Government’s Collapse Reaches an Unprecedented Level

Local Pakistani television reported on Friday, 27 November 2015, that the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has arrested the alleged Karachi head of Hizb ut-Tahrir Saham, Qamar of Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi, and also that earlier counter-terrorism forces and intelligence agencies have arrested seven members of the party from Lahore in a joint operation. CTD Operation-I incharge SSP, Usman Bajwa, commented that Saham Qamar “was instigating the people associated with important educational institutions and other vital institutions against the country’s laws and the mode of governance,”

Saham was abducted a month ago, on 27 November and for all that time remained in the dungeons of the criminal agencies of the government. Alhamdulillah we are grateful for our brother Saham for the disclosure of his arrests as these agencies have gone back to the style of the sincere of the Ummah and hiding them from view, as is still occurring with the official spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Pakistan, Naveed Butt, who was kidnapped by these agencies over three and a half years ago, yet the agencies have still not even acknowledged his abduction, perjuring themselves repeatedly before the courts of law. Is instigation against this law of the jungle a crime?! Or is instigation against such a mode of governance that treats the loyal to Allah (swt) as a criminal, itself a crime?! If this government for a moment came to its senses enough to realize that its own repressive policies instigate acts of reprisal from some frustrated people who cannot stomach the outrageous injustice and as such the Raheel-Nawaz regime itself is wholly responsible for instigation of such acts of reprisal. Since the government and its laws are not just, the people become strongly instigated against the government and its repressive agencies, increasingly turning Pakistan into a failed state. Moreover, rather than acting justly, the regime implements the policies of the Crusader West in the persecution of Islam and Muslims, whether they are politicians working for the revival of the Ummah such as Hizb ut-Tahrir or those who are engaged in Jihad under the banner of the National Action Plan, an American plan from inception through to implementation.

At a time when Muslims are killed all over the globe, with Chinese atheists killing Muslims in East Turkistan, Russians massacring Muslims in Syria, Jews killing Muslims in the blessed land of Palestine, Bhuddists killing and burning Muslims in Burma, Hindu mushrikeen slaughtering Muslims in Kashmir and persecuting them all over India, Americans killing Muslims in Afghanistan and Iraq and everywhere else which is within the reach of their sinful hands, none of this is considered a “crime” by the Raheel-Nawaz regime because Muslims are being killed and instead the government considers it a “great victory” to arrest one of the members of Hizb ut-Tahrir, from amongst the sincere advocates for the establishment of the Khilafah, whose establishment will truly be a great victory against the Americans, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists and Chinese!

Regarding the regimes lowly stance we simply recall the Hadith of RasulAllah (saaw),

إِنَّ مِمَّا أَدْرَكَ النَّاسُ مِنْ كَلَامِ النُّبُوَّةِ إِذَا لَمْ تَسْتَحْيِ فَاصْنَعْ مَا شِئْت

“Among the words of the earlier Prophets that still remain with people are: If you feel no shame, then do as you wish.” Bukhari.

O Muslims in general, and the people of power and strength in particular! The government is reaching the depths of collapse and failure, there is not a major sin remaining for it to commit, it did not leave a sanctity without violation, it smashes Islam and ruling by it against the wall, it abandons the Muslims of Pakistan as well as those in regions near and far and there is little for it left to do but erecting crosses on the minarets of the mosques, may Allah (swt) forbid. This miserable situation demands from all of you to work to uproot the regime and replace it with the Khilafah on the Methodology of the Prophethood, making this issue a vital issue, sacrificing wealth and lives in its cause. For this we invite you all to stand shoulder to shoulder with Hizb ut-Tahrir, granting it support, until Allah (swt) causes the truth to prevail and smashes falsehood to smithereens. RasulAllah (saaw) said,

خِيَارُ أَئِمَّتِكُمْ الَّذِينَ تُحِبُّونَهُمْ وَيُحِبُّونَكُمْ، وَيُصَلُّونَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَتُصَلُّونَ عَلَيْهِمْ، وَشِرَارُ أَئِمَّتِكُمْ الَّذِينَ تُبْغِضُونَهُمْ وَيُبْغِضُونَكُمْ، وَتَلْعَنُونَهُمْ وَيَلْعَنُونَكُمْ

