Bomb Blast at Shah Noorani Shrine

Muslims of Pakistan are Paying the Price in Blood of the American and Indian Presence in Afghanistan

On Saturday, 12th November 2016, fifty two people were killed by a bomb blast at the Shrine of Shah Noorani, situated in Kuzdar, Baluchistan, 250 km away from Karachi. Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan strongly condemns this brutal bomb blast and prays for the salvation of those who were killed in this attack and patience for their relatives.

Since August 2016, this is the third major atrocity in which dozens of people have been killed ruthlessly. As previously, the Raheel-Nawaz regime laid the blame on those who are against the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), meaning India. By doing so, the regime has shunned its responsibility of arresting the culprits and sent a message that to the people that they must accept this tragedy and move on. However, Hizb ut-Tahrir asks the rulers that if India is responsible for these brutal incidents, then why do they not cut ties with India and deal with her on a hostile footing as Islam has mandated? And if India is using Afghan soil for these criminal activities then why are relations with America not ceased immediately, for it is the US that has opened the doors of Afghanistan to India, granting her an unprecedented presence there which it uses to attack Pakistan?

The Muslims are aware that atrocities from the Army Public School Peshawar to the attack on the Quetta police academy have never been investigated properly. Political, military and non-military officials are not booked for their negligence and these incidents are always used instead to promote the war of Fitna against Islam, which is being fought to secure American interests in this region. The Muslims are also aware that the Raheel-Nawaz regime blames India directly and America indirectly for these incidents, yet it is still working day and night to provide political and military support for ensuring American presence in Afghanistan, which has secured Afghan soil for India to use against Pakistan.

These incidents will not cease until the enemies of Islam and Muslims, America and India are not ejected from Afghanistan. However, this will not be done by the Raheel-Nawaz regime as it is a lion against Muslims but a mouse before the real enemy. So it is bold in suppressing the Muslims of Pakistan to accept the domination of America, but weak in front of America and India, the enemies of Muslims. Therefore, it is a must for the Muslims of Pakistan to become part of Hizb ut-Tahrir in its struggle for establishing the Khilafah in Pakistan. Only a rightly guided Khaleefah will cut ties with America and India and mobilize the Muslim armed forces to eject both America and India from this region and restore peace and stability. Allah swt says,

وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لاَ تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ ٱلدِّينُ للَّهِ

“And fight them until there is no more Fitnah and worship is for Allah (Alone)”(Al-Baqara:193).

افغانستان میں امریکہ و بھارت کی موجودگی کی قیمت پاکستان کے مسلمان اپنے خون سے ادا کررہے ہیں

12 نومبر 2016بروز ہفتہ کراچی سے 250 کلومیٹر دور بلوچستان کے ضلع خضدار میں واقع درگاہ شاہ نورانی پر بم دھماکے میں 52 افراد اپنے خالق حقیقی سے جاملے۔ حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان اس وحشیانہ بم دھماکے کی پُرزور مذمت کرتی ہے اور مقتولین کی مغفرت اور لواحقین کے لیے صبر جمیل کی دعا کرتی ہے۔

اگست 2016 سے لے کر اب تک بلوچستان میں ہونے والا یہ تیسرا بڑا سانحہ ہے جس میں درجنوں لوگ بے دردی سے قتل کردیے گئے۔ ہر بار کی طرح اس بار بھی راحیل-نواز حکومت نے پاک-چین معاشی راہداری (سی پیک) کے مخالف یعنی بھارت کو اس کا ذمہ دار قرار دے کر جیسے قاتلوں کو کیفر کردار تک پہنچانے کی ذمہ داری سے سبکدوشی اختیار کر لی اور قوم کو بھی یہ پیغام دیا ہے کہ وہ ان سانحات پر صبر کر لے۔ لیکن حزب التحریر حکمرانوں سے یہ سوال کرتی ہے کہ اگر بھارت ہی ان سانحات کا ذمہ دار ہے تو پھر اس سے تعلقات کیوں منقطع نہیں کیے جاتے اور اسلام کے حکم کے مطابق اس سے جارحانہ طریقے سے کیوں نمٹا نہیں جاتا؟ اور اگر بھارت یہ سب کچھ افغانستان میں بیٹھ کر کررہا ہے تو امریکہ سے تعلق کیوں فوراًختم نہیں کیا جاتا جس نے پاکستان کے ازلی دشمن کو ہماری پیٹھ میں چھرا گھوپنے کے لیے افغانستان کے دروازے اس پر کھول دیے ہیں ؟

لیکن مسلمان یہ دیکھ رہے ہیں کہ سانحہ آرمی پبلک اسکول پشاور سے لے کر کوئٹہ میں پولیس اکیڈمی پر ہونے والے حملے تک سانحات کی بھر پور تفتیش نہیں کی جاتی، غفلت کے مرتکب سیاسی ، فوجی و غیر فوجی اہلکاروں کے خلاف کاروائی نہیں کی جاتی اور ہمیشہ ان سانحات کو پاکستان اور خطے میں امریکی مفاد کے لیے جاری اسلام کے خلاف فتنے کی جنگ کے شعلوں کو مزید تیز کرنے کے لیے استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔ مسلمان یہ بھی دیکھ رہے ہیں کہ راحیل-نواز حکومت ان تمام سانحات کا الزام بھارت پر براہ راست اور امریکہ پر بل واستہ لگانے کے باوجود اب بھی دن رات افغانستان میں امریکہ کی موجودگی کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے بھر پور سیاسی و فوجی حمایت امریکہ کو فراہم کررہی ہے جس نے بھارت کو افغانستان کی سرزمین پاکستان کے خلاف استعمال کرنے کی اجازت دے رکھی ہے۔

یہ سانحات اس وقت تک نہیں رک سکتے جب تک اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے دشمن امریکہ و بھارت کو افغانستان سے نکال نہیں دیا جاتا۔ لیکن یہ کام راحیل-نواز حکومت کبھی نہیں کرے گی کیونکہ وہ مسلمانوں کو امریکہ کی اطاعت پر مجبور کرنے کے لیے تو شیر ہے لیکن مسلمانوں کے دشمن امریکہ و بھارت کے سامنے بھیگی بلی ہے۔ لہٰذا پاکستان کے مسلمانوں پر لازم ہے کہ وہ پاکستان میں خلافت کے قیام کی جدوجہد میں حزب التحریر کی کوشش کا حصہ بن جائیں ۔ اورپھر خلیفہ راشد امریکہ و بھارت سے تعلق توڑ کر خطے سے انہیں نکال باہر کرنے کے لیے افواج کو حرکت میں لائے گا اور خطے کو اس کا امن و استحکام واپس لوٹادے گا۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ فرماتے ہیں،

وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لاَ تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ ٱلدِّينُ للَّهِ

“اور ان سے لڑو جب تک کہ فتنہ نہ مٹ جائے اور اللہ کا دین غالب نہ آجائے”(ابقرۃ:193)
