﴿سَيُصِيبُ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا صَغَارٌ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَعَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَمْكُرُونَ﴾

“There will afflict those who committed crimes debasement before Allah and severe punishment for what they used to conspire”. [Al-An’am: 124]

Commanded by Kerry and Ford, the Coalition Drown All the Way to its Head in Geneva’s Crime

(Translated)

The coalition’s leader, Al-Jarba, announced on this night, 18/01/2014 Saturday night, the coalition’s approval to attend the Geneva II conference as ordered by Kerry and Ford; surpassing all what was announced by the coalition from not to negotiate with the regime of Bashar, and even surpassing the coalition Law that it must be approved by two-thirds of its (121) members. So it forgot all that, or rather made to forget under the pressure of its masters, and announced its approval with the vote of fifty eight members instead of eighty one. Never would the slavishly, servile coalition to refuse America’s orders no matter how small; as the coalition is an American production, so how can it ​​violate the orders of its Maker?!

The leader of coalition has said that they did not give up their constants at the time they had no constants remained! Thus, refusal to negotiate with the regime of Bashar has become rubble. Also, their assignment to negotiate with the guarantee of the demise of Bashar, this guarantee has become mired in oblivion! Therefore, there is no guarantee and no constants, but subservience and capitulation to America and its alliances, so as to find new ruling in which the American influence continues as before. It is all about a later Bashar taking the place of an earlier Bashar! This coalition had betrayed Allah and His Messenger and the believers since its inception. The owners of the coalition are calling for the same goals which are followed by the tyrant: a secular democratic republic, and recognize the same loyalty to America as recognized by the tyrant … While some who have haze in their eyes did not realize it at the emergence of the coalition, now, the dawn has exposed the darkness of the coal. The fact of this coalition is revealed even to the blind eyes after the coalition is stepping over all the blood that has been spilled and the sacrifices that have been made. And after approving to negotiate with the tyrant regime to share rule over the torrent blood, the destruction of homes, and killing life in humans, trees and stones; by the tyrant missiles, explosive barrels, and even by chemical weapons, as well as arson, looting and rape …

Oh Sincere Muslims in the land of Ash-Sham… Oh you who have been stricken in your blood, your honors, your money and your homes…

This coalition has stabbed you in the back and also in the abdomen; it did not hide its betrayal but it displayed it in auction … it did not cover its private parts with something of anything from clothing, but has lost shyness and modesty. The faces in the coalition were painted with the brazen crime in broad daylight, until their characteristic became an indication of their crime, as the Almighty said:

﴿يُعْرَفُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَاهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِالنَّوَاصِي وَالْأَقْدَامِ﴾

“The criminals will be known by their marks, and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet”. [Ar-Rahman: 41]

So take the coalition by their hands to stop them, and discard them the way you discard seeds. Do not allow them to gain a passage or ground in the land of ash-Sham, the abode of Islam, and declare it loud as you started it “it is for Allah, it is for Allah” … And know that the Geneva Conference I and II is a trap; America has interweave its strings to be followed by intervention forces made by America to ensure the loyalty of the new system, such as the loyalty of the current system … So cut these threads, and resist the international intervention. It is against the faithful of you, and do not be loyal to America and its agents, as no one befriend it but the treacherous and the ungrateful, who sells the Hereafter for little worldly gains. Who is ultimately going to reap from it only thorns, and will be afflicted by what afflicted his associates; the punishment of disgrace in the worldly life, that smashes him during days of misfortune.

﴿وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَخْزَى وَهُمْ لَا يُنْصَرُونَ﴾

“But the punishment of the Hereafter is more disgracing, and they will not be helped.” [Fussilat:16]

Oh Sincere Muslims in the land of Ash-Sham… Oh you who have been stricken in your blood, your honors, your money and your homes…

You have been fighting the tyrant for three years in an atmosphere filled with clouds of conspiracy; internationally from America and its alliances, and regionally from the Arabs and the non-Arabs who are following the international conspiracy hand span by hand span. Even those who have raised their voices, of those Arabs and non-Arabs, shouting to help you, their cry was but a noise without action. However, you have been patient and steadfast, and you filled the atmosphere with your “Takbirs”. And you have been afflicted by all kinds of aggression from the tyrant; however you have wounded the enemy without weakening your determination or softening your path… How dare the coalition that does not observe toward a believer any pact of kinship or covenant of protection, declares negotiation with the tyrant regime to share power with it as if nothing had happened?! You, Oh the people of As-Sham are able to thwart the conspiracies of America and its alliances, and to suppress the Geneva Conference and the coalition … Because you are the patient and the steadfast on the inside, you are the touchstone … You who hold the cause of ash-Sham. The “star hotels” coalition, regardless of its betrayal and no matter how great its crime is, cannot do anything if you stand firm in its face on the right, faithful to Allah, and honest with the Messenger of Allah (saw); then the coalition will rebound humbled and fatigued… But the misfortune is that the coalition managed to penetrate some of your ranks. and worse, was to be able to penetrate the ranks of some of the factions, so it acquires them and take them reclined, leaning against it in finding a successor agent rule for the current agent rule. Thence these factions will be cursed by the blood that was shed, and will be disgorged by the sacrifices that have been made. Those factions and those who followed them, who are hauled by the coalition, will become as Allah described:

﴿كَالَّتِي نَقَضَتْ غَزْلَهَا مِنْ بَعْدِ قُوَّةٍ أَنْكَاثًا﴾

“Like she who untwisted her spun thread after it was strong” [An-Nahl: 92].

So they lose this world and the Hereafter, and that is the manifestation loss.

A guide can never lie to his people, and that Hizb ut Tahrir turns to you, warning and promising you:

It is warning you from falling into the fire of Geneva. For, the negotiation of the coalition with the regime follows a planned route that it cannot go beyond it. This is to produce a new tyrant that will not differ from the previous tyrant except in his name and the color of his face. So that America will freely enter and roam in and around as it was freely entering and roaming in and round its predecessor. And then hardship and misery will wrap your necks again, and you will regret but it will not be a time for regret. And none of you should say I only take responsibility of myself, the sin and destruction on those who are going to Geneva only… Don’t say that,, because if evil occurred in people who did not stand in its face to stop it and change it, the punishment will cover them all… It was directed by Abu Dawood in his Sunan from Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him, that he said, after glorifying Allah and praising Him: O people … I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«مَا مِنْ قَوْمٍ يُعْمَلُ فِيهِمْ بِالْمَعَاصِي، ثُمَّ يَقْدِرُونَ عَلَى أَنْ يُغَيِّرُوا، ثُمَّ لَا يُغَيِّرُوا، إِلَّا يُوشِكُ أَنْ يَعُمَّهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ بِعِقَابٍ»

“If act of disobedience are done among any people and do not change them though they are able to do so, Allah will soon punish them all”. So protect yourselves from the punishment…

And promising you that if you become loyal to Allah the Almighty, and believed with the Messenger of Allah (saw), and persisted in words and deeds to the arbitration of Allah’s Law, by the establishment of the rightly guided Khilafah State, and you sincerely determined to eradicate the influence of America and its agents from the roots … Then Allah surely is supporting you, and He will be withering your enemy.

﴿وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ﴾

“And incumbent upon Us was support of the believers.” [Ar-Rum: 47]

And who is more truthful than Allah in statement?

﴿إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَذِكْرَى لِمَنْ كَانَ لَهُ قَلْبٌ أَوْ أَلْقَى السَّمْعَ وَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ﴾

“Indeed in that is a reminder for whoever has a heart or who listens while he is present [in mind].” [ Qaf: 37]

سَيُصِيْبُ الَّذِيْنَ اَجْرَمُوْا صَغَارٌ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ وَعَذَابٌ شَدِيْدٌۢ بِمَا كَانُوْا يَمْكُرُوْنَ

“عنقریب مجرموں کو ان کی سازشوں کے سبب اللہ کی طرف سے ذلت اور سخت عذاب کا سامنا ہو گا” (الانعام: 124)

شامی اتحاد کے سربراہ  الجربا نے آج  ہفتے کی رات 19 جنوری 2014 کو کیری اور فورڈ کے حکم سے جنیوا -2 میں شرکت کا علان کر دیا اور اس سے قبل بشار حکومت کے ساتھ مذاکرات نہ کرنے کے اپنے اعلان کو بھی بالائے طاق رکھ دیا  بلکہ اتحاد کے  اس قانون  کو بھی پیروں تلے روند ڈالا جس کی رو سے کسی فیصلے کے لیے  اس کے 121 ارکان میں سے دو تہائی کی حمایت  ضروری ہے۔ وہ یہ سب بھول گیا بلکہ اس کے آقا کے دباؤ نے اس سے بھلا دیا اس لیے اس نے 81 کی بجائے صرف 58 ارکان کی حمایت کرنے پر ہی جنیوا-2 میں شرکت کا اعلان کر دیا۔ حمایت کرنے والے ارکان کی تعداد جس قدر بھی ہوتی یہ ذلیل اور رسوائے زمانہ اتحاد امریکہ کے  حکم سے سرتابی کی ہمت نہیں کر سکتا کیونکہ یہ اتحا د امریکہ ہی کا بنایا ہوا ہے اور غلام اپنے آقا کے حکم کی خلاف ورزی کہاں کر سکتا ہے؟!