“The best of your leaders are those whom you love and who love you, whom you pray for and who pray for you, and the worst of your leaders are those whom you hate and who hate you, whom you curse and who curse you…” [Sahih Muslim]

حکومت کا زوال نئی گہرائیوں کو چھو رہا ہے

پاکستانی میڈیا نے 27 نومبر 2015 کو یہ خبر نشر کی کہ کاونٹر ٹیررازم ڈیپارٹمنٹ (CTD) نے مبینہ طور پر گلشن اقبال، کراچی سے حزب التحریر کراچی کے سربراہ سہام قمر کو گرفتار کرلیا ہے اور یہ بھی بتایا کہ لاہور میں سی۔ٹی۔ڈی اور انٹیلی جنس اداروں کی مشترکہ کاروائی میں حزب کے سات اراکین کو گرفتار کیا گیا ہے۔ سی ٹی ڈی آپریشن انجارج ایس ایس پی چیف عثمان باجوہ نے سہام قمر کی گرفتاری سے متعلق کہا کہ وہ “اہم تعلیمی اداروں اور دیگر اہم اداروں سے منسلک افراد کو ملکی قوانین اور حکومتی نظام کے خلاف اکسا رہا تھا”۔

سہام کو ایک مہینہ قبل 27 اکتوبر کو اغوا کیا گیا تھا اور اس تمام عرصے کے دوران وہ حکومت کی مجرم ایجنسیوں کی قید میں رہا۔ ہم اس بات پر اللہ کا شکر ادا کرتے ہیں کہ ہمارے بھائی کی گرفتاری کو ظاہر کر دیا گیا کیونکہ ان ایجنسیوں نے یہ طریقہ کار اپنایا ہوا ہے کہ امت سے مخلص افراد کو منظر سے ہٹا دیا جائے جیسا کہ اب تک پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کے ترجمان نوید بٹ منظر سے غائب ہیں جنہیں انہی ایجنسیوں نے تقریباً ساڑھے تین سال قبل اغوا کیا تھا اور اب تک ان ایجنسیوں نے ان کی گرفتاری کو قبول نہیں کیا ہے اور مسلسل عدالتوں میں آکر جھوٹ بول رہے ہیں۔ کیا اس جنگل کے قانون کے خلاف لوگوں کو اکسانا جرم ہے؟ اگر یہ حکومت کچھ لمحوں کے لئے اپنے ہوش و حواس میں آ جائے تو اسے یہ احساس ہو جائے گا کہ اس کی اپنی جابرانہ پالیسیاں لوگوں کو اس کے خلاف اکسانے کے لئے کافی ہیں جو اس کے انتہائی ظالمانہ رویے کو برداشت نہیں کرسکتے اور اس طرح راحیل-نواز حکومت بذات خود اس بات کی مکمل ذمہ دار ہے کہ لوگ اس کے خلاف ہوتے جا رہے ہیں۔ کیونکہ حکومت اور اس کے قوانین انصاف پر مبنی نہیں ہیں تو کسی کو حکومت کے خلاف لوگوں کو اکسانے کی ضرورت نہیں بلکہ لوگ خود حکومت اور اس کی ایجنسیوں کے خلاف ہوتے جا رہے ہیں اور اس طرح پاکستان ایک ناکام ریاست کی شکل لیتا جا رہا ہے۔ ہونا تو یہ چاہیے تھا کہ حکومت انصاف کا راستہ اختیار کرتی، لیکن وہ اسلام اور مسلمانوں کو ظلم و جبر کا شکار بنانے کے مغربی صلیبیوں کی پالیسیوں کو نافذ کر رہی ہے اور امت کی نشاۃ ثانیہ کی جدوجہد کرنے والے سیاست دانوں جیسا کہ حزب التحریر اور کفار کے خلاف جہاد کرنے والوں کو نیشنل ایکشن پلان کے نام پر، جو کہ اپنی تخلیق سے لے کر نافذ العمل ہونے تک ایک امریکی پلان ہے، ظلم و ستم کا نشانہ بنا رہی ہے۔

