Real change- Khilafah’s establishment will mark the end of American agent rulers

Hizb ut-Tahrir will hold country wide Khilafah Rallies on Friday 5th November

On Friday, 5th of November 2010, Hizb ut-Tahrir will hold Khilafah rallies across the country. These rallies will be held under the title of  Real change- Khilafah’s establishment will mark the end of American agent rulers The purpose of these rallies is to make the Ummah aware about the real change that will actually bring their life from darkness to light. Today the talk of ‘change’ is on every tongue since capitalist system imposed upon the country through civil and military leaders, for the past sixty three years, has miserably failed to bring any betterment to the country. Load-shading of electricity and gas has plunged the life’s into severe darkness, prices of basic food items have soared to an extent that  now more than fifty million people in Pakistan are forced to sleep hungry, country has been pushed further in debt trap and Pakistan has been changed to a American garrison. The irony is that all this is happening in a country which is a nuclear power and has world’s seventh largest army.

Every ruler enforced the capitalist system with full enthusiasm. Whenever the resentment of the people against the ruler came to a level that he could not implement policies of its western masters, these kaffir imperialist simply sacrificed that agent ruler. Subsequently they brought a new agent ruler through elections or military coup to save the imperialist system in Pakistan. This is why people have completely lost faith in the current system and all those leaders who are ready to join this kufr system. This imperialist system can not be reformed and a real change cannot take place through this system. Only Khilafah will bring real change because Khilafah is a system which is based upon the commands of Allah the All Mighty and this system does not abandon its people for the whims and desires of few individuals. That is why this system liberates man from the slavery man and liberates the humanity from oppression. Therefore in order to educate the masses of the real change, Hizb has announced that it will hold rallies across the country on 5th of November 2010. Through these rallies people will be informed that the ‘real change’ is only possible through the establishment of Khilafah.  Khilafah will sever NATO supply-line within hours of its establishment. It will suffocate America by joining hands with the people of Tribal area and Baluchistan. Oil, gas, electricity power plants, gold, copper, coal and other minerals will be declared public property. Payment of money against interest based loans will be stopped. Unjust taxes like income tax, sales tax will be abolished and Islamic laws of revenue such as Khiraj, Usher, Zakat will be implemented and Khilafah will work day and night to bring in its fold all the Muslim countries and then it will emerge as the greatest power of the world.

Hizb appeals the media, sincere people in political parties, Ullema, lawyers, thinkers and the people in general that they must warn the Ummah about the repeated treachery being committed under the name of ‘change’ and guide the Ummah to the real change which is the establishement of the Khilafah.

حقیقی تبدیلی امریکی ایجنٹ حکمرانوں کا خاتمہ اور خلافت کا قیام ہے

حزب التحریر 5 نومبر بروز جمعہ ملک بھر میں خلافت ریلیاں منعقد کرے گی

حزب التحریر 5 نومبر 2010 بروز جمعہ ملک بھر میں خلافت ریلیوں کا انعقاد کرے گی۔ یہ ریلیاں زیرعنوان: “حقیقی تبدیلی: امریکی ایجنٹ حکمرانوں کا خاتمہ اور خلافت کا قیام” منعقد کی جائیں گی۔ ان ریلیوں کا مقصد امت کو حقیقی تبدیلی سے آگاہ کرنا ہے جو امت کی زندگی کو اندھیروں سے نکال کر اجالوں سے منور کرے گی۔ آج تبدیلی کی پکار اس لئے زبان زدِ خاص و عام ہے کیونکہ 63 سالوں سے ملک پر مسلط سرمایہ دارانہ نظام اور اس کو چلانے والے فوجی یا جمہوری حکمران اس ملک میں کسی قسم بھی قسم کی بہتری لانے میں بری طرح ناکام رہے ہیں۔ بجلی اور گیس کی لوڈشیڈنگ نے ان کی زندگیوں کو مزید اندھیروں میں دھکیل دیا ہے، بنیادی خوراک کی قیمتوں میں کئی گنا اضافہ کر کے 5 کروڑ پاکستانیوں کو رات کو بھوکا سونے پر مجبور کردیا گیا ہے، ملک کو مزیدقرضوں کے دلدل میں دھکیل دیا گیاہے اور پاکستان کو امریکی چھاؤنی میں تبدیل کر دیا گیا ہے۔ ستم ظریفی تو یہ ہے کہ یہ سب کچھ ایک ایٹمی طاقت اور دنیا کی ساتویں بڑی فوج کی حامل ریاست میں ہو رہا ہے۔

