The only sentence for the blasphemy of the Prophet Muhammad (saaw) is capital punishment!!!

Why the crusader Pope is unable to see the mass murder of over a million Muslims in Iraq and Afghanistan and the persecutions inGuantanamo Bay?

The West, their agent rulers, NGO’s and the crusader pope himself, all have mobilized to save Aasia Bibi who was convicted under the blasphemy law by a Pakistani court. How can the crusader Pope, shedding crocodile tears over the fate of Aasia Bibi, not see the mass murder of over a million Muslims in Iraq and Afghanistan and the inhumane torture and persecution in Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghuraib? Is this the rule of law West and the secular lobby in Pakistan are calling towards? The spiritual leader of the crusader armies, Pope Benedict, should put his own house in order by solving the issues of gay and pedophile priests instead of blabbing over the punishment for blasphemy. As per Islamic law the punishment for the blasphemy of the Prophet Muhammad (saaw) is nothing but death. When the Prophet of mercy Muhammad (saaw) opened Makkah, he ordered the killing of few individuals “even if they were wrapped in the curtains of the Ka’ba”, and among them were those who committed blasphemy against the Prophet. Abdullah Bin Khtal was killed while he was holding the curtains of the Ka’ba so were the two women Sara and Qareeba. [Tabari] Also in the third Hijra, The Prophet (saaw) got the Jew Ka’ab bin Ashraf assassinated through a commando operation led by Muhammad Bin Muslima [ra] who used to use foul language against the Prophet (saww). [Tabari] Muslim can never forgive the one who commit blasphemy of the Prophet (saaw) then how come these traitor rulers have the audacity to change the law of Allah? The so-called westernized NGO’s are once again mobilizing to ridicule the Islamic punishments. If Aasia Bibi has not committed the blasphemy against the Prophet (saaw) and was innocent then it is the fault of the western judicial system currently implemented in Pakistan and not the punishment system of Islam.  In Islamic judicial system, a person is sentenced only through definite evidences (bayyinaat) in which no doubtful or circumstantial evidence or proof can used. As for the argument from certain quarters that blasphemy law is being misused and hence be repealed, then the same argument can be used for other articles of the penal code such as 302 (premeditated murder) and 307 (attempted murder). In fact the whole English penal code is defective and is regularly misused by the criminals. For example the mere registration of a case against a person allows the police to through the accused into jail whereas in Islamic justice system there is no room for such injustices. Hence, these NGO’s, if they were fair, should work to explore the root cause and call for the replacement of the British colonial justice system with the Islamic system of justice in order to protect women’s rights instead of attacking the Islamic punishment system. These rulers and NGO’s have neither regard for Muslims nor the sanctity of the honor of the Prophet (saaw). With each passing day and with every new event it is getting clearer to the Muslims that they have no future without the Khilafah. It will be the Khaleefah that will hang all those who commit blasphemy against the Prophet (saaw) so that no one could even think of such a transgression again; even if it were the Pope himself.

توہین رسالت کی سزا صرف اور صرف موت ہے!!!

صلیبی پوپ کو عراق اور افغانستان میں ملین مسلمانوں کا قتل عام اور گوانٹاناموبے کے مظالم نظر نہیں آتے؟

