O Hasina! Your Shameful Detention of the Female Dawah Carriers of Islam will only Strengthen the Call for the Khilafah!

The Women’s Section of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir utterly condemns the shameful, cowardly arrest and detention of two women members of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Bangladesh on Sunday 30th August by the tyrant Hasina and the thugs of her gangster regime. The only crime of these 2 pious, dignified Muslim women was to fearlessly stand against the corruption and oppression of this brutal dictatorship and call for justice, prosperity and dignity to be established for the Muslims of Bangladesh under the shade of the Khilafah upon the methodology of the Prophethood. It is only those criminal dictators, whose rule is synonymous with lies, corruption, and tyranny, who would regard speaking the word of Haqq and advocating truth and justice as a crime and a threat to the state! Indeed, this is a deceitful regime whose members utter empty slogans of the need for ‘women’s empowerment’ and yet imprison women who engage in the true politics of opposing oppression and calling for an Islamic system that would sincerely take care of the needs of the people. Hasina’s intellectually bankrupt regime is bereft of any solution to the deteriorating political, economic, and social state in Bangladesh and yet attempts to silence those who present the Khilafah as an alternative, time-tested credible solution to the woes of its society. Hasina’s tyrant regime is an utterly inept regime that implements a
defunct secular system under which today no man, woman, or child feels safe, and which has failed to bring countless murderers and rapists to justice, yet it fills its prisons with innocent Muslims whose only crime is their obedience to Allah سبحانه وتعالى.

O Hasina! If you think that imprisoning the dawah carriers of Islam will extend your oppressive secular rule, you are deluded! Your downfall Bi’ithnillah is inevitable and imminent. Indeed, arresting innocent Muslim women inorder to desperately cling to power only exposes further the weak, repressive nature of your regime and will hasten your demise Insha Allah. Furthermore, the campaign you are pursuing against this Deen and the sincere believers to please your Western imperial masters will come to no avail. You will soon witness it being crushed before your very eyes Bi’ithnillah with the imminent return of the Khilafah based upon the method of the Prophethood. Indeed, only a fool believes they can wage a war against Allah and be victorious!!!

O Hasina! Do you think that detaining these devout Muslimahs will instil fear in the hearts of the female dawah carriers of Hizb ut-Tahrir and deter us from struggling to achieve our noble goal? No! Rather, it invigorates our determination to see the decline of dictators such as you and the birth of a state that will be a guardian to our needs and to our Deen. You may be able to shackle the hands of the dawah carriers but you cannot shackle the truth; it will rise and its carriers will multiply regardless of the feeble tactics you employ to silence it. We will counter your tyranny with even greater efforts and louder voices for the establishment of the Khilafah upon the method of the Prophethood under which those rulers and regimes who brutalised this Ummah and attacked this Deen will taste the severe consequences for their crimes. So we demand that you release our sisters immediately as well as all the innocent Muslims held in your dungeons and consider the humiliation of what happened to criminals like yourself in this life and the painful punishment that awaits them in the Akhira.

سَيُصِيبُ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُواْ صَغَارٌ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَعَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَمْكُرُونَ

“There will afflict those who committed crimes debasement before Allah and severe punishment for what they used to conspire.”

(Al-An’am: 124)

May Allah strengthen the hearts and grant sabr, ajar and protection to our dear brave sisters and all the courageous dawah carriers incarcerated in prisons across the world, and relieve them of their agony and take revenge on those who oppress them and return them to their families soon. Ameen. And we say to all those who dare to oppress the sincere believers, take heed, the end of your rule is fast approaching!!!

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُحَآدُّونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ أُوْلَـٰئِكَ فِى ٱلأَذَلِّينَ كَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ َلأَغْلِبَنَّ أَنَاْ وَرُسُلِيۤ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ

“Indeed, the ones who oppose Allah and His Messenger – those will be among the lowest. Allah has decreed, ‘I will surely overcome, I and My messengers.’ Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might.”

