Yemen Crisis Exposes the Excuses of the Regimes for Inaction and the Need for the Khilafah

On 11th April 2015, UAE Minister of State for foreign affairs Anwar Mohammad Gargash said, “The vague and contradictory stands of Pakistan and Turkey are an absolute proof that Arab security — from Libya to Yemen — is the responsibility of none but Arab countries”. He added that Pakistan should take a clear position “in favour of its strategic relations with the six-nation Arab Gulf cooperation Council”. This was in response to the Pakistan’s Parliament resolution passed on 10th April in which it was demanded from the government to stay out of the conflict in Yemen, where the Saudi-led coalition is bombing Huthi rebels and called for Pakistan to instead play a mediating role.

Comment:

The crisis in Yemen has created a very strong debate in Pakistan, whether to take side of the Saudi led coalition openly, or to play a role of mediator to defuse and resolve this crisis. The Raheel-Nawaz regime is presenting Pakistan’s role in this crisis as very critical and delicate because over a million of Pakistanis work in Saudi Arab and Gulf countries, sending over 60 percent of Pakistan’s remittance which is a large contribution to Pakistan’s economy. So although Pakistan has nuclear capability and the world’s seventh largest armed forces,  the regime is claiming that the economy depends on remittances significantly. In actual fact, Pakistan’s economy is weakened because of the absence of the Islamic economic system in the country, which would free it from the interest based loans to colonialist financial institutions and ensure the proper utilization of Pakistan’s immense resources. On the other hand, the response from UAE Minister of State for foreign affairs Anwar Mohammad Gargash and Saudi’s silent pressure on Pakistan to take part in the Saudi led coalition clearly demonstrates the weakness of these less powerful states in defending themselves, although they have enormous energy wealth.

After the fall of the Khilafah, Britain and France created a number of Muslim countries, but ensured that many of these are smaller states, either lacking the resources to run the economy or the military might to defend themselves or both, such as UAE and Afghanistan. Other states they ensured were very capable, but through their agents they only move on the bidding of their colonialist masters, such as Pakistan, Egypt and Turkey. This was all to ensure colonialist control, as part of the divide and rule policy. This is a tragedy because such powerful states alone are capable of being the starting point for the Khilafah by themselves. And less powerful states can easily be annexed to a strong Khilafah, with the unified state becoming even stronger. However, today, the current rulers justify their treacherous stances on the basis of weaknesses or other excuses, so as to free themselves from blame.

The Yemen crisis has also shown that when America or any other western colonialist ask the traitors in the leadership of the Muslims to close their ranks and amalgamate their forces to safeguard colonialist interests, they do so swiftly. However, when the Islamic Ummahs calls for the combined forces to move in order to protect the honor of Islam and Muhammad (saaw) and the sanctity of Muslim blood, the traitors give thousands of excuses for not following the desire of the Ummah. Moreover, these traitors scorn at the notion of a Khilafah to unify all the Muslims as a single state, even though this is the practical and required step to foil the colonialist plans in a permanent manner!

The terrible crisis in Yemen is because of the absence of Khilafah. Only bringing back the Khilafah will end such tragedies as its combined wealth and military will not only be unmatched by any other power within a short amount of time inshaaAllah, it will have the Help and Support of Allah (swt) the Lord of the Worlds.

إِنَّ هَـٰذِهِ أُمَّتُكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَأَنَاْ رَبُّكُمْ فَٱعْبُدُونِ

“Truly! This, your Ummah is one Ummah, and I am your Lord, therefore worship Me (Alone)” Al_Anbiya:92)

یمن کے بحران نے حکومتی بے عملی کے بہانےاور خلافت کی ضرورت کو آشکار کردیا ہے

خبر: 11 اپریل 2015 کو متحدہ عرب امارات کے وزیر مملکت برائے امور خارجہ انور محمد غرغاش نے کہا کہ “مبہم اور تضاد پر مبنی پاکستان اور ترکی کے موقف نے ثابت کیا ہے کہ لیبیا سے لے کر یمن تک عرب سلامتی و تحفظ کی ذمہ داری صرف عرب ممالک کی ہے”۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان کو “چھ رکنی عرب گلف کارپوریشن کونسل  کے ساتھ موجود اسٹریٹجک تعلقات کے حق میں واضح موقف اختیار کرنا چاہیے”۔  یہ بیان پاکستان کی پارلیمنٹ کی اس قرارداد کے جواب میں سامنے آیا جو اس نے 10 اپریل کو منظور کی تھی  جس میں حکومت سے مطالبہ کیا گیاتھا کہ وہ یمن کے بحران میں مداخلت نہ کرے جہاں سعودی قیادت میں اتحادی افواج حوثی باغیوں پر بمباری کررہی ہیں بلکہ پاکستان کو ثالثی کا کردار ادا کرنا چاہیے۔

