Demonstrations By Families, Relatives and Friends of the Victims of the Nation Action Plan

Sincere Muslims must not be Punished Because They Love Islam

In cities across Pakistan, families, relatives and friends of the victims of National Action Plan held demonstrations. Demonstrators were holding banners and placards declaring: “Raising the word of truth and calling towards Islam and Khilafah is not a crime”, “Why oppress those who call for Islam in a country established in the name of Islam?” and “Release Our Loved Ones”.

These demonstrations are proof of the fact that thousands of people, who love Islam, are arrested across the country under the Anti-Terrorism Act and Protection of Pakistan Act and lying in jails for many months now. So far they have neither been granted bail nor prosecuted in the courts, or given a chance to establish their innocence. These demonstrations are also proof of the fact that rulers are not concerned about the pain and dire economic hardship faced by the families as their sole bread earners are behind bars. It is like the collective punishment in the time of the British Raj, where the occupation forces tried to demoralize Muslims.

Hizb ut-Tahrir sympathizes with the victims of National Action Plan and supports their families and assures them that Hizb will continue to support them in exposing the oppression of the rulers. Hizb ut-Tahrir warns the rulers that the use of force is only increasing hatred towards them and their oppression is becoming more and more known. Therefore, in order to save themselves from the wrath of the Ummah and Allah (swt), they must end this flagrant oppression and free those people who are sincere to Islam. And if they don’t, then no one can save them when soon the time that was extended to them by Allah (swt) expires and they are seized from where they did not expect.

بَلْ نَقْذِفُ بِٱلْحَقِّ عَلَى ٱلْبَاطِلِ فَيَدْمَغُهُ

“Rather We hurl the truth at falsehood, then it takes out its brain” (Al-Anbiyaa:18)

نیشنل ایکشن پلان کے متاثرین کے گھر والوں، دوستوں اور رشتہ داروں کی جانب سے مظاہرے

مخلص مسلمانوں کو اسلام سےمحبت کرنے کی سزا نہ دی جائے

ملک کے مختلف شہروں میں نیشنل ایکشن پلان کے تحت گرفتار ہونے والے کئی افراد کے گھر والوں، دوستوں اور رشتہ داروں نے مظاہرے کیے۔ مظاہرین نے بینر اور کتبے اٹھا رکھے تھے جن پر تحریر تھا کہ: “کلمہ حق کہنا اور اسلام اور خلافت کی طرف دعوت دینا جرم نہیں“، “اسلام کے نام پر بننے والے ملک میں اسلام کا نام لینے والوں پر جبر کیوں؟” اور “ہمارے پیاروں کو رہا کرو“۔

یہ مظاہرے اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ ملک بھر میں ہزاروں اسلام سے محبت کرنے والےافراد کو نیشنل ایکشن پلان کے نام پر انسداد دہشت گردی ایکٹ اور تحفظ پاکستان ایکٹ کے تحت گرفتار کر کے کئی کئی مہینوں سے جیلوں میں قید رکھا گیا ہے۔ کئی ماہ گزر جانے کے باوجود نہ تو ان افراد کو  ضمانتوں پر رہا کیا جا رہا ہے اور نہ ہی ان پر قائم مقدمات کو چلایا جا رہا ہے کہ وہ اپنی بے گناہی ثابت کرسکیں۔ یہ مظاہرے اس بات کا بھی ثبوت ہے کہ حکمرانوں کو اس بات سے کوئی غرض نہیں کہ یہ ہزاروں خاندان کس کرب سے گزر رہے ہیں اور گھر کے کفیل کے قید ہونے کی وجہ سے کن شدید معاشی مشکلات کا شکار ہیں۔ یہ صورتحال برطانوی راج کے وقت میں دی جانے والے اجتماعی سزا کی طرح ہے، جہاں قابض افواج مسلمانوں کی ہمت اور استقامت کو توڑنے کے لئے اس قسم کے ہتھکنڈوں کو استعمال کرتی تھیں۔

حزب التحریر تمام متاثرین نیشنل ایکشن پلان اور ان کے خاندانوں کے ساتھ اظہار ہمدردی اور ان کی حمایت کرتی ہے اور اس بات کا اعادہ کرتی ہے کہ وہ حکمرانوں کے ان مظالم کو بے نقاب کرنے میں ان کے ساتھ ہے۔ حزب التحریر حکمرانوں کو خبردار کرتی ہے کہ قوت کا استعمال امت میں ان کے خلاف نفرت میں مزید اضافے کا باعث بن رہا ہے اور بہت جلد ان کا یہ ظلم تمام لوگوں پر آشکار ہو جائے گا۔ لہٰذا امت اور اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے غضب سے بچنے کے لئے انہیں اس ظلم کا فوری خاتمہ اور ان معصوم اور اسلام سے مخلص لوگوں کو رہا کرنا ہوگا۔ اور اگر انہوں نےایسا نہ کیا تو جلد ہی اللہ کی جانب سے دی ہوئی مہلت ختم ہونے کے بعد انہیں وہاں سے گرفت میں لیا جائے گا جس کا وہ تصور بھی نہیں کرسکتے۔
