Declaration of the Muslim Brotherhood a Terrorist Organization by the Interim Government is an Attempt to Terrorize All Those Confronting the Coup Authority

On Wednesday 25/12/2013, Al Beblawi government declared the Muslim Brotherhood a “terrorist organization”. The declaration comes a day after 16 people were killed in a bombing targeting the security directorate building in Dakahlia Province, north of the country. The announcement was made despite the absence of any evidence of a link of the Muslim Brotherhood group to the blasting, and despite the fact that a group called “Ansar Bayt al Maqdis” has claimed responsibility for the bombing!

The announcement of Dr. Hazem Albeblawi through the Cabinet spokesman came shortly after the bombing, which confirms the intention to exploit the event to consider the group a terrorist organization by law. The Interior Ministry spokesman Gen. Hani Abdel-Latif, said in a press statement on Thursday, 26th December, that designation of the Muslim Brotherhood group as a “terrorist” organization will mean a death penalty for those who lead demonstrations organized by the group, “even if she was a woman”, stressing that those who participate in demonstrations affiliated to the group will be punished with five years imprisonment.

It is not surprising that the government accuses the Brotherhood group before carrying out any serious investigation into the incident to find out who perpetrated the attack and who incited it; since it is from the first moment of the coup that the interim government deals with the group and its members as a terrorist group. The coup authority did not stop for a moment the prosecution, arrest, imprisonment and murder. In addition they, the group assembly, was dissolved and its properties have been seized, and more recently the Central Bank announced the freezing of funds of 1055 nongovernmental organizations, the coup authorities, said that some of them are linked to the Muslim Brotherhood, and others sympathizing with it. The Bank notified all banks, numbering 40 banks, about seizing the funds of these associations.

We are not in defense of the Muslim Brotherhood, and we have stated in many previous releases the prohibition of participation in the current secular regimes; whether in the presidency of the Republic, or in the ministries. It has also been proven that this path besides being haram, it would not work, and will not alter the adverse reality in any way, and that the right action is to work for a radical comprehensive change, which completely removes the current corrupt system and applies Islam fully and at once, just as the Messenger of Allah (saw) did. However, we at the same time reject the accusation of anyone without any real evidence except simply being motivated by the desire for revenge and retaliation and resolving the conflict in favor of the coup and its remnants, particularly that the interim government have not so far revealed any evidence to substantiate the group’s involvement in terrorist acts.

The announcement of the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist group by the government is an attempt to terrorize all those opposing the coup authority, and is an execution of a deliberate intention to fight the Islamic movement as a whole and to label it with terrorism. This government was supposed to announce its resignation, or at least to dismiss the Interior Minister, before considering issuing indictment without any real evidence.

It is strange that no one indicted or even remotely referred to the Jewish Intelligence, or to Western Intelligence who are operating comfortably in Egypt to achieve their malicious goals…, as Egypt was and remains a hotbed of intelligence of colonial countries, and these countries have the sole goal to keep Egypt a secular state or quasi-secular under their influence and domination, shackled by a permanent peace treaty with the Jews, and by “strategic” relations with the state of disbelief, America.

Under such deteriorating security situation in Egypt and the intense conflict between the disputing parties over authority; We say to everyone that there is no security, no safety and no value for humans except under an Islamic Khilafah on the method of Prophethood, where the ruler is a shield behind whom people fight and by whom they are protected, securing the blood, the property and the honor of his citizens. We in Hizb ut Tahrir call on everyone to work with us to re-establish the Khilafah state in Egypt; to end the continual bloodshed. It is only the Khilafah state that will bring security and peace for all the people in Egypt, whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims.