اتحاد کے سرغنہ  نے کہا کہ ہم اپنے موقف پر قائم ہیں حالانکہ ان کا کوئی موقف ہی نہیں! بشار حکومت کے ساتھ مذاکرات نہ کرنے کی ان کی پکار اب بے نقاب ہو چکی ہے۔اب وہ صرف بشار کی برطرفی کی ضمانت پر اپنے موقف سے پسپائی اختیار کرچکے ہیں۔ اس ضمانت کے متعلق زبان حال بھی یہ کہہ رہی ہے کہ یہ طاق نسیان کی نظر ہو گی! کوئی شرائط اور کوئی ضمانت نہیں بلکہ امریکہ اور اس کے اتحادیوں کے سامنے سربہ خم اور سرتسلیم خم کرنا ہے تاکہ نئی حکومت قائم کی جائے اور حسب سابق امریکہ کا تسلط قائم رہے اور پرانے بشار کی جگہ نیا بشار لے گا! اس اتحاد نے پہلے دن سے ہی اللہ،  اس کے رسولﷺ اور مؤمنوں کے ساتھ خیانت کی  ہے۔  اس کے اراکین ان ہی اہداف کا راگ الاپتے ہیں جس پر موجودہ سرکش بشار کاربند ہے یعنی سیکولر جمہوریت اور اسی طر ح امریکہ کے گن گانا جیسا کہ پہلا سرکش کرتا ہے…جن لوگوں کی آنکھوں پر پردہ تھا اور اس اتحاد کے وجود میں آتے وقت  وہ اس کو نہیں سمجھ سکے  اب تو ان کی آنکھیں کھلنی چاہیے کیونکہ اب تاریکی چھٹ چکی ہے اور بہائے گئے خون اور دی گئی قربانیوں کو پاؤں تلے روند نے کی وجہ سے یہ اتحاد اندھوں کے سامنے بھی بے نقاب ہو چکا ہے۔  انھوں نے  خون کے سیل رواں اور کھنڈرات پر کھڑے ہو کر اقتدار کی بندر بانٹ کے لیے انسان،  درخت اور پتھروں کو بھی جلا کر راکھ کرنے والی بشار حکومت سے مذاکرات  کرنے کو قبول کیا، وہ سرکش جس نے میزائلوں، جلاکر راکھ کرنے والے مائع مواد کے ڈرموں بلکہ کیمیائی ہتھیاروں    سےتباہی مچادی  اورجلاؤ گھیراؤ، لوٹ مار اور عزتیں پامال کر نا اس کے علاوہ ہے…

اے سرزمین شام کے مخلص مسلمانو…اے وہ لوگو جن کا خون بہایا گیا، جن کی عزتیں پامال کی گئیں، جن کے اموال اورگھربار کو تباہ کیا گیا…!

اس اتحاد نے تمہاری پیٹھ پر ہی نہیں بلکہ سینے میں چھرا گھونپ دیا ہے۔ اس نے اپنی خیانت کو پوشیدہ نہیں رکھا بلکہ بھرے بازار میں اس کی نمائش کردی…اس نے کسی اِدھر اُدھر کی چیز سے اپنے ستر کو بھی نہیں چھپایا بلکہ شرم وحیا کو سرے عام بیچ ڈالا، دن دھاڑے اپنے منہ پر جرم کی کالک مل لی، یہاں تک کہ ان کے منہ ان کے جرائم کی وجہ سے اللہ کے اس فرمان کے مطابق بن گئے، ﴿يُعْرَفُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَاهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِالنَّوَاصِي وَالْأَقْدَامِ﴾ “مجرموں کو ان کی پیشانیوں سے پہچانا جائے گا اور ان کو سر کے بال اور ٹانگوں سے گھسیٹا جائے گا”۔ اے شام کے مسلمانو! اس اتحاد کا ہاتھ روک لو اور اس کو گٹھلی کی طرح نکال کر پھینک دو، اسلام کے مسکن شام کی سرزمین میں قدم رکھنے یا یہاں سے گزرنے بھی مت دو اوراس انقلاب کا اختتام بھی اسی طرح کرو جس طرح اس کی ابتدا کی تھی کہ یہ “اللہ کے لیے  ہے، یہ اللہ کے لیے ہے”…یاد رکھو کہ جنیوا-1 اور جنیوا-2 دونوں امریکہ کے بُنے ہوئے جال ہیں جس کے بعد امریکی  ساختہ حکومت   کے قیام کے لیے،  موجودہ بشارحکومت کی طرح  ا مریکہ کے ساتھ وفاداری کی ضمانت لے کر،  عسکری مداخلت کی جائے گی…ان تاروں کو ہی کاٹ دو اور بین الاقوامی مداخلت کے خلاف مزاحمت کرو۔ یہ مداخلت تم میں سے مخلص لوگوں کے خلاف ہے۔ امریکہ اور اس کے حاشیہ برداروں  سے دوستی مت کر و کیونکہ صرف خائن اور ناشکرا شخص ہی ان سے دوستی کرتا ہےجو تھوڑی سے دنیا  بلکہ کسی اور کی دنیاکے لیے اپنی آخرت کو بیچ ڈالتا ہے، اس کو بالآخر اس کے نتیجے میں کانٹوں کے سوا کچھ نہیں ملے گا، اس کے ساتھ بھی وہی ہو گا جو اس جیسوں کے ساتھ اس پہلے ہو چکا ہے، دنیا کی زندگی میں بھی رسوا ہو گا اور آخرت کا  دن اس کے لیے انتہائی دردناک ہوگا،  اللہ سبحانہ نے فرمایا:﴿وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَخْزَى وَهُمْ لَا يُنْصَرُونَ﴾ “اور آخرت کا عذاب  اور بھی رسواکن ہے اور ان کی کوئی مدد نہیں کی جائے گی”۔