ایک ایسے وقت میں جب پوری دنیا میں مسلمانوں کو قتل کیا جا رہا ہے، چین مشرقی ترکستان میں مسلمانوں کو قتل کر رہا ہے، روس شام میں مسلمانوں کا قتل عام کر رہا ہے، یہود فلسطین کی مقدس سرزمین پر مسلمانوں کو قتل کر رہے ہیں، بدھسٹ برما میں مسلمانوں کو قتل اور جلا رہے ہیں، ہندو مشرکین کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کو قتل کر رہے ہیں اور پورے بھارت میں مسلمانوں کو ظلم و ستم کا نشانہ بنا رہے ہیں، امریکی افغانستان و عراق اور ہر اس جگہ جہاں اس کے گناہ گار ہاتھ پہنچ سکتے ہیں مسلمانوں کو قتل کر رہے ہیں، لیکن راحیل-نواز حکومت ان میں سے کسی بھی عمل کو “جرم” تصور نہیں کرتی کیونکہ “مسلمان” قتل کیے جا رہے ہیں بلکہ حکومت خلافت کے داعیوں میں سے ایک حزب التحریر کے رکن کی گرفتاری کو “بہت بڑی کامیابی” تصور کر رہی ہے، جبکہ خلافت کا قیام امریکیوں، یہودیوں، ہندووں، بدھسسٹوں اور چینیوں کے خلاف حقیقت میں ایک عظیم کامیابی ہوگی۔ جہاں تک حکومت کے انتہائی گرے ہوئے طرز عمل کا تعلق ہے تو ہم صرف رسول اللہ کی حدیث پیش کرتے ہیں، إِنَّ مِمَّا أَدْرَكَ النَّاسُ مِنْ كَلَامِ النُّبُوَّةِ إِذَا لَمْ تَسْتَحْيِ فَاصْنَعْ مَا شِئْت” پچھلے انبیاء کی باتوں میں سے جو بات اب تک لوگوں میں موجود ہے وہ یہ کہ: ‘اگر تمہیں کوئی شرم نہیں آتی تو جو چاہو کرو’ (بخاری)۔

اے مسلمانوں اور خصوصآً اہل قوت میں موجود لوگوں! حکومت اپنے زوال اور ناکامی کی نئی گہرائیوں تک پہنچ رہی ہے۔ کوئی ایسا گناہ رہ نہیں گیا جو اس حکومت نے نہ کیا ہو۔ اس حکومت نے کوئی ایسی حرمت نہیں چھوڑی جس کی بے حرمتی نہ کی گئی ہو۔ اس حکومت نے اسلام اور اس کی بنیاد پر حکمرانی کو دیوار پر دے مارا ہے، اس حکومت نے پاکستان اور قریب اور دور کے تمام مسلمانوں سے دستبرداری اختیار کر لی ہے اور اب صرف یہی باقی رہ گیا ہے کہ وہ مساجد کے میناروں پر پابندی لگا دے۔ یہ بدترین صورتحال آپ سب سے اس بات کا تقاضا کرتی ہے کہ آپ اس حکومت کو ختم کر کے اس کی جگہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کیے لئے کام کریں اور اس مسئلہ کو اہم ترین مسئلہ بنا دیں اور اس کے لئے اپنے جان و مال تک کو قربان کریں۔ اس مقصد کے حصول کے لئے ہم آپ سب کو اس بات کی دعوت دیتے ہیں کہ حزب التحریر کے ساتھ شانے سے شانہ ملا کر کھڑے ہوں، اسے نصرۃ فراہم کریں یہاں تک کہ حق غالب آ جائے اور باطل پاش پاش ہو جائے۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا، خِيَارُ أَئِمَّتِكُمْ الَّذِينَ تُحِبُّونَهُمْ وَيُحِبُّونَكُمْ، وَيُصَلُّونَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَتُصَلُّونَ عَلَيْهِمْ، وَشِرَارُ أَئِمَّتِكُمْ الَّذِينَ تُبْغِضُونَهُمْ وَيُبْغِضُونَكُمْ، وَتَلْعَنُونَهُمْ وَيَلْعَنُونَكُمْ “تمہارے بہترین حکمران وہ ہیں جن سے تم محبت کرو اور وہ تم سے محبت کریں، تم ان کے لئے دعا کرو اور وہ تمہارے لئے دعا کریں، اور تمہارے بدترین حکمران وہ ہیں جن سے تم نفرت کرو اور وہ تم سے نفرت کریں، تم ان کے لئے بدعا کرو اور وہ تمہارے لئے بدعا کریں” (مسلم)۔
