Fierce Crusade on Hizb ut Tahrir’s Electronic Sites

Followed by the Closure of the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir’s Page on Facebook

Since the occurrence of a series of armed and coordinated attacks, which included shootings, bombings and hostage-taking in the French capital, Paris on Friday evening, November 13, 2015, a global campaign was announced to strike ISIS websites. It included the official sites of Hizb ut Tahrir, the Islamic political party that does not adopt armed actions, since this violates the legitimate (Shari’i) methodology that it follows. Its websites were included within the list of targeted addresses, despite the fact that Hizb ut Tahrir has repeatedly declared and in various situations, its rejection of the method and the approach of ISIS, and that it has no relation or any organizational links with it. Nonetheless, some international authorities deliberately fight against Hizb ut Tahrir within its declared war against Islam and Muslims.

Yesterday on Tuesday, 01/12/2015 at 4:00 pm, the Facebook administration took it upon itself to delete the Facebook account of the eminent scholar Sheikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah, Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, and the closure of his page, despite the fact it was highly active and dynamic. It contained daily interaction, whether in the form of numerous varying questions ranging from political, intellectual and doctrinal/fiqhi sent to the Ameer of the Hizb, trusting in him, and his knowledge and insightful opinion, as well as the extensive likes, shares and comments on his posts. The number of participants in the page exceeded 263,500 people. This disturbed the sleep of the oppressors and pushed them to sharpen the tongues of hatred and spite against Islam and the carriers of its call. So they launched an organized and fierce campaign of negative notifications against the page, for about ten days continuously and tirelessly.

Noting that we have sent to the Facebook management a message objecting the closure of the page, and we notified them that we never received any indication for an explicit reason to close the page. But the Facebook management did not respond to our letter, rather it insisted on closing the page! This indicates that the page closure was arbitrarily, and without due cause, rather it was out of spite for Islam and Muslims.

The closure of this pious and sound page is part of the malevolent Kaffir crusade war against Islam and Muslims, because it delivers the pure and clear Islam as it was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and clear honest political views orienting the compass of Muslims to the correct destination so that they know their friend who works for their own good, from their lurking enemy.

The Kaffir West plots against this untainted call, thinking it is able to extinguish its light or conceal it from the people, after the call has made it sleepless and restless, causing it great distraught. So it pulled out all of its weapons, used what its colonial mindset came up with of methods, tools and means, and armed all its agents and mercenaries to fight Islam and Muslims. Even the sincere, pious and pure word has become frightening, petrifying them and snatches the sleep from their eyes. So they carried out, through their various intelligence agencies, this rabid campaign, rather they launched their fierce crusade war to close this sincere page, and to mute the sincere voice. But that is further from the truth that they could extinguish the light of Allah or silence the voice of truth?!

يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُطْفِؤُواْ نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللَّهُ إِلاَّ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ * هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ

“They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah refuses except to perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it. It is He who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although they who associate others with Allah dislike it” [At-Tawba: 32-33]

حزب التحریر کی وئب سائٹس پر خونخوار صلیبی حملے

فیس بک پر حزب التحریر کے امیر کے پیج کو بھی بند کر دیا گیا

جمعہ کے شام 13 نومبر 2015 کو فرانس کے دار الحکومت پیرس میں منظم مسلح حملے کیے گئے جس میں فائرنگ، دھماکہ اور یرغمال بنانے کے واقعات شامل ہیں، اور اس کے بعد سے الدولۃ تنظیم کی وئب سائٹس کے خلاف عالمی مہم کا اعلان کیا گیا۔ اس مہم کے دوران حزب التحریر کے امیر کے پیج کو بھی بند کر دیا گیا؛ جبکہ حزب التحریر ایک عالمی سیاسی اسلامی جماعت ہے اور خلافت کے قیام کے لئے مسلح کاروائیاں نہیں کرتی کیونکہ یہ طریقہ شریعت سے ثابت شدہ نہیں ہے۔ اس کی وئب سائٹس کو اس فہرست میں شامل رکھا گیا جن کو ہدف بنانا مقصود تھا۔ باوجود اس کے کہ حزب التحریر نے کئی بار الدولۃ تنظیم کے طریقہ کار کو مسترد کیا ہے اور حزب کا اس کے ساتھ کسی قسم کا تنظیمی رابطہ بھی نہیں مگر پھر بھی بعض بین الاقوامی قوتیں اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے خلاف اپنی اعلانیہ جنگ میں حزب التحریر کے خلاف بھی جنگ کرتے ہیں۔

