Abbottabad Commission Report: Traitors in the political and military leadership have sold Pakistan’s sovereignty to America

Event: On 8th July 2013 Aljazeera published the report of Abbottabad Commission on its website. The report was constituted to probe the incident of the American attack on Abbottabad on 2nd May 2011. So far the Kayani-Sharif regime has not denied the content of this leaked report. Instead, it has started to investigate who has leaked and how it has been leaked. This leakage of report has sparked again the discussion regarding who was responsible for the 2nd May incident.

Comment: Hizb ut-Tahrir was the first party which placed the responsibility of this terrible incident directly on General Kayani and his touts present in the political and military leadership. In a country where even after the incidents of Abbottabad and Salala, most of the analysts and intellectuals are still afraid to name the one responsible for such crimes, Hizb forthrightly informed the people of Pakistan of the real culprits, without any fear of oppression. Kayani and traitors in the political and military leadership are so feared that even the Commission did not place the responsibility directly on them, but used subtle language through which everyone can understand who are the real culprits.

There is no doubt that Hizb ut-Tahrir is the one who has the right to represent the people and claim their leadership, because it alone did not fear Kayani and his thugs. Moreover, Hizb ut-Tahrir started a country-wide campaign against his treachery and until today is exposing his crimes with courage. Hizb paid the price of its bravery willingly and still pays it without regret, for the reward of accounting the tyrant lies with Allah SWT. When Hizb exposed the treachery of Kayani, three of its members from Islamabad and two from Rahim Yar Khan were abducted by his thugs. They were tortured severely and kept in captivity, with physical and mental torture, for between four and nine months. And then in May 2012 the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Pakistan, Naveed Butt, was abducted and remains missing until today. This is in addition to the scores of arrests and attempted arrests, persecution of the shebaab, to the point of pressurizing their employees to fire them from their jobs. Yet, despite of this oppression, Kayani could not succeed in lightening or silencing the bold voice of Hizb ut-Tahrir and its shabab.

The report of the Abbotabad Commission has proven the stance and conviction of Hizb ut-Tahrir that the real problem which Pakistan faces today is the American Raj. This American Raj has rendered the security of Pakistan and its people to a mockery.  Unfortunately even today the real culprit in this incident, General Kayani, is not only the oath-breaking head of Pakistan’s armed forces, he is working to secure another extension or promotion as a five star general, for his shameful loyalty to his American masters.

The report of the Commission has also proven the stance of Hizb ut-Tahrir that America is our enemy therefore we cannot treat an enemy as a friendly nation. The need of the hour is that the sincere officers in the armed forces must provide Nussrah (support) to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah, so the traitors within the political and military leadership can be uprooted, American diplomatic missions and bases are closed, US diplomatic and intelligence officials kicked are out of the country and the Raymond Davis network is demolished. Only by doing so will the security and sovereignty of Pakistan and its people will be guaranteed.

 

ایبٹ آباد کمیشن رپورٹ:سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے پاکستان کی سالمیت اور خودمختاری کو امریکہ کےہاتھوں بیچ دیا ہے

۸ جولائی ۲۰۱۳ کو الجزیرہ نے ایبٹ آباد کمیشن کی رپورٹ شائع کردی۔ یہ کمیشن ۲ مئی ۲۰۱۱ کو ایبٹ آباد پر ہونے والے امریکی حملے کی تحقیقات کے لیے قائم کیا گیا تھا۔ اب تک کیانی و شریف حکومت نے اس رپورٹ کے مندرجات کی تردید نہیں کی ہے بلکہ اس چیز کی تحقیقات ہورہی ہیں کہ کس نے اور کس طرح اس رپورٹ کو بے نقاب کردیا۔ اس رپورٹ کی اشاعت نے ملک میں ایک بار پھر یہ بحث شروع کردی ہے کہ سانحہ ۲ مئی کے ذمہ دار کون تھے۔

تبصرہ: حزب التحرير  وہ پہلی سیاسی جماعت تھی جس نے اس عظیم سانحہ کی ذمہ داری براہ راست جنرل کیانی اور سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجو اس کے غدار ساتھیوں پر ڈالی تھی۔ ایک ایسے ملک میں جہاں آج بھی ایبٹ آباد اور سلالہ کے سانحات کے باوجود اکثر تجزیہ نگار اور دانشور ان جرائم کے ذمہ داروں کا نام لیتے ہوئے خوف کھاتے ہیں لیکن  حزب نےفورابغیر کسی خوف کےًپاکستان کے عوام کواصل مجرموں سے آگاہ کیا تھا۔ کیانی اور سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں سے خوف کھانے کا یہ عالم ہے کہ اس کمیشن نے بھی براہ راست ان کا نام لینے سے مکمل گریز کیا لیکن ایسی زبان استعمال کی کہ ہر کوئی سمجھ جاتا ہے کہ اصل مجرم کون ہیں۔

