مثَلُ الَّذِينَ حُمِّلُوا التَّوْرَاةَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَحْمِلُوهَا كَمَثَلِ الْحِمَارِ يَحْمِلُ أَسْفَارًا

“The example of those who were entrusted with the Torah and then did not take it on is like that of a donkey who carries volumes [of books]”

Simply, the question is: For what do these armies, militias and organizations fight for, from Syria to Yemen to Libya, Egypt and Iraq? Who kills who and why? Clearly, the armies of the countries of disbelief America and its allies and Russia do not mind the killing of Muslims and do not hesitate to spread destruction and devastation wherever they descend without any humanitarian or moral consideration. But what is unclear, unjustified, and incomprehensible is the murders committed by the Muslim armies in Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Egypt and Turkey in compliance with the orders of the rulers who, in turn, carry out the instructions of their masters in the colonial West.

Kurdish militias are fighting in Syria and Iraq to establish a Kurdish canton, aspiring to impose an independent national entity on the map of the region which was drawn by British colonialism on the ruins of the Khilafah (Caliphate) State, and it does not care for the sake of that the alliance with the devil, be it Britain, America or the Jewish entity! Although their predecessors have inscribed pages of championships in defeating the Crusader attack, written with an ink of Noor (light). On the other hand, Erdogan claims that in order to preserve the Turkish national security, the Turkish army must spill the blood of Muslims in the Kurdish areas of northern Syria and Iraq, knowing that the ancestors of this great army have carried the banner of jihad for many centuries in order to raise the word of Allah until they besieged Vienna twice.

The Yemeni militias fight each other to have control of the authority and government, not concerned about the sanctity of the blood of Muslims. They are supported in that by the criminal wicked rulers in Iran and the so-called Arab alliance led by the Kingdom of Al Saud, each of them pours oil on the fire of fighting and pumps more support for the criminal war machinery that transformed the happy Yemen, which the Messenger of Allah ﷺ described its people as the people of wisdom and Iman, to a hotbed of destruction and devastation.

In Egypt, its criminal ruler does not only throw tens of thousands of Muslims in prisons and abuse them, but also pushes the Egyptian army, whose predecessors have broken the barbaric wave of the Tartars in the glorious battle of Ain Jalut, is pushing it into an operation of killing and destruction in the Sinai, pledging to preserve the security of the Jewish entity and to implement Washington’s instructions, instead of liberating the land of Isra and Miraj from the desecration of the Jewish entity, and purifying the Muslim countries of the Crusader forces that spread corruption in it.

In Syria, Iran and its allies from the militias that it supports compete with the Russian occupying forces in spilling the blood of Muslims, under false slogans from which Imam Al-Hussein (as) dissociates himself from.

O Muslims!

The Almighty, the Truth, has obliged upon you the unity of the word and forbade you to dispute,

وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَلا تَنَازَعُوا فَتَفْشَلُوا وَتَذْهَبَ رِيحُكُمْ

“And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not dispute and [thus] lose courage and [then] your strength would depart”.

(Al-Anfal: 46)

And forbade the shedding of blood without any right, as stated in the Sahih (correct) Hadith:

«لا تَرْجِعُوا بَعْدي كُفَّارًا يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُكُمْ رِقابَ بَعْضٍ»

“After me (i.e. after my death), do not become disbelievers, by striking (cutting) the necks of one another”.

He (swt) has also forbidden Muslims to make the disbelievers their supporting allies and seek their victory, let alone to support them in the killing of Muslims; it is stated in the Sahih Hadith that the Prophet ﷺ said, addressing the Kaaba:

«وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ، لَحُرْمَةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ أَعْظَمُ عِنْدَ اللهِ حُرْمَةً مِنْكِ»

“By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, the believer has greater sanctity to Allah than you.”

So, what is the matter of you, why are you silent on the rulers who commit treason openly day and night, befriend the Kuffar and exaggerate in the shedding of blood and the destruction of the country and they are hindering the law of Allah, whereas the Sharia requires you to take on their hands and deny their crimes?

This obligation is primary on the people of power and support in you, who can deter them from falsehood by changing on them, and on the scholars, the heirs of the prophets, by proclaiming the word of Truth in the face of these oppressors who do not regard any pact or honor in respect of a believing person.

