Khilafah will Erase the Line of Control and Liberate the Muslims of Kashmir

The Pakistan army said in a statement that Captain Sarfraz was killed “due to Indian troops’ unprovoked shelling at Shakma sector on line of control”. According to the statement, another soldier was also seriously injured when Indian forces opened fire at Shakma sector near the town of Skardu on Tuesday 16 September at 11:15pm local time. Narendra Modi has accused Pakistan of waging a proxy war in Kashmir. He said troops were “suffering more casualties from terrorism than from war”, according to the government’s press information bureau website.

Comment:

Recent weeks have seen an escalation in tensions between Pakistan and India along the Line of Control in Kashmir, which runs through Muslim Kashmir, dividing it into India Occupied Kashmir and liberated Kashmir. India has been consistently targeting civilians and army personnel on the Pakistani side of the Line of Control, killing and injuring a number of civilians and soldiers, as well as damaging property. At first, the electronic media did not report much regarding these incidents, as they were totally focussed upon the sit-ins in the capital city, Islamabad. Moreover, the Raheel-Nawaz regime did not care to condemn Indian aggression, as it will spoil its efforts to normalize ties with India, as instructed by its masters sitting in Washington. But when these incidents happened consistently and the electronic media highlighted these Indian aggressions, as well as the resulting casualties, then the Raheel-Nawaz regime was compelled to issue statements condemning Indian aggressions.

Pakistan changed its stance towards the issue of Kashmir when America succeeded in bringing India into sphere of influence in 1996, at the time of Clinton administration. Before that America considered Kashmir as a disputed territory and demanded its resolution as per the United Nations resolutions. America always used the issue of Kashmir as a stick to agitate, pressurize and infuriate India. So from 1947 till 2000, America used traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan to embarrass India through the issue of Kashmir. During that era, Pakistan helped the Muslims of Kashmir politically, financially and even militarily by allowing Jihadi organizations of Kashmir to operate freely in Pakistan. India tried to stop incursion from the Pakistani side by building a long 500 km wire fence along the Line of Control. However, she was never able to do so, as whenever India tried, Pakistani troops prevented them by firing and heavy shelling. However, when America decided to use the carrot instead of the stick, the traitors in the political and military leadership also aligned Pakistan’s Kashmir policy with US policy. After this, Kashmiri Jihadi organizations were banned and their activities declared as terrorism, India promptly constructed the 550km long fence along the Line of Control in 2004 without any resistance from Pakistani troops and Musharraf presented the idea of cutting Kashmir in to five territories, two controlled by Pakistan, two by India and the fifth, central Kashmir, will be governed jointly under the umbrella of United Nations.

After the formation of BJP government In India, America is very hopeful that Modi will be able to convince the Indian establishment and intelligentsia regarding the resolution of Kashmir as per the US plan. However, in order to do so, Modi must first build his image as a hardliner who hates Pakistan and is always ready to engage Pakistan militarily. This will help Modi to take on board all the stakeholders in India. As far as the Pakistani political and military leadership is concerned, they already have no shame, so they will accept whatever US ask them, without any care for the rights of the Muslims.

The history of Pakistan confirms that whether it was democracy or dictatorship, every ruler used the issue of Kashmir for the benefit of US. Kashmir and its people can only be liberated by the Khilafah. It is an obligation from Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw) to liberate occupied Muslim lands. So the incoming Khilafah will erase borders between Muslims lands. It will consolidate their material and military resources to form a formidable army of a million soldiers and Mujaheedeen, who will march to Srinagar and once again raise the flag of Islam.     

وَأَنْفِقُواْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلاَ تُلْقُواْ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ إِلَى ٱلتَّهْلُكَةِ وَأَحْسِنُوۤاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

“And spend in the Cause of Allah (i.e. Jihad of all kinds, etc.) and do not throw yourselves into destruction (by not spending your wealth in the Cause of Allah), and do good. Truly, Allah loves Al-Muhsinun (the good-doers).(Al-Baqarah:195)

خلافت لائن آف کنٹرول کو مٹا کر  کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کو آزاد کروائے گی

