Raheel-Nawaz Decided to End Pakistan’s Strategic Depth

On Sunday 15th June 2014, ISPR Director-General, Major-General Asim Saleem Bajwa, announced that, “On the directions of the government, the Pakistan Army has launched a comprehensive operation against foreign and local terrorists, who are hiding in sanctuaries in North Waziristan Agency. The operation has been named Zarb-e-Azb. Our valiant armed forces have been tasked to eliminate these terrorists regardless of hue and color, along with their sanctuaries.”

Comment:

The US has succeeded in ensuring a full-scale military operation with the help of traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan. Since 2004, Washington has been demanding the launching of military operations in the tribal belt of Pakistan, against those Mujahideen who are fighting against her occupation of Afghanistan. Initially, the army chief and President of Pakistan of the time, General Pervez Musharraf, knew that the people and the armed forces of Pakistan hate America and support those people who are fighting against the US occupation in Afghanistan. So, as a loyal American agent, Musharraf tried to manage public opinion by saying that we can’t stand and fight against the US and so we are compelled to take her side. However, this excuse could not last because the people and the armed forces considered this so-called War on Terror as America’s war. Therefore, when in 2004, Musharraf sent troops into the tribal areas, many in the armed forces refused to obey orders. The soldiers and officers knew that the tribal Muslims fought alongside them against the Soviet Union and defeated her. And also the tribal Muslims provided Pakistan a much needed strategic depth into Afghanistan, beyond into Central Asia until the Russian borders, in case of Indian aggression.

Asides from North Waziristan, almost every other tribal agency was subjected to military operations. However, the US always demanded military operations in North Waziristan. Neither Musharraf nor Kayani could dare to announce military operations in North Waziristan in their long tenures. Whenever they tried to do so, they faced very strong opposition from the armed forces’ rank and file, who regarded this as a red line that must never be crossed. However, when the US announced its limited withdrawal plan from Afghanistan in 2014, leaving behind a substantial presence of several bases and tens of thousands of security personnel, she made it clear to her agents in Pakistan’s leadership that if this plan is not accepted by the Mujahideen fighting against her occupation, then military operations in North Waziristan must be launched.

America knew that a strong opinion against this operation within the armed forces’ could not be changed by only organizing attacks on the military and public, placing the blame on the tribal Muslims. Therefore, they pushed their agents to initiate a dialogue process, which was destined to fail from the very first day. It was made to fail through a series of “false flag attacks on military personnel, with the final nail in the coffin of negotiations in the form of an attack on Karachi International Airport. Now traitors in the political and military leadership have forced the Pakistan Army to destroy Pakistan’s tribal assets and strategic depth with its own hands.

The sincere amongst the armed forces must realize that it is their silence which is encouraging these traitors to fulfill US interests at the cost of Pakistan’s own interest. And this treachery can only be ended when they give Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah. Then the Khilafah will erase these artificial boundaries created by the British between the Muslims of Central Asia, Afghanistan and Pakistan, making them one single state, which no-one in the world would dare to pressurize to leave its interests, in order to fulfill foreign interests.

خبر: 15جون 2014 کو آئی۔ایس۔پی۔آر کے ڈائریکٹر جنرل  میجر جنرل عاصم سلیم باجوہ نے اعلان کیا کہ “حکومت کی ہدایت پر پاکستان آرمی نے مقامی اور غیر ملکی دہشت گروں کے خلاف ایک بھرپور آپریشن کا آغاز کردیا ہے جو شمالی وزیرستان میں موجود  ہیں۔ اس آپریشن کا نام ضرب عضب رکھا گیا ہے۔ ہماری بہادر افواج کو یہ ہدف دیا گیا ہے کہ وہ بغیر کسی امتیاز کے ان دہشت گردوں کو  ان کے ٹھکانوں سمیت  ختم کردیں”۔

