Certainly the government’s agency is involved in the abduction of Hizb ut Tahrir members

On 14th March the Deputy Attorney General read out a letter from the ISI in front of the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court, Mr. Iqbal Hameed ur Rehman, and denied its involvement in the abduction of members of Hizb ut-Tahrir. As a matter of fact the ISI accused Hizb ut-Tahrir members of going underground to undertake militant and subversive activities.

Hizb ut-Tahrir completely rejects the answer of this government agency and declares it a pack of lies. Until today Dr.Abdul Qayyum is languishing in a torture cell of this government agency. Everyone knows that these agencies abduct citizens of Pakistan, kill them and throw their bodies in deserted places upon the orders of America as executed by Zardari, Gilllani and Kiyani. Even today just like the mothers and sisters of Kashmir, mothers and sisters of Pakistan are camped in front of parliament house, crying and holding photographs of their loved ones.

Are thousands of these people liars and the government agencies are truthful?

What is the difference between an Indian POTA law and Anti-Terrorist Act of Pakistan?

What is the difference between Indian agencies thug who declares Jihad as terrorism and a Pakistani agency which tortures those people who want the implementation of Islam?

In July last year several members of Hizb ut-Tahrir were abducted in front of witnesses from their houses or markets in Multan, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Rahim Yar Khan. Several constitutional petitions against government agencies were filed concerning these abductions. Because of the pressure of these petitions, several members were released after severely torturing them with a warning that they will not contact media and judiciary.

However, brave members of Hizb ut-Tahrir immediately recorded their statements in front of magistrates after their release and held the ISI responsible for their abduction and nominated Major Tariq as an accused. Even today these government agencies have not released Dr. Abdul Qayyum, after seven months of his abduction, because so far they have not been able to get the assurance from relatives that they will not follow judicial process after his release.

We advise the Muslim officers in these agencies to abandon the practice of torturing Muslims and they should not follow the footsteps of Abu Lahab and Abu Jahel. Do the sincere officers in these agencies not see that America has pulled the ISI out from India and is now using her against their fellow Muslim brothers? America has finished the regional role of ISI and is using it to run after their Muslim brothers. The Jihad of Kashmir has been abandoned and now America is using the ISI to kill the Muslims of the Tribal Areas and Afghanistan. On top of that America presents ISI as a terrorist organization internationally in order to put more pressure on ISI to fulfil its interests.

Do the officers of these agencies not see that they are torturing sincere Muslims in order to help America? Whilst Americans are burning Quran, killing women and children in their houses, officers of ISI are just securing their jobs by selling their honor?

Moreover, in order to please America they are not just selling their honor rather they are ruining their hereafter. We warn these treacherous rulers and their supporters that their persecution will not deter Hizb and its members from struggling peacefully for the establishment of Khilafah. These agent rulers and their supporters must keep in mind that very soon they will be brought to justice for their crimes, after the establishment of Khilafah while punishment of hereafter will be far greater.

بے شک حکومتی ایجنسی ہی حزب التحریرکے اراکین کے اغوا میں ملوث ہے

14مارچ کو ڈپٹی اٹارنی جنرل نے آئی ایس آئی کا خط اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے چیف جسٹس اقبال حمید الرحمان کو پڑھ کر سنایا اور حزب کے اراکین کے اغوا میں ملوث ہونے سے انکار کیا بلکہ ان پر خودہی گھروں سے غائب ہوجانے اور تخریبی و عسکری سرگرمیوں میں ملوث ہونے کی تہمت بھی لگائی۔حزب التحریرحکومتی ایجنسی کے جواب کو مکمل طور پر مسترد کرتی ہے اور اسے جھوٹ کا پلندہ قرار دیتی ہے۔ آج بھی ڈاکٹر عبد القیوم انہی حکومتی ایجنسیوں کے عقوبت خانے میں ہیں۔ اس حقیقت سے تمام واقف ہیں کہ یہ ایجنسیاں امریکہ، زرداری اور کیانی کے حکم پر پاکستان کے شہری اغوا کرتی ہیں اور پھر انہیں قتل کر کے ویرانوں میں پھینک دیتی ہیں۔

