Raheel-Nawaz Regime is Betraying the Muslims of Kashmir because of American Dictates

On 14th July 2015, Syed Ali Geelani, a highly respected leader of the Muslims of Kashmir, firmly rejected the invitation from Pakistan High Commissioner to an Eid celebration party on 21st July, on the grounds that the Kashmir issue was “ignored” in the joint statement between India and Pakistan, issued after the Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif, and Indian premier, Modi, held a meeting on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit in Ufa, Russia, on 10 July. Geelani said that, “the Kashmir issue is question of life and death for us. Nobody can take us for granted. And I will not attend the Eid Milan (celebration) in New Delhi to register a symbolic protest.”

Comment:

As soon as the joint declaration was announced, in the aftermath of the meeting between Nawaz Sharif and Narender Modi, Pakistani media, intellectuals and the Muslims of Pakistan and Kashmir in general reacted strongly and negatively. They were astonished and angry at to how it is possible that in a joint statement, the Indian demand to expedite the judicial process against the suspects behind the Mumbai attack was mentioned, but the Kashmir issue, a deeply felt issue for the Muslims of Pakistan and Kashmir, was totally ignored. The joint statement was so one-sided, that it felt that it was written by the Indian foreign ministry, whilst the Raheel-Nawaz regime just signed it to appease the Hindu mushrikeen.

It is a well-known fact now that America wants India to play the leading regional role under its Asia pivot policy to counter China and any rise of Muslim influence within the region, including the return of the Khilafah. However, this cannot happen until India is totally relieved of pressure from Pakistan. America seeks to assure India that Pakistan will not be an obstacle to India’s rise as the regional head of a bloc, particularly in occupied Kashmir, where India has committed almost half a million troops to subjugate the Muslims of Kashmir. In this context, since the era of the Musharaf-Aziz regime, every American client regime in Pakistan, including the current Raheel-Nawaz regime, has withdrawn support from the Mujaheedin fighting the Indian forces in occupied Kashmir. In fact, these American agents have declare any Jihad against the kafir aggressors as “terrorism” and buried the issue of Kashmir and with it, the right of the Muslims to liberate their lands from the occupation of the kuffar.

It is interesting to note that on every issue the Raheel-Nawaz regime moves according to the wishes of her masters sitting in Washington. Knowing of the deep loyalty and compassion of the Muslims of Pakistan towards the Muslims of Kashmir, traitors in the military leadership try to give a false impression that they are not on board with the political wing of the regime, headed by Nawaz Sharif. However, in reality this is not true. It is an open secret that the foreign policy of Pakistan is run by the traitors within the military wing of the regime. That is why we did not see any political representative of the regime making trips to Kabul in order to bring the Afghan government and the Afghan Taliban to the negotiation table. Instead, we saw Raheel Sharif and the ISI chief making repeated trips to Afghanistan, back and forth between Islamabad and Kabul, for this purpose. The traitors in the political leadership never take any step in foreign policy issue without the full backing of the traitors in the military leadership, particularly when it is with regards to India and Kashmir.

Thus, the treachery that unfolded in Ufa, Russia, had the full blessing of the traitors in the military leadership. Also one should not forget that the major change made in the Green Book military doctrine of Pakistan’s armed forces was made by Raheel Sharif, when Kayani was the army chief. It now declares that India is no longer the number one national security threat, rather countering the tribal threat to the American occupation of Afghanistan has been made the highest priority. This change in the Green Book was a great success for America, as it is her desire for Pakistan to abandon its India centric policy and focus on saving America from humiliating and utter defeat in Afghanistan, by granting her through negotiations that which she could never achieve through the battlefield. We can see that because of this policy U-turn, whilst India is killing our civilians and soldiers across the Line of Control and Working Boundary, the Raheel-Nawaz regime is totally focused in the tribal regions fighting against those who oppose the American occupation of Afghanistan. Now India undertakes hostile actions, without fear of jaw-breaking retaliation.

Kashmir and its noble Muslims will only be liberated once the Khilafah returns, as the Khaleefah cares for the commands of Allah (swt) alone, so she will mobilize each and every resource, whether political or military, to end the Hindu occupation of Kashmir decisively. And this can be achieved easily, by the permission of Allah (swt), as India itself will collapse before a Khilafah state, stretching from Indonesia through Central Asia and beyond the Middle East, controlling the world’s important energy and trade routes.

َلأَنتُمْ أَشَدُّ رَهْبَةً فِى صُدُورِهِمْ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ذٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لاَّ يَفْقَهُونَ

“Verily, you (believers) are more awful as a fear in their breasts than Allah. That is because they are a people who comprehend not (the Majesty and Power of Allah)” (Al-Hashr:13).

