Raheel-Nawaz Regime Ensures Slavery to US

Despite Treacherous US Support for India, Raheel-Nawaz Regime Remains a Loyal US Servant

On 23^rd June 2016 US Special Representative for Pakistan and Afghanistan, Richard Olson said that India and Iran will be included in the Afghan peace process at a later stage. He further said that, “Pakistan does remain committed to the process of reconciliation and talks in Afghanistan”. After the infamous U-turn committed by Musharaf after 9/11, it was said that if Pakistan did not support America then America would have allowed India to play its role in Afghanistan. After Musharaf, the Kayani-Zardari regime and then the Raheel-Nawaz regime used the same justification for US support and allowed the US, an enemy of Islam and Pakistan, to establish itself on Pakistan’s door step, Afghanistan, and expended Pakistan’s economic and military resources to consolidate her occupation. Hizb ut-Tahrir from the very first day has been warning the Muslims of Pakistan and their armed forces that traitors in the political and military leadership have closed their eyes on the Indian intrusion in Afghanistan, as it is in the US interest, but this is a severe treachery. Now the US itself revealed that India will be included in the so-called “Afghan peace process.” Even though this process contradicts Pakistan’s interest as its purpose is to secure the US military footprint, the traitors have continued to support this US ploy. Even before this on 21^st June 2016, the same Richard Olson claimed that Pakistan’s concerns over India’s role in Afghanistan were “overestimated”, while urging Pakistan to focus its attention on fighting terrorists, which means the US has no regard for Pakistan’s apprehensions.

The reality of Pak-US relations is this that traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan have always accepted the US dictated role of “bait” to bring India into US domain. And now after the rise of BJP, when India has joined the US camp, the US is set on establishing Indian regional dominance. The US is not only working to make India a regional power, supporting her significant role in international affairs as well, but it has restricted Pakistan to fighting the resistance in tribal areas to secure US presence in Afghanistan and establish the security of her cowardly soldiers in the face of the hardy and determined Afghan Mujaheedin. On 27^th June 2016, the US State Department Spokesperson Elizabeth Trudeau said in a briefing that the United States strongly supports India’s role in global institutions, like the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) and the United Nations Security Council. Now there is no room for doubt that the US is strengthening India, whilst burning Pakistan in a war of Fitna to weaken it. Yet, still the Raheel-Nawaz regime remains loyal to the US.

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan warns the Muslims of Pakistan, politicians, Ullema, intellectuals, journalists and officers of its armed forces that even though US treachery is obvious, the Raheel-Nawaz regime is still exploiting Pakistan to secure US interests in the region. In order to hide its severe treachery, this regime is using the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor to deceive the Muslims of Pakistan into thinking that it is trying to find a way out of slavery to the US.

Now there is no reason to give any benefit of the doubt to this treacherous regime, because no doubt is left. The Muslims of Pakistan and sincere officers in the armed forces must seize the hand of this regime before they destroy Pakistan completely. However, this can only happen when the Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood is established because the Khaleefah Rashid is the true strong man who will expel the US from this region and destroy its plan to make India a regional power and international player. Thus the sincere officers in the armed forces must provide Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of the second Khilafah Rashida and eradicate this treachery.

راحیل-نواز حکومت امریکہ کی غلامی سے نکلنا ہی نہیں چاہتی

امریکہ کی بھارتی حمایت کے باوجود راحیل-نواز حکومت امریکہ سے وفاداری نبھا رہی ہے

23 جون 2016 کو پاکستان و افغانستان کے لئے امریکہ کے خصوصی نمائندے رچرڈ اولسن نے کہا کہ افغان امن مذاکرات میں بھارت اور ایران کو بھی اگلے مرحلے میں شامل کیا جائے گا۔ اس نے مزید کہا کہ، “پاکستان افغانستان میں مفاہمت اور بات چیت کے عمل سے اب بھی جڑا ہوا ہے”۔ 11/9 کے بعد مشرف کی جانب سے لیے جانے والے بدنام زمانہ یو ٹرن کا یہ جواز دیا گیا تھا کہ اگر پاکستان امریکہ کی حمایت نہ کرتا تو امریکہ افغانستان میں بھارت کو کردار ادا کرنے کا موقع فراہم کر دیتا۔ مشرف کے بعد کیانی-زرداری حکومت اور پھر راحیل-نواز حکومت نے بھی اسی منتر کو پڑھ پڑھ کر پاکستان کے دروازے، افغانستان، پر اسلام اور پاکستان کے دشمن امریکہ کے قبضے کو مستحکم کرنے کے لئے پاکستان کے معاشی اور فوجی وسائل کو امریکہ کی جنگ میں جھونک دیا۔ حزب التحریر پہلے دن سے پاکستان کے مسلمانوں اور افواج کو خبردار کرتی رہی کہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار افغانستان میں بھارت کی بڑھتی پیش قدمی پر آنکھیں بند کیے بیٹھے ہیں کیونکہ ایسا کرنا امریکہ کا مفاد ہے، لیکن یہ سنگین غداری ہے۔ اب خود امریکہ نے اس بات کو کھل کر بیان کر دیا ہے کہ بھارت کو بھی نام نہاد “افغان امن مذاکرات” میں شامل کیا جائے گا۔ اگرچہ یہ عمل پاکستان کے مفاد کے منافی ہے کیونکہ اس کا مقصد امریکہ کی فوجی موجودگی کو یقینی بنانا ہے لیکن اس کے باوجود پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار اس امریکی منصوبے کی حمایت جاری رکھے ہوئے ہیں۔ اس سے قبل 21 جون 2016 کو اسی رچرڈ اولسن نے یہ بھی کہا تھا کہ افغانستان میں بھارت کے عمل دخل کے حوالے سے پاکستان کے خدشات “اصل سے بہت زیادہ ہیں” اور پاکستان کو یہ نصیحت کی کہ وہ اپنی توجہ “دہشت گردوں” سے لڑنے پر مرکوز رکھے یعنی امریکہ کو پاکستان کے خدشات کی کوئی پروا نہیں ہے۔

