Fabrication of a Criminal Case against Ildar Aldinov, Carrier of the Hizb’s Letter to the Rulers of Russia!

On Friday 27/09/2013 CE Ildar Sheikh Aldinov, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir which is a political party whose ideology is Islam, went to the Kremlin in Kazan, carrying a letter addressed to the rulers of Russia in protest against the hostile policy pursued by the Russian regime against Islam and Muslims.

The message carried to the Kremlin by brother Ildar contained the hostile policies pursued by the system of the Russian Federation against Muslims, from preventing the Khimar (headscarf) in educational institutions, the prohibition of Islamic books, including the Holy Qur’an, the killing of Muslims and the attacks on Muslim women by the police. In response to the facts contained in the letter and instead of facing the arguments with counter arguments, on Friday 25/10/2013 CE a criminal case was fabricated against brother Ildar Sheikh Aldinov.

In November 2004 Ildar was arrested for the first time on charges of calling people to Islam. In the same year the Russian authorities filed a campaign of raids and searches against the homes of Muslims, as well as mass arrests in all parts of Russia, affecting hundreds of Muslims. Ildar then stayed in prison for five months on remand and was afterwards sentenced to house arrest in his home for two years. During his stay in prison he was exposed to severe beatings, grave torture and he was deliberately insulted and humiliated. All this did not affect him, nor did it decrease his insistence, but on the contrary the ordeal increased his energy, activity and adherence to his ideas and his carrying of the Da’wah, even while inside prison.

After his release he continued to call to Islam and no hindrance could stop him from doing so. In 2005 Ildar was again arrested although no ruling was issued in his case, until in 2007 he was sentenced to prison for another two years. This time in Ildar’s life did not go in vain, because he invested it in the call for Islam, gathering around himself new people to attach to the ranks of those who call for Islam such as Sheikh Alduru. The two years went by without this hero even noticing, because he spent them seeking closeness to Allah, working to spread his Da’wah among the prisoners.

In 2010 Ildar was arrested for the third time because Russia’s rulers could not bear for Ildar to live as a free man. The word of truth that he was spreading, day and night, no matter where he was or went, robbed them their sleep, so they sentenced him to another two years in prison. Time went by quickly, because Ildar considered prison as a forum to the great Da’wah of Islam. In December 2012 Ildar was released from prison.

On the 10th October 2013 the Russian authorities raided and searched the houses of the Muslims in the city of Kazan, including the house of Ildar Sheikh Aldinov and he was arrested again, under Article 282 of the Russian Criminal Code. On 25th October 2013 filing an administrative case against Ildar was discussed, but eventually the file was closed.

It has become crystal clear that the Russian authorities disseminates a culture of hatred towards the sons of the Ummah of Muhammad (saw) and especially the Da’wah carriers who enjoin the good and forbid the evil.

The authorities in the Kremlin have sought arbitrary policies towards their people and failed to regulate their affairs. When their inability became clear to them, they resorted to the use of force under the principles of “the right of the stronger” and “the strong eats the weak”.

We bring glad tidings of the promise of Allah to all the Muslims in the Russian Federation, and especially to the carriers of the Islamic Da’wah among them:

((وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُم فِي الأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُم مِّن بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا وَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ))

“Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that – then those are the defiantly disobedient.” [An-Nur: 55]
