International Conferences, Peace Initiatives, but not Ceasing nor Subsiding Russian Shelling!
(Translated)

The bloody events are unfolding in Eastern Ghouta and in Idlib; the Syrian Human Rights Network said that about 370 civilians have been killed in Eastern Ghouta since the beginning of this year, pointing out that among the dead were 63 children and 72 women. In the Idlib governorate, especially the city of Sarakib, which has been in the eye of the storm since 25th December, the Russians and the criminal regime poured their rage on it, to be declared by its local council as a disaster-stricken area, where the death toll during January was about 30 people and more than 60 civilians were injured. This is in addition to targeting schools and hospitals, a large part of which is no longer functioning.

Since the outbreak of the Syrian revolution in 2011, several Arab and international initiatives were set up, their alleged goal was to reach a peaceful solution to the conflict! How can it be said that it is a peaceful solution, while it is being held on the remains of children and the blood of innocents. The incessant raids have left no stone upon stone, and the massacres continue to take more civilian lives day after day?!

Years of failed conferences intended to sow ash in the eyes of public opinion, starting with the Geneva conferences that ended with the resignation of Lakhdar Brahimi after he succeeded Kofi Annan and was replaced by Steffan de Mistura, a UN envoy to Syria in July 2014; then through the talks in Vienna, which began its rounds in November 2015, after the Russian military intervention in Syria in support of the regime in late September and which ended on 26 January 2018 after more than nine international rounds, resulting in only more killing, displacement and dislodgment.

We have not forgotten the negotiations of Astana, which led to an agreement on the establishment of four zones of de-escalation and reducing fighting and not to stop the fighting altogether, including in Idlib, which is bombarded with intense hatred today. The last such conferring (conspiring) series was the conference held on 30 January 2018 in Sochi at the invitation of Moscow, which recommended to set up a committee to rewrite the Syrian constitution and call to hold democratic elections.

Conferences and initiatives have continued throughout these years with the alleged goal of bringing peace, while the Russian fighter jets and air raids do not cease nor subside. These are negotiations that did not and will not aim to overthrow the brutal regime but aim to overthrow the resolve of the sincere people of Syria and give more time to the criminal Bashar and his allies to defile their hands with the blood of the civilians, and to displace and dislodge them.

Seven years of bitter war waged by the regime and its allies in the various rebel regions in Syria, and five years of inhuman siege on Eastern Ghouta, which is currently the last and largest stronghold of the opposition, and we hear only initiatives and international calls for the need to cease fire for the delivery of humanitarian aid, as if what is happening was not under the patronage of this brutal international force!! And as if what is happening demands sending food and blankets, and from who?! From the murderer or those who participated and helped him in shedding the blood of the innocent people of Syria!!

Did not the echo of the whining and the screams that spread throughout Syria reach the ears of those who move their armies in obedience to their masters in pre-prepared plays?! Have not yet these traitor rulers realized that the Islamic Ummah has disbelieved in them and their futile initiatives?!

So, O Muslims, remove your conspirator rulers, and support the Deen of Allah by making it rule the Earth for justice and the anticipated true peace to prevail, by the elimination of Kufr and its lackeys and abolishing the falsehood and defeating it from the whole world. The Almighty says:

(يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا إِنْ تَنْصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَتَعْسًا لَهُمْ وَأَضَلَّ أَعْمَالَهُمْ)

“O you who have believed, if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet. But those who disbelieve – for them is misery, and He will waste their deeds.” [Muhammad: 7-8]

بین الاقوامی کانفرنسیں،امن کی کوششیں لیکن روسی بمباری نا ختم

اور نا ہی اس میں کمی آرہی ہے

   مشرقی غوطہ اور ادلیب میں خونی واقعات پیش آرہے ہیں؛ شامی انسانی حقوق کے نیٹ ورک نے بتایا کہ  اس سال کے آغاز سے اب تک تقریباً 370 شہری مشرقی غوطہ میں جاں بحق ہوچکے ہیں جن میں 63 بچے اور 72 خواتین شامل ہیں۔ ادلیب کے صوبے میں خصوصاً اس کے شہر سراقب ، جو 25 دسمبر 2017 سے اس خوفناک صورتحال کامرکز بنا ہوا ہے جس پر روسی اور مجرم شامی حکومت مسلسل بمباری کررہے ہیں، کو اس کی مقامی کونسل نے آفت زدہ علاقہ قرار دے دیا ہے جہاں جنوری کے مہینے میں 30 افراد جاں بحق اور 60 سے زائد افراد زخمی ہوئے۔ اس کے علاوہ اسکولوں  اور اسپتالوں کو نشانہ بنایا گیا جن میں سے اب اکثر کام کرنے کے قابل نہیں رہے ہیں۔ 

2011 میں شام میں انقلاب شروع ہونے کے بعد سے کئی بین الاقوامی اور عرب ممالک کی جانب سے کوششیں کیں گئیں جن کا مبینہ مقصد اس تنازعے کے پرامن حل تک پہنچنا تھا۔ ان کوششوں کوکیسے پرامن حل کہا جاسکتا ہے جبکہ  اس حل کوزندہ رہ جانے والے معصوم افراد اور بچوں کے خون  پر کھڑا کرنے کی کوشش کی جارہی ہے۔ مسلسل ہونے والی بمباری نے ملک کے کسی کونے کو نہیں چھوڑا  اور ہر گزرتے دن کے ساتھ قتل عام بڑھتا چلا جارہا ہے؟!

