Coalition Forces Admission of their Mistake; Is it a Virtue or a Crime?!

(Translated)

French warplanes affiliated to the coalition forces committed on Tuesday, July 19^th, 2016 in the Greater Toukhan village north of Manbij city in Syria, an appalling massacre resulting in the death of more than 200 civilians, mostly children, women and elderly, including entire families, and wounding dozens others. French aggression came just one day after the brutal aggression carried out by US warplanes on Monday, July 18^th, 2016, committing a similar bloody massacre by targeting and violently bombing the city of Manbij, killing more than 20 civilians and injuring dozens with varying degrees of severity, with the majority of the victims being innocent women and children.

On Saturday, July 23^rd, 2016, the media also reported that Russian and Syrian government airstrikes had left 70 people dead, including children, in raids on several areas in Syria, especially Aleppo and quarters in the cities and towns of Doma, Shifonia, Al-Rayhan, Kafr Batna and Sakba in Eastern Ghouta. All of the deadly airstrikes resulted in casualties and widespread destruction of property and buildings that criminally complicated the rescue and recovery operations to retrieve the injured and dead bodies from the rubble.

The international coalition announced on June 8^th, 2016 that US-backed Syrian forces would in coming days be able to enter the Syrian city of Manbij near the Turkish border, due to the strategic importance of Manbij, being located on the main supply line for the stronghold of ISIS in Raqqa with the Syrian-Turkish border.

Approximately 50 days have passed while the city of Manbij, inhabited by almost two hundred thousand people, witness the brutal military campaign waged by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) who are supported by the international coalition aircrafts. The number of civilians killed in the city since the start of this campaign – whether by the coalition’s raids or the SDF’s shelling or even by landmines – has exceeded 800 martyrs. Consequently, due to the heavy shelling and fighting, people were unable to retrieve many of their victims’ corpses forced furthermore to bury their dead in the gardens!

The International Coalition Forces has admitted, on Friday July 22^nd, to the massacre that killed more than 50 civilians in Syria, by their air strike on the Syrian Manbij city three days ago. So, will this admission end the agony of the bereaved and heal the wounds of the injured?! And who can say that every admission of a mistake is a virtue?! It is a crime, and a grave crime!! Adding more and more to the crimes committed for years by these forces against our people in Syria, during which they afflicted upon them various forms of suffering and oppression, besieged them and displaced them, and those whose destiny to survive had starved to death. And those who fled, the waves tossed them, either having drowned or became residents of camps unfit for human habitation because of the lack of the most basic necessities for human life.

Is it to this degree that the lives of Muslims have become insignificant to the world, that a killer would kill Muslims publically, and then supervise the investigation to then convict himself and then be asked to confess, condemn and denounce!! Where are the Muslim rulers while this is happening to our children, women and elderly? The military bases are still open to the coalition aircrafts to roam with impunity and without liabilty?! Where is the opposition who are residing in hotels, from the massacres that take place, are they still optimistic about the negotiations chaired by the leading terrorist state in the world (America)!!

O you who demanded the need for the major powers’ intervention in-order to resolve the crisis in Syria, has not the truth been revealed before you and emerged to you who is the victim and who is the executioner?!! Are you still waiting for salvation from colonial powers that have no other aim except attaining their own interests, and the eliminating of Islam and Muslims is their top priority.

The conscious and the sincere to their Ummah’s issues do not expect goodness and salvation except from their Divine Law (Shariah) and their Islam favored to them by their Almighty Creator, Who the shedding of a drop of a Muslim’s blood unjustly is more precious to Him than the elimination of the whole world.

اتحادی افواج کی جانب سے اپنی غلطیوں کا اعتراف؛ کیا یہ اعلٰی ظرفی ہے یا ایک جرم؟

اتحادی افواج میں شامل فرانسیسی جنگی طیاروں نے 19 جولائی 2016 کو شام کے شہر منبج کے شمال میں واقع گاؤں طوخان الکبرٰی میں ایک بد ترین قتلِ عام کیا، جس میں 200 سے زائد لوگ مارے گئے جن میں زیادہ تر بچے، خواتین اور بزرگ شامل ہیں۔ اس قتل عام میں پورے کے پورے خاندان بھی قتل ہو گئے اور درجنوں افراد زخمی ہوئے۔ فرانسیسی جارحیت کا یہ مظاہرہ امریکی جنگی طیاروں کی جانب سے پیر 18 جولائی 2016 کو ہونے والی ظالمانہ جارحیت کے صرف ایک دن کے بعد ہوا، جس میں اسی طرح بے دردی سے منبج شہر پر بمباری کی گئی تھی اور خونیں قتلِ عام ہوا تھا۔ اس بمباری میں بھی بیس سے زائد شہری ہلاک اور درجنوں زخمی ہوئے تھے جبکہ متاثرین کی کثیر تعداد معصوم عورتوں اور بچوں کی تھی۔

ہفتہ 23 جولائی 2016 کو ذرائع ابلاغ نے اطلاع دی کہ روسی اور شامی حکومتوں کے فضائی حملوں میں 70 لوگ مارے گئے جن میں بچے بھی شامل تھے۔ یہ فضائی حملے شام کے مختلف علاقوں پر ہوئے، خاص طور پر حلب، دوما، شیفونیہ، الریحان، کفربطنا، اور مشرقی غوطہ میں سقبا کے مختلف علاقے اور قصبے۔ ان تمام مہلک فضائی حملوں کے نتیجے میں اموات ہوئیں اور املاک اور عمارتوں کی بے تحاشا تباہی ہوئی جس نے بچاؤ، بحالی اور ملبہ سے زخمیوں اور لاشوں کو نکالنے کے کام کو انتہائی مشکل بنا دیا۔