منگل یکم دسمبر 2015 کو فیس بک نے دن چار بجے جلیل القدر عالم دین حزب التحریر کے امیر عطاء بن خلیل ابو الرشتہ کے پیج کو بند کر دیا، جبکہ یہ پیج بڑا ہر دل عزیز اور متحرک تھا۔ ہرروز اس پیج کے ذریعے لوگوں کے ساتھ زبردست روابط ہوتے تھے، چاہے امیر حزب التحریر کے علم اور رائے کی پختگی پراعتماد کرتے ہوئے بہت سارے مختلف سیاسی، فکری اور فقہی سوالات کا بھیجا جانا ہو یا انہیں پسند کرنے اور ان پر تبصرہ کرنے کے لحاظ سے ہو۔ اس صفحے کو پسند کرنے والوں کی تعداد 263500 سے تجاوز کر گئی تھی اور اس حقیقت کی وجہ سے ظالموں کی نیندیں حرام ہوئیں اور اسلام اور اس کے داعیوں کے خلاف ان کا بغض اور کینہ ابلنے لگا اس لیے پیج کے خلاف خونخوار قسم کے منفی نوٹیفیکیشنز کے ذریعے سے منظم حملہ شروع کیا گیا اور یہ سلسلہ دس دن تک مسلسل چلتا رہا۔

یاد رہے کہ ہم نے فیس بک کی انتظامیہ کو خط لکھ کر پیج کو بند کرنے پر اعتراض بھی کیا اور ان سے یہ بھی کہا کہ پیج کو بند کرنے کا کوئی واضح سبب آپ نے ہمیں نہیں بتایا مگر فیس بک انتظامیہ نے ہمارے خط کا جواب نہیں دیا، بلکہ پیج کو بند کرنے پر ہی اصرار کیا! جو اس بات کی دلیل ہے کہ پیج کو بند کروانے کے لیے دباؤ ڈالا گیا تھا، لہٰذا اس بیج کو بند کرنے کا سبب اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے خلاف سازش کے سوا کچھ بھی نہیں ہیں۔

اس صاف ستھرے پیج کو بند کرنا اسلام دشمن صلیبی کفار کا اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے خلاف جنگ کا حصہ ہے کیونکہ یہ پیج اسلام کو صاف شفاف طریقے سے اسی طرح پیش کر رہا تھا جس طرح اسلام محمد ﷺ پر نازل ہوا تھا۔ اسی طرح یہ پیج واضح اور سچی سیاسی آراء کے ذریعے مسلمانوں کی درست راہنمائی کر رہا تھا تاکہ وہ جان سکیں کہ کون ان کا دوست ہے جو ان کے لیے کام کرتا ہے اور وہ اپنے اس دشمن کو بھی پہچان سکیں جو دن رات ان کے خلاف سازش کر رہا ہے۔

کافر مغرب اس پاک صاف دعوت کے خلاف اس غلط فہمی میں سازشیں کر رہا ہے کہ وہ اس کے نور کو بھجانے یا اس کے اور لوگوں کے درمیان حائل ہونے میں کامیاب ہو جائے گا، جبکہ یہ دعوت اس کی نیندیں حرام کر چکی ہے اور ان کی چولیں ہلا چکی ہے، ان کو ششدر کر چکی ہے۔ انہوں نے اپنا ہر حربہ استعمال کیا، اس نے اپنی استعماری ذہنیت سے نکلنے والے ہر اسلوب اور حربے کو استعمال کیا، اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے خلاف جنگ کے لیے اپنے تمام ایجنٹوں اور کرائے کے سپاہیوں کا لاؤ لشکر تیار کیا، حتی کہ وہ صاف ستھری اور سچی بات سے بھی خوفزدہ ہے، پریشان ہے اور اس کی نیندیں حرام ہو چکی ہیں۔ اس لیے اپنی ایجنسیوں کے ذریعے اس قسم کے صلیبی حملے شروع کر دیے اور انہی خونخوار صلیبی حملوں کے ذریعے ایک سچے پیج کو بند کروا دیا، اور اس کی آواز کو بند کرنے کی کوشش کی۔ مگر یہ کہاں ان کے بس میں ہے کہ وہ اللہ کے نور کو بھجادیں، وہ کہاں حق کی آواز کو خاموش کر سکتے ہیں؟!

﴿يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُطْفِؤُواْ نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللَّهُ إِلاَّ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ * هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ﴾

“یہ اپنے پھونکوں سے اللہ کے نور کو بھجانا چاہتے ہیں اور اللہ اس کا انکار کر کے اپنے نور کو مکمل کرنا چاہتا ہے چاہے یہ کافروں کو پسند نہ ہو، وہی ہے جس نے اپنے رسول کو ہدایت اور دین حق کے ساتھ مبعوث کیا تاکہ اس کو سارے ادیان پر غالب کر دے چاہے یہ مشرکوں کو ناگوار گزرے” (التوبۃ:33-32)۔
