Houthis Arrested a Member of Hizb ut Tahrir for Distributing a Leaflet Exposing and Condemning Operation Decisive Storm?!!

The Houthis militias in Raydah District in the province of Amran arrested Brother Mutahhar Ahmad Al-Rashidi, age 43, who works as a school principal in the district. He was arrested from his home on Monday, 30/03/2015 CE and then was sent to the province; that was following his distribution of a leaflet by the Hizb entitled “Finally, the fighter jets of the agent rulers mobilize… But only to kill Muslims, not to fight the enemies!!” The leaflet reads in part, “The jets and battleship of these rulers have mobilized to invade Yemen, instead of attacking the Jewish entity, even though it is closer to them! The worst of their justifications is that this attack is to protect the Qibla of the Muslims, whilst it is has not been invaded. On the other hand, the first Qibla of the Muslims has been invaded, screaming and shouting out for help! The jets of these rulers have been mobilized towards Yemen in service of the agendas of the disbelieving colonialists, after never being mobilized to save the Blessed Land that has been occupied by those most severe in enmity against the Muslims!”

Houthis and some of the political forces were irritated of the leaflet issued by the Hizb, although it was proclaiming the truth; it did not flatter the ruler nor a party or any of the groups. The party, throughout its course, was only an adviser, a warner and a revealer of the plans of the West and its tools of the agent rulers and those who marched with them and throwing themselves into their arms whoever they are; whether they realized it or not. The party only views matters from the perspective of Islam and never committed in its positions and its profile except by it. It never observed the conflicting parties with the stinking sectarian speculum, which the West seeks to ignite among Muslims, but all its analysis and its views of the events is a deep and enlightened view that describes the reality as it is, nevertheless, the concerned parties to the conflict in Yemen cannot stand the bitter truth and the sincere advice.

The Hizb revealed in the leaflet the reality of the standing conflict in Yemen and its parties, the agents; indicating that it is an Anglo-American International Conflict, where the leaflet stated: “America has supported the Houthis through Iran with weapons so that they are able to dominate Yemen by force. She realizes that the political medium in Yemen is dominated by Britain’s men. Thus, the Houthis thought they had the power to dominate Yemen. They besieged the president to force him to give them what they sought for the laws they had issued. He would agree, then delay in implementation…until they imposed house arrest on him but he escaped, moving to Aden. They pursued him there, but he escaped again. Thus the struggle became prolonged for the Houthis who spread themselves in the land, but without getting what they wanted, except for Saleh’s men who went with them, in order to share in the prize if they won against Hadi, but to leave them if they failed or even came close! The first indications of this are now apparent.” The Hizb then went on to analyze the reality of the hits received by Houthis from the so-called Operation Decisive Storm, and said: “America realized that the Houthis found themselves in a shambles. They had extended themselves across Yemen, but were unable to either successfully dominate or to return to their stronghold in the north. She therefore decided to save them through limited military action, by which she seeks to hit two birds with one stone: to show them as victims, after the people had begun to see them as aggressors; and to create the atmosphere for emergency negotiations, to come thereby to a compromise solution. This is her well-trodden path, with respect to what she is unable to take alone….All of this has become clearer by following what took place, and is taking place. Saudi Arabia consulted with America before the military action and those undertaking the active military role – Salman and Sisi – are American agents. As for the Gulf states, Jordan and Morocco, their role is more political, as per the British habit in countering America, such that she remains in the picture and has a place in the forthcoming negotiations, in order to take a share in the distribution of influence. While pressing military action succeeds at times, in opening the door of negotiation, it also fails at times, destabilizing matters anew, engulfing Yemen in its fire – Yemen, who was content and happy a time not long ago…when her pure land was not desecrated by the feet of agents and disbelieving colonialists.”

We know that there are many sincere followers in the movements that are dubbed Islamic movements, including the Houthis, but sincerity alone is not enough without awareness of what is going on in the international position and the state of its followers of the agent rulers. If the Houthis and parties to the conflict in Yemen and the region are enraged to be described as agents, then let them investigate the meaning of the term to realize that the agent is the one accomplishing the schemes of the enemies whether he knew it or not. So let all these know that the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir are marching to the promise of Allah Almighty so reliant upon Allah, until either He (swt) makes His Deen triumphant, whereupon the Khilafah Rashidah on the method of the Prophethood is established, or the neck get severed. As well as, let them know that the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir are the safety valve in this nation. And they are, Allah willing, its leaders towards gathering the word, unifying the ranks, rejecting the division and exposing the enemies of Islam. As well as establishing the Sultan (authority) of Islam, declaring the word of truth and advising to every Muslim and that is not difficult for Allah. So let the release of Brother Mutahhir Al-Rashidi happen immediately and the release of every detainee who was unjustly arrested.