خبر: ایک بیان میں پاکستان آرمی نے کہا کہ کیپٹن سرفراز ” لائن آف کنٹرول پر شکمہ سیکٹر پر بھارتی فوج کی بلا اشتعال گولہ باری کے نتیجے میں جاں بحق  ہوئے”۔ اسی بیان میں یہ بھی کہا گیا کہ 16 ستمبر کی رات سوا گیارہ بجے ایک اور سپاہی اس وقت شدید زخمی ہوا جب بھارتی افواج نے سکردو کے قریب شکمہ سیکٹر میں فائرنگ کی۔ نریندر مودی نے پاکستان پر الزام لگایا ہے کہ وہ کشمیر میں بالواسطہ جنگ کررہا ہے۔ بھارتی حکومت کی پریس انفارمیشن بیورو کی ویب سائٹ کے مطابق  مودی نے کہا کہ فوجی “جنگ سے زیادہ  دہشت گردی کی وجہ سے نقصان اٹھا  رہے ہیں”۔

تبصرہ: حالیہ ہفتوں میں پاکستان اور بھارت کے درمیان کشمیر میں واقع لائن آف کنٹرول پر کشیدگی میں اضافہ ہوا ہے۔ لائن آف کنٹرول مسلم کشمیر سے گزرنے والی وہ لکیر ہے جس نے کشمیر کو  آزاد کشمیر اور بھارتی مقبوضہ کشمیر میں تقسیم کیا ہوا ہے۔ بھارت لائن آف کنٹرول پر پاکستان کی جانب رہنے والے شہریوں اور فوجیوں کو مسلسل نشانہ بنا رہا ہے جس کے نتیجے میں کئی افراد ہلاک و زخمی اور املاک کو نقصان پہنچ رہا ہے۔ شروع میں الیکٹرونک میڈیا نے ان واقعات کو زیادہ نمایاں طور پر نشر نہیں کیا کیونکہ ان کی پوری توجہ دارلحکومت اسلام آباد میں ہونے والے دھرنوں پر تھی۔ اس کے علاوہ واشنگٹن میں بیٹھے اپنے آقاؤں کی ہدایت کے مطابق راحیل-نواز حکومت نے بھی بھارتی جارحیت کی مذمت کرنے کی ضرورت محسوس نہ کی کیونکہ ایسا کرنا بھارت کے ساتھ تعلقات کو بہتر بنانے کے عمل کو نقصان پہنچا سکتا تھا ۔ لیکن جب یہ واقعات تواتر سے ہونے لگے اور الیکٹرانک میڈیا نے بھارتی جارحیت اور اس کے نتیجے میں ہونے والی ہلاکتوں کو نمایاں طور پر نشر کرنا شروع کیا تو راحیل-نواز حکومت بھارتی جارحیت کی مذمت کرنے پر مجبور ہوگئی۔