Allah has warned us of falling into what the children of Israel had fallen into, as He (swt) likened them to:

مثَلُ الَّذِينَ حُمِّلُوا التَّوْرَاةَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَحْمِلُوهَا كَمَثَلِ الْحِمَارِ يَحْمِلُ أَسْفَارًا

“The example of those who were entrusted with the Torah and then did not take it on is like that of a donkey who carries volumes [of books].”

(Al-Jumu’a: 5)

 After they have turned away from conveying His law, resorting to it and spreading its guidance, so they concealed it and did not carry it. Thus, He resembled those with a donkey who carries books and do not benefit from them; because it does not comprehend what is in the books, and therefore does not benefit from the guidance; Allah gives us the example of those before us to consider and carry what Allah has revealed to us, and what the Almighty has favored on us. We should be cautious not to fall into this disgraceful act, and should take the task with an enduring determination, otherwise we are denying the verses of Allah, the Almighty, the Wise. Therefore, He (swt) concludes the verse by saying:

بِئْسَ مَثَلُ الْقَوْمِ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ

“Wretched is the example of the people who deny the signs of Allah. And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.”

(Al-Jumu’a: 5)

So, answer Allah’s call when He calls you to what revives you, cut off the ropes of the rulers who are associated with the enemies of Allah, the religion and the Deen, and work with the workers to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ

“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.”

(Al-Anfal: 24)

﴿مثَلُ الَّذِينَ حُمِّلُوا التَّوْرَاةَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَحْمِلُوهَا كَمَثَلِ الْحِمَارِ يَحْمِلُ أَسْفَارًا﴾

“جن لوگوں (کے سر) پر تورات لدوائی گئی پھر انہوں نے اس (کے بار ِتعمیل) کو نہ اٹھایا، ان کی مثال گدھے کی سی ہے جن پر بڑی بڑی کتابیں لدی ہوں”(الجمعہ:5)

سوال  یہ ہے کہ:  شام سے یمن، لیبیا سے مصر اور عراق تک یہ افواج، ملیشیائیں اور تنظیمیں کس کے لیے لڑتی ہیں؟  کون کس کو مارتا ہے اور کیوں مارتا ہے؟  بات بالکل واضح ہے کہ  کفار ممالک  امریکہ، اور اس کے اتحادی اور روس کی افواج کو مسلمانوں کے قتل عام سے کوئی مسئلہ نہیں ہے اور وہ  جہاں کہیں جاتیں ہیں بغیر کسی انسانیت اور اخلاقیت کے تباہی و بربادی پھیلانے میں ذرا ہچکچاہٹ کامظاہرہ نہیں کرتیں۔ لیکن جو بات واضح نہیں ہے ،جس کی کوئی وضاحت نہیں ہے  اور سمجھ سے بالا ہے وہ یہ ہے کہ مسلمان افواج یمن، عراق، شام، مصر اور ترکی میں حکمرانوں کے احکامات  پر مسلمانوں کو قتل کررہی ہیں  جو درحقیقت ان حکمرانوں کے مغربی آقاوں کے احکامات ہیں۔

کرد ملیشیائیں شام اور عراق میں آزاد علاقے کے قیام کے لیے لڑ رہی ہیں اور چاہتی ہیں کہ خطے کے نقشے پر ایک آزاد قومی وحدت کا قیام عمل میں لائیں جبکہ خطے کا یہ نقشہ برطانیہ نے خلافت کو برباد کرنے کے بعد تخلیق کیا تھا ۔ اور یہ کرد ملیشیائیں اس  مقصد کے حصول کے لیے اس بات کی بالکل پرواہ بھی نہیں کرتیں کہ وہ شیطان کے ساتھ اتحاد کررہی ہیں چاہے وہ برطانیہ ہو یا امریکہ یا یہودی وجود ہی کیوں نہ ہو۔ اگرچہ کردوں کے آباؤ اجداد نے صلیبیوں کو شکست دینے کے لیے جو کارنامے انجام دیے تھے وہ اس قابل ہیں کہ انہیں نور سے لکھا جائے اور اس قدر ہیں کہ  ان کو لکھنے کے لیے کئی صفحات درکار ہیں۔ دوسری جانب اردوان دعوی کرتا ہے کہ ترکی کی قومی سلامتی کے تحفظ کے لیے ترک آرمی کو لازماً شمالی شام اور عراق میں مسلمانوں کا خون بہانا ہے  جبکہ وہ جانتا ہے کہ اس عظیم فوج کے آباؤاجداد نے کئی صدیوں تک  اللہ کے کلمے کو بلند کرنے کے لیے جہاد کے جھنڈے کو بلند رکھا یہاں تک کہ انہوں نے دو بار ویانا کا بھی محاصرہ کیا تھا۔