سالوں سے چلنے والی ناکام کانفرسیں عوامی رائے عامہ کی آنکھوں میں دھول جھونکنے کی کوششیں ہیں جن کا آغاز جنیوا کانفرنس سے ہوا تھا اور جس کا اختتام الاخضر ابراہیمی کے استعفی پر ہوا تھا جب کوفی انان نے اس کی جگہ سنبھالی تھی اور پھر کوفی کی جگہ جولائی 2014 میں اسٹیفن ڈی میستورا کو شام کے لیے اقوام متحدہ کا خصوصی نمائندہ مقرر کیا گیا تھا۔ پھر اس کے بعد  ویانا میں ہونے والی بات چیت کا آغاز نومبر 2015 میں ہوا جب روسی فوج نے  ستمبر کے آخر میں شام میں بشار کی حمایت میں مداخلت شروع کی۔ یہ بات چیت 26 جنوری 2018 کو 9سے زائد بین الاقوامی مجلسیں کرنے کے بعد ختم ہو گئی۔ اس بات چیت کا نتیجہ صرف مزید ہلاکتوں اور ہجرت یا زبردستی نقل مکانی کی صورت میں نکلا۔

ہم آستانہ کے مذاکرات کو بھولے نہیں ہیں جس کا نتیجہ چار پرامن زونز قائم کرنے اور جنگ میں کمی پرنکلا لیکن اس کا مقصد لڑائی کو مکمل طور پر ختم کرنا نہیں تھا جس میں ادلیب بھی شامل ہے اور اسی وجہ سے بھر پور نفرت کے ساتھ اس  پربمباری کی جارہی ہے۔ اس قسم کی آخری کانفرنس (سازش) 30 جنوری 2018 کو ماسکوکی دعوت پر سوچی میں ہونے والی کانفرنس تھی جس میں یہ تجویز دی گئی کہ ایک کمیٹی قائم کی جائے جو شامی آئین کو اسرنو لکھے اور جمہوری انتخابات کروائے۔ 

کانفرنسیں اور کوششیں ان تمام سالوں میں چلتی رہی ہیں جن کا بظاہر مقصد امن قائم کرنا تھا جبکہ اسی دوران روسی جنگی طیاروں نے نہ تو اپنی کارروائیاں ختم کیں اور نہ ہی ان میں کمی آئی۔ یہ وہ مذاکرات  ہیں جن کامقصد بے رحم وحشی حکومت کو ختم کرنا نہ تھا اور نہ ہے بلکہ ان کامقصد شام کے مخلص لوگوں کے ارادے اور اس پر ان کےاستقامت کو توڑنا اور مجرم بشار حکومت اور اس کے اتحادیوں کومزید وقت فراہم کرنا تھاکہ وہ شہریوں کے خون سے اپنے ہاتھ اچھی طرح رنگیں اور انہیں ان کے گھروں سے نکالیں یا نکلنے پر مجبور کردیں۔

شام کے مختلف علاقوں میں، جو کہ باغیوں کے قبضے میں ہیں، حکومت اور اس کے اتحادیوں کی جانب سے سات سال سے خوفناک اور بدترین جنگ لڑی جارہی ہے، اس کے علاوہ پانچ سال سے مشرقی غوطہ کا غیر انسانی محاصرہ چل رہا ہے جو کہ اس وقت حزب اختلاف کا آخری اور سب سے مضبوط ترین علاقہ ہے، اور ہمیں اس حوالے سے صرف بین الاقوامی مطالبے اور کوششیں سننے اور دیکھنے کو ملتی ہیں کہ امدادی سامان کی ترسیل کے لیے جنگ بندی کی جائےجیسے کہ یہ سب کچھ بے رحم بین الاقوامی قوت کی سرپرستی میں نہیں ہورہا ہے۔ اور یہ کہ جو کچھ ہورہا ہے  وہ اس بات کا تقاضا کرتا ہے کہ خوراک اور کمبل بھیجیں جائیں اور وہ بھی کس کی جانب سے؟! قاتل کی جانب سے یا وہ جنہوں نے شام کے معصوم لوگوں کا خون بہایا یا اس کے بہانے میں مدد فراہم کی!!

کیا پورے شام میں معصوموں کی چیخ و پکار کی گونج  ان کانوں تک نہیں پہنچی ہے جو اپنے آقاوں کی اطاعت میں پہلے سے بنے منصوبوں کی تکمیل کے لیے  اپنی افواج کو حرکت میں لاتے ہیں؟! کیا ان غدار حکمرانوں کو اب تک اس بات کا احساس نہیں ہوا ہے کہ اسلامی امت ان پر اور ان کی بے کار کوششوں پر کوئی یقین و ایمان نہیں رکھتی!؟

لہٰذا اے مسلمانو، خود پر مسلط سازشی حکمرانوں کو اتار پھینکوں، اور  اللہ کے دین کی حمایت کرو کہ وہ زمین پر حکمرانی کرے اور انصاف فراہم کرے اور کفر اور اس کے چلانے والوں کا خاتمہ کرے، اور جھوٹ کا خاتمہ اور اسے پوری دنیا میں شکست سے دوچار کرے اور وہ حقیقی امن جس  کے لوگ متلاشی ہیں  قائم کرے۔

اللہ سبحانہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا:

﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا إِنْ تَنْصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَتَعْسًا لَهُمْ وَأَضَلَّ أَعْمَالَهُمْ﴾

“اے اہل ایمان!اگر تم اللہ تعالیٰ کی مدد کرو گے تو وہ بھی تمہاری مددکرے گا  اور تم کو ثابت قدم رکھے گا۔  اور جو کافر ہیں ان کے لیے ہلاکت ہے  اور وہ (اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ)ان کے اعمال کوبرباد کردے گا”(محمد:8-7)
