ملکیت ہیں ،جیسے راک فیلر (Rockefeller)  فیملی ، یاروتھ شیلڈ (Rothschild)  فیملی اوربلومبرگ (Bloomberg)  فیملی، تویہ سب ان ممالک کی پالیسی کے دائرے میں اوران کے ساتھ مل کر اپنے مفادات کے حصول کیلئے کام کرتے ہیں اور  یہ ملکی پالیسی کی تمام تفصیلات سے ہم آہنگ ہوتے ہیں ،جیساکہ ہم نے بلڈربرگ اورسہ فریقی کمیشن کے قیام میں راک فیلر کی سرگرمیوں کودیکھا، جویورپ ، جاپان اور دنیاکے دیگرممالک پرامریکی ریاست کا تسلط قائم کرنے کیلئے بنائی گئی۔  یہ ادارے اچھی طرح جانتے ہیں کہ ریاست ہی ان کوتحفظ فراہم کرتی ہے ،وہی ان کی پشت پناہ ہوتی ہے ،ریاست ہی ان کے مفادات اورمنافع کے حصول کی ضمانت دیتی ہے۔  دوسری طرف سرمایہ دارانہ ریاست یہ دیکھتی ہے کہ یہ کمپنیاں ہی  ہیں جوبیرونی سرمائے اورمنافع کوریاست کے اندر کھینچ لانے میں بڑا کردار ادا کرتی ہیں۔ یہی کمپنیاں اندرونی سطح پر منصوبے شروع کرتی ہیں اورمزدوروں کوروزگارفراہم کرتی ہیں۔  اس طرح کمپنیوں ان  کواس نظرسے دیکھاجاتاہے گویایہ حکومتی ادارے ہیں جوحکومت کی بجائے شہریوں کی خدمت کااہم کرداراداکرتےہے اوراپنے ملک کے مفادمیں کام کرتی ہیں۔ نیز بیرونی سطح پراس کے استعماری مقاصد کے حصول کیلئے ان کو ایک آلہ کارکے طورپر دیکھاجاتا ہے۔

ماضی میں برطانیہ ہندوستان میں ایسٹ انڈیاکمپنی کے ذریعے داخل ہوا، پھراس کوفوراً اپنی کالونی میں تبدیل کرناشروع کیا۔  پرائیویٹ امریکی مالیاتی کمپنیاں اورادارے امریکی مفادات کیلئےیورپی یونین کے خلاف فعال کرداراداکرتے رہےہیں ۔  اس نے 2001میں  یونان کی اقتصادی حالات کی جعلی تصویرکشی کی ،تاکہ یورپ کوکمزورکرنے یااس کوزوال سے دوچارکرنے کے لئے یونان کویوروخطے (Euro Zone) میں شامل کیاجائے، اور یوں خطے میں معاشی اوراقتصادی مشکلات کھڑی کی جائیں۔

چنانچہ نیویارک ٹائمز نے بتایاکہ ”2001 میں گولڈمین ساکس (Goldman Sachs)  بینک نے 15 ملین ڈالر کا جو سودا کیا،اس نے یورپی یونین کے ہیڈکوارٹر میں بجٹ نگرانوں کی طرف سے دیےجانے والے یونان کے کئی ارب ڈالرز کے قرضوں کی وصولی کروائی” (الجزیرہ ڈاکومنٹری: ‘وال سٹریٹ یورپ کے مالیاتی بحران میں ملوث ہے’ 14/2/2010)۔

کیونکہ وہ ان رقوم کو تجارتی لین دین کاحصہ سمجھتے ہیں نہ کہ قرض ۔  تواس نے ایساظاہرکیاکہ قرضوں کی حد نےقومی آمدنی اورجی ڈی پی کوپارنہیں کیا ہے اوریہ کہ ا فراط زر یورپ کے ہاں قابل قبول حد سے زائد نہیں۔  امریکا کا مقصد یہ تھاکہ یورپی اتحاد کوکمزوراور ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کیاجائے اوریوروکونشانہ بنایاجائے اس طرح اس کے اندر ڈالرکے ساتھ مقابلہ کرنے کی سکت باقی نہیں رہے گی۔ یہ سب اس لئے کیا گیا تاکہ یورپ اوران کی معیشت بلکہ پوری دنیاپرامریکی تسلط کوقائم رکھنے کی ضمانت دی جاسکے۔  چنانچہ بڑے پرائیویٹ امریکی مالیاتی ادارے اورکمپنیاں اپنے ملک کے مفاد کیلئے امریکی ریاست کے ساتھ نظم وضبط طے کرکے خاص کرداراداکرتے ہیں۔  جرمنی نے اس کے بارے میں اپنی بے چینی کااظہارکیااورجب 2010میں یونان میں مالیاتی بحران اُمڈ پڑا تو اس کوجھوٹ اورفراڈ کاطعنہ دیا۔  بحران جرمنی اور یورو زون کی ہم آہنگی پر اثراندازہوااوراس کے اثرات اب تک جاری ہیں۔

د۔  اس کے باوجود کہ ورلڈ بینک، آئی ایم ایف اور ورلڈ ٹریڈ آرگنائزیشن کاقیام عالمی اداروں کی حیثیت سے عمل میں لایاگیا، تاہم یہ ادارے اپنی آزادی کوحاصل نہ کرسکے کہ جو مختلف ریاستوں پرایک عالمی حکومت کی حیثیت سے حکم چلائیں جبکہ ہوا یوں کہ ان اداروںمیں امریکہ کو ہی مؤثراور فیصلہ سازکردار حاصل ہے۔ اس طرح امریکہ دیگرممالک  پراپنی پالیسیوں کے نفاذ، بالادستی اوراثرورسوخ کیلئے ان کواستعمال کرتاہے ۔   ان عالمی اداروں نے امریکی پرائیوٹائزیشن اورگلوبلائزیشن کے قوانین اوراس کی مارکیٹ اکانومی پالیسی کودوسرے ممالک پرمسلط کردیا۔  امریکہ نے انہی اداروں کی وساطت سے پوری دنیا پر اپنی کرنسی ڈالرکومسلط کیااوراسی کوتیل ،گیس اورسونے چاندی وغیرہ جیسی دھاتوں اورسامان کی قیمتوں کیلئے ایک پیمانہ قراردیا۔ دنیا پر اپنا تسلط جمانے کیلئے ڈالرکوہی کرنسی کے تبادلے کیلئے عالمی کرنسی قراردیا۔  اس طرح ڈالردنیامیں اصل کرنسی بن گیا،جس کے ساتھ بہت سے ممالک کی کرنسیوں کو منسلک کر دیا گیا۔ نیز ڈالر ہی کئی ممالک  کیلئے ریزروسرمایہ بن گیا۔ یہ ان اسالیب میں سے ہے جسے امریکہ دنیا پر اپنے تسلط اوربالادستی کے لئے استعمال کرتاہے۔  اس لئے ایک ایسی عالمی حکومت جودنیاکے امورکوسنبھالتی ہواورقومی ریاست کوختم کرے ،ایک ایسا سراب ہےجس میں کوئی حقیقت نہیں، بلکہ بڑی ریاستیں بالخصوص سپر پاورز ہی دنیا پر تسلط رکھتی ہیں ۔

3۔ سرمایہ دارانہ ممالک پرسرمایہ داروں کاتسلط ہوتاہے ،چنانچہ ہرسرمایہ دار ریاست میں یہ لوگ حکمرانوں کاانتخاب کرتے ہیں لہٰذا وہ کیوں ریاست کاخاتمہ کریں،جبکہ ان کے منتخب حکمران ان کے مفادات کی حفاظت کا فریضا سرانجام دیتے ہیں۔ یہ سرمایہ داراپنے اپنے ملک کی اس لئے حفاظت کرتے ہیں تاکہ ریاست ان کے مفادات کاتحفظ کرے اوراپنے منافع کوبڑھانے کیلئے ان کی ریاستیں  دیگرریاستوں پراپنی بالادستی قائم کریں۔  توان کی ریاست جتنی مضبوط ہوگی اتناہی ان کی تجارت وسیع اوران کا منافع زیادہ ہو گا۔  