Pakistan-wide Public Address (Bayyan) Campaign:

Occupied Kashmir will not be Liberated by Negotiations

Except Jihad by Pakistan Armed Forces

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan has completed a public address (Bayyan) campaign for the liberation of Kashmir, in which its bold shebaab made speeches to the people in the public places. The purpose of this campaign was to expose the treacherous and deceitful role played by the Raheel-Nawaz regime in betraying the Muslims of Kashmir. The speakers said that the Kashmir dispute will never be resolved through negotiations with India. Negotiations are part of the American plan, towards which the US president-elect Donald Trump has reiterated, so that the attention of the Muslims of Kashmir and Pakistan will be diverted from the noble and defiant struggle against India by the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir and India is given an opportunity to regain control of the events. Furthermore through US mediated negotiations, the so-called solution is to grant the Indians the stable authority over Occupied Kashmir which it could never achieve for itself on the battlefield in nearly seven decades. And this is part of the wider US plan to ease the rise of India as the dominant regional power, to act as a counter to the Islamic revival and China.

The speakers stated that the liberation of Occupied Kashmir is only possible through Jihad by the Pakistan Armed forces. However, the current political system and its leadership will never mobilize Pakistan armed forces for its liberation. Pakistan’s armed forces will only be mobilized by a rightly guided Khaleefah, for the RasulAllah (saaw) declared the Khaleefah, the Imaam of Muslims, a shield for the Musilms when he (saaw) said

إِنَّمَا الإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ فَإِنْ أَمَرَ بِتَقْوَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَعَدَلَ كَانَ لَهُ بِذَلِكَ أَجْرٌ وَإِنْ يَأْمُرْ بِغَيْرِهِ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْهُ

“Indeed the Imaam (of the Muslims) is a shield for them. They fight behind him and they are protected by him. If he enjoins fear of Allah (swt), the Exalted and Glorious, and dispenses justice, there will be great reward for him; and if he enjoins otherwise, it is of negative consequence upon him.” (Muslim).

Therefore after the establishment of Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood, the rightly guided Khaleefah will order the mighty armed forces of the Muslims to liberate Kashmir, Palestine and all the occupied Muslim lands. So the Muslims of Pakistan must join Hizb ut-Tahrir’s struggle and demand that the sincere officers of Pakistan’s armed forces grant Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for establishing the Khilafah in Pakistan.

پاکستان بھر میں عوامی بیانات کی مہم

مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی مذاکرات سے نہیں افواج پاکستان کے منظم جہاد کے ذریعے ہوگی

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے ملک بھر میں کشمیر کی آزادی کے لئے بیانات کی مہم چلائی جس میں اس کے بہادر شباب نے لوگوں سے خطاب کیا۔ اس مہم کا مقصد پاکستان کے مسلمانوں میں کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کے ساتھ راحیل-نواز حکومت کی نااہلی، غداری اور دھوکے کو بے نقاب کرنا تھا۔ مقرنین نے اپنے بیانات میں کہا کہ کشمیر کا مسئلہ کبھی بھی بھارت کے ساتھ مذاکرات کے ذریعے حل نہیں ہوسکتا بلکہ مذاکرات کا راستہ درحقیقت امریکہ کا منصوبہ ہے، جس پر چلتے رہنے کا امریکی منتخب صدر ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ نےبھی اعلان کیا ہے، تاکہ کشمیر میں جاری زبردست تحریک آزادی سے کشمیر اور پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کی توجہ ہٹ جائے اور بھارت کوحالات کو قابو میں کرنے کا موقع مل جائے ۔ اس کے علاوہ مذاکرات کے امریکی منصوبے کے تحت دیا جانے والے نام نہاد حل بھارت کو مقبوضہ کشمیر پر زیادہ مستحکم اختیار و اقتدارفراہم کرے گا جو وہ ستر سالوں میں میدان جنگ میں خود حاصل نہیں کرسکا ہے۔ اس امریکی منصوبے کا ایک بڑا ہدف یہ بھی ہے کہ بھارت کو خطے کی بالادست طاقت بننے میں مدد فراہم کی جائے تا وہ اسلامی تبدیلی اور چین کے خلاف کردار ادا کرسکے۔

مقرنین نے یہ بھی کہا کہ مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی صرف افواج پاکستان کے منظم جہاد کے ذریعے ہی ممکن ہے لیکن موجودہ نظام اور اس کی پیدا کردہ قیادت کبھی بھی افواج پاکستان کو اس کی آزادی کے لیے متحرک نہیں کرے گی۔ پاکستان کی مسلم افواج مقبوضہ کشمیر کی آزادی کے لیے صرف اسی صورت میں حرکت میں آئیں گی جب ان پر ایک خلیفہ راشد حکمرانی کررہا ہو ۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے خلیفہ کو مسلمانوں کی ڈھال قرار دیا ہے، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا،

إِنَّمَا الإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ فَإِنْ أَمَرَ بِتَقْوَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَعَدَلَ كَانَ لَهُ بِذَلِكَ أَجْرٌ وَإِنْ يَأْمُرْ بِغَيْرِهِ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْهُ “

بے شک (مسلمانوں کا)امام ان کے لیے ڈھال ہوتا ہے۔ وہ اس کے پیچھے رہ کر لڑتے ہیں اور اس کے ذریعے ان کا تحفظ ہوتا ہے۔ اگر وہ اللہ عز و جل کے خوف سے حکمرانی کرتا ہے اور انصاف فراہم کرتا ہے تو اس کے لیے بہت بڑا اجر ہے اور اگر وہ اس کے علاوہ کرتا ہے تو اُس پر اس کے منفی نتائج مرتب ہوں گے”(مسلم)۔

لہٰذا نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کے بعد ہی خلیفہ راشد مسلمانوں کی عظیم فوج کو کشمیر و فلسطین سمیت تمام مقبوضہ علاقوں کی کفار کے تسلط سے بازیابی کے لیے جہاد کرنے کا حکم دے گا۔ تو پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کو چاہیے کہ وہ حزب التحریر کی جدوجہد میں شامل ہوکر پاکستان میں خلافت کے قیام کے لیے افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران سے حزب التحریر کے لیےنصرۃ کی فراہم کا مطالبہ کریں۔