(Al-Mujadila: 20-21)

اے حسینہ! تمہار ااسلام کی داعی خواتین کو شرمناک طریقے سے گرفتار کرنا محض خلافت کی دعوت کو مضبوط کرے گا!

حزب التحریر کے مرکزی میڈیا آفس کا شعبہ خواتین بنگلہ دیش کی جابر حسینہ اور اس کی بدمعاش حکومت کے ٹھگوں کے ہاتھوں 30 اگست بروز اتوار، حزب التحریر کی دو خواتین ارکان کی شرمناک اور بزدلانہ گرفتاری کی شدید مذمت کرتا ہے۔ ان دونوں نیک اور باوقار مسلمان خواتین کا جرم صرف یہ تھا کہ وہ اس سفاک آمریت کی کرپشن اور جبر کے خلاف بے خوفی سے کھڑی تھیں اور منہجِ نبویؐ کی طرز پر خلافت کے قیام کی دعوت دے رہی تھیں جس کے سائے تلے بنگلہ دیش کے مسلمان انصاف، خوشحالی اور عزت حاصل کرسکیں گے۔ صرف یہ مجرم آمر ہی ہیں جو کلمہ حق بلند کرنے اور حق و انصاف کی حمایت کو جرم اور ریاست کے لئے خطرہ گردانتے ہیں کیونکہ ان کی حکمرانی دراصل جھوٹ، کرپشن اور ظلم پر مبنی ہوتی ہے۔ بلا شبہ، یہ ایک دھوکے باز حکومت ہے جس کے اہلکار ایک جانب تو ‘خواتین کو بااختیار بنانے کی ضرورت’ کے کھوکھلے نعرے لگاتے ہیں اور دوسری جانب ظلم کے خلاف جدوجہد پر مبنی حقیقی سیاست میں مشغول خواتین کو قید کرتے ہیں جوعوام کی ضروریات مخلصانہ طور پر پوری کرنے والے اسلامی نظام کے قیام کی دعوت دے رہی ہیں۔ حسینہ کی فکری لحاظ سے دیوالیہ حکومت بنگلہ دیش میں بگڑتی ہوئی سیاسی، اقتصادی، اور سماجی صورتحال کا کوئی حل پیش کرنے سے قاصر ہے، پھر بھی وہ ان لوگوں کو خاموش کرنے کی کوشش کرتی ہے جو خلافت کو اس معاشرے کے مسائل کے لئے ایک متبادل، آزمودہ اور قابل اعتماد حل کے طور پر پیش کر رہے ہیں۔ حسینہ کی ظالم حکومت ایک بالکل نااہل حکومت ہے، جو ایک کالعدم فرسودہ سیکولر نظام نافذ کر رہی ہے جس کے تحت کوئی شخص، عورت یا بچہ خود کو محفوظ محسوس نہیں کرتا۔ اور جو ان گنت قاتلوں اور خواتین سے زیادتی کے مجرموں کو انصاف کے کٹہرے میں لانے میں ناکام رہی ہے لیکن اپنی جیلوں میں بے گناہ مسلمانوں کو بھرتی ہے جن کا جرم صرف اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی کی اطاعت ہے۔

اے حسینہ! اگر تم سمجھتی ہو کہ اسلام کی دعوت دینے والی خواتین کو قید کرنا تمہارے ظالمانہ سیکولر اقتدار میں توسیع کر دے گا تو یہ تمہاری خام خیالی ہے! تمہارا زوال ناگزیر اور بہت قریب ہے! با ِذن اللہ! بلاشبہ، اقتدار سے چمٹے رہنے کی آخری کوشش میں معصوم مسلمان خواتین کی گرفتاری محض تمہاری حکومت کی کمزوری اور جبر کو ظاہر کرتی ہے اور یہی اس کے خاتمے کا سبب بنے گی، ان شاء اللہ۔ مزید براں، اپنے سامراجی آقاؤں کو راضی کرنے کے لئے تم اس دین اور مخلص مومنین کے خلاف جو مہم چلا رہی ہو اس کا کوئی فائدہ نہیں ہوگا۔ اللہ کے اذن سے تم جلد ہی اس مہم کو اپنی آنکھوں کے سامنے خلافت علیٰ منہاج النبوہؐ کی فوری واپسی کی صورت میں تباہ و برباد ہوتا دیکھو گی۔ بے شک، صرف ایک احمق ہی اللہ کے خلاف جنگ لڑ کر فتح کی امید رکھ سکتا ہے۔