مگرایک کمپنی یا مالیاتی ادارہ ریاست نہیں بن سکتا،کیونکہ اس کی نظرمنافع پرہوتی ہے ،نہ تو لوگ اس کو قبول کرتے ہیں اورنہ ہی ریاستی اداروں کی تشکیل ،اس کوچلانے اورلوگوں کے امورسنبھالنے کی اس میں صلاحیت ہوتی ہے۔  تو جب سرمایہ دارانہ ممالک نے پرائیوٹائزیشن کی پالیسی شروع کی توانہوں نے وہ حکومتی ادارے جولوگوں کے مفادات کے لئے خدمات پیش کرتے ہیں،پرائیویٹ کمپنیوں کو فروخت کردیے،جیسے بجلی،ٹیلیفون اورشہروں یاممالک کے درمیان رابطے کے بعض ریلوے ٹریک اور شاہراہیں وغیرہ۔   یہ پرائیویٹ کمپنیاں جنہوں نے ان سہولیات کوخریدا ،ریاستی ایگزیکٹیواداروں کی محتاج ہوتی ہیں۔   اگرلوگ اُٹھ کھڑے ہوں اور کمپنی کے اثاثوں پر دھاوا بول دینے کافیصلہ کریں یااحتجاج کریں ،جیساکہ”وال سٹریٹ پرقبضہ  کرو” (Occupy Wall Street) مہم میں رونما ہوا تویہ کمپنیاں اپنے تحفظ کیلئے ریاست کی طرف رجوع کرتی ہیں۔  ان کمپنیوں کو کچھ ایسے قوانین کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے جن کی بنیاد پر وہ اپنا کام آگے بڑھا سکیں اوراپنے منصوبے مکمل کرسکیں ۔  جب امریکہ میں مالیاتی بحران رونما ہوا،جس کے باعث یورپ میں بھی بحران پیداہوا تو کمپنیاں اورمالیاتی ادارے اپنے بچاؤ کیلئے ریاست کی محتاج ہوئیں۔ ریاست سے ان کامطالبہ تھاکہ وہ ا ن کے قابل اتلاف حصص خریدے ، جسے عام لوگوں کے ٹیکس کے پیسوں کےذریعے خریدا گیا ۔ اس عمل کو  سرمائے کی ترسیل کانام دیاجاتاہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ سرمایہ دارانہ ممالک میں مالیاتی ادارے اورکمپنیاں ایگزیکٹو، جوڈیشل یا قانونی اتھارٹی نہیں رکھتی ہیں جہاں یہ ایک دوسرے سے الگ ہوتے ہیں۔  البتہ یہ کمپنیاں یہ کرتی ہیں کہ اندرونی وبیرونی طورپراپنے اوراپنے منصوبوں  کی حفاظت کے ساتھ ساتھ اپنے حقوق کے حصول اورمنافع کمانے ،نیز بحرانوں کے وقت اپنے بچاؤ کیلئے ان اتھارٹیز پراثرانداز ہوتی ہیں۔

4۔ تمام ادارے اپنی قومی ریاست کی خدمت کیلئے کام کرتے ہیں۔ یہ ادارے اس حوالے سے کسی بھی عمل سے نہیں جھجکتے، خواہ وہ عمل کتناہی گھٹیا، غیراخلاقی یا انسانیت سوز ہی کیوں نہ ہو اورامریکہ کے جاسوسی سکینڈل سے یہ بات صاف ظاہر ہے۔  امریکہ نے دیگرممالک کی جاسوسی شروع کی جن میں سرفہرست اس کے اتحادی یورپین ممالک تھے۔

امریکہ ان ممالک کے حکمرانوں ،سفارت خانوں ،ا ن کی  کمپنیوں اورعام شہریوں کی جاسوسی کرنے لگا، اس کے لئے پرائیویٹ الیکٹرانک آلات کواستعمال کیا، جواس کے جاسوس اہلکاروں کے کنٹرول میں تھے، اس میں Google اور Yahoo  جیسی امریکی کمپنیاں بھی ملوث تھیں جوالیکٹرانک میڈیاپر کنٹرول رکھتی ہیں۔  یہ سکینڈل سرمایہ دارانہ ممالک کے درمیان قومی ریاست کی قیادت کے معاملے پرکشمکش پر سے پردہ اٹھاتاہے۔  