حوثیوں نے حزب التحریرکے رکن کو ” فیصلہ کن طوفان”  آپریشن کو بے نقاب  اور اس کی مذمت کرنے  والے پمفلٹ  کو

تقسیم کرنے پر گرفتار کر لیا ؟!!

حوثی ملیشیا  نے صوبہ عمران کے ضلع  ریدہ میں  ہمارے بھائی   مطہر احمد الراشدی کو گرفتار کرلیا  ہے جن کی عمر 43 سال ہے اور جو کہ اسی ضلع کے ایک اسکول کے پرنسپل ہیں۔ مطہر احمد الراشدی کو ان کے گھر سے پیر30 مارچ2015 کو گرفتار کیا گیا  پھر ان کو صوبے کے مرکز روانہ کردیاکیا گیا۔ ان کی گرفتاری حزب کے پمفلٹ تقسیم کرنے کے بعد ہوئی جس کا موضوع  تھا ، “بالآخر ایجنٹ حکمرانوں کے طیارے حرکت میں آگئے….. مگر  دشمنوں سے لڑنے کے لئے نہیں بلکہ مسلمانوں کو قتل کرنےکے لئے!” پمفلٹ میں لکھا ہے کہ ” حکمرانوں کے طیارے اور جنگی بحری جہازیہود یوں سے لڑنےکے لیے حرکت میں آتے وہ یمن پر بم برسانے کے لئے حرکت میں آئےحالانکہ سبا(یمن )کی سرزمین کی بنسبت یہودی وجود ان کے زیادہ قریب  واقع ہے!اس کاروائی کے  لیے جو جواز پیش کیے گئے ہیں ان میں سے بد ترین جوازیہ ہے کہ یہ حملہ مسلمانوں کے قبلہ کےتحفظ کی خاطر ہے، حالانکہ   حرم شریف  پر تو حملہ ہوا بھی نہیں جبکہ مسلمانوں کا قبلہ اول جس پر یہودی حملہ کر کے قبضہ کر چکے ہیں اور وہ کئی  دہائیوں سے یہودیوں کے قبضے میں ہے ، اورپکار پکار کر اِن  حکمرانوں سے مدد کے لئے فریاد کرتا آرہا ہے،اس کی خاطریہ  حکمران حرکت میں نہیں آتے!ان کے طیارے یمن کی طرف اس لئے پرواز کرتے ہیں تاکہ استعماری کفار کے منصوبوں کو مکمل کیا جائے،  یہ طیارے فلسطین کی ارضِ مقدس کو چھڑوانے کے لئےکبھی نہیں  اُڑتے جس پرمسلمانوں کے شدید ترین دشمن  قابض  بنے بیٹھے ہیں!”۔

حوثی  اور بعض دوسری سیاسی قوتیں  اس پمفلٹ سے بوکھلا اٹھے جو حزب نے شائع کیا تھا حالانکہ یہ صرف حق کی للکار تھی  جس میں کسی حکمران،جماعت یا  گروہ کی چاپلوسی نہیں کی گئی تھی۔ حزب  نے اپنے طویل سیاسی  سفر کے دوران  ایک خیر اندیش  اور تنبیہ کرنے والی جماعت کا کردار ادا کیا ہے جو مغرب  کی سازشوں،اس کے آلہ کار  حکمرانوں اور ان کے پہلو بہ پہلو  چلنے والوں اور  ان کے گود میں پلنے والوں کو بے نقاب کرتی رہتی ہے  چاہے وہ کوئی بھی ہو۔ حزب معاملات کو  صرف  شریعت کی نظر سے دیکھتی ہے اور  وہ ہمیشہ   اپنا موقف   اسی کے مطابق اختیار کرتی ہے ۔ وہ   چپقلش کے دونوں فریقوں کو بد بودار گروہی  تعصب کے عینک سے نہیں دیکھتی جس کو مغرب مسلمانوں کے درمیان ہوا دینے کی کوشش کرتا ہے بلکہ حزب  کے تجزئیے  اور واقعات پر گہری نظر    ہو تی ہے اور وہ  صورت حال کا  درست نقشہ پیش کرتی ہےلیکن  یمن تنازعے  کے دونوں فریق  کڑوی حقیقت  کا سامنا  کرنے اور  سچی نصیحت  سنے کی طاقت نہیں رکھتے۔

