Raheel-Nawaz Regime Remains Loyal to America Despite Its Deceit and Enmity

On 10^th June 2016, two senior American officials, US Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan, Richard Olson, and Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for South Asian Affairs, Peter Lavoy, met Advisor to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs, Mr. Sartaj Aziz, and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif. Yet again, the Raheel-Nawaz regime did not take appropriate action over the American drone attack in Baluchistan, rather it weakly stated that any drone strikes conducted by the US in Pakistani territory in the future would be “detrimental” to the relationship between the two countries, as if the past was forgiven! This weak stance of Raheel-Nawaz regime only sent a message that even in the future it will not prevent American drones from entering, attacking and leaving Pakistani territory. In the last decade America conducted more than three thousand drone attacks within Pakistan, so if those attacks were enough to be “detrimental to relations,” then how many more are needed? When will the Raheel-Nawaz regime wake up from its self-satisfied slumber and start responding appropriately to drone attacks?

What has been reported of the two meeting of US officials with Mr Aziz and Raheel Sharif has made it clear that Raheel-Nawaz regime was more worried about the American backed negotiations initiative in Afghanistan, then US attacks on Pakistan’s sovereignty. If the Raheel-Nawaz regime was concerned about Pakistan’s sovereignty, it would have instead announced an appropriate response to the drone attacks, including and not limited to ejecting the US intelligence and private military from our soil, without which the drone program is blind. It would have also withdrawn its critical support for America in Afghanistan, without which America would fail completely in its Afghan adventure. However, slaves cannot forsake their masters, therefore, in order to deceive the Muslims of Pakistan, the regime made a show of displeasure over the drone attacks, limiting itself to “condemnation” and “protest.”

The US is openly supporting India, an enemy of Pakistan and the Muslims of this region, with extensive political, military and economic support of its aspirations for regional hegemony. She has made India the member of the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR). After becoming member of MTCR India can easily acquire sensitive missile technology from its member states. However, despite that, the traitors in Pakistan’s political and military leadership cling to America, whilst deceiving the Muslims of Pakistan with claims that they are trying to escaping American control. No, the reality is that the regime is firmly committed to American control and knocking down drones and ending the American presence is far from its mind.

Hizb ut-Tahrir makes clear to the Muslims of Pakistan in general, and their armed forces in particular, that America is a master of deceit, guilty of repeated acts of betrayal. America stopped the supply of weapons at the peak of the 1965 war with India. The US did not come to Pakistan’s aid according to a defence pact in 1971 which led to Pakistan being sliced in half. The US abandoned Pakistan after the first Afghan Jihad against the Soviet Union and the resulting regional chaos. And once again after exploiting Pakistan to prevent Jihad against the US occupation of Afghanistan, which has resulted in the loss of billions of dollars to the economy as well as tens of thousands of lives, America is now openly supporting Pakistan’s enemy, India. However, even such a long list of American deceit and betrayal does not deter the traitors in Pakistan’s political and military leadership. They continue to allow Pakistan to be exploited by America, a path that only guarantees destruction and humiliation, even though RasulAllah (saaw) said,

لاَ يُلْدَغُ الْمُؤْمِنُ مِنْ جُحْرٍ وَاحِدٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ

“A Momin is not bitten twice from the same hole.” [Bukhari & Muslim].

Accordingly, Hizb ut-Tahrir calls upon the sincere officers in armed forces to seize the traitors and extend the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. Only then will a Khaleefa Rashid unify the lands and armed forces of the Muslims, so that our enemies, including America and India, will never dare to attack our territory.

امریکہ دھوکے باز ہے لیکن راحیل-نواز حکومت اس کا دامن چھوڑنے کے لئے تیار نہیں

10 جون 2016 بروز جمعہ امریکہ کے دو نمائندوں، پاکستان و افغانستان کے لئے نمائندہ خصوصی رچرڈ اولسن اور جنوبی ایشیا کے امور کے سینئر ڈائریکٹر پیٹر لوئے نے وزیر اعظم کے مشیر برائے امور خارجہ سرتاج عزیز اور آرمی چیف جنرل راحیل شریف سے ملاقات کی۔ ایک بار پھر راحیل-نواز حکومت نے بلوچستان میں ہونے والے ڈرون حملے کے خلاف کوئی موثر قدم نہیں اٹھایا بلکہ ایک کمزور بیان دیا کہ اگر آئیندہ امریکہ نے پاکستان کی حدود میں ڈرون حملہ کیا تو یہ پاک امریکہ تعلقات کے لئے نقصان دہ ہو گایعنی ہم نے اس حملے کو بھلادیا ہے۔ راحیل-نواز حکومت کا یہ کمزور موقف درحقیقت امریکہ کے لئے پیغام ہے کہ آئیندہ بھی امریکی ڈرونز کو پاکستان کی حدود میں آنے، حملہ کرنے اور صحیح سلامت واپس جانے سے روکا نہیں جائے گا۔ پچھلی ایک دہائی میں امریکہ پاکستان پر تین ہزار سے زائد ڈرون حملے کرچکا ہے اگر وہ ہزاروں حملے پاک امریکہ تعلقات کو خراب نہیں کرسکے تو ان تعلقات کو خراب کرنے کے لئے مزید کتنے حملے درکار ہوں گے؟ آخر کب راحیل-نواز حکومت خواب غفلت سے جاگے گی اور ڈرون حملوں کے خلاف موثر قدم اٹھائے گی؟