امریکہ نے اپنے وزیرخارجہ جان کیری کی زبانی لندن میں ایک پریس کانفرنس میں یہ کہتے ہوئے اعتراف کیاکہ FBI کی جاسوسی کامعاملہ بعض اوقات حدود پھلانگ جاتا ہے۔ (بی بی سی2013/11/1)۔  اورساتھ ہی یہ دعویٰ بھی کیاکہ “جاسوسی کی ان کاروائیوں نے دہشتگردوں کے حملوں کوروکا ہے”۔ یہ جانتے ہوئے کہ وہ یورپ کی قیادت جرمن چانسلر انجیلا مرکل (Angela Merkel)  جیسی شخصیات کی جاسوسی کرتے تھے اوراس کے ذاتی موبائل ٹیلفون کی دسیوں سالوں تک نگرانی کرتے رہے ،  امریکہ یہ سب کچھ صرف قومی خود مختاری اوردنیامیں اپنے مفادات کے تحفظ کیلئے کرتاہے ،تاکہ امریکی تسلط سے آزادی کے حصول کیلئے کوشش کرنے والے یورپین ممالک کی ہرحرکت کی نگرانی کرسکے ،اورکسی بھی ایسی طاقت کوابھرنے سے روکاجاسکے جس کے بارے ایک عالمی حیثیت کی حامل ریاست بننے کی توقع کی جاسکتی ہے جواس کے ساتھ مقابلہ کرے یااس کے تسلط کواس سے خطرات پیداہوسکتے ہیں۔ امریکہ کی تمام کمپنیاں قومی ریاست ،اس کی ثقافت اوراقدارکی خدمت کرتی ہیں۔  یہ اس وقت بالکل واضح طورپرسامنے آیاجب تین سال قبل چین اورامریکن کمپنی Google کے درمیان اختلاف واقع ہوا۔ چینی نیوز ایجنسی Xinhua  نے 2010/3/23 کو کہاتھا ”افسوس Google چین میں نہ صرف اپنی تجارتی سرگر میوں کی توسیع کی لئے کوشش کرتاہے ،بلکہ وہ امریکی اقداروافکاراورامریکی تہذیب وثقافت کوپھیلانے میں بھی مصروف ہے”۔  بلکہ امریکہ نے یورپ میں بھی اپنے مخصوص افکار ،اقدار اوراپنی اس مخصوص ثقافت کوترویج دی، جواس جیسے سرمایہ دارانہ افکاررکھتے ہیں۔ یہ سب اس لئے کیا تاکہ امریکی شہریوں اورریاست کیلئے تحسین و تکریم کمائی جائے اور یورپ پرامریکی دھاک قائم رہے۔

5۔  اس سے واضح ہوتاہے کہ یہ جوعالمی تسلط کی حامل خفیہ تنظیموں کانام لیاجاتاہے ،جوسرمایہ دارانہ آئیڈیالوجی کی اساس پرقائم قومی ریاستوں کے وجود کاخاتمہ کرتی ہیں ،ایسی تنظیموں کاکوئی وجود نہیں۔  اوریہ کہ بلڈربرگ گروپ اورسہ فریقی کمیشن ان گروپوں سے عبارت ہے ،جنہیں امریکیوں نے دنیاپراپنے ملک کے تسلط کوبرقراررکھنے کیلئے قائم کیا۔  اوریہ کہ امریکہ کی بڑی مالیاتی، تجارتی، الیکٹرونک، پراپرٹی کمپنیاں یا فوجی اڈوں پر قائم ہونے والی بڑی کمپنیاں یا دیگر بڑے صنعتی ادارے ،بڑے بڑے تاجر ، ایکس چینج مالکان اور سٹاک ایکس چینج کے سٹے بازسب کے سب اپنے ملک کے مفاد کیلئے کام کرتے ہیں، لیکن اس کے ساتھ وہ اپنے مالی منافع کے تحفظ، اس میں اضافے اوربیرونی واندرونی سطح پراس کی توسیع کیلئے اپنے ملک کے اتھارٹیوں پراثرانداز ہوتے ہیں اور بیرونی سطح پردوسرے ممالک کے خلاف اپنے وطن کی پالیسی کی خدمت اوران پراپنے ملک کا اثرورسوخ بڑھانے کی ضمانت دینے میں کرداراداکرتے ہیں۔  