مصرکی عبوری حکومت کی طرف سے اخوان المسلمون کودہشت گرد تنظیم قراردینے کااعلان عبوری  حکومت  کا سامنا كرنے والے ہرشخص کودہشت گردی کاالزام دے کر خوفزدہ کرنے  کی ایک کوشش ہے

بدھ25دسمبر2013 کو البیبلاوی حکومت نے اخوان المسلمون کو “دہشت گرد تنظیم” قرار دے دیا۔ یہ اعلان ملک کے شمالی صوبہ دقہلیہ کے سیکورٹی ڈائرکٹریٹ کی عمارت دھماکےکانشانہ بن جانے کے ایک دن بعد کیا گیا، جس میں 16 افراد ہلاک ہوئے۔  یہ اعلان اس حقیقت کے باوجود کیا گیا  کہ اخوان کے اس دھماکے میں ملوث ہونے کاکوئی ثبوت پیش نہیں کیاگیا اور “انصار بیت المقدس”نامی ایک تنظیم نے اس دھماکے کی ذمہ داری قبول کی ہے۔

دھماکے کے تھوڑی دیربعدڈاکٹر حازم البیبلاوی نے کابینہ کے ترجمان کے ذریعے اعلان نشر کروایا جو اس کی اس نیت کی غماز ہے کہ اس واقعے کو اخوان کوقانونی طورپردہشت گرد تنظیم قرار دلوانے کیلئے استعمال کیاجائے۔ وزارت داخلہ کے ترجمان جنرل ہانی عبداللطیف نے بدھ 26دسمبر2013 کواپنےاخباری بیان میں کہاکہ اخوان المسلمون کو دہشت گرد جماعت قرار دینے  کامطلب یہ ہے کہ جوکوئی اخوان کی طرف سے منعقد کی گئی  ریلی کی قیادت کرے گااس کوسزائے موت دی جائےگی خواہ وہ کوئی خاتون ہی کیوں نہ ہو۔ انہوں نے اس بات پرزوردیاکہ کوئی بھی شخص جواس پارٹی کی زیرِقیادت ہونے والی کسی ریلی میں شرکت کرے گاتواسے پانچ سال جیل کی سزاملے گی ۔

اس میں کوئی اچھنبے کی بات نہیں کہ عبوری حکومت نے واقعے کے ذمہ داروں اور شہہ دینے والوں کاپتہ چلانے کیلئے کسی قسم کی سنجیدہ تحقیقات سے پہلے اخوان المسلمون پریہ الزام لگایا، کیونکہ مصری حکومت آغاز سے ہی ، جماعت اوراس کے افراد کے ساتھ ایک دہشت گرد تنظیم جیسا رویہ اپناتی آرہی ہے۔عبوری حکومت نےلمحہ بھر کیلئے  تعاقب، قید وبند اور قتل سے ہاتھ  نہیں روکے۔ اس کے ساتھ ہی ان کی اسمبلی کوتحلیل کیا، ان کی جائیدادوں پر قبضہ کیا  اورابھی کچھ روزہوئے مرکزی  بینک نے 1055نجی تنظیموں کے اکاؤنٹس منجمد کردئے ہیں۔ انقلابی اتھارٹی نے کہاکہ ان میں سے بعض کے اخوان المسلمون کے ساتھ روابط ہیں اوربعض اس کے ساتھ ہمدردیاں رکھتی ہیں ۔ مرکزی  بینک نے 40 بینکوں کو ان تنظیموں کے سرمائے کو منجمد کرنے کے احکامات جاری کیے۔

