Blasphemy Prevails In Absence of Islam’s Implementation

The Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood will Eliminate Blasphemy against Islam and Prophethood

On 13 March 2017, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif, released a statement on the official Twitter account of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) that blasphemy is an unpardonable offence. He directed the state machinery to find those responsible for putting blasphemous content on the social media and to bring them to justice without delay. Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan condemns the hypocrisy of the regime, because for several years blasphemous content has been uploaded on the social media, with Muslims demanding action against this evil act, but the rulers never moved. Even now those who are allegedly involved in this evil act were first abducted to make them heroes, and then promptly released so that they can resume this evil practice from abroad in safety. When the Islamabad High Court summoned the regime and strictly questioned its actions in order to stop blasphemy, the regime’s ministers started issuing emotive statements that their feelings are the same as those of the common Muslim against this evil act.

If the regime had been sincere to eliminate blasphemy against Islam, it would have adopted the strong stance of the Khilafah against the major powers who support blasphemy day and night. This would certainly send a strong message to any individual. In the past whenever such cheap acts of vilifying Islam were attempted they were critically defeated in their attempts by the Khilafah. George Bernard Shaw, the famous British writer said in 1913 that he was stopped from writing blasphemous article about our noble Prophet (saw) by Lord Chamberlain. Chamberlain was afraid of the repercussions from the Islamic Khilafah state. Twenty years prior to the destruction of the Khilafah, a play based on the writings of Voltaire was being staged in France and Britain titled “Mohammad or Fanaticism”, deriding the character of the Prophet (saw) due to his marriage to Zainab (ra). When the Khalifah (Sultan Abdul Hamid II) was informed of the play, his ambassador to France warned the government of the serious political repercussions which would follow if it was continued. France promptly stopped the play, so the group went to England. When the same warning was issued to England, the reply was that the tickets were sold out, and banning the play would be an infringement on the freedom of its citizens. So the following edict was issued by the Sultan, saying in no unclear terms: “I will issue an edict to the Islamic Ummah declaring that Britain is attacking and insulting our Prophet. I will declare Jihad…” Upon receiving this ultimatum, the claim for freedom of speech was forgotten, and the performance quickly stopped.

And if the regime had been sincere to eliminate blasphemy against Islam, its Prophets (as) in general and RasulAllah (saaw) in particular, it would have implemented Islam comprehensively, rather than only paying lip-service to it. The rulers have brought upon themselves war from Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw) as they implement Riba, even though Allah (swt) said,

يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ ٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَذَرُواْ مَا بَقِىَ مِنَ ٱلرِّبَا إِن كُنْتُمْ مُّؤْمِنِينَ ط فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُواْ فَأْذَنُواْ بِحَرْبٍ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ

“O you who believe! Be afraid of Allah and give up what remains (due to you) from Riba (usury) (from now onward), if you are (really) believers. And if you do not do it, then take a notice of war from Allah and His Messenger” [Surah Al-Baqarah 2:278-279].

The rulers themselves disobey Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw) as they do not implement all that has been revealed by Allah (swt). They insist on implementing man-made laws even though Allah (swt) has said, إِنِ ٱلْحُكْمُ إِلاَّ لِلَّهِ “Verily! The ruling lies only with Allah”(Yousuf:67) and He (swt) said,

وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـٰئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْكَافِرُونَ

“And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the Kafirun (disbelievers)” (Surah Al-Maida 5:44).

The rulers themselves disobey Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw) as they make the Kuffar, Hindu, Jews and Christians, as their allies instead of Muslims, even though Allah (swt) said:

يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ بِطَانَةً مِّنْ دُونِكُمْ

“O you who believe! Take not as (your) Bitanah (friends) those outside your religion” [Surah Ale Imran 3:118].

The rulers themselves disobey Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw) as they do not help the oppressed Muslim brothers of Kashmir, Palestine and those living in other occupied territories, even though Allah (swt) obliged to help them,

وَإِنِ ٱسْتَنصَرُوكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ ٱلنَّصْرُ

“if they seek your help in religion, it is your duty to help them” [Surah Al-Anfal 8:72].

The rulers themselves disobey Allah swt and His Messenger saaw as they participate in festivals based on Kufr under the pretext of so-called religious harmony, even though RasulAllah (saaw) said,

مَنْ تَشَبَّهَ بِقَوْمٍ فَهُوَ مِنْهُمْ

“He who copies any people is one of them.” [Abu Daud].

In the light of all this neglect, no amount of lip service to Islam will shield these criminal rulers from the wrath of Allah (swt) on the Day of Judgment for their non-implementation of Islam.