اے حسینہ! کیا  تم سمجھتی ہو کہ ان متقی مسلمان خواتین کی حراست حزب التحریر کی خواتین داعیانِ دین کے دلوں میں خوف پیدا کر دے گی اور ہمیں اپنے عظیم مقصد کے حصول کی جدوجہد سے روک دے گی؟ نہیں! بلکہ یہ ہمارے عزم کو مزید تقویت دیتی ہے کہ ہم تمھارے جیسی آمریتوں کا خاتمہ دیکھیں اور ایسی ریاست جنم لے جو ہمارے اور ہمارے دین کا مفادات کا تحفظ کرے۔ تم داعیانِ اسلام کے ہاتھوں میں ہتھکڑیاں تو ڈال سکتی ہو لیکن سچ کو بیڑیاں نہیں پہنا سکتی؛ حق و سچ کا کلمہ بلند رہے گا اور اس کے داعیوں کی تعداد تمہارے کمزور ہتھکنڈوں کے باوجود بڑھتی رہے گی۔ ہم خلافت علیٰ منہاج النبوہؐ کے قیام کے لئے پہلے سے زیادہ جدوجہد اور زورو شور سے آواز بلند کر کے تمہارے اس جبر کا مقابلہ کریں گے۔وہ خلافت جس کے تحت ایسے حکمران اور حکومتیں جنہوں نے اس دین پر حملہ کیا اور امت کو ظلم و ستم کا نشانہ بنایا، اپنے جرائم کی سخت ترین سزا پائیں گے۔ پس ہم مطالبہ کرتے ہیں ہماری ان بہنوں سمیت ان تمام معصوم مسلمانوں کو فوراً رہا کرو جنہیں تم نے اپنے زندانوں میں قید کر رکھا ہے؛ نیزذرا اس ذلت پر غور کرو جو تمہارے جیسے مجرموں کا اس زندگی میں مقدر بنتی ہے اور وہ تکلیف دہ عذاب بھی جو آخرت میں ان کا منتظر ہے۔

سَيُصِيبُ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا صَغَارٌ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَعَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَمْكُرُونَ

“وہ وقت قریب ہے جب یہ مجرم اپنی مکاریو ں کی پاداش میں الله کے ہاں ذلت اور سخت عذاب میں مبتلا ہوں گے”

(الانعام:124)

اللہ ہماری ان عزیز اور بہادر بہنوں سمیت دنیا بھر کی جیلوں میں قید نڈر داعیانِ دین کے دلوں کو مضبوط کرے، انہیں صبرو اجرِعظیم عطا کرے اور ان کی حفاظت کرے۔ انہیں اس ظلم سے نجات دلائے اوران پر ظلم کرنے والوں سے بدلہ لے۔انہیں ان کے خاندانوں میں جلد واپس لائے، آمین۔اور ہم مخلص مومنوں پر ظلم ڈھانے کی جرات کرنے والے سب مجرموں سے یہ کہتے ہیں کہ خبردار ہو جاؤ، تمہارے اقتدار کا خاتمہ تیزی سے قریب آ رہا ہے!!!

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُحَآدُّونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ أُوْلَـٰئِكَ فِى ٱلأَذَلِّينَ كَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ َلأَغْلِبَنَّ أَنَاْ وَرُسُلِيۤ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ

” بے شک جو لوگ الله اورا سکے رسول کی مخالفت کرتے ہیں یہی لوگ ذلیلوں میں ہیں، الله نے لکھ دیا ہے کہ میں اور میرے رسولؐ ہی غالب رہیں گے بے شک الله زور آور زبردست ہے”