اے سرزمین شام کے مخلص مسلمانو…اے وہ لوگو جن کا خون بہایا گیا، جن کی عزتیں پامال کی گئیں، جن کے اموال اورگھربار کو تباہ کیا گیا…!

تین سال سے تم   اس حالت  میں سرکش سے دو دو ہاتھ کر رہے ہو  کہ عالمی سازشوں کے گہرے بادل چھائے ہوئے ہیں۔ امریکہ ، اس کے اتحادی اور اس کے علاقائی عرب اور عجمی ایجنٹ  لمحہ بہ لمحہ ان سازشوں میں اس کے شانہ بشانہ ہیں۔ ان عرب اور عجم میں سے جنہوں نے  تمہاری مدد کے لیے آواز بلند کی تھی ان کی آوازیں بھی اُس چکی کی آواز ثابت ہوئی جس میں سے کوئی آٹا نہیں نکلتا۔ اس کے باوجود تم نے صبر کیا اور ڈٹے رہے، تمہاری فلک شگاف تکبیروں نے فضاء کو معطر کر دیا، تم نے طرح طرح کے مظالم کا سامنا کیا مگر پھر بھی تم نے انتہائی عزم اور حوصلے سے دشمن کو للکار…اھر یہ ایسا اتحاد جو کسی مؤمن کے بارے میں رشتہ داری اور قرابت کا بھی لحاظ نہیں رکھتا  کس طرح اقتدار کی بندر بانٹ کے لیے سرکش سے مذاکرات کرتا ہے جیسا کہ کچھ ہوا ہی نہیں؟! اے اہل شام تم یقیناً امریکہ اور اس کے اتحادیوں کی سازشوں کو ناکام بنا نے پر قادر ہو، تم جنیوا -2 کانفرنس کو ناکام اور نامراد کر سکتے ہو…شام کے اندر صابر اور ثابت قدم رہو …تم ہی اس دھرتی بیٹے ہو…شام کی باگ ڈور تمہارے ہاتھ میں ہے، فائیوسٹار ہوٹلوں میں رہائش کی خواہش رکھنے والا یہ اتحاد  خواہ خیانت میں کوئی بھی حد پار کرے، جرم میں جس درجے کو پہنچے،  اگر تم  اللہ کے ساتھ اخلاص اور رسول اللہﷺ کے ساتھ صدق کا ثبوت دیتے ہوئے ثابت قدمی سے ان کے سامنے ڈٹے رہےتو یہ کچھ نہیں کر سکتے اور تب ہی یہ اتحاد ذلیل و خوار ہو کر پسپا ہو گا…لیکن مصیبت یہ ہے کہ  یہ اتحاد تم میں سے کچھ لوگوں کی صفوں میں دراڑیں ڈالنے میں کا میاب ہو جاتا ہے اور اس سے بھی زیادہ تلخ بات یہ ہوگی کہ وہ بعض گروپوں کو راہ ِراست سے ہٹانے میں کامیاب ہو اور ان کو قابو کرلے اور ان کے بل بوتے پر پرانے ایجنٹ حکمران کی جگہ نیا ایجنٹ حکمران لائیں، پھر بہایا گیا پاک خون اور دی گئی قربانیاں ان گرپوں پر لعنت کریں گی اور یہ گروپ اس اتحاد کے نرغے میں آئیں گے، ﴿كَالَّتِي نَقَضَتْ غَزْلَهَا مِنْ بَعْدِ قُوَّةٍ أَنْكَاثًا﴾ “اس  (دھاگہ کاتنے والی) کی طرح جس نے بھرپور طریقے سے اپنے دھاگے کو کاتنے کے بعد برباد کرڈالا” یوں یہ دنیا اور آخرت کے خسارے سے دوچار ہوں گے جو کہ کھلا خسارہ ہے۔