پاکستان امریکہ تعلقات کی حقیقت یہی ہے کہ پاکستان کی سیاسی وفوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے ہمیشہ امریکی ہدایت پر بھارت کو امریکہ کی جھولی میں ڈالنے کے لئے “چارے” کا کردار ادا کرنا قبول کیا ہے۔ اور اب بی جے پی کےاقتدار میں آنے کی وجہ سےجب بھارت امریکہ کی گود میں آگیا ہے تو امریکہ کی ساری کرم فرمائیاں اس کے لئے مخصوص ہو گئی ہیں۔ امریکہ نہ صرف بھارت کو علاقائی طاقت بنانے بلکہ عالمی سطح پر بھارت کے کردار کو بڑھانے کے لئے بھی اس کی بھر پور مدد کر رہا ہے جبکہ پاکستان کے لئے یہ حکم ہے کہ وہ اسی تنخوا ہ پر کام کرتا رہے یعنی افغانستان میں امریکی موجودگی کو یقینی بنانے اور اس کے بزدل فوجیوں کو افغان مجاہدین سے بچانے کے لئے قبائلی علاقوں میں لڑتا رہے۔ 27 جون 2016 کو امریکی محکمہ خارجہ کی ترجمان ایلزبتھ ٹروڈیو نے ایک بریفنگ میں کہا کہ امریکہ عالمی اداروں جیسا کہ نیوکلیئر سپلائر گروپ اور اقوام متحدہ کی سیکیورٹی کونسل میں بھارتی کردار کی بھر پور حمایت کرتا ہے۔ اب اس بات میں کوئی شک و شبہ نہیں کہ امریکہ بھارت کو مضبوط جبکہ پاکستان کو فتنے کی آگ میں جھونک کر کمزور کر رہا ہے لیکن اس کے باوجود راحیل-نواز حکومت امریکہ سے وفاداری نبھا رہی ہے۔

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان ایک بار پھر پاکستان کے مسلمانوں، سیاست دانوں، علماء، دانشوروں، صحافیوں اور افواج کو خبردار کرتی ہے کہ امریکہ کی دھوکے بازیاں واضح ہو جانے کے باوجود اب بھی راحیل-نواز حکومت خطے میں امریکی مفادات کے حصول کے لئے پاکستان کو قربان کر رہی ہے اور اپنی اس سنگین غداری پر پردہ ڈالنے کے لئے چین-پاکستان اقتصادی راہداری کو استعمال کر رہی ہے تاکہ امت کو یہ دھوکہ دے سکے کہ وہ امریکہ کی غلامی سے نکلنے کی کوشش کر رہی ہے۔

اب اس غدار حکومت کو کسی شک کا فائدہ نہیں دیا جا سکتا کیونکہ اب کوئی شک باقی ہی نہیں رہا۔ لہٰذا اس سے پہلے کہ پاکستان مکمل تباہ ہو جائے پاکستان کے مسلمانوں اور افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران کو اس حکومت کا ہاتھ روکنا ہوگا۔ لیکن ایسا صرف اور صرف نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت راشدہ کےقیام سے ہی ممکن ہے کیونکہ خلیفہ راشد ہی وہ اصل مرد آہن ہوگا جو امریکہ کو اس خطے سے نکال باہر کرے گا اور بھارت کو علاقائی چوہدری اور عالمی کھلاڑی بنانے کے اس کے منصوبے کو تار تار کر دے گا۔ لہٰذا افواج پاکستان کے مخلص افسران دوسری خلافت راشدہ کے قیام کے لئے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کریں اور اس غداری کو جڑ سے کاٹ دیں۔
