Strengthening American Raj in the Region is a Betrayal of Allah SWT, RasulAllah ﷺ and the Believers

Event: On 10th January 2014, in Karachi, a police officer, Chaudhry Aslam, was assassinated in a bomb attack. Over the last few years, this police officer attained a reputation for arresting a number of tribal militants and killing some of them in police encounters in Karachi. Immediately after this assassination, the Raheel-Nawaz regime’s mouthpieces declared him as a martyr and the idea of a decisive operation against the tribal militants was raised. It was the first time in Pakistan that the head of the army issued a condolence message for an assassinated police officer and flowers were sent from him to adorn the grave.

Comment: Since 2000, several police officers have been assassinated in Karachi. Most of these police officers were those who took active role in an operation against a particular political party, but until now the regime mouth pieces neither declared them as martyrs nor did they raise a debate asking for a decisive operation against the killers nor did the head of the army issue a condolences through a press release issued by I.S.P.R. The manner, in which discussion was generated after the assassination of Chaudhry Aslam, with demands raised that an operation like Swat must be conducted in Karachi, indicates that the purpose of this assassination was to generate public opinion for the extension of the so-called War on Terror to the major cities of Pakistan.

Since the announcement of negotiations between the regime and the tribal militants,on American instructions, attacks on army, police, politicians and civilian and military installations have also been increased. The purpose of negotiations with tribal Muslims is not to establish peace in Pakistan, rather America is trying to force acceptance for its limited withdrawal from Afghanistan. In order to assist America, the Raheel-Nawaz regime on the one hand is promoting negotiations using various religious, political and retired military figures, who apparently have an anti-American stance, so they can convince the tribal militants to make way for the American plan.Whilst on the other hand, the Raheel-Nawaz regime has given free hand to elements to work hand-in-hand with the Raymond Davis network in order to conduct attacks on military and civilian personnel and installations, so they have the necessary public opinion on their side to launch a military operation as an added pressure on the tribal militants.

Any negotiation with the American enemy is treachery against Allah SWT, His Messenger ﷺ and the Muslims.It is an obligation upon the sincere officers of the armed forces to foil this evil conspiracy and give the Bayah to re-establish Khilafah in order to prove their allegiance with Allah SWT, His Messenger ﷺ and the Muslims. In this blessed month of Rabi ul-Awwal, the Ansars of Madinah established the Islamic state for the first time, so it is upon theAnsars of today tore-establish the Islamic state again and fulfill the prophecy of the Messenger ﷺ ثُمَّتَكُونُخِلَافَةًعَلَىمِنْهَاجِ “And once again there will be Khilafah upon the methodology of Prophet hood“. And for Allah سبحانہ و تعالٰی it is not difficult.

خبر: 10 جنوری 2014 بروز جمعرات، کراچی میں ایک پولیس آفیسر چوہدری اسلم کو ایک بم دھماکے میں قتل کردیا گیا۔ اس پولیس آفیسر نے پچھلے چند سالوں میں کراچی میں کئی مبینہ قبائلی عسکریت پسندوں کو گرفتار کرنے اور ان میں سے چند ایک کو  پولیس مقابلوں میں مارنے کے حوالے سے کافی شہرت حاصل کی تھی۔اس قتل کے فوراً بعد راحیل-نواز حکومت کے چمچوں نے اس پولیس آفیسر کو “شہید” قرار دے دیا اور قبائلی عسکریت پسندوں کے خلاف فیصلہ کن آپریشن کی بحث شروع کردی گئی۔ اس کے ساتھ پاکستان کی تاریخ میں پہلی بار فوج کے سربراہ نے ایک پولیس آفیسر کے قتل پر تعزیتی پیغام جاری کیا اور اس کی قبر پر فوج کے سربراہ کی جانب سے پھولوں کی چادر چڑھائی گئی۔