اے سرزمین شام کے مخلص مسلمانو…اے وہ لوگو جن کا خون بہایا گیا، جن کی عزتیں پامال کی گئیں، جن کے اموال اورگھربار کو تباہ کیا گیا…!

قائد اپنے پیروکاروں سے جھوٹ نہیں بولتا اور حزب التحریر  ڈرانے والے اور خوشخبری دینے والے کے طور پر تمہاری طرف متوجہ ہو رہی ہے:

تمہیں جنیوا-2 کی آگ میں گرنے سے ڈراتی ہے  کیونکہ اتحاد کا حکومت کے ساتھ مذاکرات، طے شدہ طریقہ کار کے مطابق ہیں جس سے یہ بالکل  انحراف نہیں کر سکتے اور جس کے نتیجے میں ایک نیا سرکش وجود میں آئے گا جو پرانے سرکش سے سوائے نام اور چہرے کی رنگت کے علاوہ کسی چیز میں مختلف نہیں ہو گا، جس پر امریکہ سوار ہو گا جیسا کہ وہ اس پہلے والے پر سوار تھا، یوں ایک بار پھر لعنت اور بدبختی تمہارا مقدر ہو جائے  گی، تم ندامت کا اظہار کرو گے لیکن ندامت کا اس وقت کوئی فائدہ نہیں ہوگا، تم میں سے کوئی کہنے والا یہ بھی نہیں کہہ پائے گا کہ میں تو اپنی جان کا ذمہ دار ہوں گناہ اور ہلاکت  جنیوا جانے والوں کے لیے ہے…یہ نہیں کہہ سکے گا ، کیونکہ کسی قوم میں منکر کا ارتکاب ہو اور وہ اس کا سدباب نہ کرےتو اس کا وبال سب پر ہوگا…ابوداؤد نے اپنی سنن میں ابو بکر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ہے کہ آپ  رضی اللہ عنہ نے اللہ کی حمد وثنا کے بعد فرمایا : اے لوگو…میں نے رسول اللہﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے ((مَا مِنْ قَوْمٍ يُعْمَلُ فِيهِمْ بِالْمَعَاصِي، ثُمَّ يَقْدِرُونَ عَلَى أَنْ يُغَيِّرُوا، ثُمَّ لَا يُغَيِّرُوا، إِلَّا يُوشِكُ أَنْ يَعُمَّهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ بِعِقَابٍ)) “جس قوم میں اللہ کی نافرمانی کے کام ہو رہے ہوں اور اس قوم کے لوگ اس کا سدباب کرنے پر قادر بھی ہوں مگر پھر بھی وہ اس کا سدباب نہ کریں تو قریب ہے کہ اللہ اپنی طرف سے ان سب کو عذاب میں مبتلا کردیں”، اس لیے شام کے مسلمانوں اپنے آپ کو اللہ کے عذاب سے بچاؤ…۔

حزب تمہیں یہ خوشخبری بھی سناتی ہے کہ اگر تم نے اللہ کے ساتھ اخلاص ، اس کے رسولﷺ کے ساتھ صداقت ، اپنے قول وفعل سے ریاست خلافت راشدہ کے قیام کے ذریعے اللہ کی شریعت کی حکمرانی پر اصرار کیا اور پکا عزم کر لیا کہ امریکہ اور اس کے حواریوں کی بالادستی کو اکھاڑ پھینکیں گے …تو اللہ سبحانہ وتعالٰی تمہارا مددگا رہو گااور تمہارے دشمن کو ہلاک کردے گا، ﴿وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ﴾ “اور مؤمنوں کی مدد  کرنا ہماری ذمہ داری ہے”،  اور اللہ سے سچی بات کس کی ہو سکتی ہے؟

إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَذِكْرَى لِمَنْ كَانَ لَهُ قَلْبٌ أَوْ أَلْقَى السَّمْعَ وَ هُوَ شَهِيدٌ

“بے شک اس میں اس شخص کے لیے نصیحت ہے جو دل ودماغ رکھتا ہے یا کان لگا کر سنتا ہے اور گواہ ہے”
