Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan Demonstrates for the Liberation of Kashmir

Organized Jihad by Armed Forces Will Liberate Kashmir, Not Dialogue

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan held country wide demonstrations against the Indian army atrocities in Occupied Kashmir and the weak-kneed, cowardly response of the Raheel-Nawaz regime. Demonstrators were holding banners and placards declaring: “Pakistan Army! Mobilize and Liberate Kashmir”, “Jaw Breaking Response to Indian Oppression-Organized Jihad by Armed Forces”.

Demonstrations started after the martyrdom of the Mujahid Burhan Wani. The Indian army oppression against the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir has affected world public opinion, but it has not moved the traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan, led by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and General Raheel Sharif. So far dozens of Kashmiri Muslims have been martyred, hundreds critically wounded and a continuous curfew has turned all of Occupied Kashmir into a jail. Despite the severe oppression of the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir, the Raheel-Nawaz regime has not announced an organized Jihad by our armed forces to liberate Occupied Kashmir from Indian oppression.

After winning elections in Azad Kashmir, Nawaz Sharif said in a public gathering that he is waiting for that day when Kashmir will become part of Pakistan and our prayers are with the Muslims of Kashmir. Similarly General Raheel Sharif, while addressing a meeting of the corps commanders issued a pathetic statement that the world must recognize the struggle of the people of Kashmir. Can any sane person accept that such a weak-willed response liberate the Muslims of occupied Kashmir from Indian oppression? In blind submission to its masters in Washington, the Raheel-Nawaz regime has ensnared our armed forces in war of Fitna to fight with those who fight against American forces in Afghanistan, which has resulted in thousands of deaths of civilians and soldiers and the loss of billions of dollars to our economy. These traitors further demonstrate their resolve to eliminate Jihad, which they call “terrorism” from Pakistan but refuse to mobilize Pakistan’s armed forces for the liberation of Occupied Kashmir and its Muslims, for which the whole armed forces and the entire nation is ready to sacrifice.

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan reminds the sincere officers in the armed forces of Pakistan that it is a duty for them to grant Nussrah for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood. Only then will a Khaleefah Rashid unify Muslim lands and gather their armed forces for Jihad to secure the liberation of Occupied Kashmir.

فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ

“Then whoever transgresses the prohibition against you, you transgress likewise against him”

کشمیر کی آزادی کے لئے حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان کے مظاہرے

کشمیر بیانات و مذاکرات سے نہیں بلکہ افواج پاکستان کے منظم جہاد سے آزاد ہو گا

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے مقبوضہ کشمیر میں جاری بھارتی افواج کے مظالم اور راحیل-نواز حکومت کے کمزور ردعمل کے خلاف پاکستان بھر میں مظاہرے کیے۔ مظاہرین نے بینرز اور کتبے اٹھا رکھے تھے جن پر تحریر تھا: “پاک فوج حرکت میں آؤ – کشمیر کو آزاد کراؤ“، “بھارتی جارحیت کا منہ توڑ جواب – منظم جہاد بذریعہ افواج“۔

مقبوضہ کشمیر میں مجاہد برہان وانی کی شہادت سے شروع ہونے والے مظاہروں اور بھارتی افواج کے کشمیری مسلمانوں کے خلاف وحشیانہ مظالم نے دنیا بھر کی رائے عامہ کو متاثر کیا لیکن اگر نہیں کیا تو پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کو جن کی قیادت وزیر اعظم نواز شریف اور جنرل راحیل شریف کر رہے ہیں۔ اب تک درجنوں کشمیری مسلمان شہید، سیکڑوں شدید زخمی ہو چکے ہیں اور مسلسل کرفیو نے پورے مقبوضہ کشمیر کو ایک جیل میں تبدیل کر دیا ہے۔ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کی اس قدر بدترین حالت پر نواز شریف اور راحیل شریف کا خون جوش نہیں مارتا اور وہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کو بھارتی غلامی سے نجات دلانے کے لئے منظم جہاد کا اعلان نہیں کرتے۔

آزاد کشمیر میں انتخابات جیتنے کے بعد نواز شریف یہ اعلان کرتے ہیں کہ وہ اس دن کے منتظر ہیں جب کشمیر بنے گا پاکستان اور ہماری دعائیں کشمیریوں کے ساتھ ہیں۔ اسی طرح جنرل راحیل شریف کور کمانڈرز کے اجلاس میں ایک انتہائی فضول بیان دیتے ہیں کہ دنیا کو کشمیریوں کی جدوجہد کو تسلیم کرنا چاہیے۔ کیا کوئی بھی ذی شعور یہ تسلیم کر سکتا ہے کہ یہ بیانات، اور وہ بھی اس قدر کمزور، مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کو بھارتی ظلم و ستم اور غلامی سے نجات دلا سکتے ہیں؟ ایک طرف اپنے آقا امریکہ کے حکم پر افغانستان میں امریکہ کے خلاف لڑنے والوں کو روکنے کے لئے راحیل-نواز حکومت نے افواج پاکستان کو فتنے کی جنگ میں جھونک رکھا ہے جس میں ہزاروں فوجی اور شہری ہلاک اور اربوں ڈالر کا معیشت کو نقصان پہنچ چکا ہے اور اس کے باوجود اس عزم کا اظہار کیا جاتا ہے کہ پاکستان سے جہاد، جسے وہ “دہشت گردی” کہتے ہیں، کا خاتمہ کر کے رہیں گے، لیکن کشمیر اور اس کے مسلمانوں کی آزادی کے لئے افواج پاکستان کو حرکت میں آنے کا حکم نہیں جاتا جس کے لئے پوری فوج اور قوم ہر قسم کی قربانی دینے کے لئے تیار بھی ہیں۔

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان افواج میں موجود مخلص افسران کو یاد دہانی کراتی ہے کہ نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت راشدہ کے قیام کے لئے نصرۃ فراہم کرنا ان کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ پھر خلیفہ راشد مسلم علاقوں اور افواج کو یکجا کر کے جہاد کشمیر کا اعلان کرے گا۔ اور یقیناً اس کا اعلان ہی مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی کے لئے کافی ہوگا۔

فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ

“جو تمہارے خلاف جارحیت کا ارتکاب کرےتو تم بھی اس پر حملہ کرو جیسا کہ انہوں نے تم پر حملہ کیا” (البقرۃ:194)