ہر حکمران نے سرمایہ داریت کو ہی بھرپور طریقے سے نافذ کیا اور جب بھی حکمرانوں کے خلاف عوام کی رائے اس قدر شدید ہو گئی کہ ان کے لیے اپنے مغربی آقاؤں کے احکامات کو نافذ کرنا دشوار ہو گیا تو استعماری کفار نے اپنے ہی لائے ہوئے ایجنٹ حکمرانوں کو قربان کر دیا۔ پھر الیکشن یا فوجی انقلاب کے ذریعے ایک نئے ایجنٹ کو لا بٹھایا، تاکہ پاکستان میں نافذ استعماری نظام کو بچایا جاسکے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ لوگوں کا اعتماد اس نظام اور ہر اس لیڈرشپ سے اٹھ چکا ہے جو اس نظام میں شامل ہونے کے لیے بے چین ہیں۔ اس استعماری نظام کی اصلاح نہیں ہوسکتی اور نہ ہی اس کے ذریعے کبھی حقیقی تبدیلی آ سکتی ہے۔ حقیقی تبدیلی صرف خلافت ہی لائے گی کیونکہ خلافت ایک ایسا نظام ہے جو اللہ سبحانہْ و تعالیٰ کے نازل کردہ احکامات پر قائم ہوتا ہے اور عوام کو چند لوگوں کی خواہشات کے حوالے نہیں کرتا۔ اسی لیے یہ نظام انسان کو انسان کی غلامی سے نکال کر عوام کو ظلم سے نجات دلاتا ہے۔اسی لئے پاکستان کے عوام کو اس حقیقی تبدیلی سے روشناس کرانے کے لیے حزب نے ملک بھر میں 5 نومبر کوخلافت ریلیاں منعقد کرنے کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ ان ریلیوں کے ذریعے امت کو یہ باور کرایا جائے گا کہ حقیقی تبدیلی صرف خلافت کے قیام کے ذریعے ہی ممکن ہے۔ خلافت اپنے قیام کے چند گھنٹوں کے اندر اندر نیٹو سپلائی لائن کاٹ دے گی۔ قبائلی علاقوں اور بلوچستان میں مخلص مسلمانوں کو ساتھ ملا کر امریکہ کا ناطقہ بند کریگی۔ تیل ،گیس، بجلی کے کارخانوں، سونے، تانبے، کوئلے اور دیگر تمام معدنیات کی کانوں کو عوامی ملکیت قرار دے گی۔ سودی قرضوں کی ادائیگی فوراً منسوخ کرے گی۔ انکم ٹیکس، سیلزٹیکس جیسے ظالمانہ ٹیکسوں کا خاتمہ کر کے اسلامی محصولات یعنی خراج، عشر، زکوة کا نظام نافذ کرے گی اور خلافت تمام مسلم ممالک کو ایک واحد ریاست میں تبدیل کرنے کے لیے دن رات ایک کرے گی اور یوں خلافت دنیا کی عظیم ترین ریاست بن کر ابھرے گی۔ اس موقع پر حزب میڈیا، سیاسی جماعتوں میں موجود مخلص عوامی نمائندوں، علمائ، وکلائ، سیاسی تجزیہ نگاروں اور عوام سے اپیل کرتی ہے کہ وہ تبدیلی کے نام پر بار بار کی جانے والی سازش سے نہ صرف امت کو باخبر کریں بلکہ حقیقی تبدیلی یعنی خلافت کی طرف امت کی رہنمائی بھی کریں۔