امریکی نمائندگان کی سرتاج عزیز اور راحیل شریف سے ہونے والی ملاقاتوں کی جو تفصیلات سامنے آئیں ہیں اس کے مطابق راحیل-نواز حکومت کو پاکستان کی سالمیت کے خلاف امریکی حملے سے زیادہ افغانستان میں امریکی پروردہ مذاکرات کی کامیابی کی زیادہ فکر ہے جو کہ امریکہ کی شدید ضرورت ہے۔ اگر راحیل-نواز حکومت کو پاکستان کی سالمیت پر امریکی حملے کی فکر ہوتی تو وہ موثر اقدامات کا اعلان کرتی جس میں ہماری سرزمین سے امریکی انٹیلی جنس اور کرائے کے فوجیوں کو ملک بدر کرنا بھی شامل ہوتا جن کے بغیر ڈرون پروگرام چل ہی نہیں سکتا۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ افغانستان میں امریکہ کو فراہم کی جانے والی سیاسی ، فوجی ، انٹیلی جنس اور مواصلات کے میدان میں فراہم کی جانے والی مدد سے ہاتھ کھینچ لینے کا اعلان بھی کیا جاتا جس کے بغیر امریکہ افغانستان میں اپنے منصوبے میں مکمل طور پر ناکام ہوسکتا ہے۔ لیکن غلام اپنے آقا کو چھوڑ نہیں سکتالہٰذا پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کو دھوکہ دینے کے لئے دبے دبے لفظوں میں امریکہ سے ڈرون حملے پر “شکایت” کی جارہی ہے اور ” احتجاج” اور “مذمت” کے الفظ بھی گھوما پھرا کر استعمال کیے جارہے ہیں ۔

امریکہ کھل کر پاکستان اور خطے کے مسلمانوں کے دشمن بھارت کی سیاسی، معاشی اور فوجی میدان میں بھرپورمدد کررہا ہے۔بھارت کو مضبوط کرنے کے لئے امریکہ نے اسے میزائل ٹیکنالوجی کنٹرول رجیم(MTCR) کا رکن بنادیا ہے جس کے بعد بھارت اپنے میزائل پروگرام کے لئے حساس ٹیکنالوجی بغیر کسی پریشانی کے رکن ممالک سے حاصل کرسکے گا۔ لیکن یہ سب کچھ ہوجانے کے باوجود پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار امریکہ کا در چھوڑنے کے لئے تیار نہیں اور قوم کو دھوکہ دینے کی کوشش کررہے ہیں کہ وہ امریکی اثرورسوخ سے نکلنے کی جدوجہد کررہے ہیں۔ درحقیقت حکومت مکمل طور پر امریکہ کی وفادار ہے اور ڈرون گرانا اور امریکی اثرورسوخ سے نکلنے کی باتیں اس کی سوچ سے بہت دور ہیں ۔

حزب التحریر پاکستان کے مسلمانوں اور مسلح افواج پر واضح کردینا چاہتی ہے کہ امریکہ دھوکے بازی کا استاد اور بار بار بے وفائی کرنے کا مجرم ہے ۔ امریکہ نے 1965 کی پاک بھارت جنگ کے دوران پاکستان کو اسلحے کی فراہمی روک دی، 1971 میں دفاعی معاہدہ ہونے کے باوجود پاکستان کی مدد کو نہیں آیا اور پاکستان دو ٹکڑے ہوگیا، سوویت یونین کے خلاف پہلے افغان جہاد کے بعد پاکستان کو خطے کے حالات سنبھالنے کے لئے تنہا چھوڑ گیا اور اب ایک بار پھر پاکستان کو افغانستان میں امریکہ کے خلاف ہونے والے جہاد کو روکنے کے لئے استعمال کرنے کے بعد،جس میں پاکستان کی معیشت کو اربوں ڈالر اور ہزاروں انسانی جانوں کا نقصان اٹھانا پڑا، اس کے دشمن بھارت کو مضبوط بنا رہا ہے ۔ لیکن دھوکے بازی اور بے وفائی کی ایک طویل تاریخ ہونے کے باوجود سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار ہر بار پاکستان کو امریکی مفاد میں استعمال ہونے کی اجازت دے دیتے ہیں اور آخر میں پاکستان کے حصے میں تباہی و بربادی کےسوا کچھ نہیں آتا جبکہ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایاکہ،

لاَ يُلْدَغُ الْمُؤْمِنُ مِنْ جُحْرٍ وَاحِدٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ

“مؤمن ایک سوراخ سے دوبار ڈسا نہیں جاتا”۔

لہٰذا حزب التحریر افواج میں موجودمخلص افسران سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ غداروں کو دبوچ لیں اور نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کے لئے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کریں۔ پھر خلیفہ راشد مسلمانوں کے علاقوں اور افواج کو یکجا کرے گا اور اس کے بعد امریکہ و بھارت سمیت کسی دشمن کو ہمارے علاقوں پر حملہ کرنے کی ہمت نہ ہوگی۔