تبصرہ: یمن کے بحران نے پاکستان میں زبردست بحث کو جنم دیا کہ  کیا  پاکستان کو سعودی قیادت میں قائم اتحاد کا کھل کر ساتھ دینا چاہیے یا کشیدگی اور بحران کے خاتمے کے لئے ثالثی کا کردار ادا کرنا چاہیے۔ راحیل-نواز حکومت اس بحران کو پاکستان کے لئے بہت ہی نازک صورتحال کے طور پر پیش کررہی ہے کیونکہ دس لاکھ سے زائد پاکستانی سعودی عرب اور دیگر خلیجی عرب ممالک میں روزگار کے سلسلے میں مقیم ہیں اور جن  کی بھیجی ہوئی رقوم پاکستان کے زرمبادلہ کا  ساٹھ فیصد ہوتا ہے۔تو بے شک پاکستان ایک ایٹمی قوت  اور دنیا کی ساتویں بڑی فوج کا حامل ہے لیکن حکومت کا کہنا ہے کہ اس کی معیشت خلیجی ممالک سے آنے والے زرمبادلہ پر بہت زیادہ انحصار کرتی ہے۔ لیکن درحقیقت پاکستان کی معیشت کی کمزوری کی وجہ ملک میں اسلام کے معاشی نظام کی عدم موجودگی ہے جو اسے استعماری مالیاتی اداروں کے سودی قرضوں سے نجات دلاسکتا ہے اور پاکستان کے عظیم قدرتی خزانوں کو صحیح خطوط پر استوار کر کے سرے سے قرضوں پر انحصار ہی ختم کرسکتا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ اماراتی وزیر کا بیان اور سعودی عرب کا خاموش دباؤ کہ وہ سعودی اتحاد کا حصہ بنے اس بات کو بھی واضح کرتا ہے کہ یہ ریاستیں خود اپنا دفاع کرنے سے قاصر ہیں جبکہ ان کے پاس  توانائی کے عظیم وسائل موجود  ہیں۔

خلافت کے خاتمے کے بعد برطانیہ اور فرانس نے کئی مسلم مملکتیں بنائیں لیکن اس بات کو یقینی بنایا کہ ان میں سے اکثر چھوٹی ریاستیں ہوں جن کے پاس یا تو معیشت چلانے کے لئے درکار ضروری وسائل ہی موجود نہ ہوں یا اتنی فوجی قوت موجود نہ ہو کہ وہ خود اپنا دفاع کرسکیں یا پھروہ  ان دونوں سے ہی محروم ہوں جیسا کہ متحدہ عرب امارات یا افغانستان وغیرہ۔ باقی رہ جانے والی چند بڑی مسلم ریاستوں کو انہوں نے اپنے ایجنٹ حکمرانوں کے ذریعےقابو میں رکھا کہ وہ صرف اسی وقت حرکت میں آئیں جب ان کے استعماری آقا انہیں ایسا کرنے کی اجازت دیں وہ بھی صرف آقا کے مفاد کے حصول کو یقینی بنانے کے لئے جیسا کہ پاکستان، ترکی اور مصر۔تقسیم کرو  اور حکومت کرو کی اس پالیسی کو اس لئے اپنایا گیا تا کہ اس بات کو یقینی بنایا جائے کہ استعماری قوتوں کی بالادستی قائم و دائم  رہے ۔ یہ ایک المیہ ہے کیونکہ ان طاقتور مسلم ریاستوں میں سے کوئی ایک ریاست بھی تنہا خلافت کا احیاء کرسکتی ہے۔ اور جو کم  طاقتور ریاستیں ہیں وہ با آسانی مضبوط خلافت میں ضم کی جاسکتی ہیں اور اس طرح خلافت مزید مضبوط تر ہوجائے گی۔  موجودہ حکمران استعماری قوتوں کے خلاف  اپنے غدارانہ عمل کی یہ توجیح پیش کرتے ہیں کہ وہ کمزور ہیں تا کہ وہ بری الذمہ ہو جائیں ۔

یمن کے بحران نے یہ بھی دیکھا دیا ہے کہ جب امریکہ یا کوئی بھی دوسری مغربی استعماری طاقت مسلم قیادت میں موجود غداروں کو استعماری مفادات کی نگہبانی کے لئے متحد ہونے اور حرکت میں آنے کا کہتے ہیں تو یہ فوراً اس کے لئے تیار ہوجاتے ہیں ۔ لیکن جب امت مسلمہ  اسلام، رسول اللہﷺ اور مسلمانوں کے خون کی حرمت کے دفاع کے لئے حرکت میں آنے کا مطالبہ کرتی ہے تو یہ غدار ہزار بہانے تراشتے ہیں ۔ اس کے علاوہ یہ حکمران خلافت کے قیام کی امت کی شدید خواہش کا مذاق اڑاتے ہیں  جبکہ یہی واحد عملی  اور ضروری طریقہ ہےجس کے ذریعے استعماری طاقتوں کے شیطانی عزائم کو ناکام بنایا جاسکتا ہے۔

یمن کا خوفناک بحران خلافت کی غیر موجودگی کی وجہ سے ہے۔ صرف خلافت کا قیام ہی اس قسم کے خوفناک المیوں کا خاتمہ کرسکے گا کیونکہ اس ریاست کی مجموعی دولت اور فوج کا دنیا میں کوئی ثانی نہیں ہوگا  اور اسے اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی کی مدد و نصرت بھی حاصل ہوگی۔

إِنَّ هَـٰذِهِ أُمَّتُكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَأَنَاْ رَبُّكُمْ فَٱعْبُدُونِ

“یہ تمہاری امت ہے جو حقیقت میں ایک ہی امت ہے اور میں تم سب کا پروردگار ہوں پس تم میری ہی عبادت کرو”(الانبیاء:92)