اس کے ساتھ ساتھ امریکہ ہرملک کے اندر فوجی اڈوں کے قیام اوراسٹریٹجک معاہدات کے ذریعے اپنے تسلط کوبرقراررکھنے کی کوشش کرتاہے ، نیٹو کو اپنی پالیسیاں نافذ کرنے کیلئے استعمال کرتاہے اوراپنی قیادت میں اس کو مضبوط کرتا ہے۔  امریکہ نے یورپی فوج کے قیام کواس لئے ناکام بنایاتاکہ یورپ اس کی قیادت تلے رہے۔  اس کے علاوہ دوسرے لوگوں کے نقل وحمل کی نگرانی کیلئے ان کی جاسوسی کرتاہے ،خواہ وہ اس کے اپنے اتحادی کیوں نہ ہوں۔  امریکہ دنیاپراپنی اقتصادی اورمعاشی بالادستی کوبرقراررکھنے کیلئے ایک توڈالرکی عالمی کرنسی ہونے کی حیثیت کی حفاظت کرتارہتاہے ،دوسراعالمی بینک ،آئی ایم ایف اور ورلڈ ٹریڈ آرگنائزیشن جیسے عالمی مالیاتی اورتجارتی اداروں پراپناتسلط قائم کرکے استعمال کرتاہے۔  ریاست پرکنٹرول حاصل کرنے کیلئے اقوام متحدہ بالخصوص عالمی امن کونسل پرتسلط اوردیگرممالک کے اندراپنے ایجنٹوں اور ان کے اندرنظام حکومت کواپنے ماتحت کرنے کے اقدامات کرتاہے۔  ان سب کامقصد امریکی ریاست ،اس کی قومی شناخت اوراسکی عالمگیر قیادت کی حیثیت کی حفاظت ہوتاہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ امریکہ نے برطانیہ اورفرانس وغیرہ جیسے اپنے ہی سرمایہ دارانہ برادرممالک کے ساتھ کشمکش شروع کی تاکہ ان کی نو آبادیات اوران کے اثرونفوذ کے علاقوں میں ان کی جگہ لے سکے۔ اس میں وہ بہت حد تک کامیاب بھی ہوااوران ممالک کوعالمی صورتحال سے دورکردیاتاکہ تنہااسی کودنیاکاآقامان لیاجائے جودنیاکی قسمت کافیصلہ کرے ،اس کی کہی ہوئی بات حتمی ہو،وہ اکیلاہی مغربی دنیاکاچیمپین اورسرمایہ دارانہ فکروالوں کی قیادت اورنگرانی کرے اوران کے خلاف جنگ کااعلان کرے جواس کی فکر سے متصادم کسی دوسری فکر کے علمبردار ہوں یااس کی بنیادپر کوئی ریاست قائم کرنا چاہیں خواہ وہ ریاست بڑی ہویا چھوٹی۔  اس لئے وہ ریاست خلافت کی واپسی کی طرف دعوت کوکبھی بھی برداشت نہیں کرتا، اس کے ریسرچ سنٹرز اوراسٹریٹجک انسٹی ٹیوٹ ابھی سے، یعنی خلافت کے قیام سے پہلےہی مطالعے اورمنصوبے ترتیب دے رہے ہیں تاکہ اس کیلئے کی جانے والی ہرکوشش بلکہ اس میدان میں کسی قسم کی فکرکاتوڑ کرسکےمگروہ جلد یابہ دیرجان لیں گے کہ خلافت موجودہ سرمایہ دارانہ ریاستوں کی طرح کی ریاست نہیں ہو گی جس پر معمولی سرمائے کانقصان کرکے امریکہ تسلط حاصل کرپائے گا ،بلکہ اللہ القوی العزیز کے اذن سے خود امریکہ کوہی زبردست نقصان اٹھاناپرے گا (واللہ غالب علیٰ امرہ ولٰکن اکثرالناس لایعلمون) “اور اللہ اپنے امر پر غالب ہے لیکن اکثر لوگ نہیں جانتے”۔
