Regime Confirms Its Weak Stand in its War Against Islam Through Use of Force and Abduction

The families of three of the advocates of Khilafah, along with their lawyer, held a press conference in Pakistan’s largest city, Karachi. They highlighted the criminal policy of the regime, the National Action Plan, which is used a cover for a war against Islam and its advocates. The family statement mentioned that “it is very obvious to you now as to how, under the National Action Plan, which is a colonialist plan, Islam loving peaceful citizens are being harassed, abducted and put behind bars in Pakistan, a country which was established in the name of Islam”.

The family highlighted the injustice of the regime, who through its thugs abducted these three good young men, Arslan Qamar, Syed Muhammad Fahad and Ali Asad Mohsin, and since 6 April 2015, their whereabouts and well-being is unknown. The family statement mentioned that, “four months have been lapsed since their abduction but despite court orders our agencies have not responded.”

Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan condemns the continuing persecution of the Ulema and sincere politicians calling for the return of Islam as a way of life. It highlights before the people that the regime is using force and abductions because it is unable to refute the truthful stand of those who are working to ensure Pakistan is ruled by the Quran and the Sunnah. And it assure the people that the Firawns of today, whether in Bangladesh, Syria, Pakistan or any other place, will fail to prevent the return of Islam as an authority and a state.

وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِى ٱلأَرْضِ كَمَا ٱسْتَخْلَفَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ

“Allah has promised those among you who believe, and do righteous good deeds, that He will certainly grant them succession to (the present rulers) in the earth, as He granted it to those before them”(Al-Noor:55)

طاقت اور اغوا کے ہتھکنڈے استعمال کر کے حکومت نے اسلام کے خلاف جنگ میں اپنے مؤقف کو کمزور تسلیم کرلیا ہے

خلافت  کے تین داعیوں کے اہل خانہ نے آج پاکستان کے سب سے بڑے شہر کراچی میں اپنے وکیل کے ہمراہ  کراچی پریس کلب میں پریس کانفرنس منعقد کی۔ انہوں نے حکمرانوں کی مجرمانہ پالیسی یعنی  نیشنل ایکشن پلان پر روشنی ڈالی  کہ کس طرح اس پالیسی کی آڑ میں  پاکستان میں اسلام اور اس کے داعیوں کو ظلم و ستم کا نشانہ بنایا جارہا ہے۔ اہل خانہ نے کہا کہ “یہ بات آپ کہ سامنے روزِ روشن کی طرح عیاں ہے کہ کس طرح اسلام کےنام پر بننے والے پاکستان میں اسلام پسند پرامن شہریوں کو نیشنل ایکشن پلان، جو کہ دراصل استعماری منصوبہ ہے، کے نام پر حراساں اور پابندِ سلاسل کیا جارہا ہے”۔

اہل خانہ نے حکومت کے مظالم پر روشنی ڈالی کہ حکومت کے غنڈوں نے تین شریف اور پڑھے لکھے نوجوانوں ، ارسلان قمر، سید محمد فاہد اور علی اسد محسن، کو 6 اپریل 2015 کو اغوا کیا اور آج کے دن تک ان کی خیر و عافیت سے متعلق کوئی معلومات میسر نہیں۔ اہل خانہ نے کہا کہ ” مذکورہ  مغویان کواغوا ہوئے4 ماہ ہونے والے ہیں لیکن ابھی تک عدالت کے حکم کے باوجود ہماری ایجنسیز کے کانوں پر جوں تک نہ رینگی”۔

حزب التحریرولایہ پاکستان علماء اور مخلص سیاست دانوں کے خلاف مسلسل ہونے والےظلم و ستم کی مذمت کرتی ہے جو  اسلام کو ایک نظام زندگی کے طور پر نافذ کرنے کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔ حکمرانوں  کی جانب سے قوت اور اغوا جیسے گھٹیہ ہتھکنڈوں کا استعمال امت پر واضح کردیتا ہے  کہ حکمرانوں کے پاس ان لوگوں کی دعوت کا کوئی جواب نہیں جو پاکستان میں قرآن و سنت کی حکمرانی  کے لیے کام کررہے ہیں۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ حکمرانوں کا یہ طرز عمل امت کو یقین دلاتا ہے کہ آج کے فرعون بھی، چاہے وہ بنگلادیش کے ہوں  یا شام کے یا  پاکستان کے، اسلام کو اقتدار اور ریاست کے شکل میں واپسی کو روک نہیں سکتے۔

“اللہ تم میں سے  ان لوگوں سے وعدہ فرما چکا ہے  جو ایمان لائے اور نیک اعمال کیے کہ وہ انہیں ضرور زمین میں اِن حکمرانوں کی جگہ حاکم بنائے گا جیسے کہ اُن لوگوں کو حاکم بنایا جو ان سے پہلے تھے”(النور:55)
