Communique to the Pakistani Embassy in Lebanon

(Translated)

A delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Lebanon, headed by a Member of the Central Communications Committee, Engineer Salih Salam, and accompanied by a member of the committee Ustadh Bilal Zaidan, delivered a communique to the ambassador of the state of Pakistan. The communique contained a demand for the ruling authority in Pakistan to immediately release the official spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Pakistan, Engineer Naveed Butt, who was abducted on the 11^th of May 2012 by the internal security apparatus in Pakistan.

And we say “Abduction” in the case where there have been no legal charges placed against him and because the method of arrest was in the style of highway robbery. This is in the knowledge that the High Court of Islamabad has requested the internal security apparatus on a number of occasions to disclose his destination by bringing him to the court. However, until this current day and after the passing of four years since his abduction, the security apparatus have refused to disclose his location.

Indeed, this style that the ruling authorities are relying upon within the Muslim lands, in respect to dealing with their subjects, indicates in a clear manner that these authorities are bankrupt and have lost all legitimacy. So just as people are arrested in Lebanon in accordance to “Documents of communication” without a court order, the same is the case in Pakistan, which is also an indication that the one who motions and directs in both of these lands is one and the same.

لبنان میں پاکستان کے سفارت خانے کو خط پہنچایا گیا

ولایہ لبنان میں حزب التحریر کے ایک وفد نے پاکستانی سفیر کو پیغام پہنچایا۔ اس وفدکی سربراہی مرکزی رابطہ کمیٹی کے رکن انجینئر صالح سلام کر رہے تھے اور کمیٹی کے رکن استاد بلال زید ان کے ہمراہ تھے۔ اس پیغام میں پاکستانی حکومت سے ولایہ پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کے ترجمان انجینئر نوید بٹ کو فوراً رہا کرنے کا مطالبہ کیا گیا ہے جن کو پاکستانی سیکیورٹی اداروں نے 11 مئی 2012 کو اغوا کیا تھا۔

ہم “اغوا” اس لیے کہہ رہے ہیں کہ نوید بٹ کے خلاف کسی قسم کی قانونی چارہ جوئی نہیں کی گئی اور ان کو گرفتار کرنے کا طریقہ بھی ڈاکوں کے طریقے کے مطابق تھا۔ یاد رہے کہ اسلام آباد سپریم کورٹ نے سیکیورٹی اہلکاروں کو انہیں بازیاب کرانے کا کئی بار حکم دیا اور ان کو کورٹ میں پیش کرنے کا کہا، مگر آج تک جبکہ، ان کو اغوا کیےچار سال گزر چکے ہیں، سیکیورٹی ادارے ان کو برآمد کرنے سے انکاری ہیں۔

اسلامی دنیا میں حکومتوں کا یہ اسلوب جو وہ اپنے شہریوں کے خلاف اپناتے ہیں اس بات کی واضح دلیل ہے کہ یہ حکومتیں ذہنی طور پر دیوالیہ اور اپنا جواز کھو چکی ہیں۔ لبنان میں بھی اسی طرح عدالتی حکم کے بغیر ہی “فون ریکارڈ” پر لوگوں کو گرفتار کیا جاتا ہے، یہی حال پاکستان کا ہے، جو اس بات کی دلیل ہے کہ دونوں ممالک میں احکامات دینے والے ایک ہی ہیں۔