8 جون 2016 کو بین الاقوامی اتحاد نے اعلان کیا تھا کہ امریکہ کی پشت پناہی میں شامی افواج عنقریب ترک سرحد کے قریب شامی شہر منبج میں داخل ہونے میں کامیاب ہو جائیں گی۔ منبج کی اسٹریٹیجک اہمیت ہے کیونکہ یہ رسد کی مرکزی گزرگاہ شام اور ترکی کی سرحد کے ساتھ رقا میں داعش کے گڑھ پر واقع ہے۔

منبج کا شہر جو دو لاکھ کی آبادی پر مشتمل ہے پچھلے تقریباً پچاس دنوں سے اس ظالمانہ عسکری مہم کا سامنا کر رہا ہے جوکہ شامی جمہوری فوجوں (SDF) نے بین الاقوامی اتحادی طیاروں کی مدد سے ان کے خلاف شروع کی ہوئی ہے۔ اس مہم کے شروع ہونے کے بعد سے اتحادی حملوں میں اور ایس ڈی ایف کی بمباری یا پھر بارودی سرنگوں سے شہر میں ہلاک ہونے والوں کی تعداد 800 شہداء سے تجاوز کر چکی ہے۔ شدید بمباری اور لڑائی کی وجہ سے لوگ اپنے متاثرین اور لاشوں کو نکالنے میں کامیاب نہ ہوئے اور مجبوراً اپنے مرحومین کو صحنوں میں دفنا دیا!

جمعہ 22 جولائی کو اتحادی فوجوں نے اقرار کیا کہ انہوں نے منبج کے شہر پر تین دن تک کیے جانے والے فضائی حملوں میں 50 شہریوں کا قتلِ عام کیا۔ تو کیا یہ اعتراف سوگواروں کی اذیت کو ختم کرے گا اور زخمیوں کے زخموں پر مرحم رکھے گا؟؟ اور کون کہتا ہے کہ ہر اعترافِ گناہ کے پیچھے نیک نیتی ہوتی ہے؟ یہ ایک جرم ہے، ایک انتہائی سنگین جرم!! اور کئی سال سے شام میں ان فوجوں کی جانب سے ہمارے لوگوں پر مظالم میں اضافہ ہوتا جا رہا ہے، جس میں انہوں نے ان لوگوں پر تکلیفوں اور ظلم کے نت نئے طریقوں کو آزمایا۔ ان کا گھیراؤ کیا اور انہیں اپنی جگہ سے نکال باہر کیا، اور وہ جو بچ گئے فاقوں سے مر گئے، اور جو بھاگ نکلنے میں کامیاب ہوئے لہروں کی نظر ہو گئے، یا تو ڈوب گئے یا پھر ایسے کیمپوں کے رہائشی بنے جو بہت سی بنیادی ضروریات کی کمی کی وجہ سے انسانی حیات کے لیے موزوں نہ تھے۔

کیا دنیا کے لیے مسلمانوں کی زندگیاں اس درجہ تک غیر اہم ہو گئی ہیں کہ ایک قاتل مسلمانوں کو سرِ عام قتل کرے، اور پھر تفتیش اسی کے زیرِ سایہ ہو کہ وہ اپنے آپ کو ملزم ٹھرائے اور پھر اقرار کر لے، افسوس اور مذمت کا اظہار کر دے!! مسلمان حکمران کہاں ہیں جب ہمارے بچوں، عورتوں اور بزرگوں کے ساتھ یہ سلوک ہو رہا ہے۔ فوجی اڈے ابھی بھی اتحادی طیاروں کے لیے کھلے ہیں کہ وہ آزادانہ پھریں کسی ڈر اور ذمہ داری کے بغیر؟ ہوٹلوں میں ٹھہرنے والی حزبِ اختلاف کہاں ہیں، کیا اس قتلِ عام کو دیکھنے کے بعد وہ ابھی بھی پر امید ہیں کہ دنیا کی سب سے بڑی دہشت گرد ریاست امریکہ کی زیرِنگرانی ہونے والے مذاکرات سے کچھ حاصل ہو گا۔

اے شام کے معاملہ میں بڑی قوتوں کی مداخلت کی ضرورت پر زور دینے والو، کیا منبج کے واقع نے آپ پر واضح نہیں کر دیا کہ شکار کون ہے اور ظالم کون؟ کیا آپ ابھی بھی نو آبادیاتی طاقتوں سے نجات کی امید رکھتے ہیں جن کا اس کے سوا کوئی ارادہ نہیں کہ اپنا فائدہ حاصل کریں، اور اسلام اور مسلمانوں کو ختم کرنا ان کی سب سے بڑی خواہش ہے۔

وہ جو اپنی امت سے مخلص ہیں اور باہوش ہیں، حکم الٰہی (شرع) کے علاوہ کہیں سے بھلائی اور نجات کی امید نہیں رکھتے، وہ اسلام جو ان کے خالق نے انہیں عطا کیا، وہ خالق جس کے لیے معصوم مسلمان کے خون کا ایک قطرہ بھی اس پوری دنیا سے زیادہ اہم ہے۔