راحیل-نواز حکومت امریکی احکامات کی پیروی میں کشمیری مسلمانوں سے غداری کررہی ہے

14جولائی 2015 کو کشمیری مسلمانوں کے انتہائی معتبر اور معزز رہنما سید علی گیلانی نے 21 جولائی کو بھارت میں  پاکستان ہائی کمیشن کی جانب سے عید ملن کی تقریب کی دعوت میں شرکت کی درخواست  یہ کہہ کر مسترد کردی کہ 10 جولائی 2015 کو روس کے شہر اوفا میں شنگھائی تعاون تنظیم کے اجلاس کے دوران پاکستانی وزیر اعظم نواز شریف اور اور بھارتی وزیراعظم نریندر مودی کے درمیان ہونے والی ملاقات کے بعد جاری ہونے والے اعلامیہ میں   کشمیر  کا کوئی ذکر نہیں کیا گیا۔ گیلانی صاحب نے کہا کہ “ہمارے لئے کشمیر  زندگی اور موت کا مسئلہ ہے۔ کوئی ہمیں نظر انداز نہیں کرسکتا۔ اور میں نیو دلی میں ہونے والی عید ملن کی تقریب میں احتجاج کے طور پر شرکت نہیں کروں گا”۔

تبصرہ:

نواز شریف اور نریندر مودی کی ملاقات کے بعد جیسے ہی مشترکہ اعلامیہ جاری کیا گیا  پاکستانی میڈیا، دانشور اور پاکستان و کشمیر کے مسلمانوں نے اس کے خلاف شدید غم و غصے کا اظہار کیا۔ وہ حیران ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ اس بات پر شدید غصے کا شکار تھے کہ یہ کیسے ممکن ہوسکتا ہے کہ مشترکہ اعلامیہ میں ممبئی حملے کے مقدمے کے ملزمان کے خلاف عدالتی کاروائی میں تیزی لانے کے بھارتی مطالبے کو تو شامل کیا گیا لیکن کشمیر کے مسئلہ کو، جو پاکستان اور کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کے انتہائی اہمیت کا حامل ہے، مکمل نظر انداز کردیا گیا ۔  یہ مشترکہ اعلامیہ اس قدر یکطرفہ تھا جیسا کہ یہ  صرف بھارتی وزارت خارجہ نے لکھا ہے اور راحیل-نواز حکومت نے ہندو مشرکین کو خوش کرنے کے لئے اس پر آنکھیں بند کرکے دستخط کردیے۔

یہ ایک مسلمہ حقیقت ہے کہ امریکہ خطے میں چین کی ابھرتی طاقت اور مسلمانوں کے بڑھتے اثرو رسوخ کو محدود کرنے کےلئے اپنی ایشیا پیوٹ پالیسی کے تحت یہ چاہتا ہے کہ بھارت اس ہدف کے حصول میں   ایک بڑا کردار ادا کرے۔ لیکن ایسا اس وقت تک ممکن نہیں  جن تک بھارت پاکستان کی جانب سے مکمل بے فکر نہ ہوجائے۔ امریکہ بھارت کو یہ یقین دہانی کروانا چاہتا ہے  کہ پاکستان خطے میں اس کے نئے بڑے کردار کی ادائیگی میں روکاٹ نہیں ڈالے گا خصوصاً مقبوضہ کشمیر میں اس کے لئے پریشانی کا باعث نہیں بنے گا جہاں آج بھی بھارت نے کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کو اپنے قابو میں رکھنے کے لئے پانچ لاکھ سے زائد فوج تعینات کر رکھی  ہے۔  اس تناظر میں مشرف – عزیز کی حکومت سے لے کر آج تک پاکستان میں بر سر اقتدار آنے والی تمام امریکی حمایت میں سرگرم حکومتوں نے جس میں موجودہ راحیل-نواز حکومت بھی شامل ہے، مقبوضہ کشمیر میں قابض بھارتی افواج کے خلاف لڑنے والے مجاہدین کی حمایت سے ہاتھ کھینچ رکھا ہے۔ بلکہ ان ایجنٹ حکمرانوں نے حملہ آور کافروں کے خلاف جہاد کو “دہشتگردی” قرار دے دیا ہے اور کشمیر کے مسئلہ کو اس بات کے ساتھ دفن کردیا ہے کہ مسلمانوں کو اپنے علاقے قابض کفار سے آزاد کرانے کا کوئی حق حاصل  نہیں ہے۔