تبصرہ: کراچی میں 2000 سے لے کر اب تک کئی پولیس افسران کو قتل کیا جاچکا ہے۔ ان قتل کیے جانے والے پولیس افسران میں اکثریت ان کی ہے جنھوں نے نوے کی دہائی میں ایک سیاسی جماعت کے خلاف آپریشن میں کلیدی کردار ادا کیا تھا، لیکن آج تک ان میں سے کسی پولیس آفیسر کے قتل کے خلاف حکومتی گماشتوں نے نہ تو انھیں شہید قرار دیا، نہ ان کے قاتلوں کے خلاف کسی بھر پور آپریشن کی بحث شروع کی اور نہ ہی فوج کے سربراہ کی جانب سے باضابطہ طور پر آئی.ایس.پی.آر کی جانب سے تعزیتی پیغام جاری کیا گیا۔  چوہدری اسلم کے قتل کے بعد جس طرح کراچی میں سوات طرز کے فوجی آپریشن کی بحث شروع کی گئی ہے وہ اس بات کی نشان دہی کرتی ہے کہ اس قتل کا مقصد نام نہاد دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ کو پاکستان کے شہروں تک پھیلانے کے لیے رائے عامہ ہموار کرنا ہے۔

جب سے امریکی ہدایت پر حکومت اور قبائلی عسکریت پسندوں کے درمیان مذاکرات کا اعلان ہوا ہے فوج، پولیس، سیاست دانوں اور شہری و فوجی تنصیبات پر حملوں میں اضافہ ہوگیا ہے۔ قبائلی علاقوں کے مسلمانوں سے مذاکرات کا مقصد پاکستان میں امن کا قیام قطعاً نہیں ہے بلکہ افغانستان سے محدود امریکی انخلاء کے منصوبے پر قبائلی مسلمانوں کو قائل کرنے کے لیے مجبور کرنا ہے۔ اس مقصد میں امریکہ کو کامیاب کروانے کے لیے، راحیل-نواز حکومت ایک طرف تو مختلف سیاسی، مذہبی اور سابق فوجی شخصیات کو قبائلی مسلمانوں کے پاس بھیج رہی ہے جو بظاہر امریکہ مخالف ہونے کی شہرت رکھتے ہیں تا کہ انھیں امریکی منصوبے پر قائل کرنے کی کاشش کریں  جبکہ دوسری جانب راحیل-نواز حکومت نے ایسے عناصر کو کھلی چھوٹ فراہم کررکھی ہے جو ریمنڈ ڈیوس نیٹ ورک کے ساتھ مل کر کام کرسکیں اور وہ فوجی و شہری تنصیبات پر حملے کرسکیں تا کہ اگر قبائلی مسلمان امریکی منصوبے کو قبول کرنے سے انکار کریں تو ان کے خلاف فوجی آپریشن شروع کرنے کے لیےدرکار عوامی رائے عامہ پہلے سے ہی موجود ہو۔

دشمن امریکہ کے ساتھ کسی بھی قسم کے مذاکرات اللہ، اس کے رسولﷺ اور ایمان والوں کے ساتھ خیانت ہے۔ افواج پاکستان کے مخلص افسران پر فرض ہے کہ وہ اس شیطانی سازش کو ناکام بنائیں اور اللہ، اس کے رسول ﷺ اور مسلمانوں سے وفاداری کو ثابت کرنے کے لیے خلافت کے قیام کے لیے بیعت دیں۔ ربیع الاول کے اس بابرکت مہینے میں مدینہ کے انصار نے پہلی اسلامی ریاست قائم کی تھی تو کیا ہی خوش نصیب ہوں گے آج کے انصار جن کے ہاتھوں دوسری اسلامی ریاست قائم ہوگی اور رسول اللہ ﷺ کی بشارت ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ “پھر خلافت قائم ہو گی نبوت کے طریقے پر” پوری ہو گی اور یقیناً اللہ کے لیے یہ بالکل بھی مشکل نہیں۔
