US forces will continue combat missions in Afghanistan even after 2014

America Exposes Herself Regarding the Deception of Limited Withdrawal from Afghanistan

The New York Times reported on the 21st November 2014 that US President Barack Obama has extended the combat role of US troops in Afghanistan for one year after December 2014. Both Governments of Pakistan and Afghanistan welcomed this decision and described the American presence as necessary to keep peace and the continuation of a stable government in Afghanistan.

This US decision comes as no surprise to Hizb. Since the US revealed her limited withdrawal plan, we have consistently been saying that this limited withdrawal is a deception and US will use this plan to legitimize and secure a permanent presence in Afghanistan. Therefore, as soon the new puppet government in Kabul ratified the Bilateral Security Pact, the US unveiled her deception of leaving Afghanistan under the so-called limited withdrawal plan. Now, after the lapse of every year the US will extend her presence in the name of establishing peace and to help the Afghan Government. Unsurprisingly, the traitor rulers of Pakistan and Afghanistan will welcome her decision as they have done now.

This American decision establishes a fact that even after fighting thirteen years against the Afghan resistance America has not been able to establish peace in Afghanistan. After all this time, the Afghan National Army and Police is not capable of protecting her installed government in Kabul. Mujahideen numbering in the thousands forced this US failure through persistent Jihad and this has forced the US to rely completely on the traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan and the few traitors in Afghanistan to continue and secure her presence in Afghanistan. If today the sincere among the armed forces of Pakistan eject these traitors from their ranks and establish Khilafah then Khilafah will combine the power of its military and tribal Muslims by erasing the colonialist Durand line and will easily eject America from this region and restore true peace and stability. It must be understood that peace can only be restored by ejecting America, not by allowing her to stay further. Therefore, it is upon the sincere amongst the armed forces to come forward and provide Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah.

وَلاَ تَهِنُوا وَلاَ تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنْتُمُ الأَعْلَوْنَ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُّؤْمِنِينَ

“So do not become weak (against your enemy), nor be sad, and you will be superior if you are indeed true believers” (Ale-Imran:139)

2014 کے بعد بھی امریکی فوجی افغانستان میں لڑتے رہیں گے

امریکہ نے افغانستان سے محدود انخلاء کے منصوبے کو خود ہی بے نقاب کردیا

21 نومبر 2014، جمعہ کی رات امریکی اخبار نیویارک ٹائمز نے یہ خبر دی کہ امریکی صدر اوبامہ نے 2014 کے بعد بھی مزید ایک سال تک امریکی فوجیوں کی افغانستان میں جنگی مہمات میں حصہ لیتے رہنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔ اس فیصلے کا پاکستان اور افغان حکومتوں نے خیر مقدم کیا اور افغانستان میں امن کے قیام اور ایک مستحکم حکومت کے تسلسل کے لئے امریکہ کی موجودگی کو لازمی قرار دیا۔

حزب التحریر کے لیے امریکہ کا یہ فیصلہ قطعاً حیرت کا باعث نہیں ہے کیونکہ حزب امریکہ کی جانب سے 2014 میں افغانستان سے محدود انخلاء کے اعلان کے بعد سے یہ کہتی آرہی ہے کہ امریکہ افغانستان سے جا نہیں رہا بلکہ محدود انخلاء کا دھوکہ دے کر امریکہ افغانستان میں اپنی موجودگی کو مستقل کرنے اور اسے قانونی تحفظ فراہم کرنے کی کوشش کررہا ہے۔ لہٰذا نئی افغان حکومت کی جانب سے دو طرفہ سکیورٹی کے معاہدے پر دستخط کرنےکے بعد امریکہ نے اس دھوکے سے خود ہی پردہ اٹھا دیا ہے۔ اب امریکہ ہر سال افغانستان میں قیام امن اور افغان حکومت کی مدد کے نام پر اس فیصلے میں توسیع کرتا رہے گا اور پاکستان و افغانستان کے غدار حکمران امریکہ کے فیصلے کا اسی طرح ہی خیر مقدم کرتے رہیں گے۔

امریکہ کا یہ فیصلہ ثابت کرتا ہے کہ امریکہ تیرہ سال افغان مزاحمت سے جنگ لڑنے کے باوجود افغانستان میں امن قائم کرنے سے آج تک قاصر ہے اور افغان نیشنل آرمی اور پولیس کابل میں اس کی قائم کی ہوئی حکومت کا دفاع نہیں کرسکتی۔ ہزاروں مجاہدین نے صبر و استقامت سے جہاد کرتے ہوئے امریکہ کو اس کے مقصد میں ناکام کردیا ہے جس کی وجہ سے امریکہ افغانستان میں اپنی موجودگی کو برقرار رکھنے کے لئے پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت اور افغانستان کے چند غداروں پر مکمل انحصار کررہا ہے۔ اگر آج افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران اپنی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کو ہٹا کر خلافت کا قیام عمل میں لائیں تو خلافت  ڈیورنڈ لائن کو مٹا کر اس خطے میں  بسنے والے قبائلی مسلمانوں کو ساتھ ملا کر امریکہ کو اس خطے سے با آسانی نکال اور خطے کے مسلمانوں کو ان کا کھویا ہوا امن و سکون واپس لوٹا سکتی ہے۔ یہ بات طے شدہ ہے کہ خطے میں امن امریکہ کی موجودگی سے نہیں بلکہ اس کو نکال کر ہی قائم ہوگا۔  لہٰذا افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران آگے بڑھیں اور خلافت کے قیام کے لئے حزب التحریر کا نصرۃ فراہم کریں۔

وَلاَ تَهِنُوا وَلاَ تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنْتُمُ الأَعْلَوْنَ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُّؤْمِنِينَ

“تم نہ سستی کرو اور نہ ہی غمگین ہو، تم ہی غالب رہو گے اگر ایمان دار ہو”(آل عمران:139)