یہ بات انتہائی دلچسپ اور قابل غور ہے کہ راحیل-نواز حکومت ہر معاملے میں واشنگٹن میں بیٹھے اپنے آقاؤں کی مرضی و مفاد کے مطابق عمل اختیار کرتی ہے ۔  اس حقیقت کو جانتے ہوئے کہ پاکستان کے مسلمان کشمیر کے حوالے سے کتنے حساس ہیں فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار  یہ تاثر دینے کی کوشش کررہے ہیں کہ وہ  مسئلہ کشمیر اور بھارت سے تعلقات کےحوالے سے اس حکومت کے سیاسی بازو جس کی قیادت نواز شریف کررہے ہیں کے ساتھ نہیں ہیں، لیکن حقیقت میں یہ درست نہیں ہے۔ یہ ایک کھلا راز ہے کہ پاکستان کی خارجہ پالیسی اس حکومت کی فوجی شاخ میں موجود غدار بناتے اور چلاتے ہیں۔ اس کی مثال اس طرح دیکھی جاسکتی ہے کہ افغان حکومت اور افغان طالبان کو مزاکرات کی میز پر ایک ساتھ بیٹھانے کے لئے  اس حکومت کی کسی سیاسی شخصیت نےکابل کے اتنے دورے  نہیں کیے جتنے دورے  اس ہدف کو حاصل کرنے کے لئے راحیل شریف اور آئی۔ایس۔آئی کے سربراہ نے  کیے۔ سیاسی قیادت میں موجود غدار خارجہ پالیسی کے میدان میں کوئی بھی قدم فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کی مرضی و منشاء کے بغیر نہیں اٹھاتے خصوصاً جب معاملہ بھارت اور کشمیر کے حوالے سے ہو۔

لہٰذا روس کے شہر اوفا میں آشکار ہونے والی غداری کے پیچھے فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کی مکمل حمایت شامل ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ یہ بات بھی نہیں بھولنی چاہیے کہ افواج پاکستان کے   فوجی نظریات پر مبنی  کتاب”گرین بک” میں جنرل کیانی کے دور میں راحیل شریف نے ہی وہ اہم ترین تبدیلی کی تھی جس کے تحت پاکستان کی قومی سلامتی کو درپیش سب سے بڑا خطرہ بھارت نہیں بلکہ افغانستان میں امریکی قبضے کے خلاف لڑنے والے قبائلیوں کو قرار دیا گیا۔ گرین بک میں یہ تبدیلی امریکہ کے لئے انتہائی اہم کامیابی تھی کیونکہ امریکہ کی شدید خواہش رہی تھی کہ  پاکستان اپنی پالیسیوں کو بناتے ہوئے بھارت کے خطرے کو سامنے رکھنے کی پالیسی کو تبدیل کرے اور اپنی توجہ افغانستان میں امریکہ کو درپیش ذلت آمیز شکست سے بچانے میں سرف کرے کیونکہ  امریکہ میدان جنگ میں اپنے بل بوتے پر کامیابی حاصل نہیں کرسکتا تھا۔  پالیسی میں اس “یو ٹرن” کی بنا پر  ہم دیکھ سکتے ہیں کہ بھارت بغیر کسی فکر و پریشانی کے پچھلے ایک سال سے تواتر کے ساتھ ہمارے شہریوں  اور فوجیوں کو لائن آف کنٹرول اور ورکنگ باونڈری پر قتل کررہا ہے جبکہ راحیل-نواز حکومت نے اپنی پوری توجہ قبائلی علاقوں میں موجود ان لوگوں کے خلاف لڑنے پر لگا رکھی ہےجو افغانستان میں امریکی قبضے کی مخالفت کرتے ہیں۔ اب بھارت پاکستان کے خلاف جارحانہ کاروائیاں کرتا ہے اور اسے اس بات کا کوئی خوف نہیں ہوتا کہ پاکستان کی جانب سےاس کے خلاف کوئی سنجیدہ کاروائی بھی  ہوسکتی ہے۔

کشمیر اور اس کے عزت دار مسلمان صرف اسی وقت آزادی حاصل کرسکیں گے جب خلاف ایک بار پھر قائم ہو جائے گی کیونکہ خلیفہ کو صرف  اور صرف اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی کے احکامات کی فکر ہوتی ہے لہٰذا وہ کشمیر کو ہندو کے قبضے سے نجات دلانے کے لئے تمام سیاسی و فوجی وسائل کو  فیصلہ کن طریقے سےحرکت میں لائے گا۔ اور یہ ہدف  اللہ کے حکم سے با آسانی حاصل کیا جاسکتا ہے کیونکہ بھارت انڈونیشیا سے وسطیٰ ایشیا اور مشرق وسطیٰ تک پھیلی خلافت کے سامنے خود بخود ٹھیر ہو جائے گا   کیونکہ تمام تجارتی و توانائی کے راستے اس کے علاقوں سے ہی گزر تے ہوں گے۔