یمنی ملیشیائیں ملک میں اختیار اور حکومت پرقبضے کے لیے ایک دوسرے سے لڑ رہی ہیں اور انہیں مسلمانوں کے خون کی حرمت کا کوئی احساس نہیں ہے۔  انہیں اپنے اس شرمناک اعمال کی انجام دہی میں ایران کے چالاک حکمرانوں اور نام نہاد عرب اتحاد،جس کی سربراہی آل سعود کی ریاست کررہی ہے، کی حمایت حاصل ہے۔  یہ دونوں ہی آگ پر تیل ڈال رہی ہیں  تا کہ لڑائی کو مزید بھڑکایا جائے اور اس مجرمانہ جنگ میں ملوث گروہوں کومزید مدد و معاونت فراہم کررہے ہیں جنہوں نے یمن کو تباہی و بربادی  کے مرکز میں تبدیل کردیا ہے جبکہ اس کے  لوگوں کے متعلق رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا تھا کہ  یہاں کے لوگ ذہین اور ایمان والے ہیں۔

مصر میں مجرم حکمران  نہ صرف ہزاروں مسلمانوں کو جیلوں میں ڈال رہے ہیں اور انہیں جبرکا نشانہ بنارہے ہیں بلکہ مصر ی فوج کو اس بات پر مجبور کررہے ہیں  کہ وہ سینائی میں قتل و غارت اور تباہی پرمبنی آپریشن کریں جبکہ اس فوج کے آباؤ اجداد نے وحشی تاتاریوں  کی فوج کی عین جالوت میں کمر توڑ دی تھی۔یہ حکمران اسرا ومعراج کی زمین، فلسطین کو یہود کے پنجے سے آزادی اور مسلم ممالک کو صلیبی افواج  کی نجاست سے پاک نہیں کرتے جنہوں نے کرپشن پھیلا رکھی ہے لیکن یہود کے تحفظ  اور واشنگٹن کے احکامات پر عمل درآمد کی یقین دہانی کراتے ہیں۔

شام میں ایران اور ملیشاءجھوٹے نعروں کے سائے میں، ایسے نعرے جن سے امام حسین  نے خود کو الگ کرر کھا تھا، مسلمانوں کا خون بہانے میں روسی قابض افواج کے ساتھ مقابلہ کررہی ہیں ۔

اے مسلمانو!

تمام جہانوں کے مالک، اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے آپ پرلازم کیا ہے کہ آپ متحد اور یکجا ر اور اختلاف و انتشار سے دور رہیں،

﴿وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَلا تَنَازَعُوا فَتَفْشَلُوا وَتَذْهَبَ رِيحُكُمْ﴾

“اور اللہ کی اور رسول کی فرمانبرداری کرتے رہو، آپس میں اختلاف نہ کرو ورنہ بزدل ہوجاؤ گے اور تمہاری ہوا اکھڑ جائے گی”(الانفال:46)۔

اور اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے بغیر کسی حق کے خون بہانے سے منع فرمایا ہے جیسا کہ صحیح حدیث میں ہے:

«لا تَرْجِعُوا بَعْدي كُفَّارًا يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُكُمْ رِقابَ بَعْضٍ»

“میرے بعد(یعنی میری موت کے بعد) کافر نہ ہوجانا  کہ ایک دوسرے کی گردنیں مارنے لگو”۔

اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے مسلمانوں کو کامیابی کے لیے غیر مسلمانوں کو اتحادی بنانے سے منع فرمایا ہے چہ جائیکہ یہ کہ مسلمانوں کا قتل کرنے میں ان کی مدد کی جائے؛ صحیح حدیث میں یہ بیان ہے کہ رسول اللہﷺ نے کعبہ سے کہا،

«وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ، لَحُرْمَةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ أَعْظَمُ عِنْدَ اللهِ حُرْمَةً مِنْكِ»

“قسم ہے اس ذات کی جس کے ہاتھ میں محمد کی جان ہے، مومن کی حرمت(یعنی مومن کے جان و مال کی حرمت)اللہ تعالیٰ کے نزدیک تجھ سے بھی زیادہ ہے” ۔