پاکستان نے کشمیر سے متعلق اپنے موقف کو اس وقت تبدیل کیا جب 1996 میں کلنٹن انتظامیہ نے بھارت کو اپنے اثرورسوخ کے دائرےمیں داخل کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا۔ اُس سے قبل امریکہ کشمیر کو متنازعہ علاقہ قرار دیتا تھا اور اقوام متحدہ کی قرارداوں کے مطابق اس کا فیصلہ کرنے کا حامی تھا۔ امریکہ نے ہمیشہ کشمیر کے مسئلہ کو بھارت کو پریشان کرنے اور دباؤ میں لانے کے لئے ایک ڈنڈے کے طور پر استعمال کیا۔ لہٰذا 1947 سے 2000 تک امریکہ نے پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کے ذریعے کشمیر کے مسئلے کو بین الاقوامی سطح پر بھارت کو شرمندہ کرنے کے لئے استعمال کیا۔ اس عہد میں پاکستان نے کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کی سیاسی، مالی بلکہ فوجی مدد بھی کی اور پاکستان بھر میں کشمیری جہادی تنظیموں کو آزادانہ کام کرنے کی اجازت دے رکھی تھی۔ بھارت نے پاکستان کی جانب سے دخل اندازی کو روکنے کے لئے لائن آف کنٹرول پر پانچ سو کلومیٹر طویل لوہے کی باڑ لگانے کی کوشش کی لیکن وہ اپنے اس مقصد میں کامیاب نہیں ہو پاتا تھا کیونکہ جب بھی بھارت یہ باڑ لگانے کی کوشش کرتا پاکستانی فوج زبردست فائرنگ اور گولہ باری شروع کردیتی تھی۔ لیکن جب امریکہ نے  بھارت کو اپنے زیر اثر لانے کے لئے ڈنڈے کی جگہ گاجر کی پالیسی اختیار کی تو پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے پاکستان کی کشمیر پالیسی کو امریکہ کی پالیسی کے مطابق ڈھال دیا۔ اس کے بعد کشمیری جہادی تنظیموں پر پابندی لگا دی گئی اور ان کی سرگرمیوں کو دہشت گردی قرار دے دیا گیا۔ اس کے ساتھ ہی بھارت نے فوراً 2004 میں 500 کلومیٹر طویل باڑ کو لگانے کا کام پاکستانی فوجیوں  کی جانب سے بغیر کسی مزاحمت کے مکمل کرلیا اور مشرف نے کشمیر کو پانچ حصوں میں تقسیم کرنے کا ایک نیا حل پیش کیا جس کے مطابق دو حصوں پر پاکستان، دو حصوں پر  بھارت کا براہ راست کنٹرول ہوگا جبکہ وسطی کشمیر پر قوام متحدہ کی زیر نگرانی پاکستان اور بھارت کا مشترکہ کنٹرول ہوگا۔

بھارت میں بی۔جے۔پی کی حکومت بن جانے کے بعد امریکہ بہت پُرامید ہے کہ مودی بھارت کی اسٹبلشمنٹ اور دانشوران کو کشمیر کے مسئلے کو  امریکی منصوبے کے مطابق حل کرنے پر راضی کرلے گا۔ لیکن اس مقصد کو حاصل کرنے کے لئے پہلے مودی کو اپنے متعلق ایسا تاثر مضبوط کرنا ہے کہ وہ ایک سخت گیر آدمی ہے جو پاکستان سے نفرت کرتا ہے اور پاکستان سے ہر وقت پنجہ آزمائی کے لئے تیار رہتا ہے چاہے اس کی نوعیت فوجی ہی کیوں نہ ہو۔ یہ تاثر مودی کو اس قابل کرے گا وہ بھارت میں موجود تمام سٹیک ہولڈرز کو اپنا ہمنوا بنا سکے۔  جہاں تک پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت کا تعلق ہے تو انہیں کوئی شرم نہیں، لہٰذا  وہ مسلمانوں کے حقوق کی پروا کیے بغیر ہر وہ حل قبول کر لیں گے جو امریکہ پیش کرے گا۔

پاکستان کی تاریخ یہ ثابت کرتی ہے کہ چاہے جمہوریت ہو یا آمریت، ہر حکمران نے مسئلہ کشمیر کو امریکی مفاد میں استعمال کیا ہے۔ کشمیر اور اس کے لوگوں کو  صرف خلافت ہی آزادی دلوا سکتی ہے۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی اور اس کے رسولﷺ کی جانب سے یہ فرض ہے کہ مقبوضہ مسلم علاقوں کو آزاد کرایا جائے۔ لہٰذا آنے والی خلافت مسلم علاقوں کے درمیان موجود سرحدوں کو مٹا دے گی، ان میں موجود مادی اور فوجی وسائل کو یکجا کرے گی اور ان کی مدد سے ایک ناقابل شکست مسلم افواج اور مجاہدین کی ملین فوج تیار کرے گی جو سری نگر کی جانب مارچ کریں گے اور ایک بار پھر کشمیر میں اسلام کا جھنڈا سربلند کریں گے۔

وَأَنْفِقُواْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلاَ تُلْقُواْ بِأَيْدِ يكُمْ إِلَى ٱلتَّهْلُكَةِ وَأَحْسِنُوۤاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

“اللہ تعالیٰ کی راہ (جہاد) میں خرچ کرو اور اپنے ہاتھوں ہلاکت میں نہ پڑو اور سلوک و احسان کرو اللہ تعالٰی احسان کرنے والوں کو دوست رکھتا ہے” (البقرۃ:195)