Thus, Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan calls upon the Muslims to see through the lip service of the rulers towards Islam and blasphemy against RasuAllah (saaw) and engage with full commitment to the Khilafah project, fearing none but Allah (swt).

اسلام کی غیر موجودگی گستاخیوں کا سبب ہے

نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت اسلام اور رسالت کے خلاف گستاخی کا خاتمہ کردے گی

13 مارچ 2017 کو وزیر اعظم نواز شریف نے پاکستان مسلم لیگ (ن)کے ٹویٹر اکاونٹ کے ذریعے یہ بیان دیا کہ اسلام اوررسالت کے خلاف گستاخی ناقابل معافی جرم ہے اور ریاستی اداروں کو حکم دیا کہ وہ ان لوگوں کا کھوج لگائیں جو ایسے گستاخانہ مواد کو سوشل میڈیا پر ڈال رہے ہیں اور بغیر کسی تاخیر کے انصاف کے کٹھرے میں لائیں ۔ حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان حکومت کی منافقت کی پُرزور مذمت کرتی ہے کیونکہ سالوں سے سوشل میڈیا اور دیگر ذرائع پر گستاخانہ مواد شائع کیا جارہا تھا اور مسلمان حکمرانوں سے ان کے خلاف کاروائی کا مطالبہ کرتے آرہے تھے لیکن ان کی ناک پر جُو تک نہ رینگی۔ اب بھی اس شیطانی عمل کو کرنے والے مبینہ ملزمان کو پہلے اغوا کر کے ہیرو بنایا جاتا ہے اور پھر انہیں چھوڑ کر آرام سے بیرون ملک جانے دیا جاتا ہے تا کہ گستاخی کا شیطانی سلسلہ دوبارہ شروع ہو جائے ۔ لیکن جب اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے اس معاملے پر حکومت کو طلب کیا اور سختی سے باز پرس کی تو اب حکومت اور اس کے وزراء ایسے بیانات دے رہے ہیں جیسے ان کے احساسات اور جذبات بھی اس مسئلے پر عام مسلمانوں جیسے ہی ہیں۔

اگر حکومت گستاخیوں کی خاتمے میں سنجیدہ ہوتی تو وہ ان عالمی طاقتوں کے خلاف خلافت جیسا مضبوط ردعمل دیتی جو دن رات گستاخیوں کی حمایت کرتے ہیں۔ اس طرح ان افراد تک بھی سخت پیغام پہنچ جاتا جو اس شیطانی عمل میں ملوث ہوتے ہیں۔ ماضی میں جب کبھی گھٹیا حرکت کے ذریعےاسلام کو بدنام کرنے کی کوشش کی گئی تو خلافت نے اس کا منہ توڑ جواب دے کر اُس مزموم کوشش کو ناکام بنایا۔ مشہور برطانوی مصنف جارج برناڈ شاہ نے 1913 میں کہا کہ اسے ہمارے پیارے نبی ﷺ کے خلاف گستاخانہ مضمون لکھنے سے لارڈ چیمبرلین نے روک دیا۔ چیمبرلین اسلامی خلافت کے ردعمل سے خوفزدہ تھا۔ خلافت کے انہدام سے بیس سال قبل فرانس میں والٹیئر کی تحریروں پر مبنی ایک ڈرامہ “محمد یا جنونیت” فرانس اور برطانیہ میں اسٹیج پر پیش کیا گیا جس میں حضرت زینب رضی اللہ عنہا سے نکاح کو بنیاد بناتے ہوئے رسول اللہ ﷺ کی کردار کشی کی گئی تھی۔ جب خلیفہ سلطان عبدالحمید دوئم کو اس ڈرامے کے متعلق بتایا گیا تو اس کے فرانس میں سفیر نے حکومت کو خبردار کیا کہ اگر یہ ڈرامہ جاری رہا تو اسےسنگین سیاسی نتائج کا سامنا کرنا پڑے گا۔ فرانس نے فوراً ڈرامہ روک دیا اور اس ڈرامے کو پیش کرنے والے برطانیہ چلے گئے۔ جب برطانیہ کو بھی ویسے ہی خبردار کیا گیا تو اس نے جواب دیا کہ ٹکٹ فروخت ہو چکے ہیں اور ڈرامے کو روکنا اس کے شہریوں کی آزادی کی خلاف ورزی ہوگی ۔ لہٰذا سلطان کی جانب سےدرج ذیل واضح اعلان جاری ہوا : ” میں اسلامی امّہ کی جانب ایک اعلامیہ بھیجوں گا جس میں یہ اعلان ہوگا کہ برطانیہ ہمارے نبی پر حملہ اور ان کی توہین کررہا ہے۔ میں جہاد کا اعلان کرو گا۔۔۔”۔ اس کے بعد وہ آزادی رائے کا دعویٰ بھول گئے اور ڈرامے کو فوری طور پر روک دیا گیا۔