تبصرہ: آخر کارامریکہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت  میں موجود غداروں کی معاونت سے شمالی وزیرستان میں بھر پور فوجی آپریشن شروع کروانے میں کامیاب ہوگیا۔ امریکہ جو 2004 سے پاکستان کے قبائلی علاقوں میں موجود ان مجاہدین  اور ان کی محفوظ پناگاہوں کے خاتمےکا مطالبہ کررہا تھا جو افغانستان پر امریکی تسلط کے خلاف جہاد کررہے ہیں۔ اس وقت کا آرمی چیف اور پاکستان کا صدر پرویز مشرف یہ جانتا تھا کہ پاکستان کے عوام اور اس کی فوج امریکہ سے نفرت کرتے ہیں اور افغانستان میں اس خلاف لڑنے والے مجاہدین کی حمائت کرتے ہیں۔ لہٰذا شروع میں مشرف نے رائے عامہ کو اپنے حق میں قائل کرنے کے لئے یہ دلیل دی تھی کہ ہم امریکہ سے لڑ نہیں سکتے لہٰذا امریکی کیمپ میں شمولیت ہماری مجبوری ہے۔ لیکن یہ دلیل زیادہ عرصے تک کارگر ثابت نہیں ہوئی کیونکہ بہرحال اس سے عوام اور افواج نام نہاد دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ کو امریکی جنگ ہی سمجھتے تھے۔ لہٰذا جب 2004 میں مشرف نے قبائلی علاقوں میں فوج بھیجی تو کئی مقامات پر فوجیوں نے لڑنے سے انکار کردیا۔ فوجی افسران اور سپاہی جانتے تھے کہ قبائلی مسلمانوں نے ان کے ساتھ مل کر سوویت یونین کے خلاف جہاد کیا تھا  اور اسے شکست دی تھی۔ اور انہیں قبائلی مسلمانوں کی وجہ سے افغانستان ، وسطی ایشیاء اور روس کی سرحدوں تک  تزویراتی گہرائی (Strategic Depth) میسر آئی جس کی بھارت کے حملے کی صورت میں سخت ضرورت تھی۔

شمالی وزیرستان کو چھوڑ کر تقریباً تمام قبائلی علاقوں میں فوجی آپریشن کیے گئے لیکن امریکہ کا ہمیشہ سے مطالبہ شمالی وزیرستان میں فوجی آپریشن کا ہی رہا ۔ نہ تو مشرف اور نہ ہی کیانی کو اپنے طویل ادوار میں شمالی وزیرستان میں فوجی آپریشن شروع کرنے کی ہمت ہوئی کیونکہ جب بھی انھوں نے ایسا کرنے کی کوشش کی تو انہوں نے فوج میں اس کے خلاف سخت ردعمل دیکھا جو اس عمل کو ایک سرخ لکیر کے طور پر دیکھتے تھے جسے کسی صورت عبور نہیں کیا جاسکتا۔ لیکن جب امریکہ نے 2014 میں افغانستان سے اپنے محدود انخلاء کے منصوبے کا اعلان کیا جس کے تحت وہ افغانستان میں اپنے ہزاروں فوجی، فوجی اڈے اور سکیورٹی کنٹریکٹرز چھوڑ کر جائے گا تو اس نے پاکستان کی قیادت میں موجود اپنے ایجنٹوں پر یہ واضح کردیا کہ اگر اس کے قبضے  خلاف لڑنے والے مجاہدین نے اس منصوبے کو قبول نہ کیا توپھر ہر صورت شمالی وزیرستان میں آپریشن کیا جائے گا۔

امریکہ یہ جانتا تھا کہ فوج میں اس آپریشن کے خلاف موجود مضبوط رائے کو تبدیل کرنے کے لیے فوجی و شہری مقامات پر حملے اور ان کا الزام قبائلی مسلمانوں پر ڈالنا کافی نہیں ہوگا۔ لہٰذا اس نے اپنے ایجنٹوں کو مذاکرات شروع کرنے کا حکم دیا جس کا مقدر شروع دن سے ناکام ہونا ہی تھا اور اس کو بالآخر ناکام کردیا گیا جب افواج پر حملے کیے گئے اور کراچی ائر پورٹ حملہ مذاکرات کے تابوت میں آخری کیل ثابت ہوا۔ اب سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے افواج پاکستان کو خود اپنے ہاتھوں قبائلی علاقوں میں موجود اپنے اثاثوں اور تزویراتی گہرائی کو ختم کرنے پر مجبور کردیا۔

افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران کو یہ جان لینا چاہیے کہ یہ ان کی خاموشی ہے جو غداروں کو پاکستان کے مفاد کی قربانی کی قیمت پر امریکی مفادات کے حصول کے لیے کام کرنے کا حوصلہ فراہم کررہی ہے اور یہ غداری صرف اسی صورت ختم ہو سکتی ہے جب وہ خلافت کے قیام کے لئے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کریں گے۔ پھر خلافت پاکستان، افغانستان اور وسطی ایشیاء کے مسلمانوں کے درمیان برطانیہ کی جانب سے قائم کی گئی سرحدی لکیروں کو مٹا کر انہیں ایک ریاست کی شکل دے گی اور اس ریاست کو دنیا کی کوئی طاقت اپنے مفادات کو چھوڑ کر غیروں کے مفادات کو پورا کرنے کے لئے دباؤ ڈالنے کی جرات نہیں کرسکے گی۔