ہم یہاں اخوان المسلمون کادفاع نہیں کرناچاہتے اورہم اپنے متعدد سابقہ  پمفلٹوں میں موجودہ سیکولرحکومت میں شمولیت کے عدم جوازکوواضح کرچکے ہیں یعنی نہ توجمہوری صدارتی عہدہ جائز ہے اورنہ ہی کوئی وزارتی منصب سنبھالنا۔  ہم ثابت کرچکے ہیں کہ یہ طریقہ نہ صرف یہ کہ حرام ہے بلکہ یہ کسی لحاظ سے سود مند نہیں۔ یہ اس بدحالی  میں کوئی تبدیلی نہیں لائے گا۔ اوریہ کہ ہمہ گیراوربنیادی تبدیلی کیلئےجدوجہدہی وہ صحیح عمل ہےجس کے ذریعے موجودہ فاسد نظام کومکمل طور پر اکھاڑا جائے اور اسلام کومکمل اوریکبارگی نافذ  کیاجائے، جیساکہ رسول اللہﷺ نے کیاتھا  ۔ ہم اس وقت اس بے بنیادالزام تراشی کی مذمت کرتے ہیں،جس کامقصد انتقامی جذبات کی تکمیل اورانقلاب کے مفاد میں برپا اس کشمکش کا خاتمہ کرنا ہے، بالخصوص جبکہ تاحال عبوری حکومت نےپارٹی کے دہشت گردانہ کاروائیوں میں ملوث ہونے کےشواہد پیش نہیں کئےہیں۔

بلاشبہ اخوان  کو دہشت گرد جماعت قرار دینے کا مقصد ہر اس شخص کودہشت گرد قرار دینے کی ایک کوشش ہے جوانقلاب کی اتھارٹی سے اختلاف کرتے ہیں  اور یہ پوری اسلامی لہرکے خلاف جنگ اوراس کودہشت گردی کی تہمت سے داغ دار کرنے کاایک سوچاسمجھامنصوبہ ہے۔    اس حکومت کے بارے میں خیال کیا جا رہا تھا کہ یہ مستعفی ہوجائے گی یا کم ازکم اس قسم کے بے سروپا الزامات  کی ہدایات جاری کرنے سے پہلے وزیر داخلہ کومعزول کردے گی۔

تعجب کی بات یہ ہے کہ کوئی بھی یہودی انٹیلی جنس ایجنسیوں یا مغربی ایجنسیوں کومورد الزام ٹھہرانے کی جرات نہیں کرتا جومصرکے اندرآرام سے اپنے گھناؤنے مقاصد کیلئے سرگرم ِعمل ہیں۔  چنانچہ مصر استعماری ریاستوں کے جاسوس اداروں کیلئے ہمیشہ سےایک سرسبزوشاداب چراگاہ رہاہے۔ ان ریاستوں کاایک ہی ہدف ہے اوروہ یہ کہ مصر ان کےزیراثر ایک سیکولر یا نیم سیکولرریاست کے طورپر قائم رہے،جسے یہودکے ساتھ دائمی امن معاہدات اورکافر امریکی ریاست کے ساتھ اسٹریٹجک تعلقات کی بیڑیوں میں جکڑدیاگیاہو۔

مصر میں امن وامان کی اس ابتر صورتحال اور دونوں طرف سے بڑھتی اوربھڑکتی ہوئی کشمکش اقتدار کے تنازع کے سواکچھ نہیں اورہم سب کویہ کہتے ہیں کہ صرف نبوت کے نقش ِ قدم پرخلافت کے زیرِسایہ ہی امن وامان اور انسانوں کو عزت وآبروحاصل ہوگی جہاں حکمران ایک ڈھال کے مانند ہوتاہے جس کی قیادت میں جنگ کی جاتی ہے اوراسی کے ذریعے تحفظ حاصل کیا جاتا ہے، وہی رعایا کے خون، ان کے اموال اورعزت وآبروکی حفاظت کرتا ہے۔   حزب التحریر سب کودعوت دیتی ہے کہ آئیں اورخلافت کےدوبارہ قیام  کےذریعے مصرمیں جاری اس خونریزی اورقتل وغارت گری کی روک تھام کیلئے ‍‍ ہمارے ساتھ مل کر جد وجہد کریں، کیونکہ صرف خلافت ہی تمام لوگوں کیلئے خواہ وہ مسلمان ہوں یا غیر مسلم، امن اور سکون لوٹاسکے گی۔

وَلَيَنصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ

“اور اللہ ضرور ان لوگوں کی مدد کرے گا جواس (کے دین) کی مدد کریں گے ،بے شک اللہ بڑی قوت والا اوراقتداروالا ہے” ( الحج : 40)