اور اگر حکومت اسلام، انبیاء اور رسول اللہ ﷺ کے خلاف گستاخی کے سلسلے کو ختم کرنے میں سنجیدہ ہوتی تو زبانی جمع خرچ کی جگہ سب سے پہلے اسلام کو مکمل طور پر نافذ کرتی۔ حکمرانوں نے تو خود پر اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کی جانب سے جنگ مسلط کررکھی ہے کیونکہ وہ سود کو نافذ کرتے ہیں جبکہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا،

يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ ٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَذَرُواْ مَا بَقِىَ مِنَ ٱلرِّبَا إِن كُنْتُمْ مُّؤْمِنِينَ ط فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُواْ فَأْذَنُواْ بِحَرْبٍ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ

“اے ایمان والو! اللہ تعالیٰ سے ڈرو اور جو سود باقی رہ گیا ہے وہ چھوڑ دو، اگر تم سچ مچ ایمان والے ہو۔ اور اگر ایسا نہیں کرتے تو اللہ تعالیٰ سے اور اس کے رسول سے لڑنے کے لیے تیار ہو جاؤ”(البقرۃ:279-278) ۔

حکمران تو خود اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کی نافرمانی کرتے ہیں کیونکہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے تمام قوانین کو نافذ نہیں کرتے اور اس کی جگہ انسانوں کے بنائے قوانین نافذ کرتے ہیں جبکہ اللہ نے واضح طور پر فرمایا، إِنِ ٱلْحُكْمُ إِلاَّ لِلَّهِ “حکم تو صرف اللہ کا ہے”(یوسف:67) اور یہ فرمایا کہ ، وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـٰئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْكَافِرُونَ “جو اللہ تعالیٰ کی وحی کے ذریعے فیصلہ نہ کرے تو ایسے لوگ ہی کافر ہیں”(المائدہ:44)۔ حکمران تو خود اللہ اور رسولﷺ کی نافرمانی کرتے ہیں کہ مسلمانوں کو چھوڑ کر کافروں، ہندو، یہودیوں اور نصاریٰ کو اتحادی بناتے ہیں جبکہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا، يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ بِطَانَةً مِّنْ دُونِكُمْ “اے ایمان والو! تم اپنا ولی (دوست) ایمان والوں کے سوا اور کسی کو نہ بناؤ”(آل عمران:118)۔ حکمران تو خود اللہ اور رسول ﷺکی نافرمانی کرتے ہیں جب وہ مظلوم کشمیری ، فلسطینی اور دیگر مقبوضہ علاقوں میں رہنے والے مسلمانوں کی مدد نہیں کرتے جبکہ اللہ نے ان کی مدد لازم قرار دی ، وَإِنِ ٱسْتَنصَرُوكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ ٱلنَّصْرُ “اگر یہ دین کے بارے میں تم سے مدد چاہیں تو تم پر ان کی مدد لازم ہے”(الانفال:72)۔ حکمران اللہ اور رسولﷺ کی نافرمانی کرتے ہیں اور نام نہاد مذہبی رواداری کے نام پر کفریہ تہواروں میں شریک ہوتے ہیں جبکہ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا، مَنْ تَشَبَّهَ بِقَوْمٍ فَهُوَ مِنْهُمْ “جس نے کسی قوم سے مشابہت اختیار کی تو وہ انہی میں سے ہے”(ابو داود) ۔ ان تمام مجرمانہ غفلتوں اور اسلام کو نافذ نہ کرنے کے بعد اسلام کے لیےکوئی زبانی جمع خرچ ان مجرم حکمرانوں کو روز قیامت اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے غیض غضب سے بچا نہیں سکتا۔

لہٰذا حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان مسلمانوں سے یہ کہتی ہے کہ اسلام اور رسول اللہﷺ کی توہین کے معاملے پر حکمرانوں کے کھوکھلے بیانات کو مسترد کردیں اور بھر پور طریقے سے خلافت کے قیام کے منصوبے کاحصہ بن جائیں اور اللہ کے سوا کسی سی نہ ڈریں۔
