Press Conference for Engineer Saham

Regime Brings its End Closer Through its Rule of Force, Fear and Abduction

The lawyer and a relative of Engineer Saham held a press conference at Karachi Press Club. They informed media men that on 27^th October 2015, Tuesday, Engineer Saham was abducted by the agency thugs of the government when he left for his office, after dropping his six year old boy at school. The incident of his abduction was reported to the Police Help Line 15, higher authorities were informed through a courier service and a report was lodged at the concerned police station. Furthermore, a petition was filed in Sindh High Court for his release.

The lawyer and the relatives said that they don’t see any other reason for his abduction except that he is a sincere Muslim who desires the implementation of Islam and discusses the importance and obligation of this matter with his family, friends, colleagues and people in general. They further said that it is very painful reality that people who love and call for Islam have become insecure in a country that has been called the bastion of Islam.

They further said that the abduction of engineer Saham is not the first case in which an innocent person has been abducted in broad day-light by government agencies. In fact, since the inception of the Nation Action Plan, it has become a norm all over the country. Engineer Saham is now amongst these victims, as he loves Islam and desires the implementation of Islam in this country. How is it possible that having a desire for the implementation of Islam and informing people of its importance be declared crimes in a country created in the name of Islam? Seeking the dominance of Islam has been made a crime and whosoever does so is punished by abduction without any legal procedure.

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan condemns the government policy of oppression against the advocates of Islam and its Khilafah, under the banner of Nation Action Plan. No matter how much Raheel-Nawaz regime seeks to eradicate the desire for Islam’s implementation from the hearts of the Muslims of Pakistan, it will certainly fail. Moreover, its rule of force, fear and abduction is hastening its demise. Each act of oppression further exposes that Islam is not implemented in this country. Each act of oppression only strengthens the resolve and determination of the advocates of the Khilafah. And each act of oppression only elevates the respect for Hizb ut-Tahrir in the country even further. The very least the rulers can do to reduce the harm upon themselves is to stop their evil actions, ask for forgiveness from Allah swt and make way for those who work for the implementation of Islam. Otherwise the severe punishment of Allah swt is waiting for them in this world and in the hereafter, there is even worse, far worse.

وَلاَ تَرْكَنُوۤاْ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ فَتَمَسَّكُمُ ٱلنَّارُ

“And lean not on the evildoers, so that the Fire touches you” (Hud:113)

انجینئرساہام  سے متعلق   پریس کانفرنس

طاقت، خوف اور اغوا کے حربے استعمال کر کے حکومت اپنے خاتمے کے وقت کو قریب تر کر رہی ہے

انجینئر  ساہام کے وکیل اور ان کے رشتہ داروں نے کراچی پریس کلب میں پریس کانفرنس منعقد کی۔ انہوں  نے بتایا کہ انجینئر ساہام کو27 اکتوبر2015 بروز منگل  اس وقت حکومتی ایجنسیوں نے اغوا کرلیا  تھا جب وہ اپنے چھ سال کے بیٹے کو اسکول چھوڑ کر اپنے دفتر کی جانب جا رہے تھے۔  انجینئر ساہام کے اغوا کی  رپورٹ  پولیس ہلپ لائن 15 ، بذریعہ کوریئر سروس اعلی حکام تک پہنچا ئی گئی اور متعلقہ تھانے  میں بھی  اس کی رپورٹ درج کرائی گئی۔  اس کے علاوہ انجینئر ساہام کی بازیابی کے لئے سندھ ہائی کورٹ میں رٹ بھی دائر کی گئی ہے۔

وکیل اور رشتہ داروں نے کہا کہ انجینئر ساہام کا اس کے علاوہ کوئی قصور نظر نہیں آتا کہ وہ ایک مخلص مسلمان ہے جو پاکستان میں اسلام کے نفاذ کی خواہش رکھتا ہے اور اپنے رشتہ داروں، دوستوں،  ساتھیوں اور لوگوں  کو اس کی اہمیت اور فرضیت سے آگاہ کرتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ حقیقت انتہائی تکلیف کا باعث ہے کہ پاکستان جسے اسلام کا قلعہ کہا جاتا رہا ہے اب اس قلعے میں اسلام کے نام لیوا ہی غیر محفوظ ہو گئے ہیں۔

انہوں  نے مزید کہا کہ یہ پہلا واقع نہیں کہ جس میں ایک معصوم اور بے گناہ شخص کو دن دھاڑے حکومتی ایجنسیوں نے اغوا کرلیا ہے بلکہ نیشنل ایکشن پلان کے اعلان کے بعد سے ایسے واقعات تواتر سے پورے ملک میں واقع ہو رہے ہیں۔ انجینئر ساہام  بھی ان لوگوں میں شامل ہیں جو اسلام سے محبت کرتا ہے  اور اس بات کی شدید خواہش رکھتا ہے کہ اس کے ملک میں اسلام کو نظام نافذ کیا جائے۔ کیا ایسے ملک میں اسلام کے نفاذ کی خواہش رکھنا اور لوگوں کو اس معاملے کی اہمیت سے آگا کرنا جرم ہوسکتا ہے جو بنا ہی اسلام کے نام پر ہو؟ لیکن بد قسمتی سے ایسا نظر آرہا ہے کہ اب اسلام کے نام پر بننے والے ملک میں اسلام کا نام لینا اور اس کے نفاذ کا مطالبہ کرنا ایسا جرم بنا دیا گیا ہے جس کی سزا بغیر کسی عدالتی کاروائی کےاغوا ہے۔

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان، نیشنل ایکشن پلان کے نام پر اسلام سے مخلص اور خلافت کے داعیوں کو ظلم و جبر کا نشانہ بنانے کی حکومتی پالیسی کی مذمت کرتی ہے۔ حزب التحریر یہ واضح کردینا چاہتی ہے  کہ راحیل-نواز حکومت چاہے کتنا ہی زور لگا لے وہ پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کے دلوں سے اسلام کی محبت اور اس کے نفاذ کی خواہش کو کبھی بھی ختم نہیں کرسکے گی۔ اس کے علاوہ قوت، خوف اور اغوا کے ہتھکنڈے استعمال کر کے حکومت اپنے خاتمے کے وقت کو قریب تر کررہی ہے۔ حکومت کا   ظلم و ستم اس حقیقت کو مزید اجاگر کرے گا کہ اسلام کے نام پر بننے والے ملک میں اسلام نافذ نہیں ہے۔ ظلم و جبر کا ہر حربہ خلافت کے داعیوں کے جوش و جذبہ  و استقامت میں اضافے کا باعث بنے گا۔ اور ظلم و جبر کا ہر حربہ ملک میں حزب التحریر کی عزت و توقیر میں بھی اضافے کا باعث بنے گا۔  لہٰذا حکمرانوں کے لئے بہتر تو یہی ہے کہ وہ اپنے شیطانی عمل سے رجوع کریں ، اللہ سے معافی مانگیں اور اسلام کے نفاذ کی جدوجہد کرنے والوں کی راہ سے ہٹ جائیں، ورنہ دنیا اور آخرت دونوں جگہ اللہ کا عذاب ان کا منتظر ہوگا۔