آج بھی پاکستان کی مائیں بہنیں کشمیر کی ماؤں بہنوں کی طرح اپنے پیاروں کی تصویریں اٹھائے پارلیمنٹ کے سامنے دھرنے دے رہی ہیں۔ کیا یہ ہزاروں لوگ جھوٹے اور حکومتی ایجنسیاں سچی ہیں؟ کیا فرق ہے بھارت کے پوٹا کے قانون میں اور پاکستان کے انسداد دہشت گردی کے قانون میں؟ کیا فرق ہے بھارتی ایجنسیوں کے غنڈوں میں جو جہاد کرنے والوں کو دہشت گرد قرار دیتے ہیں اور پاکستان کی ایجنسیوں میں جو اسلام کے نفاذ کی بات کرنے والوں کو اغوا کر کے تشدد کا نشانہ بناتے ہیں؟ پچھلے سال جولائی میں حزب کے کئی اراکین کو ملتان ،لاہور، راولپنڈی اسلام آباد اور رحیم یار خان سے ان کے گھروں اور بازاروں سے بے شمار افراد کی موجودگی میں اغوا کیا گیا۔ حکومتی ایجنسی کے خلاف ان اغوا کی وارداتوں میں ملوث ہونے کے حوالے سے اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ میں آئینی درخواستیں داخل کی گئیں جس کے دباؤ کے نتیجے میں کئی اراکین کو شدید جسمانی تشدد کا نشانہ بنانے کے بعد اس دھمکی کے ساتھ چھوڑا گیا کہ وہ میڈیا اور عدالتوں سے رجوع نہیں کریں گے۔ لیکن حزب التحریرکے بہادر اراکین نے رہا ہونے کے فوراً بعد مجسٹریٹ کے سامنے اپنے بیان حلفی ریکارڈ کروائے۔

نیز حزب کے رکن نے آئی ایس آئی کو اپنے اغوا کا ذمہ دار قرار دیتے ہوئے میجر طارق کو ملزم نامزد کیا۔ آج بھی ڈاکٹر عبد القیوم کو سات ماہ گزرنے کے باوجود یہ ایجنسیاں محض اسی لئے نہیں چھوڑ رہیں کیونکہ وہ ان کے رشتہ داروں سے مسلسل کوشش کے باوجود یہ یقین دہانی حاصل نہیں کرسکے کہ وہ رہائی کے بعدان کے خلاف عدالتی چارہ جوئی نہیں کریں گے۔ ہم خفیہ ایجنسی میں موجود مسلمان افسروں کو نصیحت کرنا چاہتے ہیں کہ وہ مسلمانوں کو ٹارچر کرنے کا ابو لہب اور ابو جہل کا وطیرہ چھوڑ دیں۔ کیا ایجنسیوں میں موجود مخلص افراد نہیں دیکھ رہے کہ امریکہ آئی ایس آئی کو بھارت سے نکال کر اپنے ہی مسلمانوں کے خلاف استعمال کر رہا ہے۔ امریکہ نے آئی ایس آئی کا ریجنل رول ختم کر کے اسے پاکستان میں محض مخلص مسلمان پکڑنے پر مامور کر دیا ہے۔ جہاد کشمیر ختم کر دیا گیا ہے اور اب وہ آئی ایس آئی کو فاٹا اور افغانستان میں مسلمانوں کے قتل عام کے لئے استعمال کر رہا ہے۔ اس پر مستزاد یہ کہ امریکہ آئی ایس آئی کو عالمی سطح پر دہشت گردی کے حامی کے طور پر پیش کرتا ہے تاکہ اس پر دباؤ ڈال کر اسے مزید اپنے مفادات کے لئے استعمال کرسکے۔ کیا یہ ایجنسی کے اہلکار نہیں دیکھتے کہ جس امریکہ کی مدد کرنے کے لئے آج وہ مخلص مسلمانوں کو اذیتیں دے رہے ہیں وہی امریکہ افغانستان میں ان کا قرآن جلا رہا ہے، ان کے بچے اور عورتیں گھروں میں گھس کر قتل کر رہا ہے جبکہ یہ اہلکار ’’نوکری ‘‘ کے نام پر اپنی غیرت کا سودا کر رہے ہیں۔ یہی نہیں بلکہ امریکہ کی چاکری میں اپنی آخرت بھی تباہ کر رہے ہیں۔

ہم ان غدار حکمرانوں اور ان کے گماشتوں کو بتا دینا چاہتے ہیں کہ ان کا ظلم حزب اور اس کے شباب کو خلافتکے قیام کی پرامن جدوجہد سے نہیں روک سکتا۔ یہ حکمران اور ان کے حواری یاد رکھیں بہت جلد خلافت کے قیام کے بعد انہیں اس دنیا میں بھی اپنے مظالم کا حساب دینا ہوگا جبکہ آخرت کی سزا تو اس سے کہیں بدتر ہے۔