حزب نے اپنے پمفلٹ میں   یمن میں جاری تنازعے  کی حقیقت اور اس کے ایجنٹ فریقین کی حقیقت کو واضح کیا   اوریہ بتا یا کہ یہ بین الاقوامی انگلو امریکن(امریکہ اور برطانیہ کی)  کشمکش ہے۔  پمفلٹ میں کہا گیا کہ “امریکہ نے ایران کے ذریعے حوثیوں کو انواع واقسام کا اسلحہ اور سامان ِجنگ فراہم کرکے ان کی مدد کی تاکہ وہ طاقت کے بل بوتے پر یمن پر تسلط حاصل کرلیں ۔ امریکہ یہ جانتا ہے کہ سیاسی میدان میں زیادہ تر برطانیہ کے پروردہ سیاست دان چھائے ہوئے ہیں۔ لہٰذا امریکہ نے حوثیوں کے ذریعے  طاقت کے بل بوتے پریمن پر تسلط جمانے کی راہ اختیار کی ۔حوثیوں نے صدر کا محاصرہ کر لیااور اس پر زور ڈالا کے وہ ان کی مرضی کے قوانین منظور کرے۔ یمن کا صدر ہادی ان قوانین کے نفاذ پرحوثیوں کے ساتھ  اتفاق کرلیتا اور پھر اِن معاہدوں اور قوانین کو عملی جامہ پہنانے میں  ٹال مٹول کرنے لگتا تھا ، یہ کھیل جاری رہا اور پھر وہ وقت آگیا جب حوثیوں نے  صدر کو اس کے گھر میں قید کردیا لیکن وہ کسی طرح فرار ہو کر عدن پہنچ گیا۔ حوثیوں نے عدن  تک اس کا پیچھا کیا، مگر وہ دوبارہ ان کے ہاتھوں بچ نکلا۔۔۔۔یوں یہ کشمکش طویل ہوتی چلی گئی اور حوثیوں کی طاقت کسی ایک مرکز پر جمع نہ رہ سکی بلکہ  پورے ملک کے اندر پھیل جانے سے کمزور ہوگئی اور حوثی وہ کچھ حاصل نہ کرسکے جو وہ چاہتے  تھے سوائے اس کے کہ  علی صالح اور اس  کے حواریان کے ساتھ شامل ہوگئے تا کہ اگر حوثی ، صدر ہادی کے خلاف کامیاب ہو جاتے ہیں  تو حاصل ہونے والے انعام میں سے وہ بھی اپنا حصہ وصول کرسکیں ۔ اور اگر حوثی ناکام ہو جاتے ہیں  تو انہیں چھوڑ دیا جائے۔ برطانوی ایجنٹوں کی اس حکمتِ عملی کے ابتدائی  آثار دکھائی دے  رہے ہیں”۔ پھر حزب نے  اپنے پمفلٹ میں ” فیصلہ کن طوفان” کے نام سے حوثیوں پر  حملے کی حقیقت کے بارے میں تجزیہ کرتے ہوئے  یہ لکھا تھا کہ  “جب امریکہ نے دیکھا کہ ان کے حوثی   حواری مخمصے کا شکار ہیں ، انہوں نے اپنی قوت کو پورے یمن میں پھیلا دیا ہے جس کے باعث نہ تو وہ مکمل طور پر اپنی بالادستی کو قائم  کر پارہے ہیں  اور نہ ہی وہ  شمال میں اپنے مرکزکی طرف  واپس جاسکتے ہیں،تو امریکہ نے محدود فوجی آپریشن کے ذریعے  انہیں اس صورتحال سے نکالنے کا فیصلہ کیاکہ ایک تیر سے دو شکار  ہوجائیں۔  پہلا :لوگ حوثیوں کو ایک جابر کی نظر سے دیکھنا شروع ہو گئے ہیں یہ فوجی حملے ان کے مظلوم ہونے کا تاثر قائم کریں گے اور  دوسرا یہ کہ بحران کے بڑھنے سے ہنگامی مذاکرات کے لئے ماحول بن سکے گا  اور کوئی مصالحتی حل سامنے آئے گا۔ ہر اس معاملے میں جہاں  امریکہ تنہا کوئی مفاد حاصل کرنے کی طاقت نہیں رکھتا تو وہ یہی روش اختیار کرتا ہے ۔۔۔ جو کچھ پہلے ہوچکا ہے اور جو کچھ اب ہورہا ہے اس نے صورتحال کو واضح کردیا ہے۔  سعودی عرب  نے عسکری کاروائی سے قبل امریکہ   سے مشاورت کی ، اورامریکہ کے ایجنٹ ہی اس  آپریشن میں پیش پیش  ہیں یعنی سعودی عرب کا شاہ سلمان اورمصر کا جنرل سیسی ۔  جہاں تک باقی خلیجی ریاستوں اور اُردن ومراکش  کا تعلق ہے تو ان کا کردار زیادہ تر سیاسی ہے ، ان کا رویہ برطانیہ جیسا ہے، کہ برطانیہ امریکہ کا ساتھ دیتا ہے ، تا کہ یہ نظر آئے کہ وہ بھی متحرک ہے اور عنقریب ہونے والے مذاکرات میں اس کا بھی کچھ نہ کچھ کردار ہو  اور اس طرح جو بھی حل سامنے آئے اس کے نتیجے میں طاقت کے مراکز میں اس کا بھی اثرو رسوخ موجود رہے۔اگر چہ فوجی کاروائی کو مسلط کرنا بسا اوقات مذاکرات کا سلسلہ شروع کرانے میں کا میاب رہتا ہے ، مگر کبھی یہ حربہ ناکام بھی ہو جاتا ہے ،  جس کے نتیجے میں  یمن کی  صورتحال مزید غیر مستحکم  ہو سکتی ہے اور اسے  جنگ کی آگ  میں دھکیل سکتی ہے۔ زیادہ عرصہ نہیں گزرا جب یمن    مستحکم اور خوشحال تھا جب اس  کی پاک مٹی پر   ایجنٹوں اور استعماری کفار کے ناپاک قدم نہیں  پڑے تھے”۔