تو اے مسلمانوں تمہیں کیا ہوگیا ہے؟

تم حکمرانوں کے سامنے خاموش کیوں ہو جو دن رات کھلم کھلا غداری کرتے ہیں، کفار سے دوستیاں نبھاتے ہیں ،زیادہ سے زیادہ مسلمانوں کا خون  بہاتے اور ملک کو تباہی کی دلدل میں دھکیلتے ہیں اور اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے قانون  کے نفاذ میں رکاوٹ  پیدا کررہے ہیں جبکہ شریعت آپ سے اس بات کا تقاضا کرتی ہے کہ ان کا ہاتھ پکڑ لیں اور انہیں جرم کرنے سے روک دیں؟

یہ ذمہ داری سب سے زیادہ اہل قوت اور آپ پر ہے جو حکمرانوں کو ان کے جھوٹ سے اس طرح روک سکتے ہیں کہ انہیں تبدیل کردیں ۔اسی طرح یہ ذمہ داری علماء پر بھی ہے جو ابنیاء کے وارث ہیں کہ وہ ان جابروں کے سامنے حق گوئی کا مظاہرہ  کریں  جنہیں ایمان والوں  کی کسی عزت  کاکوئی پاس نہیں ہے۔

اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے ہمیں اُس بات سے خبردار کررکھا ہے جس کا شکار بنی اسرائیل کے لوگ ہو گئے تھے جب وہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے پسندیدہ تھے:

﴿مثَلُ الَّذِينَ حُمِّلُوا التَّوْرَاةَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَحْمِلُوهَا كَمَثَلِ الْحِمَارِ يَحْمِلُ أَسْفَارًا﴾

” جن لوگوں (کے سر) پر تورات لدوائی گئی پھر انہوں نے اس (کے بار تعمیل) کو نہ اٹھایا، ان کی مثال گدھے کی سی ہے جن پر بڑی بڑی کتابیں لدی ہوں “(الجمعہ:5)۔

اور یہ اُس وقت ہوا تھا جب انہوں نے اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے قانون کی  دعوت، اشاعت اور اُس سے رجوع کرنے  سے منہ موڑ لیا تھا، تو انہوں نے اسے چھپایا اور دوسروں تک نہیں پہنچایا۔ لہٰذا اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے انہیں اس گدھے سے تشبیہ دی جس پر کتابیں لدی ہوں اور وہ اس سے فائدہ نہیں اٹھاسکتا؛ کیونکہ ان کتابوں میں جو موجود ہوتا ہے وہ انہیں سمجھ ہی نہیں سکتا اور اس طرح اُس ہدایت سے فیضیاب نہیں ہوتا؛ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ ہمیں اُن لوگوں کی مثال دیتے ہیں جو ہم سے پہلے گزرے تھے تا کہ ہم سبق اور عبرت حاصل کریں اور جو اللہ نے بھیجا ہے اس کی دعوت کے علمبردار بنیں۔ ہمیں محتاط رہنا چاہیے کہ کہیں ہم بے شرمی کے کام میں مبتلا نہ   ہوجائیں  بلکہ اللہ نے جو ذمہ داری ہم پر ڈالی ہے ہمیں اسے پوری استقامت کے ساتھ  ادا کرنے کی کوشش کرنی ہے ورنہ ہم اللہ کی آیات کو جھٹلا رہے ہوں گے۔ لہٰذا اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نےاس بات کو یہ کہہ کر پورا کیا کہ:

﴿بِئْسَ مَثَلُ الْقَوْمِ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ﴾

“جو لوگ اللہ کی آیات کی تکذیب کرتے ہیں ان کے مثال بری ہے۔ اور اللہ ظالم لوگوں کو ہدایت نہیں دیتا”(الجمعہ:5)۔

لہٰذا اللہ کی پکار کا جواب دو جب وہ تمہیں پکارتا ہے اور آپ کے لیے یہی زندگی کا باعث ہے۔ حکمرانوں کی رسیاں کاٹ ڈالو  جو اللہ، اس خطے اور دین  کے دشمنوں  سے جڑی ہیں، اور ان لوگوں کے ساتھ کامکرو جو نبوت کے منہج پر خلافت کے قیام کی جدوجہد کررہے ہیں:

﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ﴾

“مومنو! اللہ اور اس کے رسول کا حکم قبول کرو جب اللہ کا رسول تمہیں اس کام کے لیے بلاتے ہیں جس میں تمہارے لیے زندگی ہے “(الانفال:24)