اس بات میں کوئی شک و شبہ نہیں کہ حزب التحرير  ہی امت کی حقیقی نمائندہ اور ان کی رہنمائی کرنے کی حق دار ہے کیونکہ وہ کیانی اور اس کے غنڈوں سے خوفزدہ نہیں ہوئی تھی اور اس کی عظیم غداری کے خلاف ملک بھر میں زبردست مہم چلائی تھی اور آج کے دن تک اس کے جرائم کو بے باکی اور بہادری سے بے نقاب کر رہی ہے۔   نے اپنی اس ذمہ داری کی ادائیگی کی خوشی سے بھاری قیمت ادا کی تھی اور اب بھی اس قیمت کو بغیر کسی افسوس کی ادا کررہی ہے کیونکہ جابر حکمرانوں کا احتساب کرنے پر اللہ سبحانہ و تعالی نے بہت بڑے اجر کا وعدہ کیا ہے۔ جب  حزب نے کیانی کی غداری کو بے نقاب کیا تو اسلام آباد سے تین اور رحیم یار خان سے اس کے دو اراکین کو کیانی کے غنڈوں نےاغوا کرلیا اورانھیں بدترین جسمانی تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا اوربلترتیب چاراورنو ماہ تک ذہنی و جسمانی تشدد کا نشانہ بناتے رہے۔ اور پھر مئی ۲۰۱۲ میں  حزب التحرير  کے پاکستان میں ترجمان نوید بٹ کو اغوا کرلیا گیا جو آج کے دن تک لاپتہ ہیں۔ اس کے علاوہ سیکڑوں شباب کو گرفتار کیا گیا اور ان پر اس حد تک جبر کیا گیا کہ ان کے دفتر والوں کو مجبور کیا گیا کہ انھیں ملازمت سے فارغ کردیا جائے۔ لیکن ان تمام تر ہتھکنڈوں کے باوجود کیانی حزب التحرير اوراس کے شباب کی آوازوں کو ختم کرنا تو دور کی بات انھیں دبا بھی نہیں سکا۔

ایبٹ آباد کمیشن کی رپورٹ حزب التحرير  کے اس موقف اور یقین کو ثابت کرتی ہے کہ آج پاکستان کا اصل مسئلہ امریکی راج کا خاتمہ ہے کیونکہ اس امریکی راج  کی وجہ سے پاکستان اور اس کے عوام کی سالمیت  ایک مذاق بن کررہ گئی ہے۔ بدقسمتی سے آج بھی سانحہ ایبٹ آباد کا مجرم جنرل کیانی نہ صرف افواج پاکستان کی قیادت کے منصب پر بیٹھا ہوا ہے بلکہ یہ امید رکھتا ہے کہ امریکہ کے لیے اس کے شرمناک جرائم کے عوض امریکہ اس کی مدت ملازمت میں توسیع یا فائیو سٹٓار جنرل بنا کر مزید تین سالوں کے لیے اسے افواج پاکستان پر مسلط کرادے گا۔

کمیشن کی رپورٹ  حزب التحرير  کے اس موقف کو بھی ثابت کرتی ہے کہ امریکہ ہمارا دشمن ہے لہذا ایک دشمن ملک کے ساتھ دوستانہ تعلقات نہیں رکھے جاسکتے۔ ضرورت اس امر کی ہے کہ افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران خلافت کے قیام کے لیے حزب التحرير  کو نصرۃ فراہم کریں تا کہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کا صفایا کیا جاسکے، ملک میں موجود امریکی سفارتی میشنزاوراڈوں کا خاتمہ، سفارتی و انٹیلی جنس اہلکاروں کو ملک بدراور امریکیوں کے بنائے ہوئے ریمنڈ ڈیوس نیٹ ورک کو جڑ سے اکھاڑ پھینکا جائے۔ صرف اور صرف اسی صورت میں پاکستان اور اس کے عوام کی سالمیت کو یقینی بنایا جاسکتا ہے۔