ہم یہ جانتے ہیں کہ   تحریکوں میں   مخلص کار کن بھی  ہیں جو بس اسلام کا نام ہی استعمال کرتی ہیں اور حوثی بھی ایسے ہی ہیں، لیکن بین الاقوامی موقف  اور  ایجنٹ حکمرانوں کی حقیقت کے بارے میں جانے بغیر صرف اخلاص  ہی کافی نہیں ہوتا۔  اگر حوثی  اور یمن میں  تنازے کے فریقین  کو ایجنٹ کہنا برا لگتا ہے  تو وہ  اس لفظ کے اصطلاحی معنی کو دیکھیں  تو ان کو معلوم ہو جائے گا  کہ ایجنٹ وہ ہو تا ہے کہ  جو دشمن کے منصوبوں کو کامیاب بنائے چاہے وہ اس حقیقت کو جانتا ہو  یا نہ جانتا ہو۔ ان سب کو یہ بھی سمجھ لینا چاہیے کہ حزب التحریرکے جوان اللہ پر توکل کرتے ہوئے  اپنے رب کے وعدے کو پانے کی طرف بڑھ رہے ہیں کہ یا تو اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ خلافت راشدہ کے قیام کے ذریعے اپنے دین کو غالب کردیں گے یا وہ اپنی گردنیں کٹوالیں گے ۔ان کو یہ بھی جان لینا چاہیے کہ  حزب ہی اس امت کی امیدوں کی محور  اور اللہ کے اذن سے اس کے قائدین اور اس کو یکجا کرنے والے اور اس کی صفوں کو سیدھی کرنے والی ہے۔ وہی اس امت کے اندر سے  فرقہ واریت کو ختم کرے گی  اور دشمنوں کو رسوا کرے گی،  اسلام کے اقتدار کو بحال،کلمہ حق کو بلند  اور ہر مسلمان کی خیر خواہی کرتی رہے گی۔  یہ اللہ کے لیے کوئی مشکل نہیں۔ لہٰذا  تم فورا ً مطہر الراشدی  اور ہر اس شخص کو آزاد کرو جس کو تم نے ظلم  سے گرفتار کیا ہے۔