توہین رسالت کے جرم میں پاکستانی عدالت سے سزا پانے والی آسیہ بی بی کو بچانے کیلئے پورا مغرب، ان کے ایجنٹ حکمران، این جی اوز اور خود صلیبی پوپ متحرک ہو گئے ہیں۔ آسیہ بی بی پر ٹسوے بہانے والے صلیبی پوپ کو عراق اور افغانستان میں ملین سے زائد مسلمانوں کا قتل عام اور گوانٹاناموبے اور ابوغریب جیل میں انسانیت سوز مظالم نظر نہیں آتے؟ کیا یہی ہے قانون کی حکمرانی، جس کا مغرب اور جمہوری سیکولر لابی مطالبہ کرتی ہے؟ صلیبی افواج کے روحانی پیشوا، پوپ بینیڈکٹ کو چاہئے کہ وہ توہین رسالت کی سزا پر مگرمچھ کے آنسو بہانے کے بجائے اپنے لواطت پرست پادریوں کے مسائل کو حل کرنے کی فکر کرے۔ اسلام کی رو سے گستاخ رسول ﷺ کی سزا صرف اور صرف موت ہے۔ رحمة العالمین رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فتح مکہ کے موقع پر گستاخ رسول او ر رسول اللہ ﷺ کی ہجو بیان کرنے والوں کو ان لوگوں میں شامل کیا جن کے بارے میں آپ ﷺ نے یہ حکم دیا کہ اگر یہ لوگ خانہ کعبہ کے پردے میں بھی لپٹ جائیں تب بھی انھیں معاف نہ کیا جائے اور انھیں ہر صورت قتل کر دیا جائے۔ ابن خطل کو خانہ کعبہ کے پردے کو پکڑنے کی حالت میں ہی قتل کیا گیا۔ اسی طرح سارہ اور قریبہ بھی قتل کی گئی۔ [تاریخ طبری: ص١٠٤] اسی طرح تیسری ہجری میں رسول اللہ ﷺ نے گستاخ رسول ﷺ کعب بن اشرف یہودی کو حضرت محمد بن مسلمہ کی قیادت میں ایک کمانڈو آپریشن کے ذریعے قتل کروا دیا۔ [تاریخ طبری: ص ٢١٣] مسلمان توہین رسالت کے مرتکب کو کبھی معاف نہیں کر سکتا۔ ایسے میں یہ غدار حکمران کون ہوتے ہیں جو اللہ کے حکم کو بدل دیں؟ نام نہادمغربی NGO اپنے بیرونی آقاؤں کے اشارے پر ایک بار پھر اسلامی سزاؤں کا مذاق اڑانے کیلئے متحرک ہو گئی ہیں۔ اگر آسیہ بی بی نے حقیقتاً توہین رسالت کا ارتکاب نہیں کیا تو ایسے میں قصور اسلامی سزاؤوں کا نہیں بلکہ مغربی عدالتی نظام کا ہے جس میں ایک بے گناہ شخص کو مجرم قرار دیا جاتا ہے۔ اسلام کے عدالتی نظام میں محض بینات کی روشنی میں سزا دی جاتی ہے جس میں کسی ظنی اور غیر قطعی دلائل اور ثبوت کو قبول نہیں کیا جاتا۔ جہاں تک توہین رسالت کے قانون کے غلط استعمال کا تعلق ہے تو یہ غلط استعمال تو دفعہ 302 اور 307 کا بھی ہو رہا ہے۔ یہی نہیں بلکہ انگریز کے بنائے ہوئے تمام قوانین میں سقم پایا جاتا ہے اور اسے غلط طور پر استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔ مثلاً محض FIR کاٹنے پر ملزم کو جیل بھیج دیا جاتا ہے۔ جبکہ اسلامی عدالتی نظام میں اس کی کوئی گنجائش نہیں ہے۔ لہذا ان NGO’s کو چاہئے کہ وہ مسئلے کی جڑ تک پہنچیں اور عورتوں پر ہونے والے ظلم سے نجات کیلئے انگریز کے چھوڑے عدالتی نظام کے خاتمے اور اسلامی نظام عدل کے نفاذ کیلئے آواز بلند کریں نہ کہ اسلامی سزا کو اپنے تعصب کا نشانہ بنائیں۔ ان حکمرانوں اور NGO’s کو مسلمانوں کی پرواہ ہے اور نہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کی حرمت کا پاس ہے۔ ہر گزرتا دن اور ہر نیا واقعہ مسلمانوں پر یہ امر واضح کر رہا ہے کہ مسلمانوں کا خلافت کے بغیر کوئی مستقبل نہیں۔ یہ خلیفہ ہی ہو گا جو توہین رسالت کے مرتکبین کو تختہ دار پر لٹکائے گا تاکہ آئیندہ کوئی ایسی گستاخی کرنے کا سوچ بھی نہ سکے؛ خواہ وہ صلیبی پوپ خود ہی کیوں نہ ہو۔
